I was down in PEC for a weekend visit and my Ford had an unexpected issue that needed to be fixed ASAP. No other shops were open at the time, and I called these guys with 15 minutes left until they closed. They were SO FRIENDLY and took my car in right away and completed the quick fix, even when they were just about to close. I appreciated it so much and it saved our weekend. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

We casually strolled into Prinzen Ford Sales. They were just closing up, but the manager , John, was very accommodating and told us to take our time. The next day we returned and we met Lorne Storms, the sales rep on the grounds. Casual and a County man you felt very confident that what he said was the truth. When we asked him to take our offer inside he laughed and said he was the inside. He truly treated us right . He was very efficient , likable and an excellent representative of Prinzen Ford Sales.

All around fantastic. Lets face it, buying a vehicle takes most of us right out of our comfort zones. The idea that the dealership is there to screw you never quite stops bouncing around in the back of your head. Lorne and Josh got that idea out of my head in record time. Negotiation was fast, fair and I got a great vehicle at a very fair price. The admin was a breeze, forms and applications were well organized and signing went fast. ALL my questions were answered, costs were clear, they had no issues with my three test drives of the same vehicle. In fact I test drove 3 different cars before I settled on my Escape. Always smiling, always easy going. And this one is a big one for me. NEVER afraid to look you in the eye. Highly recommended.
