We drove over 2 hours to see a used car which I was very excited for. Upon our arrival to the scheduled appointment, I was told that the battery had frozen and a new one should be there in an hour. Completely understandable-these things happen! However, I was told I would receive a call when the new battery arrived, which I never did, and over an hour later we returned only to find out the car was being shown to another customer, who then took it on a test drive before I ever got the chance. (Despite my having made an appointment and having waited over an hour). I waited near the sales agent but was only acknowledged/spoken to once the other customer had left for the drive. I understand that mix ups like this can happen, but the lack of phone calls, communication and the complete lack of acknowledgment when I first returned left me feeling quite dismissed and disappointed. Otherwise, the service was friendly and we did get first right of refusal on the car, having been there first originally.

Jim Thompson was honest, forthcoming, and knowledgeable. We would highly recommend him to others. We also like Joe Fischetti (General Sales Manager), who was super-friendly and down-to-earth. This type of experience was exactly what we were looking for; Jim realized early on that we knew what we were looking for and that we didn't need to be pressured to make the purchase. He really took his time and answered ALL of our questions in a forthright manner. He also gave us time to discuss on our own. He explored our needs and the different price-points of the two trim levels we were considering. He was extremely helpful. Because of the awesome value, features, warranty and reliability stats, we knew that we wanted to buy a 2019 Kia Sorento - we could have purchased this same vehicle anywhere (and probably a lot closer to home); however, it's the dealership that made the difference for us. We had total confidence in our purchase decision because of the way we were treated as potential customers: in a forthright manner, by a very knowledgeable and helpful Sales Rep. We didn't feel that we were being manipulated and we also felt that Jim understood exactly what our needs were and did his best to accommodate us. He helped us to zero in on what was important to us. Fantastic salesperson to deal with!

I was put off by the amount of employees smoking outside the sales office. The sales manager who came to help me threw out half a cigarette and didn't wash his hands before extending his to mine. I truly wish people were more considerate than this! Small lot with limited parking for customers.

Test drove a Kia here and drove an hour away to actually purchase one. You can decipher my review! Service department is good but not great. Overall seems to just always be one step behind. Small things could bring this dealership to a win, but after two years as a customer I wouldn't recommend this dealership as a winner.

Being able to handle much of this via email allowed me to really evaluate the information and composed my questions. I was always worried they'd get sick of the back and forth but they stuck with it. My husband and I after hearing very many good things about this dealership decided to take the drive from Oakville to Peterborough as we were in the market for a new car and had decided to purchase a Kia based on their reputation as having the best warranty in the business. We are so happy we made this trip. From the moment we entered the dealership we were greeted with very friendly staff and most importantly we were never made to feel we were being pushed for a sale. We tried several different models and decided upon the new model the K5, my husband is thrilled with this vehicle. What we loved most was the how the dealership made everything so seamless from the beginning through financing and delivery. The owner Paul personally congratulated us on our purchase and even offered to deliver the car personally no's we did not have to do the drive back to Peterborough. Now that is service. Him and his son Nick had everything done and waiting for us when we arrived at his home for pick up. If you are in the market for a new or used car I highly recommend this dealership, they made everything from start to finish so easy and uncomplicated. It is worth the drive to Peterborough.

This is a great dealership! I purchased a 2021 Kia Seltos in November from Joe Doran & he was fantastic. We were honest that we were looking around & Joe did not pressure me at all. He was very knowledgeable & answered all of my questions about my Kia, and everything Kia has to offer. Joe also took about 30 minutes of his time & went over all of the features of my new car, which I very much appreciated! Tim in Finace was also very nice & easy to deal with. Ryan at Peterborough Kia is an incredible and professional service advisor. Not only did he calm me down after my tire exploded on the 115 but he walked me through on calling the tow truck and what I needed to do to stay safe on the side of the highway. He also, helped us out as we were quoted a large sum of money (2100.00)for work at Boyer Kia…turns out that after they hoisted the car up all it needed was a ball joint that cost us 135.00. Thanks to Ryan and the mechanic that looked over my Kia Soul, I was able to avoid falling victim to spending money that I didn’t need to spend. Tim was great in helping us out, as was Christian. 4 stars for how long it took them to get everything ready for our pick-up. Also because when we asked for a spare tire they basically said no. Didn't tell us we had no spare, we had to find out later. Just an inflation kit, which will cost more to clean up.

After sharing information over the phone and leaving my credit card information for a deposit on a car, i spoke with a salesman, and his manager about the car. I then happily made an appointment 2 days in advance and booked the day off to drive an hour and a half for this kia. To arrive on time the day of, and find out the very same manager i spoke with about the very same car, took it home for his day off. Very disappointed about. Complete waste of a day. *edit* i was not contacted by any owner as of yet. The only response ive had to this was the shoulder shrugs and complete confusion from the nice saleman that couldnt explain why it happened.
