Purchased a 2019 AMG C43 wagon on April 5, 2019. The sales rep, Mike Santos was great to deal with and helped me through the custom build. I was advised delivery was to be the week of June 3rd. 2 month wait, yeah I could do it. First week of June came and I was told delivery was pushed back until the 3rd week of June. Dang, more waiting and more telling friends that yeah, I actually did buy a car, I'm not joking it's just hung up somewhere in the build. Come the third week of June, I learned that the car was actually built in Germany and it would be the better part of July before I could take delivery. Mike was again helpful and showed patience through a myriad of phone calls and emails. I was provided a tracking app so that I could watch the car's journey across the Atlantic until it reached port in Halifax. For my troubles of waiting almost 16 weeks until delivery, I was given a 3 year service package. Very decent, I appreciated that MB believed the car was built in Alabama like the rest of the C class models which turns out was not the case, and for my troubles, they stepped up and accommodated me. I have since had the car completely X-pel PPF wrapped and ceramic coated. The car is sublime. I love it. I need a crow bar to crank the smile off my face when I look at it and when I drive it. It was well worth the wait. My little gaffers love the exhaust button and the burbles and pops the car let's out. The purchase through to the pick up was top shelf, just as anyone would expect from MB. The customer service was second to none and for this I applaud them. A+, 5 star....you name it. 4500 km later, the windshield splintered a hairline crack from the roofline near straight down and across the pane. I get it, things like that happen. I know exactly how it happened. I crossed over from one lane of traffic into another, and in doing so the car hovered over the well worn traffic channels in the roadway. The window torqued causing stress and it did it's thing, the stress took the path of least resistance from roofline down through windshield. I also cringed with the ungodly sound of one side of the glass rubbing across the other until it settled. Think fingernails on a chalk board. I made an appointment and went in. The contractor they hired out was a little late for the appointment that I had made, so it wasn't a great start for my first service/repair appointment. I understood, people run late, people get tied up, I shrugged it off. Besides, it's not too difficult to aimlessly wander around the showroom staring at gorgeous cars for awhile. The service amenities: coffee, snacks, wifi, tv and shuttle service all add to the MB reputation and makes the time tick by. So I overlooked the 90 minute oversight that was the contractor mistake, not MB Peterborough. As a result of the hiccups incurred with the windshield and it's edge crack and the late contractor outsourced to repair it, MB Peterborough with the assistance of Lubo Matviyiv (Customer Experience Manager), made the situation right. MB met me half way on the repair. Lubo did a great job later reaching out to me ensuring that my experience was as it should have been, making one feel like part of a larger family. So there you have it. Thus far, purchase experience, excellent, car itself, excellent, inviting staff on those occasions, excellent.....the follow up visit, not a great start, but MB stepped in to meet me on the costs for replacement and the promise to improve upon that first experience. As their saying goes, " The best or nothing." I got the best! Thanks again MB Peterborough. Brendon

I passed here to look at some Mercedes cars. A dealer called "Robert Brunsch" came to me and invited me inside. He paitiently explained specs for different cars. He spent more than an hour beyond their working hours with me for a test drive. He explained all details of the vehicle to me with complete honesty and without hiding facts. Eventually I decided not to buy because the vehicle was out of my budget, but I think they have much better culture than cheap Japanese car dealerships like Toyota. I m considering getting a Mercedes in future. Overall I strongly recommend this dealership.

Bought a car from them in 2014. Sales rep and post sales service team were great. Car had some break issues right away, so they drove from Peterborough to Toronto to pick up the car and provided a loaner vehicle. When the car was fixed, they came back to Toronto and swapped the cars for me. 3 years later we had a bit of an issue with my tires tires, the staff were not able to assist me, but after some persistence on my end, management stepped in and helped out right away.

Service Expert Frances Morana help me with my diesel engine when nobody else in the county could for a very affordable and fair price. Price estimate was as quoted and the time for the repair was as estimated. Showed up to a friendly welcoming environment with lots of smiles and nice people and my vehicle works better than ever. My vehicle was even given a wash and was so clean I didn't recognize it. I was picked up by a very friendly driver at the time Frances said he would be there. I highly recommend Mercedes-Benz Peterborough, I cant say enough about how happy I am with the services they provided me. I will buy and have all service done that I can't do by this great business. These guys are fantastic! I was in the market for a while (in the GTA) and was going back and forth with a number of dealerships. Mercedes-Benz Peterborough were by far the best. Even though it was a 1.5h drive from Toronto, it was super worth it. The team made my experience smooth and fluid. I recommend Joshua Middleton - master salesman! He made my purchase very easy. He was super nice and genuine, did not ignore my emails and texts (unlike other dealerships), he replied promptly every time, he was knowledgeable and knew the cars well, facilitated the purchase process, and the whole time made me feel very welcome! I want to thank Mercedes-Benz Peterborough for their work that they completed on my 2008 Jeep Grand Cherokee; it came to their shops because it has a factory OM642 diesel engine by Mercedes. I have to thank Jordan Batten, Frances Morana and their team of technicians, for scheduling my vehicle in, for keeping me up-to-date on the costs and the progression of the work order. These repairs were not small tasks; they had to replace the intake manifold, timing chain and guides, oil cooler and EGR seals, plus various other parts. I understood what I was undertaking based on the age of my vehicle and was ready for the cost as the work order changed. The staff were great at communicating the changes and getting the parts into their shop quickly. I would highly recommend them for all of your Mercedes-Benz needs. If you maintain your vehicle, it can last for hundreds of thousands of kilometres.

Absolutely Horrendous Customer Service, called up the dealership when there was a special event from September 21-25th. The Sales advisor explains to me about the reduced interest rates and cash incentives that's he'd apply on a 2018 demo C300 coupe in stock and email me a quote. Five days later "no quote" I had called again to see what happened, same guy says event is over and he doesn't remember the conversation. Please learn to take notes so you don't lose business!!

Absolutely top notch service. My husband and I are relatively new to Peterborough. He owns an Audi and was having problems finding some where satisfactory to service his vehicle. A friend suggested taking it here and wow we are so impressed. Treated like royalty there every step of the way. I'm speechless. Our family purchased multiple cars over the years, and had all kinds of experiences, but this one has to be shared. It is my first time buying a car and the guys at MB Peterborough went above and beyond and made it a memorable experience for me . Even before stepping in the dealership, Jonathan Maxted was very courteous over the phone, and answered my questions in great detail. When I arrived at the dealership me and my family were greeted by Michael Santos the GM and THE star of the three pointed star, Michal Grzesniak. Now that guy was amazing on so many levels. He was very personal, professional, and super patient with me and my family. I knew exactly what I wanted however my mom was not so sure about the whole deal. Michal handled it superbly. We were never pushed, made feel like a burden or anything from that sort( although at that point I started to feel like we were).Right after Mr. Grzesniak got me the car that I wanted , It was our turn to deal with Mark Fert the finance manger. Professional,accurate, and very through. Now here comes the best part, which I was not ready for at all. The guys literally put up a show. After all the admin related tasks were smoothly completed by Mr. Fert, Michal and Joshua Middleton checked me into my used car that looked rather new. A big red bow and flowers(!) for my mom. And Michal as a surprise provided me with amazing MB gifts I was astonished and could not believe all of this was actually happening. I purchased a 2013 GLK 350 from this location 3 years ago. The sales rep Dakin Wilson was great! He helped me all the way through the process of purchasing my first car at 18 with no stress. However the only down fall at this location was the finance manager Mark Fert, who made me feel uncomfortable, ashamed and embarrassed for financing a car at 18. He repeatedly told me that I shouldn't finance a car and it wasn't a good idea, even though I had a stable full-time job and my mother was co-signing on the loan with me. I wasn't sure if he was attacking me because of my age, skin colour or because I was financing the car over purchasing it out right. Minus the attitude of the finance manager this is an okay location..

We were always impressed with the positive reviews about this dealership and decided to contact them to see their inventory. We had a pleasure dealing with Marina Wilke. I was so impressed how knowledgeable she is, very patient, professional, and easy to talk to. She has a very warm presence; she is super nice. We took a test drive with the exact GLC 300 that we were interested in that had all the packages we wanted as opposed to the demo car, which we really appreciated. After making a decision, we met with Finance Manager Mike Fert who made the process and application easy and fast while explaining to us the warranty options. He answered all our questions, he is a super nice guy. The owner of the dealership came to say hi and congratulate us, you don’t see that in other dealerships, customer service is amazing. On the day we were supposed to pick up the car, we couldn’t make it to Peterborough from Oakville where we live. Marina drove our car and Lubo another car, and they delivered it to our house. Marina took the time explaining all the features, I was speechless. I really appreciate the effort they did for us. That was in September, now in December I absolutely love my Mercedes GLC, the fuel consumption is amazing, just a little bit more than my Subaru Crosstrek and car is amazing. Sales staff and management aim to please at this MB dealer. Very personable and reasonable yet competitive pricing. They did everything possible to ensure that my vehicle was up to MB standards upon delivery! And I really mean "everything." What an experience..... Two Saturday's ago my wife and I were looking to upgrade our vehicle and were recommended by a friend to check this dealership out. A little background story, my family has been generational VW car owners from my grandfather to my father to me. My last purchase/experience with service from VW (Owasco) made me so disappointed I promised myself I would never go back. When we came inside we were greeted my Michal and immediately welcomed us and we explained what we were in search of ( basically a AWD bigger vehicle than a Golf since thats what my wife and I both drive). The knowledge and depth of information he had available was amazing. The attention to detail and the pride he had about Mercedes absolutely radiated and was noticeable to both my wife and I. He explained all the information between the GLA , GLB , and GLC. He had all the information available right away every spec of the vehicle for each category. We ended up test driving the GLC and he was extremely patient with both of us with all the features the vehicle offered explaining it to us in great detail, he also took us on a route that allowed us to match our driving style that we usually would have ( i work downtown and would do some highway and some city driving). We ended up purchasing the GLC and could not be happier with not only the car but with Michal and the whole experience. He is extremely professional, courteous and a true expert in Mercedes and I will be a future customer as well as recommend anyone looking for a vehicle to go straight to Michal.

After an extremely disappointing pre-owned ML 350 SUV purchase from Newmarket MB that they should have taken back under the Certfied warranty program, Peterborough did what ever they could to get me out of it. MB customer service was NO help at all in I this matter. It was a health issue with the Newmarket SUV. I had NO choice but to trade it in after 3 weeks, and take a big loss. .Peterborugh MB will treat you with RESPECT .They will explain your new car or SUV fully, something that is very rare. To start with just visiting the place with my wife to spend a beautiful place we visited Mercedes Benz, Peterborough and in almost 3 hours we were sold a great SUV. From the time we stepped in to the date we picked up our dream car , the experience was excellent. Rob Brunsch, Assistant Sales Manager made our purchasing so much fun. He is not only knowledgeable but patient. On the day of the delivery again he spent a couple of hours to explain the features of the car. Entire staff from the receptionist to the Finance Manager Mark Fert made the whole process very memorable. I had a very shocking experience with Mercedes-Benz Peterborough when I purchased my first brand new Mercedes Vehicle in my life. I live in Hamilton and all negotiations were completed and finalised and agreed to pickup the vehicle on Saturday 25th of May. The first shock I received when the finance manager Mark Fert pulled out the contract for signing - with an increased interest rate of 1% which was not according to the mutually accepted contract. I had to show him the email which showed the accepted contract and the interest rate of 2.99%. Which he accepted and we finalised after which we proceeded to the delivery of the vehicle. We happily left the Mercedes-Benz Peterborough location with my family in our new van. The biggest set-back and major shock was received when drove 20km's out of Peterborough going back to Hamilton. We received a call from the sales manager Wesley Carreiro mentioning that this deal was not acceptable because the interest that should be charged was 3.99% and you have to pay $2300 more, I refused to pay that amount as we had mutually agreed to the interest rate of 2.99% prior to my arrival. He said in a very aggressive and rude manner to stop the vehicle where ever you are and he will come to take the vehicle back. I was embarrassed and shocked with my family - that I was receiving this kind of mismanagement and unprofessional behaviour from one of the world's most renowned and leading automobile manufacturer. This information is provided because we as customers should be aware of this kind of unprofessional conduct of business. Furthermore, I was told that I would receiving a Customer Feedback survey but did not receive any after this incident.

(Translated) I put a deposit for a 2021 Mercedes E63 by agreeing to pay the full price. Before making my offer I made it clear that I wanted to go through a home finance company that was going to buy the vehicle for me. The manager agreed and took my deposit. 1 week later I received a call from the saleswoman telling me that the manager changed his mind. LOL 1 day after giving me my deposit they posted the car with $ 10,000 above the original price. Besides, dealers are not allowed to sell their vehicle more than the MSRP, right? Le directeur a accepté et a prit mon dépôt . 1 semaine plus tard j'ai reçu un appel de la part de la vendeuse me disant que le directeur à changé d'avis. LOL 1 jour après m'avoir remis mon dépôt ils ont affiché la voiture avec 10 000 $ au dessus du prix initiale. I required some miscellaneous parts to complete a repair on my Mercedes ML550. As l live about 1 1/2 hours away l called the parts department and spoke with Ken to make sure they were available. He went above and beyond, and instead of just advising me the parts were not in stock, he asked me to hold for a few minutes while he checked on something. When he returned to the telephone he told me the parts were in, having been ordered for another customer, but as they would not be required for a week, he said l could have them and he would order in replacements for the customer. I also mentioned that a neighbour was travelling to Peterborough for an appointment that day and could l pay for the parts with my credit card and have my neighbour pick them up. No problem l was told. So, when my neighbour arrived at the dealership Ken had all the parts bagged with the bill enclosed and ready to go. We need more customer oriented people in the retail world like Ken! Great experience at Mercedes Benz Peterborough!

WOW! Such great service. Our very large Sprinter Van broke down at a campground and we were towed to this dealership. After spending the night in the parking lot of the dealership, we were greeted by a very friendly and helpful associate named Jordan and the sprinter tech who essentially dropped everything to help us get back on the road. We were a bit intimidated at first, as we have never taken the van to Mercedes, bought it used and is half way through a new paint job... so lets just say it wasn't a very appealing vehicle to have in their lot. ;) None of that mattered, as we were treated like every other customer in the dealership.

Purchased a Brand new 2013 ML350. Paid Cash for it. Tried to support the dealership because we had relationship with the owners previous to the new location opening. Car had major issues as all of the Diesels do. See online Oil Leak ML350. It was out of warranty however we only at 70K on the car and there is just to much info online with others that have the same issue. The staff denied it, put blame on us. Did not care about their customer. I ended up dealing with another Mercedes dealership who TOOK CARE OF THE PROBLEM and I didn't even buy the car there. I would not recommend you wasting your time buying a car or servicing a car when they do not care about their customers. Truthfully I am ready to purchase a new car for my self this is my wifes care and I can assure you I will not be buying anything from Mercedes Peterborough. Do yourself a favor and go to a dealership that care for their customers.

I have been dealing with Mercedes Benz for over 28 years both abroad and in Canada for the last 18 years. I recently decided to move my business from one of the Toronto corporate stores after buying many vehicles there and being disappointed with the delivery of the last two vehicles. I remember the experience of my very first delivery of an E series about 28 years ago and it was made to be very special and you were treated to a real VIP experience. Sadly over the years this had become quite the ho- hum type of experience. I bought a new 2018 E400 Cabriolet from Mercedes Benz Peterborough yesterday and I must say that my experience was excellent. Lacey Phillips, my sales person was straight forward in her approach without being pushy or using sales tactics. The paperwork and documentation was set up as I had requested which made that part of the deal easy and straightforward. The vehicle was meticulously detailed and she spent more than an hour going through the features of the vehicle and ensuring that my smart phone was completely set up and linked with the vehicle console. She patiently made sure that all the settings and features of the vehicle were set up to my liking and the goody bag of Mercedes items was also unexpected. It was well worth the drive to Peterborough from Toronto. We will be back...

From the first time I spoke to Dakin Wilson till the end while picking up my car, he was a professional throughout! He was very responsive to my emails and phone calls and did everything to ensure that I had all the information at my fingertips to make a decision. I had tons of questions for him throughout the discovery and sales process and he was very patient with me. It was well worth the 2 hour trip to Peterborough to pick up my stunning vehicle. The only reason I would give this rating a 4-star (and it does not have to do with Dakin Wilson at all) is because of Mark Fert (the finance manager). He does not reply to emails!!!! I found this to be a huge turn-off. Dakin - You deserve a 5-star rating! Thanks for everything!

Don't bring your Smart Car to this dealership!. My radio was defective. and the car was still on warranty. First they told me they would replace the radio with a new one. Turns out they only put in reconditioned parts, even though on the signed work order they wrote "new". The radio no longer works and they refuse to replace it. Their attitude was arrogant, dismissive and deceitful in their email replies to me complaint.

sold me a wrong suv and when I returned it after three days just drove 220km bcuz I am living in Scarborough and from my home to dealer about 107 km one side. but for 220km mr GM mercedes charged me $1500 to return it back. I did email with screen short as a prove that it has premium plus package but the gla which I got it from mr Russel did not have premium package..I blindly trust mercedes and signed the papers without seeing all the info and when I reached home with suv my wife was socked and told me it does not have a premium package..... guyssss I will never go to mersedes again had a bad experience.... dont understand why did he charge me $1500 for nothing.
