Amazing staff. Helgi was great to work with as was feri. After having problems with my old car Helgi and Feri went above and beyond to put me in a new vehicle that worked for me. Helgi lied to us to get the sale.. he had us test drive a completely different van then the one we got.. when we went to pick up the new van and seen it wasn't what we thought it'd be we were ready to walk away.. he seen the sale slipping away so he promised us that if we take the van he would get us a new console for the front inbetween the front seats.. he asked us to trust him and take his word for it. I stupidly did.. he told us he would have it for us in a few weeks even if he had to buy us one from pocket and it would be no charge to us. A few months go by and no word from helgi. We went to see what was going on with it and he said he's been calling the wreakers to see if they had one.. finally after 4 or so months of waiting and hearing nothing we went to speak to the manager about it.. the manager told us it was our own fault and all we could do is trade in our vehicle if wanted the console.. we feel scammed and let down.. he seemed like a very nice honest person but it turned out he was just a smooth talker who would say anything to make a sale.. very disappointed at how it turned out for us. Kinda took away the joy of getting a new van and put a bad taste in our mouth for this dealership

From start to finish, this dealership does not care about its customers. I have spent almost $7,000 in non-warranty covered, unexpected vehicle repairs on a 5-year old truck in the past 6 months. All but $2,700 of those repairs were undertaken by Kawartha Dodge. In this most recent round, the check engine light came on and a warning that the truck would not restart in 160 km's. I took it into the dealer for repair. A $12 injector flange for the DEF System cost me $325 with labour. I got it back on a Friday morning. By Friday afternoon, the check engine light was back on, and by Monday morning, the warning that the truck will not restart in 160 km was back on. I emailed the dealership through their website in the morning. I got an email back from a Kevin, asking if the vehicle was still driveable. I replied saying that it was and that I was bringing it in after work, around 5 pm and asking a question of him. I did not receive a reply from Kevin. I took it into the dealership. The assistant service manager, Katy was there and despite making eye contact with me coming through the doors, acted like she didn't even know me. They ran a diagnostic and while they suspected it was an electrical issue this time, wanted to do another 3 hours in diagnostic (at $450) to verify their suspicions. I requested to speak to the general manager. A few hours later, I received an email from the service manager, Ed, accusing me of accusing them of spending time and money needlessly and dressing me down, but commenting that they might be willing to figure something out if I agreed to spend the $450 and allowing them to do the additional 3 hour diagnostic. I replied, reiterating my concerns, I closed by asking to speak to the general manager and requesting that I hear back from someone ASAP. I got a call back from the service department late day on that Wednesday, asking if I'd made any decisions on whether to go ahead with the repairs. I said that I was waiting to hear back from either the service manager or general manager, to which she replied that Ed had emailed me. I said that that was true, he had emailed, and I'd replied but never heard back from him. Her comment was "oh. Well he's been working on another customers truck all afternoon.". I asked her to have him contact me. I did not hear from Ed for 5 days, and again he was confrontational in his tone, suggesting that I should read my emails more carefully as he clearly stated that he might be able to help me, but not unless I spent the $450. He claimed to have called me but that I didn't answer my phone. I have no calls in the log nor voicemail from Ed to support that. At that point, I went online and found out who the owner was, a Ferydoon Zand, and emailed him. He replied quickly and said he'd be willing to listen to my concerns if I wanted to come in and see him. This was about 11 am on the Monday. I replied immediately and said I could come in anytime, just let me know when would be good. I heard nothing back. At 3:30 pm, I decided it might be best if I just went in and picked up my truck and take it somewhere else. I did so, and upon arriving back home around 4:30 pm, received an email back from Ferrydoon saying that he had been very busy all day and was not able to reply earlier and stated I could come in to see him around 6:30 pm. I indicated that I had already come to pick my truck up and his only response was, "sorry I missed you, Thanks, Ferrydoon". Nothing more, nothing less. He didn't ask if he could still be of any assistance or if things were resolved to my satisfaction, just four words. This is the owner of the company! Obviously, Kawartha Dodge in Peterborough feels that the best approach is to take a customer for all they are worth and then ignore them when they speak up and hope they just go away. It reminds me of a rock song from the 90's: "don't go away mad, just go away". So my advice to you is, "stay away!". I've read many of the poor reviews here, but wish I'd had before I took my vehicle in to them.

Good experience. I went in knowing which vehicle in their used inventory I wanted to look at. Tom was accommodating, even took the time let me test drive a different spec'd vehicle for comparison. The sales pressure was relatively gentle and the process of purchasing the car once I'd decided was smooth and almost surprise free. My only gripe was that I wasn't aware I couldn't take the car the day I paid for it (had to go through their garage for safety sign-off so I got it the next day) which I wish they'd told me before I made the trip out. Other than that, about as good an experience as I could expect and Tom is a genuinely friendly guy who was helpful throughout the process.

They say there is nothing wrong with the car after you pay $90.00 for them to test it. The next time time you take it in they want an other $90.00 to test it again for the same problem. They keep doing this till the warranty runs out. Or they lose the paper work so customer has to pay. I just paid $3000.00 for a repair because of this.

Terrible customer service. I stood at the parts counter for more than 5 minutes surrounded by 20+ employees before anyone asked if I needed something, as if I was standing there for fun. And when I was finally helped, I actually had to give the guy the part number so he could find what I needed. I bought transmission fluid here for $30/qt. only to find out that it's $9/qt. at Peterborough Chrysler for the exact same thing. The customer service is also MUCH better at Peterborough Chrysler.

DO NOT TRUST THIS DEALER. . I picked out a car, agreed with both the Salesman and his manager on the price and the value of my trade. I asked hime to write up the paper work and that I would return on Friday to complete the purchase. On Friday morning the salesman called and said they have sold the car to someone else. In Legal terms we had " offer and acceptance" had they wanted a deposit I would have agreed , but the subject never was raised. I believe that this Dealership cannot be trusted and are unethical. I would avoid any dealings with them.

Parts department deserves a 5+ star! But unfortunately the greeting process was extremely uncomfortable... I understand in the new world we live in there’s “contact tracing” paper work that needs to be filled out. Totally understandable but the guy working the front end table screening people felt like more of a sales tactic then actually covid screening. The gentleman doing so asked for proof of my drivers license upon walking in which was extremely inappropriate and unnecessary especially considering I’m going in to buy parts... not sure how this is even legal but I refused to show him my license and continued to walk in and was greeted by parts which made the experience better as they had exactly what I needed and did it well. Management definitely needs to look into that protocol.

This is a classic case of not getting the details worked out in the fine print before purchasing. I purchased a used car from Kawartha Chrysler. Before the purchase, I pointed out issues and was told they would be looked into. The dealership never followed through. I got the run around after the sale and then I started filing complaints. I then received a Registered Letter from the dealership, stating there was a pre-purchase non-accommodation verbal agreement between us, which is NOT TRUE. It doesn’t make sense – why give me the run-around after the sale, and then follow up with a letter saying they wouldn’t be fixed in the first place? I think the Letter is an attempt to stop me from filing complaints, and yet here I am. I’m not looking for any compensation for this matter – I just want to get the word out. Please heed my advice - "Get It In Writing!" Or better yet – go to another dealership. I would have paid for the repairs, but instead I got the run-around. Thank goodness there is another Chrysler dealership in town that quickly fixed my car. I will not be going back to Kawartha Chrysler for any reason.

I was there on a Sunday when no staff was working. This is a large lot with a great inventory on it, I was there to look at the Jeeps but I also so looked at all the makes and models they have. I peered through the Windows and the showroom looks well organized and clean. I have not had any interaction with the staff yet right, I am just looking. I recently bought my first vehicle from Al Doucette. I have been to a couple other dealerships and left those places feeling discouraged and unhappy with my service and the condescending salesmen. As soon as I walked into the doors at Kawartha Chrysler Jeep Dodge, I immediately felt welcomed. They don't work off commission which I think made the experience all the more comfortable, not once did I feel pressured! The coffee and donuts helped too. :D I drove a smart car prior, and the team did everything they could to get me the highest trade in deal possible. And they did! Al played the total "Dad" role which was awesome, he wanted to make sure that I found a vehicle that included the most important features to me, but also something I could comfortably afford on my budget. Another gentleman took me on the test drive, Craig, and he took me on the highway and also some back dirt roads with some not-so-great conditions to show me how well the Jeep handles them. I was very impressed!! Him and Al both made sure I knew all the features of my new Jeep and again made it their mission to instill confidence in myself and my first big purchase. When it came to the financing portion, Claire was very helpful. She knows all the ins and outs and she worked to get me the best financing rate possible. Warranty was encouraged, however I still felt no pressure to buy the extended warranty. The "big boss" came out on the day that I picked up my Jeep to congratulate me and thank me for my business. Also mentioned that the balloons were his idea! What a nice touch. Overall, I had an amazing experience and I would recommend Kawartha Chrysler Dodge Jeep to anyone looking to buy a car.. in fact, I already have! Had an appointment at 1 for a simple recall inspection. Sat there until 2, nobody knew I was there waiting. Asked if they had a shuttle service. They claimed they did not. What dealership doesn't have one? Took truck, went home. Update-Owner responds with "sorry we don't have a shuttle due to Covid". Other shops offer it???? and totally ignored the fact that I shouldn't need a shuttle for an appointment of a 10 minute recall inspection. Put truck on hoist, look at part. Yes, needs replacing. Drive out.

Introduce Sandra into the mix and a little wiggling later she had me into a Van that met my families needs for a price that wasn't an issue. Sandra also took a few minutes to show me some things and offer some advice on how to make this process better next time. Fast forward to July 2021 and my wife and I are ready for a 2nd vehicle. After some research I turned to Sandra again. BEST DECISION EVER. Not only did she get me into the vehicle I had my eye on she had me in it for the right price and term I was looking for......none of this would have happened had she not taken some extra time to teach me a few things about how credit works and how I can repair some damage to it from my youth. I bought my car from this dealership in 2014. A year later my push button start stopped functioning. I went in to seek help and was met by the most standoffish and unhelpful group of people i have ever had the displeasure of communicating with. After demanding that they look into it, a service tech came out to my car with a screwdriver and popped the starter button out and plopped in my hand saying it was all he could do. After that even i had realized that i had given them my extra key to make sure the fobs were not the issue. After contacting them to get the fob back they informed my that they had lost it. Upon asking when it would he replaced they told me they wouldnt be replacing it. They flat out lost my property and wouldn't replace it! Stay away. Terrible dealership. Tl:dr: lazy techs, horrible service staff and unwilling to replace what they lost.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND getting a vehicle here. Purchase something literally anywhere else. When we put in the order for our vehicle, they got the colour wrong. They brought us in, we did all the paperwork, and they put our plates on for us while we did that. We walked out to get into the vehicle and couldn't believe that they had messed up the colour. It's a big difference, so we went back in and told them. Craig (salesman) initially tried to tell us that WE were wrong! I insisted that we had asked for the gun metal grey (not the one called Bullet that they had brought in), and he had to look through several papers to find our original order to confirm that it WAS him who had gotten it wrong from the very beginning. Our order said the grey we wanted, but his first papers to get a vehicle transferred from another lot said the colour we did NOT want. He did not apologize. I asked what was going to be done it if we could get the correct colour. We sat for a long time with someone (not sure who) who was able to make some compensations for us, but they really made us feel as though we would not be able to get the vehicle we actually wanted and that we would have to take this one that they brought in. It was incredibly frustrating. In addition to this, the service we receive when we go back to get our "life time free oil changes" is not great. We are never met with friendly faces - only grumpy, tired, frustrated ones. The wait is always exorbitant, even to get simple things done, and in order to get the "free" oil changes, they want you to spend $300-400 every couple months to do whatever else there is in the book before they'll do the "free" oil change. It's nuts.

Absolutely terrible experience. I'll never take my Chrysler to these guys for service ever again. They stole premium lifetime warranty suspension parts from my car and replaced them with them oem parts. I was quoted for upper ball joints, which were never replaced but instead the mechanic had taken my lower control arms off and replaced them instead. I specifically had asked for only the upper ball joints to be done because of the life time warranty aftermarket parts installed previously. The next day when I went to a reputable shop for an alignment, who notified me that the previous work done by Kawartha Chrysler was not what I had asked to be done. I confronted the service manager about it and he was immediately confrontational and rude..... I also had ordered a set of replacement Napa tension Struts 2 days before taking my car to Kawartha, when I went to get those parts from Napa the same day I had taken my car to Kawartha Chrysler the parts I had ordered in my name were gone after I picked up my car. Don't trust these people.... prime example of a STEALERSHIP. Thiefs

Every time I have to get a dealer only part I dread it because I have received nothing but terrible service from Kawartha Chrysler. I think we're at 5 times in a row now. Bought a 2017 Ram June last year ... When I bought it they had to take it to a detailer to fix damage to the clear coat due to bird droppings. All was well until the last ice storm when ice sliding off the hood scratched the hood in many places. I took it to the dealership today, my salesperson said there is nothing they can do about it as it was an act of God. He had their detailer look at it who said it would be 200-400 dollars to maybe make it ok ... Repainting would be the only way to make sure it would be back to good. Now for a truck with just over 10,000kms ... That had an issue pre-buying the truck with the paint ... You would think a quality dealer would at least try and cover the cost to repair scratches due to melting ice ... Which I have never had in any of my vehicles before ... It would be good to get a better response than nothing they can do ...

I have purchased 3 vehicles here since 2018. First of all sales with Craig are 5 star and no complaints. The reason for low rating is their service department. My 2020 Dodge Ram 3500 recently had an engine light come on and had it checked by local garage so I already had diagnostics but needed the light turned off at the dealer. I called service and explained I was concerned and she said this is a common warning and appointment time would be 30-50 minutes. She told me to come the next day and they were very busy but they would fit it in at 1:15pm. I was busy that day and down a truck so paid an employee to run the truck there from Apsley. My employee dropped truck off early at 1pm and called me at 3:30 when the truck still hadn’t moved to be seen. He dealt with Rusty and was treated rudely and no apologies or promptness after realizing he is sitting waiting two and a half hours. I called and spoke with Rusty and was spoken to condescendingly as to why the truck was taking so long. The truck still hadn’t moved at this point... they finally took truck in told me what I already knew then turned off light and he was gone at almost 5pm. Did not appreciate having to pay out wages for 7 hours (12pm-6pm with drive time) when this should have been at very most 3 hours.

Check your invoice when you pick up your vehicle after service. On two occasions I assumed service we talked about was complete. First issue was just a marker light that I thought was replaced. I wasn't advised that they didn't have the part in stock until several days later when I received a phone call advising that the part was in and I could make an appointment to have it replaced. No mention that the service was not completed when I picked up my vehicle. Second issue, my vehicle went in for a simple oil change, and to replace the marker light and to check my Navigation system that wouldn't work. I picked up the vehicle and they did not mention that they couldn't connect with the Chrysler system to re-set or fix my Nav system. I left the dealership under the impression that everything we discussed when dropping off my vehicle was complete. No mention when picking it up that the NAV system still did not work. Not impressed that on two back to back visits that work completed was not mentioned. Al was a great guy to deal with when it came to buying our 2015 Journey; however the service department is sorely lacking in customer service and organization. Our "free" oil changes took upwards of two + hours (we don't have our cars oil changed there anymore due to this) and have just left the service department after driving an hour for an 8am appointment to replace a door cable only to find out they ordered the wrong part, with no apologies whatsoever for wasting my time. Will never deal with them again.

Went in for simple lock issue. Was told if they broke part while fixing it would be my fault and I would be forced to pay for the replacement. I brought up that this is bad service and the employee, Ian, verbally abused me, locked the service doors to prevent me from leaving and told me to never bring my vehicle back in for service. As well the employee came to service my car without a mask on. I would not suggest buying a car from here or servicing your vehicle after this awful experience.

I have always been a loyal customer of Kawartha Chrysler but more specifically Dodge/Ram products. I purchased my 2015 Ram Rebel from them. In January of 2019 the front end of my truck inexplicably dropped. Apparently the compressor on the air suspension gave out. Because it was under warranty at the time it was replaced free of charge. Unbeknownst to me this apparently is an ongoing issue with Ram Air suspension systems. Due to shoddy parts that Chrysler is well aware of but chooses to ignore the air suspension gets moisture in the system and freezes up causing the vehicles suspension to not function.Vehicle is stuck in Lowest setting and will not operate until it thaws out! This air suspension system is NOT designed for cold Canadian climates. When I brought my truck In the last time their so called tech claimed there was leaks in the system and 1200$ later claimed the problem was fixed. It was not. Furthermore this tech diagnosed a whole bunch of other problems to the tune of approximately $4000. One of the problems the tech claimed was that an aftermarket oil filter was leaking. According to him it is a common issue with after market products. My truck actually wasn’t leaking oil as this crack vehicle tech advised but was dripping undercoating solution as I had just had it undercoated. Kawartha Chrysler wanted to charge me $180 for this non-fix. I returned my truck to Kawartha Chrysler to fix the air suspension issue again. Three days off work later they returned my truck stating if the problem wasn’t resolved I’m looking at another $2500 to replace compressor again with no guarantee it would solve problem. I attempted to address this situation with Kawartha Chryslers service manager who like the old service manager I dealt with over other vehicle issues gave me the run around and lip service but took no ownership for their products malfunction and passed the buck to FCA Chrysler Canada. FCA Chrysler Canada also sloughed me off not acknowledging the defective parts but simply saying it’s out of warranty can’t help you. I will NEVER buy Chrysler products again nor will I ever recommend them to anyone. Furthermore as you can see by the number of poor reviews about Kawartha Chrysler’s piss poor service department I will never again purchase anything from them nor recommend their business. They DO NOT understand the value of customer loyalty and service nor do they care. Shame on them for their despicable business practices.

Buyer Beware !!!!! I purchased my vehicle from Kawartha Chrysler (Peterborough) 2 years ago Used, with $25,000 km on it. The sales person neglected to tell me that the vehicle had been in an accident and had damage. I went to another dealership to try and trade my vehicle in 2 weeks ago and they were going to give me a $13,000 trade in value. Then the salesman at the Chev dealership came back and said where and when did you have the accident?? I was shocked, and said I have never had an accident. He then showed me the carfax report which was a few months prior to me buying the vehicle and I saw the fact that it was in an accident. Then my trade in was dropped to $7,000. I then called and called the manager at Kawartha Chrysler (Peterborough) until he returned my phone call from Kawartha Chrysler asking why I was not told about the accident, and that I was disappointed that a single Mom , would be taken advantage of like they did. He was extremely smug and said we didn't have to disclose anything? There was no dollar figure on the carfax, it didn't go through insurance and it was in the states! I said well there was a police report filed and I would think good business would be just to be up front, dollar figure or not. He said you signed your bill of sale didn't you? I said yes, and he said well you accepted all terms. He could care less that the salesperson was dishonest by not disclosing all information. I am now going to end up carrying the left over that’s owing on this vehicle to my new one thanks to the dishonesty of the sales people at Kawartha Chrysler. These are the people that give car salesman a bad name. He didn't apologize at all. Simply said I signed the bill so end of!!

We recently traded in our 2014 Fiat 500L for a Buick Encore and couldn’t be happier with the change. We had heaps of issues with the Fiat and were anxious to be rid of it, very anxious. Our sales associate was Craig Brown, we worked with him for a while and he was very patient and tolerant of the fact that we obviously were wanting to take our time and not make the same mistake twice. Of course we wound up not buying a Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, Ram, Fiat vehicle but were very impressed with Craig’s ability to remain objective, to pay attention to our concerns and to allow us to look for something we wanted. There wasn’t any sales pressure and none needed, Craig knew how to do his job and he did it well. Although we have made the decision to leave the brand with the trade-in of our Fiat, we will always come back to Craig for our vehicle purchasing needs. We highly recommend him. The financing lady we saw was the icing on the cake, if you will. Her assistance made the whole experience that much better and we are thankful for that. In closing, the only reason I didn’t give this a full 5 stars is simply that the overall experience with other parts of the Kawartha Chrysler experience has been way less than satisfactory and had nothing to do with Craig or Sandra, the finance person.

Fery was so helpful and was actually insisting on showing me lower trim models of the same vehicle to ensure I made the right purchase. This past Saturday I accompanied my son to this dealership to purchase a new Ram that was listed on their own website.We test drove the truck then sat down to negotiate price with my sons trade in.The sales people here apparently have no access to to "give you the numbers"so it has to go through a manager.We tried for well over an hour to get a straight forward answer to the price and payments with the trade for this truck.They finally produced a document showing the price they where negotiating with which was several thousand dollars more than their advertised price was on their website and we showed them the ad.When we asked for a copy of their quote they refused to give us one. JEEP OWNERS BE AWARE!!! If you have a 3.6 pentastar in your jeep and have had your oil changed at this dealer odds are they overfilled it. Challenged the advisor twice on the oil capacity who kept telling me ALL 3.6 enginges take 6 liters which I know is wrong its actually 4.7L for my 2020 wrangler. Luckily the service manager overheard and looked it up and it is 4.7L. Next was a meeting in the shop with all the service techs. The advisor asked them all how much oil they would put in my vehicle and all said 6L I was told. The advisor then told me that its no big deal to have too much oil in the engine it just puts more pressure on the rings and gaskets and the engine will burn it off out the exhaust and that he hasn't seen any problems yet. Really!! 2 stars only because the service manager got involved voluntarily and looked into it. Last time I take my vehicle to this dealership

We were travelling from Petawawa to Niagara Falls towing our 5th wheel when we started to get DEF warnings on our diesel truck. These can be quite serious so we called to get it in to get checked. Julie the service assistant was extremely accommodating, and was able to get us in to be checked. Unfornutaley the problem required more work than could be done in the time remaining for the day. Again they were extremely helpful, allowing us to leave the trailer in the lot, tried to get us rental so we could carry on until the truck was repaired. Service department. I booked an appointment for 9 am, showed up and couldn’t drive my vehicle in because on the the employees had their personal vehicle in the bay. I park out back, bring the key in to be helpful, confirm my 9am appointment, and I’m told that I need to bring it in the bay for Covid reasons. Ok no problem, at that point the bay has filled up with other vehicles, so I wait and bring the truck in. I’m sitting in the waiting room watching people with later appointments show up, get their vehicles serviced, and after an 1:15 minutes of waiting, I ask the service desk if my truck is being worked on yet. He says no, it’s an all day thing on Saturday's, that’s the expectation. I said no , I confirmed my 9 am appointment again , and said 9 am is the expectation. I commented on how people who showed up later than I were serviced first. Needless to say I didn’t get my oil change done, after having my morning wasted , I have other appointments, that I’m expected to be at. That’s the whole point in scheduling a time.

Jason McCarthy and the Finance team are great but the service department isn’t. Took my brand new truck back to kawartha Chrysler cause of foggy headlights. After what sounds like a rehearsed response from the counter person, they won’t replace my headlights (they wouldn’t even come out and look at the truck), can’t provide the Bulletin that supports their claim (looked for 15 mins couldn’t find it and told me to come back Monday so the manager could show it to me), told me I was asking ridiculous questions, threatened to escort me out (I swore to which I apologized), and told me to go to one of the other dealers to see it. I took it to Peterborough Chrysler, who actually looked at my truck, found an old bulletin (from 2017 and said it should have been updated for 2019 if it was still an issue), and said he would call the engineers of FCA and if they say to replace them then I would get new headlights. Needless to say Kawartha Chrysler will lose out on all the upgrades I have planned for the truck.

I went to buy a Hellcat Charger. I spoke with Craig the sales rep.over the phone. Gave him my credit card and set up an appointment to view and test drive.I even sent Craig the link from Auto trader . I drove 2 hours from DT Toronto to Kawartha Chrysler for my appointment only to have the sales rep Show me the wrong car. My car was not even on the lot. The car he showed me was Orange Challager Hellcat and we were discussing a white Charger Hellcat. He showed me the car proud as a peacock clueless that it was not correct vehicle. My entire schedule was re arranged to make this appointment not to mention 4 hours of my time wasted. I called Craig th sales rep a Moron and left. I then called the dealership and said I wanted to buy the car from another sales rep. The owner text me and said he will not do business with me and called me Uneducated not even meeting me. Stay away from this Mickey Mouse dealership. So unorganized and unprofessional. The owner should fire this salesperson for being a moron. He is upset with me the paying customer. They just lost a cash sale today. No financing was even needed. STAY AWAY !!

I bought my Chrysler 200 from here and the service I received from Jason McCarthy when purchasing the vehicle was amazing. However, yesterday I visited this location while I was in Peterborough because my oil drain plastic cover was open (under the vehicle). It's a simple fix to just have someone shut it but I myself was not about to crawl under my car to do it. The woman (Julie) at the service desk looked at me as if I had asked her to perform brain surgery and quizzed me on things that were completely irrelevant. She refused to have someone close it for me without booking me in for an appointment to see a mechanic and paying a fee. So instead I left and took my car to Jiffy Lube where the MANAGER himself closed it within 2 seconds and sent me on my way free of charge. I was considering purchasing my next vehicle from this location as well but because of that pathetic customer service i'll be taking my business elsewhere.
