I went in for a oil change, I specified "an oil change and nothing more". I appreciate the fact that they went over the vehicle for me and topped up fluids but I keep a close eye on my vehicle. They were very friendly and thorough, I will go there again but I will make sure I am clear on just an oil change, lube and filter.

Transmission had went out of my car under warranty, It has had problems prior and they kept care of my needs when the problems started to persist to the point it was undrivable. They had shuttle services at the start for me to get to work. Well after the fourth time, parts were going to be very difficult to get in time and they can get pretty busy over at Holiday Ford with backlogs. It's not necessarily their problem, the pandemic hasn't helped with manufacturing or automotive industries in general. This time my car was unusable, and they had a rental for me in a day after they were able to assess it further. Because of the backlogs in parts we had to wait for about 2 weeks. They were commutative and kept me informed, rebuilt the transmission, and got me back in my car. We may even have a sale here shortly for a different vehicle at Holiday for a trade in. Out of it all they are very understanding and are willing to help work around your schedules and needs. Great customer service overall, thank you.

I recently bought a 2019 F150 at holiday ford To make this short and sweet ... this has been buy far my best truck buying experience !! I have been to a few dealers over the last few years and holiday ford is top notch!! From my sales rep Zach/darryl they were very fair and reasonable with my trade in and the same when negotiating the price of my new truck.. it was painless and easy! Mike in finance was great to deal with when it got to that stage. When i took delivery i had a small concern Todd the service manager and his team of service advisors went above and beyond to take care of everything for me! If you are looking to buy a new Ford i would highly suggest the great people at Holiday Ford!!

I had to go to Holiday Ford Collision Centre in order to get my car door fixed. Apparently this was a super easy fix according to the team there. Once the door was fixed it was horrible. My mirror did not adjust correctly and the door was not aligned with the car correctly. The seals in the door were not applied correctly either. I brought the issue to them and they fixed all things that were incorrect. However my door now vibrates when I'm listening to music. It's subtle but still....I would suggest taking your vehicle to someone you trust and know when having it repaired through insurance. I totally regret bringing my vehicle to this location.

I went in to Holiday Ford for the 40,000 km service. No major service was required so my service was done at the "quick lane" . I did have an appointment. My vehicle was taken in as soon as I arrived and it was completed on schedule. I was very pleased with everything. I would like to add that I purchased a Ford Escape from Holiday Ford and it is the best vehicle I have ever owned and I have owned a lot of different makes and models. I highly recommend it.

I bought my car in June 2015. I first noticed something in my paint by my door. So they had to repaint some of the door. Then I was pointed out by someone that my windshield was showing double lights. So I bring it back to Holiday and they send out to see if Ford will replace it. First they tried to clean it and blame me for washer fluid I was using but it was theirs. Then the car wash places I was going and other things that would put the blame on me for why it was doing it. So they said Ford wouldn't replace it and that if I still feel like it was a bother to me to go SOMEWHERE ELSE. I had to go to Lindsay to another Ford. Long story short Lindsay Ford saw the problem and emailed Ford. Holiday Ford replaced my windshield. Then my car had a stutter but I didn't bring it in for that because it wouldn't always do it. It finally did and they had to replace the clutch. Then my car wouldn't start. It's only a year and a half. Then they replaced my bolts for my wheels. Making it sound like good thing you still have warranty. Also the mature woman in quick lane is not very nice. I bought it in to get my tires on with rims already on and she was almost annoyed I didn't have an appointment and there were 30 that day. Even though they got it done before lunch and I was leaving my car all day! Seriously this is the worst car ever!! My 2007 Saturn Ion is more reliable than my new Ford. But they just fix my many problems but I'll have to start paying soon. Can't wait to give them more of my money.

I am very disappointed to provide this review. I have been a loyal customer of Ford for my whole life as my dad worked at head office for 30 years. My husband purchased a brand new F150 at the beginning of this year from Holiday Ford and had a great experience with the Sales Department. This review is pertaining to the experience we have since had with the Service side. We both own new Ford vehicles and the customer service we have recently received from the Service Department has been awful. Being told deadlines for resolutions that have not been kept, being told to expect calls by certain times that never come, and an unwillingness to try to work with us. We have spoken to others and have heard that in the community the service side of this dealership has quite a poor reputation. We will be taking our business elsewhere which is disappointing and inconvenient.

We just purchased our first Ford product and our first purchase from Holiday Ford. It is a used vehicle in what appears to be in great condition, with low mileage. Our sales associate, Zach, was very helpful and informative as to all the features of the vehicle and if he wasn't sure he immediately went to seek an answer. Holiday did work with us to give us the best price possible. The only reason I did not give them a 5 star is that I expected the car to be thoroughly cleaned both inside and out when we picked it up. The outside was well done but the inside was not. It may have been quickly vacuumed but it was not efficient as the car needs to be wiped down inside and is in need of armor all everywhere. The price sign which hangs from the rear view mirror was found beside the passenger seat on the floor. Maybe I am just a wee bit fussy but I was disappointed in the detailing before our pick up date. Other than that I would recommend Holiday and Zach to anyone in need of a new or used vehicle.

The adaptive steering was not working when I purchased the car over a year ago from Holiday Ford. I didn't get any attention from Holiday Ford because it was intermittent problem. I finally took photos at several different times when the warning light was on. That was the only way I got any action. Then, I had to wait several hours while the problem was diagnosed only to be advised I'd have to wait 2 weeks for a new steering wheel. After 4 weeks the part had not arrived, so I called customer support at Ford Canada. They put me on hold and eventually told me they called Holiday Ford. I said I could have done that myself. I was told that the parts is a different division of Ford and they couldn't help me! Wow, that's Ford's customer service! I spoke to the Parts Manager at Holiday Ford afterwards. He agreed to speak to Ford's Regional Rep. I received no feedback.. It took over 2 months to get the part. Then I was given an appointment 2 weeks after Holiday Ford got the part. Then the appointment was subsequently rescheduled. The day I took the vehicle in for service, I received a phone call saying the car was ready. When I picked up the vehicle, the adaptive steering was not working! I had to wait 30 minutes for the Technician was 'test driving' another vehicle. I showed him that the computer was indicating no adaptive steering. I had to wait another hour while the computer was reprogrammed. The adaptive steering is now working 1 year and 3 months after I purchased a new car. What kind of warranty and customer service is that? I didn't even get an apology or an offer to compensate me for my time and inconvenience. I am very disappointed with Ford Canada and Holiday Ford. I make it a point to tell everyone that I speak to about my experience. Another point, I haven't had the same service adviser twice. The service at Jack McGee GM dealer is much better!

Have been a customer since 2004 and have updated my vehicle every 4 years. From the minute you walk into the dealership, you are treated with the utmost care and courtesy. The sales department is the best of the best and the service department take the time to explain every detail of what is being done to your vehicle. Great people in the collision center, the repairs made on my car we're good. However l, being a bit OCD; found fault. After pointing out a small area l was not happy with, the repair manager said if l was not happy, neither was he. They kept the car another day and took care of my concern. No questions asked. The sales team was really helpful and friendly. They were hardly able to work with me on any pricing or deals although they did try. They almost lost the sale when I had to deal with their financial department. Which by the way, Justin if you're really a good guy like you say you are, you wouldn't throw your coworkers under the bus for being new when it was something that was your fault ????. I had about a few different requests (gap insurance, tax included in the price, tinting the windows). They couldn't do any of it but after I told the financial dept that I didn't want to take the deal they offered me $150 for tinting and a full tank of gas for the 5 hour drive back home. I'd definitely recommend this location to other people, just be careful with who you deal with.

5 Stars- Ian Burns , Sales and Leasing Even though i spend what feels like 90% of my life in my car i am NOT the type of person who understands cars and dont ever want to be. However, as a Realtor in Cottage Country i am constantly dealing with hazardous road conditions, really bad gravel cottage roads, steep driveways from hell, and deer flying out from all sides of the roads. When the time came to trade in my lease for a new vehicle Ian Burns was my sales person. I have purchased many vehicles and Ian is by far the best I have ever dealt with. Not only did he take the time to understand my needs and wants; he guided me on what would be the best option for the deal. Jenn and her crew did an excellent job looking after the install of my dash cam and tonneau cover as well as with the regular checks and maintenance. They kept me updated throughout the day via text. Good and prompt service...thank you :-) However, I received a letter from Ford Motor Company of Canada on September 21, 2018 stating that parts are now available regarding recall 18S20 for my Fusion and I have phoned Holiday Ford several times since then to have this bushing installed and I keep getting told this part is back-ordered and that I have been put on a waiting list? I am getting ready to travel 6,000 km to Northern Ontario and the U.S.A, so I am anxious to have this possibly defective bushing replaced before I leave. It would be difficult for me to have this done on the road as I will be travelling and would have to interupt my schedule to have this done at a distant dealership. I would appreciate it if Ford Motor Company could expedite the installation on this part for me.

This dealership does not like to do warranty work. for a day job and it took 2 weeks. They lied to me and said the part had not arrived yet when I went out to my vehicle because it was pushed outside, the repair was done. then I've brought it in for other issues to diagnose but they don't know how to diagnose issues. Took it in for a LOF and they didnt even check tire pressures, all tires were low.

WORST SERVICE. RUDE. Called 4x to have a part ordered and fixed, no one returned my call, went in to speak to someone and was told to wait for a call - 4 months later. Just called again, the girl was so rude on the phone, full of attitude, explained that I have a recall and another part I had ordered and explained that I've been waiting for months, her response was "It 500+ waiting list, I've had people waiting since 2011!" Are you kidding!? The recall came out a month an a half ago. Called my original dealer in Lindsay and got an appointment for Monday, no problem - never dealing with PTBO Ford ever again! Save yourself the time and headache - go to MOYNES FORD LINDSAY! Those guys are amazing in there, saves you money, honest and reliable. Trust me, its worth the 20 min drive.

It was surprising to hear from Ford Lincoln about an 11 year old car. They insisted that the driver's side airbag had to be replaced (at no expense to the owner). My visit to the dealership in Peterborough was courteous and professional and the airbag was replaced while I waited. Very impressive. Thank you, Sincerely, Mike My retractable roof got stuck in the open position and I called Holiday Ford Lincoln for an emergency appointment. Although they were completely booked up, they recognized my dilemma and squeezed me into their appointment schedule. Two hours later my roof was completely repaired and operating normally. Alright... My story here. My wife and I both bought new cars here, I two years ago in 08/15, and my wife in 09/16. That initial experience was good enough, nothing special, nothing bad. We dealt with Justin. Now fast forward two years and I'm interested in trading mine in on a Fiesta ST. I email Justin who informs me he is no longer selling cars, but will get his buddy Iain to call me. No call comes. My wife is at the dealership a few days later for an oil change, and gets talking to another salesperson and they get along... Great I have someone to work my deal. Now here is where the dealership lost me and my wife as life long customers, even if we kept cars for 5 years or so before trading in, we would have purchased 20-25 vehicles from them. But no, they tried to screw me on the trade in. Here's the deal. My 2015 Ford Fiesta S, less than two years old, has only 10500km on it, and is immaculate inside and out. They bring me a piece of paper which had the trade in broken down for me: they could list the car at 10999, but realistically only get 8900 for it, minus 2000 for reconditioning (remember, immaculate), minus another 3000 for advertising and keeping it on their lot, and then something else... Leaving me with an offer of 3600 for my car as trade-in. I walked out after shaking the salesperson's hand, it's not her fault, it's the chickenshit rat bastard in the back that doesn't show his face's doing. I went up to Mitsubishi the same day, got an 8840 trade-in value, and now drive a lancer. My wife also traded her fiesta in and got a Mazda. Because they insulted us with their trade in tactics. Never again Holiday.

Brought my car their for warranty work. Service was excellent. Mark went through the details with me and made it all easy to understand, kept me up to date and ensured there were no extra surprises when I picked up my car. Only thing to watch out for is their service hours are short. I showed up at 6:30 only to find I couldn't pick up my car. Found out afterwards that if you let them know you are going to be late they can leave the invoice and keys with the shop next door.

We brought our Ford Focus in for a complete overhaul as it had reached 130,000 kms. They completed all servicing in a timely matter and brought to our attention items for our consideration. We appreciate their professional and courteous manner before and after the servicing. About a month ago, we took our car in to find a problem with the wipers not working properly. We did not have an appointment but they started assessing the problem in short order. They kept in touch with us throughout. We visited to look, and ultimately bought a 2012 Escape. No problems noted at the time, service was excellent and friendly. Next day, we found that Ian's "FOB" was not working, so we came back to try to have it fixed. We came in and Ryan changed the battery. Voila, it is a miracle, the "FOB" works, for three days. "FOBs" don't like me. The car is great, though a bit smaller than my old van. Overall : very satisfied, excluding "FOB" - the replacement FOB is still working! ;-) Thanks for the attention and service.

My son bought a car from this dealership less than 4 months ago. His cars braking system seized up and when they removed the brake pads they crumbled into pieces. Apparently the safety missed that there was an issue with the brakes. He had the car towed to the dealership and after finding out what happened they told him the best they could do was give him an hour off the labor. 800 plus dollars was the quote they gave him. Our family has purchased three brand new cars from this place and this is their customer service. Moral of the story don’t buy used anything from this place. Nothing like making my sons first car purchase a bad experience.

The salesman was relaxed, personable and asked her questions about her, what she was looking for in a car and how it woukd fit her lifestyle. Second, previous visit I mentioned an oil leak, was told no issue. This time I'm told they won't let the car leave unless I sign a waiver due to the oil leak. Never mind the oil change treating me like a child. Currently waiting to see if they actually address the issues I brought it in for, like the LED brake light that has repeatedly failed.

I understand about distance but I had my mask on and gloves and they did not and was not six feet apart said because they can not have me inside as if another customer came in well this was April 21st very cold and windy day and said it would be about a hour and said go for a walk or call someone to pick me up call who and said ha cannot be closer then six feet you can not be six feet apart in car my kids don’t even come to my house give me a break I feel if they are open for service they should accommodate customers book appointment apart so if someone like me came in stay till car is done not everyone as two cars and live in town very cold hour been dealing with you for over thirty years I understand with this going on but think about it make seance ask each one if they have a ride when booking and then you can accommodate for each one bye ford. Our vehicle had two visits to Holiday Ford this week. One was an "emergency" as my windshield wiper flew off while driving. Ford fit us in right away and replaced the blade at a very reasonable cost. The second visit was a scheduled one to put on our snow tires - again, at a very reasonable cost. On the few occasions that we've needed the shuttle, service has been safe, friendly and efficient. The professional folks at Holiday Ford are the reason that my wife and I bought another Ford. A few years back, we bought a used Fiesta from a competitor, and it developed some transmission problems. It was the way that the Holiday Ford service department treated us while they fixed the problem (under warranty) that convinced us to buy another Ford rather than abandon the brand completely. On March 27/19 I was invited to the Holiday Ford dealership with my Ford Escape 2014, Jake dealt with me we discussed which vehicle I liked and what I would like in the vehicle to make my driving experience better, we originally took a test drive in a 2019 Ford Ecosport, very comfortable ride and I really liked the features that came with the vehicle. Jake was very patient with me in explaining how each function on the Vehicle worked, we then went back to the dealership to do the work of getting me a decent acceptable price For my 2014, it took some time but we came to a good price and we started the procedure of filling out forms, at which time I noticed there was. 2018 Ford Ecosport available so choose to go with that vehicle as it was a lower price, overall the purchasing of my new vehicle was an excellent experience because of Jakes knowledge and hard work at making the numbers work. Although, the Service was good, I was very up set with the technician, who drove my car in and out of Bay, they did not use a paper car mat, when doing so, My 2008 Ford Focus has beige carpet and car mats. To my surprise there was black oily, greasey, work boot marks all over my beige Carpets and car mats, in my very clean car! I should have gone back into the service department to complain, but did not, because I was very angry, nothing good comes out of angry, so I went home, and will try to clean my carpets, there is already to much negativity in the world right know, so I hope that this doesn't happen to any one else ! I booked my Ford Escape in for an oil change and to have the snow tires put on. The day before my appointment my a/c stopped working. I left my car early in the morning and wrote a note on the envelope where I leave my keys and contact information. Laura K called me to say that Quick Lane could not check my a/c but if it was ok she would try to get it into Holiday Ford to have the a/c checked. She couldn’t make any promises but would try. She also told me that they had tightened the wires and tried to check it as best they could. When I picked up my car the a/c was checked with Laura’s call and was fixed. My first visit for service at Hoiliday Ford, was greeted well and advised well by service advisors and service manager. I was given all information and pricing up front. The work was performed well, Differential Fluid change. The problem was the Items charged on the checkout Bill. I was Overcharged. Service advisors pulled up Ford data for my engine, stating 2.0L was required to fill Differential. My Bill shows charged for 3.0L??( at $32.49 per Litre). I refused to pay the Bill as shown. The service advisor contacted the Tech., who performed the work, he said yes only 2.0L was required to do the work required. He did not have a Valid reason why 3.0L was charged. Bill was changed to 2.0L charged

Yesterday, I had a 10:45 appointment for an oil change and to change my tires into the winter ones which were ON RIMS and IN STORAGE there. 1. The service man told me that it would be almost an hour. 2 1/2 hours later, it was ready. 2. He did not mention that BOTH storage and changing the tires had increased by $5.00 . 3. It started with the purchase of the vehicle and yesterday I was finally going to get the rear door (which was out of alignment when I picked the vehicle up in July) adjusted. Surprise the door is still out of alignment. I now believe this type of service is what the dealership is built on!!! I have not responded to their requests for feedback recently because the service was ok, this last service is more indicative of what I have experienced in the past. The service was done in a timely manner but unfortunately when I was cleaning leaves out from under the wiper area yesterday, to my surprise there were 2 bolts laying on the screen area. I will assume these belong somewhere on the air filter housing as that was the only thing under the hood that they would have inspected. It became obvious that there was a serious problem with my ten-month-old Mustang, so I took it into Holiday Ford, even though I had purchased the car from a dealership in Toronto. The service I received was really outstanding. The engine needed to be replaced and Rebecca, the service advisor, maintained contact with me me through the whole process. She was unfailingly good-humoured and helpful, and arranged for a three-week replacement car rental (a very pleasant Ford Flex) at no cost. John, the mechanic, did a brilliant job installing the new engine and my car now seems to be running better than it did in the first place! I realize with the Covid 19 pandemic certain challenges arise. However, when my appointment for a tailgate recall on my 2015 Ford Lariat was booked I was told it would be 2 hours. I was fine with that. When I got to the dealership for my appointment I turned in my key and moved to the tent outside to wait. The weather was very cold and blustery. I went back in and requested that the front wall of the tent be secured to try to overcome the winds, and that was done. A gentleman came in after me with an appointment scheduled 45 minutes after mine. His truck was taken inside for repairs 1/2 an hour before mine. I waited a full hour for my truck to be taken in for the repair. The repair as it turned out only took an hour to complete but because I sat outside in the cold windy tent for 1 3/4 hours waiting for the repair I finally couldn’t stand the cold anymore and had to go inside the building to request staying inside. I was accommodated and 15 minutes later my truck was ready. Had the truck been taken in on time and serviced I would not have had to sit outside in the cold for such a long time. I think when people’s appointments are scheduled they should be serviced in order. I am 70 years old and am not impressed with the time it took to get my vehicle into the bay to be serviced.

I had warranty work done on my new car a few months after owning it, for a recall. The paint started peeling again and they repaired it once again, stating that the gentleman who did the work no longer works there. Rust is now coming through (all along the rocker panels and around the wheel wells) in the exact locations they painted and they told me that "ford will only do warranty work once, sorry" I really like my car, but it's unfortunate that Holiday Ford didn't stand behind their work. As I assume that paint should not rust through in two years, underneath clear protective stickers that they applied. I was hoping they would be willing to at least work with me to get the issue fixed, but they never even offered me a quote. My next vehicle will be unfortunately purchased elsewhere.

The service I received from really went above and beyond what I'd expected! Right after I'd made my appointment to get my power windows checked, which had been refusing to open at random and were becoming more and more finicky, they had made contact and started working to understand what the issue with my car was. Not only that, but once I arrived in person they were very friendly and made sure that I had a ride after they took my car to the shop. They had even followed up after I left the car there, and though I had nothing else to add it was nice to have the opportunity. I booked in my parents truck for diagnostics explaining that the earliest appointment of the day was important. An appointment for 8:30 was given. I met my elderly father, gave all the information. At 12:30 we had heard nothing so I called. The truck had not been serviced yet and we were told that other vehicles had taken longer. At 3:00 the truck still hadn't been brought in but was told it was next, not sure what time though. We decided to pick it up, it's now been booked at the dealership they purchased it from. Came in for a leaking sunroof. 2016 F150 Water on passenger floor in front. Was told there was ice in drain tubes. Couldn’t be truck was in a heated garage for two days when it was washed. Inspection showed all drain tubes and weather stripping were fine. One week later water in same place in cab. To busy to fit it in for 2 more days. Took truck home removed headliner, drain hose completely pulled off nipple. So I guess the inspection wasn’t fine.

I took my 2011 F150 to this location for a recall and and a general inspection. I do not like the customer service I received. They are set up well, but the mechanics didn't catch some very basic things I knew were wrong with the truck, like the water pump. Ultimately, you just get the vibe that the service desk people hate their job and this does not give me confidence to go back. Would not recommend. Go to Boyer Ford in Bobcaygeon for a much better experience.

Phoned Quick Lane to find out how busy they were, in order to get oil change. I was informed they could start within a few minutes of showing up. 10 minutes after arriving, my car was in the garage and 40 minutes later the oil change plus multi-point inspection completed and a written inspection report was provided. Worst experience ever taking my car in. My car went in at 8 am Monday morning for a leak and to check my air conditioning motor. They didn't even check the air conditioner until Tuesday afternoon even though the leak had been fixed the previous morning. The service guy called me and said that they would need it over night and if it wasn't done by 12 the next day they would rent me a vehicle because I needed my vehicle. Now the next day I got a call and my car still wasn't fixed and apparently he now wasn't able to get me a vehicle because my vehicle could still be used. This was not mentioned in our previous conversations. I left my vehicle for 2 full days and half the day Wednesday. I have to bring my vehicle in again. So they can figure out what's going on with my AC still. Here the catcher, my vehicle isn't even a year old and we haven't used the air conditioner so who knows how that was blown. They also used 145km of my gas and left me with 2km and they didn't have my vehicle waiting In the front. I had to go search for it in the back of the parking lot. The service guys said he couldn't do anything to help me after he said I couldn't get a vehicle. I would not go with a Ford vehicle again after this awful experience.

The Techs are young and inexperienced. Goodness knows what condition your expensive car will be in after a repair. Poor training means that electronics and software , which control everything , steering, fuel, brakes , air bags, transmission/autobox and just every safety based control systems are beyond their comprehension. Period. I have a Ford. Perhaps unsafe to leave your car there to let them fiddle and "learn" by hit and miss on your vehicle.?

Scheduling appointment was simple and easy. Office staff was excellent with accommodating my appointment quickly. I was offered a shuttle and shuttle driver was very personable and friendly. When my vehicle was ready for pickup my key was returned to me in a surgical manner being sanitized and handled to me via a wipe. Although, my vehicle being a 2021 MACH E which I pamper was returned with grease and goo all other the steering wheel, door latch, and mats. I used two Windex wipes to clean these surfaces and once done it looked like it was dragged along the shop floor. The technician obviously did not respect COVID protocol and did not respect the condition that he received my vehicle. I would have hoped that he returned it in a similar condition that he received it. Very disappointing! Update September 27, 2021 Holiday Ford contacted me about my disappointment and were very concerned about my concern. They offered a full detailing of my vehicle that I did not accept because my vehicle is usually very clean. I have returned to the dealership four time since my original visit for a vehicle defect and every single time my vehicle was return to me as I left it which shows some real character in those that work at Holiday Ford. One last thing to note, the issue with my 2021 Mach E was not a simple one to rectify. The engineers at Ford corporate could not figure it out but a Tech at Holiday Ford took the issue under his wing and resolved the issue based on his own troubleshooting sequence. This "Mach E issue" is littered on Mach E forums and is noted as a "lemon issue" that is causing owners to not love this incredible vehicle. Thanks to Tech Mike I once again love my Mach E.

Even though we live in a world of Covid and firms are trying to provide some level of customer service, Ford does not seem have it quite right. With many still working 8 to 5, M to F, it seems that the logical solution is to at least re work retail hours to maybe Tue to Sat, with at least one night with evening hours. Not to be open or Saturday, well, falls well short of good customer focus. On the same note, not being able to narrow down a service window to something less than a request to have you leave your car there all morning, starting at 8:30, really speaks to a selfless view to running a shop at the expense of the customers time which really does not seem to be valued. Again Ford fails to meet even a good customer focus rating.

Bought a 2009 Ford escape from Holiday Ford Lincoln in Peterborough. I have had it for two months now, and have had nothing but problems. It has broken down on me twice. My new/used SUV is currently left me stranded. I brought it in to the service department with various issues including the fact it just stopped working while I was driving it down the highway. After bringing it to the service department, the mechanic told me that all the issues were related to the same problem. A lose engine mount. The mechanic said all the repairs would be fixed free of charge due to the fact I had only owned the vehicle for a month. After getting my car back the next day, I noticed that all the problems were still there. It was almost like they didn't make any repairs to it at all. Giving me the feeling that Holiday Ford told me that all the issues were related to "a lose engine mount". But I believe they just told me that so I would go away, hoping I wouldn't come back. Well a month later my SUV is currently stranded in a Walmart parking lot. My SUV WILL NOT start. Forcing me to take a cab home with my kids. Long story short. I wish I never purchased vehicle at Holiday Ford. Because it has just been a major inconvenience. The sales department was no better. When I purchased the SUV the salesman Tim kenzora used several features such as a remote starter and combination lock on the door to sell me the vehicle. I asked that the rust in the back wheel well be fixed. Holiday Ford agreed to replace the back quarter panel, but made me pay for half of it. I was not given a date when the car would be ready. It took several calls to the salesman to finally get the deal finalized two weeks later. Which I thought was too long. When the deal was finalized the vehicle was brought to the front of the dealership for me to find out there was no remote starter because the dealership lost it, and the combination for the lock on the door had also been lost. The salesman said he would do his best to find it for me, but never got back to me. After two days the check engine light came on. So I took it to the service department and demanded to atleast get my combination reset. Which it was, after kicking up a fuss in the service department. Then two weeks later all the mechanical problems began. Overall I'm not satisfied with my vehicle and feel that I have a long battle ahead of me to get these problems resolved. I'm taking my Ford escape to the dealership tomorrow to complain. I have a feeling I'll have to cut my losses and sell the vehicle for less money then what I paid $11,500. But I will give Holliday Ford Lincoln one more chance to rectify this terrible situation.

Awesome experience. They replaced my airbag in about 60 minutes. Very nice waiting room. The staff were excellent! The only problem was I had to go back the next business day. Someone forgot to write down the serial number of the part they put in my car - so I had to return so they could take it apart to get the serial number. It took about 30 minutes of wait time for them to get the serial number. Plus my 50 minutes of round trip drive time from the north east end of Peterborough to their south west location. It would have been 5 stars if not for my wasted 80 minutes to bring the car back for the serial number.

Took my car in for a battery light....air bag light would come on once in awhile and abs traction control. I tested the alternator and seemed ok. I figured it had to be a wiring problem or the pcm was getting tired. I took it in and they found a bad fuse and corroded wire. 3 hours labor which I totally understand as I spent double that looking for the problem. Staff is great and friendly and would recommend them for issues you just dont have to find these types of problems. Obviously the technicians know their stuff. This is my 3rd truck either leased or purchased from Holiday Ford. I have nothing but 5* praise about every department I have dealt with from Sales, right down to Service. Sales has always worked to get me the best deal. An example...They found an extra savings of over $6000 in “lease equity” which they applied as a credit to a new lease. They could have pocketed that $$$$, but instead passed it on to me. Service has especially gone above and beyond in all my dealings. Here’s just one example ..I live in the country about 40 minutes drive to the dealer. Since the Service manager lived in my area, to save me the bother of taking the truck in for some nuisance recalls, Holiday Ford sent the Service manager to my home to pick up the vehicle, he left his vehicle for me to use in the meantime, and then returned it two days later when the truck was finished. That’s what I call SERVICE !

I so appreciate the kind care the service department provided for me recently. I was concerned that I had experienced under carriage damage leaving a mall exit. On the way to the dealership my gas gauge was dropping about one litre per city block...I was very apprehensive wondering if I would be able to accommodated as it was the beginning of a long weekend. I was treated with utmost respect and I was pleased to see a nice young lady was my service technician! She checked everything thoroughly and even backed up her inspection by requesting other technicians to verify her opinion. The verdict? I originally brought my car in under warranty as my car seat stopped moving so I couldn’t adjust to drive my car. I brought it in and they said it wasn’t the fuse in the seat and it was a lot bigger job ( the seat needed to come off to fix it I was told) but they didn’t have time for it. So I took my car and rebooked an appointment. My car is 2015 with 65 thousand km on it. I drive it daily but not always on long drives. My battery didn’t start twice in a week and required a boost. My battery was just replaced a year ago for this same thing. I had to cancel my appointment due to this. I made my appointment and brought my car in and everyone was great and easy to communicate with. They had to keep my car all weekend and into Monday due to a recall on my car. Originally it was only going to be over night so I declined a rental car at that time. I finally get the call to get my car and I get told I have to pay for them to check my battery and it was fine so I had to pay $60, then apparently to replace a fuse ( that they said it wasn’t the fuse originally) I had to pay for a second one to be put in but not the 1st? Keep in mind I upgrade my coverage plan to 7 years. After arguing with the lady at Ford and explaining my plan and how I never paid before. She continue to strongly say this is what I had to pay. Then we agreed that I would leave without paying and a manager would contact me about this after his lunch break. Few days later I still have not hear anything from anyone at Ford. Let’s keep in mind Holiday Ford changed my tires and left a bolt off of my tires as I drove my 3 year old in it. Thankfully my husband noticed and I did not drive it till we got a bolt. And yet, I still get treated like this and expected to trade in my low mileage car for an upgrade?

I was always treated with respect by friendly staff and never had a problem booking service appointments when I was in town. However, times seem to be changing as I've had difficulty getting service appointments within the week and I've also sat for hours waiting for my car after being told it would take 1 - 1 1/2 hrs to do the required service. I am no longer a happy customers and it is unlikely that my next vehicle will be from this dealership !

I have lost a lot of respect for Ford. I have been with Ford for about 9 years and 2 vehicles, plus my husband just purchased a new truck from Ford as well. I went in for my regular maintenance oil and filter which I had an appointment for and was still there for 2 hours. The service department is terrible for getting you going at a reasonable time I usually attend the Quick Lube because they are much better at the maintenance side of things. When I went in I was 2 days after my warranty was up and told them that my visor on the drivers side is broken and asked if it could be covered, in the many years I have been with Ford I have NEVER used any of my extended warranty that I paid for so I did not think 2 days over would be such an issue. First they said I would have to pay several hundred dollars for this to be fixed they would not cover anything. After some argument they said they would get back to me to see what they could do - they then said they wanted me to pay $100 to get it fixed!! Listen 2 days after warranty all because again I had to wait to get my vehicle in for an oil change and thought I would do everything at one time, now they are going to charge me this amount and they did not want to discuss any further that was 'all they can do'. This experience along with one other at the service centre where I had again made an appointment for my oil change I brought my vehicle in, waited for about 1 hour and went to see what was going on and they 'forgot' to bring my car in. The way of resolving this was they were not going to charge me for the oil change, but I had purchased the maintenance package so they could not 'not' charge me for this service so they told me just to rebook and they would ensure this does not happen again! Terrible customer service and they certainly do not care for their customers who have been there long term and who have not had to have anything done to their vehicle or who put up a fight. After the visor incident they asked me what else they could do so that when Ford calls to follow up and ask me about my service that I would be pleased and I told them that they need to cover the visor, they said no and by some sort of 'miracle' this was the first time I never received a follow up call and/or email from Ford to discuss my service. I am purchasing a new vehicle this summer and for the last 2 purchases I was with Ford, I am now searching other companies they have truly disappointment me this much!!

The thing preventing a higher rating was the surprise I felt that what seems to be a key component in the function of the Escape, was covered under a three-ear and not a five-year warranty. I am a proud owner of a 2018 Lincoln MKX, and I truly like this vehicle, however, I just got my winter tires changed out for my 21inch summer tires, and when I handed these in for Holiday Ford to store they where as shinny and clean as if they were brand new. This is not how I received them back on my Lincoln, I was under the understanding that being a Lincoln owner that nothing would be given back to me that was not clean and presentable, all four tires and upgraded rims were dirty and stained, took them home and spent an hours cleaning and shining the rims. Maybe next time a little more care when handing these rims over to the client. I store both my summer and winter tires and rims with Holiday Ford?

Holiday Ford Lincoln is not a company that you or anybody you know want to do business with. Their level of organisation, management and customer service is well below what is expected from a Ford dealership in Canada. If I could have gave them zero stars I would have. I live two and a half hours away from this dealership and was in the middle of buying a vehicle off their lot that I had seen on their website. When I spoke to the salesperson everything was great, after we agreed on a price and transferred them our deposit is where it all went sour. I sent this company a deposit on a Friday afternoon to hold the vehicle for me, which then we both agreed on me picking it up on Wednesday morning at 10:00 AM (as they had no other times available). They had two full days to find the problem and fix it or at least inform me on Monday to why this deal couldn't happen on the agreed upon appointment so I could cancel the vacation days I had to use. On the Tuesday I took the afternoon off work to get a bank draft from the bank to bring with me to give them for the cost of the vehicle as I was instructed to do (Costing me to lose 4 hours of wages and vacation time). On my way back home from the bank at 330 PM I received a call from their finance office telling me not to drive the two and a half hours the following morning, as the vehicle will not be ready. Their service department said that due to the broken brake light that it would not pass the safety inspection in time for my scheduled pick up and that it may take up to a week or more for it to be ready because of a broken brake light. I have already taken the day of work (Wednesday), which I can't change (costing me another vacation day and another full day of income loss) to accommodate THEIR pick up appointment that THEY made with me and we BOTH agreed on. This pick up time was reconfirmed twice, once on Monday and again on Tuesday with emails stating what documents needed to be brought (such as the bank draft) to ensure the purchase was seamless and in a timely manner because we are in the middle of a pandemic. Holiday Ford's sales Manager then said they would fix the light but couldn't tell me when it would be fixed, maybe a week or more and could not even tell me a expected day of delivery which was a little unbelievable. We asked for a 48 hour return policy so that we could get the vehicle looked at by our own mechanic since we had been stripped of the opportunity to even test drive it first due to it not being ready on the agreed upon date and time. They said that they would only give me a 24 hr return policy on the vehicle the Sales Manager said the owner would not do that to finalise the sale even after the special circumstances that they already put me in. This seemed very unprofessional of a Ford dealership and it makes me believe that they are trying to hide something from there customers. Was there something wrong with this vehicle that they didn't want me to find?

Purchased a new Escape and was talked into the warranty. What I wasn't told was that my warranty had an expiry date of 3 years after purchase. The warranty I was recommended to purchase was a up to 140,000 km, which I would have never reached in 3 years. The finance associate was Angela who was very pushy about obtaining the warranty, when I called to cancel she was quite rude and continued to insist that I keep the warranty even though I told her I no longer wanted it. When I went in to sign the paperwork for the cancellation, no "Hi, how are you?" or any nicety just here's the paper, get out kind of deal. I understand I should have read the fine print, but at the same time there is a lot to sign with a new vehicle purchase and would expect the professional to provide the proper information instead of just making a sale.

On Monday December 11 went to Quick Lane ask and indicated oil change only. Some how they thought that I still had an active service plan, it was expired and over the km. They changed my wiper blades which I did not ask for, I was given the blades at cost (did not ask for them) they rotated my tires and check my brakes and topped up my fluids. Time waiting for this 1.5 hr. My lug nuts are the type that keep splitting and swell with water and ice. With the amount that I drive and with the maintenance plan I have had to replace all twice with no help from Ford on this issue. So my quick oil change ended up taking longer, crew did more things than I specifically instructed and all though the charge for the wiper blades was marginal I still had to pay. I love my 2013 Ford F-150 and will buy more fords in the future just do not believe I will continue to deal with Holiday Ford in Peterborough, Brakes replaced less than 25000 km ago and still the squeal in reverse only no mention of that when the tech backed out of the shop or from road test. Terrible service...had a check engine light come on my 2016 Ford Escape... took it to my service person and they recommended I take it to Holiday Ford as the work could be covered under warranty. My service person gave me two fault codes that came up. When I contacted Holiday Ford and gave them the codes, not only did they NOT know what the codes meant but they also charged me a $120.00 diagnostic fee to find the codes that I gave them. Holiday Ford then quoted me a price to fix the problem and when I picked up my vehicle, the invoice was higher than the quoted price. I have since contacted both Ford of Canada and Holiday Ford and although they convey empathy they really don't care. I am telling all my friends and family about my experience at Holiday Ford..

Scheduled my first oil change for my 2020 Ford Escape yesterday morning at 7:30am at Quick Lane. They had me in and out in less than an hour. Felt comfortable, safe and valued as a Ford customer through the whole experience. Another great service visit! Thank you. I called for a short notice appointment for my 3rd/4th oil change at Holiday Ford and they were able to accommodate me the same day. Took me in on time and I was done in 35 minutes!. Love the checklist and thoroughness of something as basic as an oil change. While I was there I visited with my sales rep., Kerra, in the showroom. She helped me with my initial purchase of a pre-owned 2016 Ford Escape and to upgrade to a 2020 Escape during a special event at the dealership. Shortly after that she was successful in trading my husband up to a 2019 Lincoln Navigator and she and I have plans to "get me into a Lincoln" one day! Staff was nice and friendly, let me test drive my the car I'm planning on buying (ford escape) in the future which was great. But one thing that really turned me off about the car was that it had more noticeable rust than my 11 year old Chrysler pt cruiser.... The car I test drove was only 5 years old. Too me it was in unacceptable condition and I would not buy it in its current condition for the price they were asking. Now to be fair, I did not ask the sales rep if the rust would be fixed or have the door replaced before buying. Maybe they would who knows. But I'm just writing this review to let them know. Too me it just seems cheap on their part to not even bother detailing the car before they put it up for sale as that's what most dealers do. Nice staff but you guys gotta improve on your detailing.

Only good thing was the service was fast, So there’s a bit of a back story to this in the late summer I had my cooling flushed, which wasn’t cheap but I have a truck.. Fast forward to Friday the hose for my cooling system blew at 6:50 am on the highway. I have warranty that I paid for which includes towing. Well ford couldn’t provide me with the proper phone number. The one they gave me wouldn’t help because I didn’t own a ford. So I paid 256 bucks for towing, my truck got fixed pretty quick, however due to the nature of the issue a loose clamp ( again ford had my truck ripped apart not that long ago ) I had to pay for the clamp to be retightened which was 144. The dealer ship was suppose to help me get my money back for the towing, however no one responds to me. And they won’t answer my question on why the clamp was loose.....

On New Years eve I had a big accident with my F150, and had to have it towed to Holiday Ford in Peterbough. Overall the did a good job of keeping me informed, and they repaired by truck so it looked like it was never in an accident. However while looking at their website, I notice they have some very nice low mileage used trucks and decided to take a look at them. I dealt with Jake in their sales department was extremely helpful. And I ended up buying a nearly new truck that I am very happy with. As I was not from the area, Jake really help me out and offer to drive my new truck to Mississauga for me without me even asking. In my opinion he went over an above with the service I recieved. Update: although I stand by my review for the sales team, the same cannot be said for the service department. I have had numerous negative experiences with them. Even going so far to refuse a recall by Ford. Their attitude and ignorance has made my reconsider my recommendation and I doubt I will ever deal with them again. Well, my experience couldn't have been better with my most recent purchase at Holiday Ford. I first spoke to Manager Darryl Robertson. Darryl cares very much how his customers are treated. His staff seems to genuinely respect him. Darryl set me up with salesman Jake Goodman. Jake was fantastic to deal with. I am definitely a demanding customer and Jake handled it in stride. He kept me in the loop through the entire process. He even sent me photos during my custom build. I highly recommend going to see Jake for your next purchase. Disappointed. I chose Holiday Ford to do some collision repair work on my F150 through AVIVA Insurance. I was in a parking lot fender bender and found 100% not at fault (parked and in a store - go figure). It took AVIVA Insurance two months to come to that conclusion. The reason I chose them over the other preferred collision repair facilities was because I thought I would get factory OEM parts. I WAS WRONG! It was never pointed out to me through the Holiday Ford Collision Repair Facility that they were quoting on aftermarket parts. I did not know what all the short term codes were. The damage was right rear bumper. Which turned out is two pieces - a left and a right. Why not replace the right side with factory OEM instead of both sides with aftermarket?????? Very disappointed with AVIVA Insurance - BOO At the same time, there was some rust at the top of the windshield on the drivers side. What a great time to repair that too. Out of my pocket for this of course. Front windshield had to come out. Of course. Now there is a whistling noise at highway speed. Very disappointed with Holiday Ford.

This is the first vehicle that I've purchased from a new car dealership in a few years now, and I have to say that it was a pleasant surprise and a pretty smooth experience to be doing so a Holiday Ford-Lincoln in Peterborough. I live about 2 hours outside of Peterborough, but Holiday Ford-Lincoln had pretty much the exact car (a Black-on-Black Ford Mustang...) that I had been searching for on their lot, and they provided me with all of the information I had requested about the car prior to my making the drive out to see them and the car. The Mustang was exactly as described upon my arrival to be looking at it and taking it out for a test drive. The negotiation to be purchasing it was surprisingly transparent and open, with both my sales person (Josh) and the Dealerships Sales Manager, who was also directly involved in the purchase negotiations with me as well. We settled on a number that made sense for both myself and the dealership, set up a date for me to be picking up my new Mustang and it really was as simple as that. I have to say that the staff members that I as dealing with at Holiday Ford-Lincoln really do get a 10 out of 10. Transparent, honest, friendly (guess that should go without saying if you work in sales...), and not in any way pushy, which was refreshing. Overall a pretty great experience for me at Holiday Ford-Lincoln and I wouldn't hesitate to contact Josh in future to be purchasing another vehicle from him/them when the time comes.

I bought a brand new Ford Transit passanger van in 2020. Unfortunately, it has had several problems. First, the sliding door rattles so bad to a point where every 3 months the lock mechanism fails. The door has been serviced 3 times, it is temporarily fixed and then the same problem starts up again. Second, my camera sensors don't work properly , I have told the service department several times (at least 5), the sensors go off randomly while driving, this is dangerous in many ways! I have been in to get this issue fixed 3 times, nothing has worked and the sensors still go off randomly. Third, my radio display constantly freezes and goes black for periods of time. Now, when I call the service department, I feel like they are delaying service untill my new vehicle warranty runs out. My last conversation with the department was the first week of October, telling them the locking mechanism is faulty again and my alarms are still going off while driving (they also know I am a driver with epilepsy, which makes the loud random alarms very difficult to drive with) . It is November 24 and my new service apt has still not been scheduled. I am truly disappointed with this Ford Dealership and their Service Department. What is it going to take to get them to fix my $86 0000 vehicle, my children to lose a finger in the door, or constant random alarms to trigger a seizure.

Experience was good like it typically is. What I do not like is that there are 3 different places that you have to work with if you need something fixed. I will call to get something looked at so will ask for one department, but I am always thrown to another department. Then I have called for the same reason, and asked for the same department, then they said I am in the wrong one again. I wanted to get two things fixed (seatbelts and have roof racks applied) and they kept throwing me back and forth between departments. I do not understand why one person can not deal with me, then they communicate between each other.

Classic 'Stealership' Personally I wouldn't recommend going to holiday ford. I have had a number of issues dealing with the parts department and now the body shop for my fiesta st. Every time I walk into Holiday Ford, I am either robbed of my time or money. I was quoted 1200 for fixing a paint chip on a rear quarter panel on my fiesta the size of a quarter that should have been covered under warranty. Which I had brought it in few months prior and got denied and when I came back a few months later I was out of my Warranty period. To give you an example of the quote, they gave me a 100 plus fee to replace 3m. I understand it isn't the dealerships fault that ford didnt do a terrific job on their paint work. If you have to go in for any reason I suggest speaking with, I believe Jeff in parts. He was highly capable and the only individual I spoke to who had a relative idea of what they were doing. Go TO POLITO FORD. I straight up bought a Honda as a second car because of this place. Do not waste your time or money.

Disappointed by my experience at the quick lane. When buying a vehicle at Ford they push you to buy the maintenance package. Once you have that and have paid for all your services they do not seem to care about the service they provide you. Dropped off my keys before my appt but the doors were locked as the lady was on lunch so I put the keys in the lock box. I then went above and beyond and called to make sure they received my keys and they confirmed. I didn’t even have to call but I did to double check. Two hours later the lady said they never received keys. I then had to wait even longer. I was not able to wait so had to find a ride back the next day. Very frustrating and I would not recommend service here.

The bad experience started Friday afternoon when they tried to change my Monday appointment time via text message. It was as if they had already changed it and were asking me to agree to it without so much as a phone call. After securing my original time I brought vehicle in for the block heater recall after already trying to get it fixed under warranty the previous year. Service advisor acted like they had no record of it and stated that they would need to perform the initial inspection again to satisfy the recall requirement. Inspection passed once again and I was sent on my way with my block heater still tripping GFI's. This dealership seems more concerned with following process than listening to the customer. I received a standard text message from the service advisor while I was sitting in the waiting room 15 feet away. I was also offered a shuttle which would have made it an all day job when it ended up being done in a half hour. In summary this dealership has no respect for peoples time and is more concerned about following Ford process than actually fixing vehicles.

I find the smell of the tires stored in the customer waiting room to be very offensive and I would strongly suggest that you find another area to store these strong smelling tires. Jen handled my service, after missing an update call from her it took three separate phone calls and two left messages to hear back. After finally getting through to her she said they would call in about an hour when it was ready, two hours later I came and it was ready with no phone call, wonder how long it would sit there till I got one. She also quoted me on the price when asked how much. She said total would be about $250 less then was it was. All in all if you can, just go to another shop or Lindsay if you can.

Late night drive home had bad feelings about my ' 08, F150 performance. Lots of strange things going on prompted me to have it towed. First issue was a power steering line failure. Fixed. Then road test because of transmission concern, after inspection found Planetary gear failure. Sourcing was quick and rebuild of transmission done onsite. Comedy of issues delayed repair but, it was done right and with exceptional value. All other issues were discussed and as usual I am very satisfied with the outcome.
