I had to get towed in after my tire blew up on the side of the highway, and I had impeccable service. Billy & Mike we’re extremely efficient and kind while helping me through this process. I was in and out in no time with a very small price to pay for their help! I can not recommend them enough and am very thankful for their assistance!
Could have bought a car in Ottawa or Gatineau, but I’m very happy I kept it local. From the get go the staff were friendly and accommodating without any sort of pushy sales tactics. They didn’t have the trim I wanted so they searched for it and found what I needed. They got my car from Toronto to smiths Falls very quickly. I couldn’t ask for a more pleasurable experience when purchasing a new vehicle. Nolan started me off and went on vacation (thanks for the help Nolan) and Ashley took over. She was easy to work with. Communication was excellent and it was a pain free process. If you’re buying a Kia, or looking for one... KEEP IT LOCAL, this dealership will work hard to make sure things work out for YOU! Used their online form for my first contact with Smiths Fall Kia, they responded promptly. My safety recall scheduled and it was completed in just over an hour and a half. Polite and friendly service department for my first visit to Smiths Falls Kia.
Though the current situation is probably not the best time to judge a car dealership, this was such a painless, actually pleasant experience. It was just a test drive today, but the plan is to proceed with a purchase. Hopefully, the actual deed will be just as good.
I had a vehicle safetied here. It was bought from a friend of Tony Reuvers (the service manager at kia) He swore to me it was safe after I brought it back claiming safety issues and a busted lower interchange arm and driver side control arm. I took it 3 other mechanics and one other service manager and they deemed it extremely unsafe and a write off. So if you make friends with Tony and need a safety pushed through on an unsafe vehicle ... Smiths falls Kia is your place to be!

Kind of pricy
We just bought our first Kia from Smiths Falls Kia and it was a very pleasant experience. Mike, our salesman, was very friendly, and there was absolutely no pressure to buy. Robert, the sales manager, went out of his way to get us the colour and model of car that we wanted and he kept us informed at every step of the process. The entire buying experience went very smoothly and the car was licensed and ready when promised. We will be back for sure.

I was shopping for a new car, and when I went to Smiths Falls Kia, I knew I was in the right place. They have very affordable vehicles that run and look great. I found the staff was very helpful not at all pushy, like you find at some dealerships. The staff was also very knowledgeable about all of their inventory and able to answer any questions I had. Left with a new Kia that looks sleek, runs perfect at an affordable price!
Well my last visit was for an oil change on my Forte. I have no problem with the quality of the work. You guys have always treated us good but I wish I had been called before you replaced my headlight bulb. I didn’t ask you to do that because I had already bought one and planned to install it myself.

I am so happy with the service I received at Smiths Falls KIA the other day. I test drove a couple vehicles and was very pleased with how all of them drove. The quality, look and feel of KIA’s vehicles is very impressive. The staff was patient as I took my time testing and finding out the specs on each vehicle. I always choose KIA as they are well made, great warranty and affordable prices.
Brought in my car the other day for a maintenance check. The staff was friendly and patient with me and listened to any concerns I had about my car. They explained everything to me and to my surprise the fix was covered under warranty. Great service and Great Performance. 5 stars!!

Horrible customer service. I was interested in buying from their location so I sent an email. The salesperson explained that they were getting alot of interest on that vehicle and that I didnt need to email them any further. Could not believe this response. Save yourself the trouble and just buy in Ottawa.

The only reason this has "1" Star is this is the only way I can get the message across If looking to be employed with this dealer group, don't bother!!! worst employer in all my 40 years in the work force, would never recommend this group for any business. Work environment toxic.

When I called KIA there were very friendly on the phone and when they heard my issue, they worked with my schedule so that I would have time to come in, meet with an agent and look around. They really went the extra mile and made me feel like my business was important to them. I ended up leaving with a KIA Sedona and I couldn’t be happier.

Christmas 2018 i was ask by my mom to have her car looked at because it makes a funny noise when you turn the wheel. i took the car to Kia in Smiths Falls where she bought the car. they looked at it and said the frame is rusted through and there is no warranty that covers that. i took the car home like they said and never to drive it again. on further investigating, mom had bought the premium rust protection plan for her beloved car the day she bought it new. right in bold black and white it states this rust protection is good for as long as the original owner of the car. This was all working good but the A frame on the front of the car was rotted completely away. and her warranty said the frames and cross members and seams and all rust is covered. The thing that breaks my heart is they came and picked up the car with a kid driving the car back to the Kia. they did not even tow it? if car was that bad why not tow it? Kia stated that the people who make the electronic rust box, their warranty is only ten years. But the purchase contract says the life of the car with the original owner. Kia said they will fix the car for about 2000.00 and they did. but the bill was 2500.00 But the bigger picture is that Kia is putting these same systems in their cars still to this day and they still do not say warranty only good for ten years. This is Kia's fault for not reading their own contracts and owning up to the mistake. They should give my mother back her money they stole from her as if she was with out any warranty at all. My Mom is over 80 years old lives on a fixed income and needs her car for Medical appointments and paying her bills and getting grocery's. My Mom worked and lives in Smiths Falls for many years. I spoke to a very nice woman manager at Kia the day after the car was inspected and told her my Mom needs her car as it is Christmas time. A show of human kindness would go a long way, to making my Mom feel good. But no, they stole her car and drove it away with out leaving a courtesy car to use while they found out a way to Scrooge my Mom out of 2500.00. for their lawyers mistake on the oversite on warranty they gave in writing and signed back 12 years ago. My first car deal, the sales men said if it was not written down on paper it didn't happen. well it is written down on paper and signed and it still means nothing. Kia, i hope your proud of your self for screwing another Senior citizen Woman Customer out of her hard earned cash. Mom, i am so sorry i could not fix this problem for you before i had to fly back west for work. You all ways could fix my problems sorry for letting you down. I am hoping the Kia Dealership in Smiths Falls Ontario will do the right thing and give you your money back, stand by the original purchase contract warranty, and apologize for treating you like just another line on the Kia ledger / balance sheet. I hope they will see you as a human that needs compassion, not a $$$$$ value. Love all ways Mom. your son Mark
