We had an awesome experience at Perth County Chrysler through Travis. From the other dealerships we had visited and sales people we had talked to, he was by far the best for sitting down with us and taking the time to answer the several questions we had. He was very knowledgeable on vehicle specs and able to discuss the options for what we were looking for. At the end of the day he was able to get us the vehicle we wanted, and the customer service was beyond our expectations. We would highly recommend Travis and Perth County Chrysler!

I am writing this review with so much disappointment that I can not measure. I bought a 2012 dodge grand caravan SE/SXT with only 87000km on it with certified an e-tested and 1 month/2000km warranty In June 2017. Within a day of my purchase I noticed a loud squeaky noise from front brake. I took the car back to them and they told me its just a stone on your brake pad that is making the noise (what a liar!!). I took the car for an oil change right after the warranty expired, I was informed that the front & rear brake calipers were seized and the squeaky noise is due to that, rear brake pad was very low, brake master cylinder was internally bleeding causing very loose braking. I had to do all this repair out of my pocket ($2000). Just imagine , how are they selling such certified vehicle to innocent people and doing such corruption. Murry and Ben was my sales executive. I curse you guys. Please try your best to refrain from this dealer. They are blood sucker..

They fall a little short of their slogan, in fact, if you bought your car somewhere else you probably got a better deal. They won't negotiate at all, they won't try to put the vehicle you want into your budget and they have high interest rates. To top it all off they will low ball your trade like no tomorrow, they were 2 grand less on our trade then any other dealership we went to. Their "evaluation" was even lower then the lowest blue book value and they try to feed you some BS about why that is. Out of all the dealerships we've visited these guys were without a doubt the worst deal and put in the littlest effort. We could get a brand new 2018 vehicle for less then what their comparable used vehicle would have cost us.

Booked an appointment for a recall on our SUV went in for the appointment. They never booked it, so it couldn't be seen so they booked it in for a week later, go in they tell my wife the parts were never ordered.... so it was booked again for 2 weeks later to ensure the parts would be in. 2 weeks later she takes it back in they change the motor oil because it isn't the right oil from the factory (part of the recall) but never got the parts that were required, so now shes going back for her 4th appointment. When it couldn't be seen until 4 hours after its booked time... they sent her with a loaner for she wouldn't miss work, then dropped the damn thing off with every tire under pressure. They should look at possibly hiring someone to organize there mess, we will never go to this dealership again don't have months to deal with simple issues.
