Took the time to drive from Orleans to Kemptville to test drive a vehicle at Car Guys. Arriving in great sprites as this was going to be my daughters first car purchase that she saved up for. When arriving we were not greeted outside (no other customers were there at the time) and had to open the door to ask for assistance. Jaime allowed us to take the vehicle out for a test drive but when we returned both Peter or Jaime could have cared less on how the experience was. When asking about the car i was given the impression to take it or leave it. Peter said that I would not find a better car in all Canada for that price and condition. Well he was wrong. Soon after leaving Car Guys we drove to another dealership who was more excited to help my daughter to purchase her first vehicle. After signing papers that nights other staff members came out to clap and congratulate her on her purchase. Boys - a piece of advice now opening a new used car dealership, don't judge people and show some interest in your customers instead of sitting behind the desk waiting for us to come to you.

I couldn’t have asked for a better experience when buying my first car. Peter and Jamie were upfront, honest, respectful, and they communicated very well. All of my emails were promptly replied to and my questions answered. At first I was thrown off as they do not negotiate on prices. But they were not pushy at all. They went above and beyond in terms of customer service and attention to detail from start to finish. They did everything to make sure that I was happy with my purchase. On top of all that, I had no idea the process could be so painless! They took care of all the licensing and the minor repairs that needed to be done. Peter and Jamie were really good to deal with. They were very accommodating to all our needs and questions. They go above and beyond to make sure the car wont need any thing done to it right after its driven off the lot. When we did have the engine service light come on within the week of driving it off the lot, they got it into the garage right away and paid to have it fixed (a very minor issue). While it's my first time dealing with Car Guys; this is the 2nd car I have purchased from Peter. I was looking for a daily driver; something quality but I wasn't looking to spend too much given I put such high mileage on the car. Peter gave me some good advice on an automatic Jetta (vs. the manual) given it had a 6th speed and it would be better for fuel efficiency. Both cars have exceeded my expectations and it was worth it from me to drive from Ottawa to Kemptville for a fair price and great car buying experience. I will always give Peter and Car Guys the first shot at my business.

Just bought a used GMC Sierra from Peter and Jamie... great truck... great price. They let me take my time looking at the truck, were super friendly and helpful, even fixed a few small items on the truck prior to me picking it up. Great car buying experience. We highly recommend. After months of trying to get a car privately for my teen son, with so many bad experiences we came across Car Guys. They helped our son buy a great used car. Great price. They were respectful, no hard sale just facts and no pressure. Once my son made a decision they put things into action and kept us up to date with email messages so that we knew when to expect things to be ready. When we arrived to pick up the car it (a 2006) looked like a new car inside and it was in pristine condition ready to go. THIS is what buys a car should be like!
