Tech went over everything he did to it and showed me pictures of what he found when he removed the paint. I had great service from the quote to the final job. Carleton Place doesn't have a public J1772 adapted charger (the plug a Leaf needs) and Bean Chevy let me charge using their 110V outdoor plug. Thanks ever so much for the courtesy!!!

Delt directly with Keith to purchase a new 2017 Cruze diesel and could not have asked for a better buying experience. Also purchased aftermarket wheels and tires for the car through the parts department. We did have some balance issues with them, but Keith and his staff looked after the problems quickly and professionally. I have been so pleased with Bean's that I even took my off brand truck there for service. Keith and his team were also instrumental in getting us setup with a couple very nice vehicles we used to ferry our daughter and her friends to their prom events. Great Service, no complaints, just went in for a simple oil change on my 17 Silverado, and they went above and beyond, checked my cabin air filter told me it should be replaced next oil change but the tech took the time to blow the dirt out and clean out the air box and keep it going for another 8000km. I prefer to service with beans, I wish I bought my truck from them.

From the start, their sales team provided us with a wonderful NO PRESSURE sales experience - I am almost 60 so this was not my first car-buying experience and I was totally impressed! I found a one year old car online that was located at Bean Chevrolet, 300 km. from home. I began an email conversation with David Porteous, a sales person. With his help I made the commitment to buy and we had further email conversations as well as telephone conversations. David scanned documents and emailed them to me without having to ask him. I am not very impressed with the body shop at this location. It has been a week since they inspected my vehicle, and my insurance company is still waiting for them to send them the appropriate information to continue to process my insurance claim. The gentleman in the body shop also told me that my vehicle wasn't a priority, and that it would take a couple of weeks to get my vehicle in. It's going to take a lot longer now considering my insurance company is still waiting on information. I had doubts about going to this shop and this experience so far has confirmed them. All in all, I will not be taking my vehicle here to get repaired, and I won't be back in the future either.

Keith Bean and his Finance Manager, Derrick Benda, ran the dealership in Brockville, Ontario. They screwed many people over including me, when they did the financing. They promise you everything you want, but be sure to check the paperwork very carefully because it is probably different than what you agreed to. This is why they are no longer in Brockville, nobody trusted them anymore. I can't stress enough, be sure of what you are signing.

I went to Bean on the recommendation of a repeat customer of theirs. As I have only had negative experiences at car dealerships in the past, I entered cautiously. My caution was unnecessary from the time I entered the property to leaving with a “new to me” car. Called them up, they had a tow truck onsite in 30 minutes. Upon arrival, they gave me a loaner car to zip around in so I could compete my work day. Truck was repaired and picked up within 2 hours. TERRIBLE customer service. I have never dealt with worst service in my entire life!! October 5th I had started my communication with Sales Manager Kelsey in regards to a vehicle showing online as being in transit. I was looking for the Trailblazer specifically, which I specified I had been searching all of Ontario and with these features specifically. He assured me that they were due to be there by the following week but there had been some delays and would reach out when it arrived. October 21st I had heard nothing and had continued to watch their website thoroughly just in case. It had still said in transit so I assumed there were still delays (the chip shortage was causing everyone issues and I realized this, hence searching all of Ontario for the vehicle I wanted). I reached out once again to Kelsey and just told him I wanted to touch base and be sure I hadn't been forgotten as things can get busy and was looking for an update if possible. I stated I was coming hours away to PURCHASE this vehicle and would just need to plan accordingly to come down. Next email from Kelsey I was told they were expected by the 28th. The very next morning I received an email with great excitement stating that the transport was THERE and dropping off the new vehicles, including the Trailblazer. I replied immediately and told him I would rearrange my day at work and get on the road by that afternoon latest, my following message after that was to let him know I was hitting the road and to remind him I was a few hours away but would be there soon. I had already been on the road for over an hour, I had taken off work and suddenly received a call stating that they sold "my" vehicle. Kelsey wasn't even the one to call either, he had another lady call instead to tell me and lied, indicating to her that I had only been "coming for a test drive". I was appalled. I was absolutely devastated and she knew it. I have ALL email communication to show that I stated in it I was PURCHASING the vehicle, there were no ifs, ands or buts about it. I had been searching for this vehicle and scouring dealerships for months. At first I was pretty adamant not wanting to deal with them after feeling quite blindsided but the woman who called me, said she would fix it and to give her time to figure something out (this was on a Friday). On Monday, I spoke with her again and she mentioned someone had ordered in the EXACT same model with the same features and was contemplating if they were going to take it. She stated she would get back to me by 5 or so with a definitive answer, reassuring me that she was going to "make this up to me" and be sure I was compensated for time lost at work and as well the gas and time wasted driving half way there before receiving the call. I really did not want to put my trust in a company that had let me down sooo very much, however she seemed sincere and I felt heard so I figured it was worth giving a second shot... Was I WRONG... I have not heard anything further from Bean Chevrolet again. NOT A WORD. Not to confirm that the other person decided to purchase the vehicle and lets see what we can find, NOTHING. I am so unbelievably disappointed and disgusted that this is how they treat customers, especially considering dealerships have been having a difficult time retaining vehicles on the lots due to covid impeding shipments. I can assure you that anybody I know will be fully aware not to go here if they want any kind of quality service. If I could give 0 stars... it would have been. There is just no excuse.
