I had an excellent experience with Eric at A&B Ford when I recently assisted my Father buy a vehicle. My Father had recently broken his hip so he needed to trade his 4X4 to get something lower to the ground and easier to get in and out of. They had a great used 2017 Escape on the lot and they gave him a very fair trade-in value for his truck. They delete negative reviews on FB. They are required by law to display "all in pricing" which means all fees except tax. This includes new and used vehicles. Adding $600 for dealer paperwork and $400 for glass etching is a scam.

I can't say I'd recommend this dealer if you are experiencing issues with your vehicle involving recalls. I was having bad clutch slips and my car would lurch forward without warning in traffic, and I knew this was part of the recall for my Focus, so I took it in for them to assess. They simply blew me off saying there was nothing they could do to fix it, they didn't even offer to run the diagnostic test they have to do for the recall. I took it to the dealer I bought the car and told them the issues, and the first thing they did was test it rather than just take it for a drive. Seems they wanted to brush me aside all because I didn't buy from them, so I had to drive in a unreliable car for 500km back to my home dealer instead.
