In person, he is friendly and easy to deal with... a last minute issue when picking up the vehicle was solved immediately! Great shop - great service - would definitely recommend them!

Purchased my 2014 Scion xD from here and although it has had some recurring problems, Mo has been generous to repair them and provided excellent client service. I am very pleased with him and would not hesitate to go back to him whenever I have an issue.

I would give no stars if I could. I bought a car from here last August and it has given me problems since. They FAKED the safety (there was 3 lights out on the car which I only noticed the night I bought it, driving on the highway caused the steering wheel to vibrate like crazy, and it burns oil. At first it had been leaking oil because there were gaskets that needed to be replaced and the plug in the oil pan could be taken out very easily. I got all that fixed but the car still burns oil. They also said they put brand new brakes on the car which was a lie. Also the AC crapped out on me. It will be a year next month and I already have to get a new car.

Mohammed is a very honest and reliable mechanic who takes great pride in being transparent about what’s going on with your vehicle. The real reason he won me over is because he attempted to fix my car by screwing some bolts tighter to try and correct the issue before charging me money to try and replace the entire part. My car sounds and runs like new now. He is also phenomenal at body work and can match paint jobs easily saving you thousands of dollars unlike collision centres that you have to give up your first born child to pay. I have no experience with purchasing a car here, but mechanic wise vienna is a great choice.

Went with my partner looking for a car. While the guys running it seemed nice enough, less than a month of my partner having the car, many issues started coming up. We first took it back to Viennas, and they fixed the problem. More issues came up, and we decided to go to another mechanic to get a second opinion. The mechanic then told us that Vienna Auto Sales used cheap parts to get a quick safety, and we paid hundreds of dollars to fix it. Again today, the car is now leaking fluid, so now we need to put more money into the car, after Vienna assuring us that they sell it certified. We will not be coming back here, and will be warning our friends and family to avoid this place.

Bought a car from them a month ago. As soon as I left the lot the check engine light came on and they made me wait 48 hours before fixing it. The engine air filter they replaced the old one with was cheap and probably used as it already needs to be replaced. I had to replace the brake pads and rotors within the first week because they used cheap parts to barely pass safety and it was making a horrible noise. They did not even bother to put brake fluid in addition to the brake fluid leaking. I advise you to tread very carefully when dealing with them.

Terrible customer service! Called to talk about putting a finance application and running it through, what a run around. Call tell me he is out office call back in half an hour, I do and there is no answer, try again and get hung up on, wait a bit call back and the same person tells me the guy is out of office again call back in 10 mins so I reluctantly did and bam no answer goes to voice mail after 3 rings. So needles to say I said screw it and took my business else where and got exactly what I was looking for and drive away with it by the weekend!

Pretty terrible place. Didn't keep their promises. Terrible brake work on a car I purchased, brake fluid was never replaced. Guaranteed a/c to work. Never has and now I can't be bothered to go back when I bought the car or now a little over a year later. I should have but they probably knew it didn't work and just said screw it.

I have to say we had a great experience with these guys. All were very pleasant to deal with and had no issues when something needed to be fixed with our Lexus. I would definitely recommend them. Will definitely use them again.

This place is run by a bunch of lebanese/arab thugs . They advertise safetied cars but the safety is 100% faked. They buy salvaged cars from the auction and do some basic detailing to make the car look good. My advice is to take the car to a trusted mechanic and have them check the rust especially in the underbody. Im surprised this place hasnt been reported to the police.

Beware of this place. When I mentioned the heating and air conditioning was not working they tried telling this was standard in BMW when started from cold! What a joke. Wish I could leave a minus star!

I have to give this dealership a 5 star! How can i not? With the service we got from Moe it'll be a shame on my side not to give him and his team 5 stars. We got a deal in less then 30 minutes, on the 30th minute we were on our way in signing papers. he tries to meet all his promises and works hard for it. Please do not hesitate to shop at this dealership and look for Moe (at least with my experience, he is top notched). No time to waste with this man straight to the point. You think you value your time Well, he'll take care of you.
