Be very wary purchasing a vehicle from these guys. Nearly bought an absolute basket case which they were trying to pass off as a perfectly good car. Do yourself a favor and get a private inspection done. Not all is at it seems here unfortunately.

I recently bought a used car from this dealership. I was disappointed in the fact that the car wasn't ready on time and someone had damaged it and they had covered it up. They put 300 kilometers on it .and chipped the windshield paint chips on the hood damaged tire. With front end damage. I for one will not be coming back. I just bought a use but like new red civic type R from them about 2 months ago and i have to say that this car is a real beast and a beautiful looking car. I first speak with Rebecca, one of the sealer there and a really nice person. I just wish she would have been there when i went to buy the car. For the info, i'm from Quebec, so i spoke to Rebecca from the phone and by texto. When i arrived to Tony Graham with my dad, Nasir welcomed us and bring us to the car, but while we were inspecting he went do business with a other customer and it's Brandon Smith the financial services specialist who took us in charge and OMG what a wonderful human being this guy is ! So I bought the car as you can tell by the picture. I don't have much to say about the sellers, but there's something to say about the car. At first, when i was inspecting the car with my dad, when saw some kind of dirt on the wheels, but we just thought the car wasn't well wash... it was not the case. I tried to wash those wheels many time and it wouldn't disappear. I went to Honda and the told me it was stoneships and that the only way to get rid of those was to repaint the wheels...So for an over 40k and almost new vehicule, do i seem to want to repaint my car's wheel ? Also, when i'm looking to the paint on a sunny day, i can see a lot of swirls on my paint. Believe me, the car is great and Tony Graham autoedge was a great experience, but the car esthetic was not on point for a 2018 modal and 9000 kilo. I would of like if they could have fix this before. So for the price, the wheels and the paint, i give a 3,5. Tank you for reading me and sorry if my English is not the best, i speak French.
Brad gave me a quote on repairing my shattered side mirror and gave me a range in cost so I would not be surprised. He also went to the trouble of ordering the part for me as soon as possible. When I came later in the week after the part arrived, I explained my strong preference for the less expensive option if possible, given that the Toyota is quite old now. When I came out they explained they had been able to give me the less expensive option on fixing the mirror, which I really appreciated given that they could have gone for a higher one. I appreciate the integrity of Brad and his team, their competitive pricing - which seems lower than going to the official Toyota dealerships. Would highly recommend them!

Purchased a Subaru Outback recently, very pleased with it so far. Chris was very helpful and Nasir was excellent to deal with. One suggestion might be to offer customers an option to purchase new tires, battery, brakes up front like Mycar in Richmond. Had to replace my battery after 2 weeks. I understand wear and tear but I would have replaced all those items up front for a reasonable price.
I recently bought a Mazda 3 GT and overall I am very happy with the experience and the vehicle. Part of negotiations was to have a dent in one of the rims repaired and they agreed and sent the rim to be repaired by a different shop and it came back looking like a new rim. They also showed me the inspection report and told me the small repairs they did to the vehicle based on that report. I noticed little things about the paint, like swirls in the paint and a small scratch but I am okay with this because I feel like it was a fair price for the vehicle. We needed a new (to us) car as ours had suddenly died. I would like to thank Auto Edge for their assessment on my Audi’s brakes. It was my first time coming to Auto Edge, and was expecting to be told my brakes would need to be changed. Instead it was explained to me how thick the brake pads should be and that mine were well within the proper thickness. There was no charge and they even washed my car! I’d also like to comment on how nice the waiting area is with coffee service and charging station for your phones. The staff are super friendly and there are a lot of beautiful cars to look at to pass the time. I would definitely recommend having your car serviced here and I will definitely be coming back again. I'm a family man, and in need of a used second vehicle , purchased a sienna here. This was by far the best experience i have had purchasing a vehicle. Nasir, class act, and the whole team, from the front desk to the management, the service team, I dealt with them all. I will be back again. This business was built properly and it shows.
A few months ago, we saw a nice little car with very low mileage on their (very easy to navigate) website. The reviews played a big part in our decision to consider buying from AutoEdge. The location is very clean and the staff we met were very welcoming. Our Sales Representative was Brandon who was very thorough in answering our questions and did not rush us to make a decision before we were ready. He went through warranty options (I recommend you get this, you'll see why further down) and helped us with getting winter tires, assuring us they would be put on before pickup. We went ahead with the purchase. We were quite pleased to be dealing with one person, rather than several in this transaction. The following week, we picked up and finalized the purchase of the vehicle. It was again Brandon who assisted us. While looking over the vehicle, we noticed some gunk (like from an old sticker?) and asked if a product like goo-be-gone would be okay to use on car paint, as we figured we could just handle it ourselves at home. The mechanic went ahead and removed it for us, which was a nice surprise. Exactly 3 weeks after we bought the car, it wouldn't start. After trying and checking a bunch of things, the car eventually started. This occurred after AutoEdge closed for the day, so figured I would shoot off an email to Brandon and talk to him the next day. I was certainly not expecting to hear from anyone until the next day, but I sent the email at 6:45pm and at 8:39pm I received a reply from Brandon! In the end, it was decided to keep an eye on it. Two days later, the car would not start again. My husband went through a similar process of checking things and eventually it started. The following morning, the tech at AutoEdge looked at and could not find anything wrong. The tech decided to disconnect the remote starter (fine with us since we couldn't use it anyways with no remote) to see if that was the issue. The following morning, again the car would not start. My husband called the tech to discuss and while they were talking, the car eventually started. The tech had us bring it in for a repair appointment 4 days later. This is where the warranty was important. After the repair was complete, the car has not had any issues starting. Further, they did not charge us the deductible for the repair. They absolutely took care of us! Overall a great experience and would highly recommend!

UPDATE - Within 2 weeks of purchasing the vehicle, the muffler and exhaust detached from a fixed position from the vehicle and was hanging lower than it should have and caused excessive noises when driven - I made an appointment available with my Primary Mechanic at Acura Dealership, who did an inspection and showed me that the Exhaust / muffler were welded to the vehicle and the metal holding it in place was excessively rusted and broken - Instead of commencing with the repair (800$ quoted) as they had to replace the entire exhaust / muffler because it would not be considered a proper repair otherwise; I was advised to contact the company I purchased the vehicle from to have them fix it, as the vehicle was just recently purchased. To give you background, my Primary Mechanic and I reside in Quebec where cars purchased within 30 days that have mechanical issues can be brought back to be fixed / addressed or returned if unsatisfied with no Penalties. I would like to be very CLEAR though, the welded Muffler / Exhaust was NOT done by Tony Graham AutoEdge, my Mechanic advised me that this repair would most likely have been completed approximately 3 years ago by a third party. I called Tony Graham AutoEdge and booked an appointment to have my car brought in the following week. Once Tony Graham did their assessment, I was quoted a price which was around 581$, as they said they could do a better price on parts and labor; while the price is lower than my current mechanic, I was shocked I was even being quoted a price, after buying the car 3 weeks prior and driven the car less than 10 times (I Tele-work from home). While the conversation was cordial by both Tony Graham representative and myself, I advised them that I indeed saw the issue at hand and was shocked I was not made aware of this prior to purchase (It might have influenced negotiations or final decision), I was informed that the car had passed both their Mechanics and Quebec Safety, and that they had already completed a substantial amount of repairs prior to sale; if the company felt they had already invested a substantial amount of money in the car, why not list it a higher price? (I paid the price listed). My Mechanic has a different opinion and would disagree with them and indicated that it should not have passed the Safety and should have been addressed prior to sale. At this point there was no accountability for the vehicle issue and no apologies provided - They kept repeating the fact that is was inspected and passed, despite the fact I saw the vehicle issue myself. They would not entertain the idea that perhaps that not enough of a thorough inspection was completed on their part. I advised that I would not proceed with their repair, as I in my opinion no longer had confidence in them and their work. Shortly after picking up my car, the sales Manager Chris called, in an attempt to resolve the issue. Similar to what his Service Manager said, he indicated the car was inspected twice and their was no issue at the time of sale and that they are not liable and indicated this is the reason why they sell their Extended Warranty package; furthermore he told me that he trusts the opinion of 2 mechanics over 1, as if to mean that 2 mechanics is infallible to 1 mechanic, which was not actually inspected by just only 1 Mechanic at the Acura dealership. I told him i didn't agree or believe him at this point and was told "You are entitled to your opinions, but this is the reality of things" but still offered an additional 250$ price reduction on the repair - Which I politely refused. However, the fact is that in another review on Google, when the customer had a quality issue as well, Chris's response was that the service team had obviously not done enough of a thorough inspection and needed to be more meticulous in future - I guess that's actually the reality of things. Repair cost was 12.3% of total purchase price. As I was told, we are entitled to our own opinion and this is mine. Again, this was just my experience, please make your own informed decision.

Next day after taking delivery of the car I was driving on the highway and felt the car shaking at high speed so I took the car back to them and Chris was able to figure out that one of the driving side steel rim was bent from inside. He ordered the new rim right away and arranged the shuttle to drop me off at home while he waited for the rim to arrive and sent the shuttle back to pick me up from home and delivered the car on time as promised so I can get to work on time. GREAT WORK! I recommend Autoedge and ask for Nasir. He is friendly honest and easy to work with.
Really like these guys, sales manager honest and upfront almost bought a used car but held off.I was so impressed with sales staff and sales manager I went there for help in dealing with a mechanical problem. Thought I needed an alignment and they told me the car was within specs and only charged me for diagnostic fees. Also they discovered a problem I wasn't aware of previously.I think these guys are an honest dealership that can be trusted to do what's right and not try to do unneccessary repairs. Auto Service department is more than fair in pricing, quality of work/service and above all else, honest. I have brought my own vehicle and a dear friend's vehicle to your dealership for service promos and getting some additional normal auto service done. It is unfortunate that I do not live in town (I am from Smiths Falls) or I would have AutoEdge as my principal garage and Chris Tayler (Service Manager) be my go to person. Chris' attention to detail ensures his team gives the best quality of work and he just cares about the client's needs. I give much credit to Chris Tayler as a person and the dealership for giving him the power to look after all clients.....whether they are from your dealership or not.
