I had a terrible experience with Hunt Club Nissan (poor service in the service department, terrible customer service on the sales team and it is illustrated from general manager downward). I purchased my car from here two years ago. Great experience. I feel like I got a good deal, my salesman was great and extremely friendly. 10/10 recommend sales team. Just never take your car for service here. I have never had a good experience with the service team. I paid for a 150$ inspection that was “required” to maintain my warranty. Part of that was a road test. Nope. Picked it up with the same mileage I dropped it off at. My invoice said so as well. Called back to ask, “that’s too bad. You can come back in and wait another hour and we can try to take it out”. Thanks for that..... I called to make an appointment and verify the shuttle could take me to Rockland. She said it goes out there, but once I start making the appointment, she tells me that I’m going to have to wait there. I have 2 small children. That’s not going to be a thing. Every time I go something is wrong. Please save yourself the hassle, just don’t do it. I will never work with Myers again because of this. I believe we vote with our money, I vote against this place.

Honesty and cost saving. They contact you during the day while your car is getting fixed to keep you updated. They let me know if it needs to fixed and gave options. Even told me what wasn’t worth it to pay for and where I could get it cheaper. I really liked that and I will always be back here. My wife has been dreaming of the Qashqai for years. It was time to trade her Micra for something better, and we tried a Nissan dealership in Hull. Hull Nissan dealership was not interested in helping us at all. My wife told me to go at Myers Nissan in Orléans to try our luck. They listened to exactly what we wanted, and boy did they deliver. Easy breezy, not even 10 minutes have gone by and they made a sale. Special thanks to John for his incredible listening skills and professionalism. He is also bilingual and was able to serve us in French (My wife and I are French). If you live in the Ottawa/Gatineau area, don't bother with any other Nissan dealerships, just go straight to Myers, you will not regret it. I would give 10 stars if I could.

This dealer are full a swindlers constantly post online advertisements (kijji) stating cars for 500-3000$ and claim its just a "mistake" when posts are well over 25 days old. They had no intention of honoring the advertised price and only did so to get foot traffic, which is also illegal this is a warning for car buyers to stay away. I have photo proof and will be notifying the appropriate agencies to deal this them accordingly.

Hands down Best dealership in the City!. Nataly Le is vary knowledgeable in what she does, she was able to explain the features while giving examples of when it's used, but not in a way that I was overwhelmed by the amount of tech. Mike Nasser was able to give me numbers that didn't confuse me, and I like that he was after my best interests, protecting me from the future without trying to make an extra buck off me, he was able to clearly explain to me what I needed and what I could choose to add if I wanted, solid dude. The manager Mat was friendly and even popped by to congratulate me, which is something you don't see much from boss types, you can tell he really appreciates his staff and costumers, I was nervous buying a new car, but this dealership gave me an amazing experience and I love my new car. He asked about my interests and we had genuine conversations instead of him just pitching sales and numbers in my face. It would be nice to have a service advisor on a bit later into the evening to catch people on their way home for drop off and pickup - this is a suburban dealership after all.

Purchased mid December a Rogue from Yves Julien who thoroughly knows his product, excellent experience. Two weeks after receiving my vehicle I was coming back from Montreal, I was splashed by oncoming trucks which severely chipped my hood. I went to Myers and met with Trevor in the service department to see what they could do and after a few days they offered to have my hood repainted at no charge. They also provided a loaner during the duration. Although I was responsible for the damage Myers went above my expectations in repairing the damage.

I'll start off by saying that good service is hard to find these days and I am someone who expect a very high level of service. Well, all I can say is WOW. From start to finish and more importantly, AFTER the sale was done, the level service was outstanding. You recently had my vehicle in for a recall and also fix my window. When I received the car back there was still a problem with the window. So I stopped by after a doctors appointment and the service clerk Ryan. Hold tell that I was extremely sick. So he sent me off with a loaner so I may do and get my meds. By the time the car was ready for pick up I was so sick I could hardly move. Knowing that Ryan was the one who served me and saw the shape I was in he got a driver to bring my car to me a pick up the loaner. Worst experience.... All they care about is money!! Bought a vehicle years ago and experience was so-so. Went through a divorce and needed to sell back the vehicle to them. This is where the lack of empathy and heart was showcased. Was given the wrong information and what was needed in paperwork on multiple occasions. Something that should have taken 1-2 visits took almost 5. I was harassed and bullied into making another purchase the entire duration of each visit. I stood my ground and did not but this did not stop the sales rep and the manager from ignoring my wishes. I really feel they were praying on my vulnerabilities with my situation and I sincerely wish noone else goes through that experience.

I wanted to take a moment to comment on the professional and courteous service staff at Myers Orleans Nissan. Despite the reality we are all living through at the moment they do not appear to have skipped a beat. The steps are evident that safety is important and health safety for the vehicle owner is included. The staff member I dealt with was genuinely curious of what was required and offered a solution that ultimately saved me a few dollars. This is the experience I have had on visits to the dealership for service and like many, what happens on the back end of the deal lasts far longer and dives deeper than the up front sales experience. I have had it with this dealer! Not happy at all with Nissan Orleans. I have been waiting over a year for a warranty repair, the dealer keeps giving me the run around blaming the parts manufacturer, mislabelled boxes with the incorrect part and going back and forth with them to find the correct one for my vehicle yet they just leave it dragging on for months on end without actually following up with the warehouse. Marc the service manager avoids my calls and does not call me back when I leave messages, I only get the same answer I have been getting for over a year: they are not sending us the correct seat, we have 5 seats here for nothing, we are waiting on pictures to verify that it is the correct one, we are waiting to receive one next week and will call you the day of etc etc. No calls ever come and when I call I am only being told no it didn't come in and Nissan removed the ETA. No one from the dealership is actually following up on this issue and getting it resolved. I am too frustrated with everyone involved at this time and seriously considering trading in this vehicle and RUNNING away from NISSAN!!! Over a year waiting on a part and still not resolved, still no follow up and still no direct communication with the parts warehouse to confirm the proper seat!!

Our service advisor was very organized and knowledgeable, and even recommended additional maintenance based on the current mileage of our vehicle. I had always had negative feelings towards dealerships prior to but I thought the experience left me feeling like we had negotiated fairly and the car treated me well. When I went car shopping again this time to find myself a leased vehicle I went to 6 different dealerships and was given various sales techniques ranging from bad to worst, but when I went back to John I felt like it was right where we left off. He’s open, honest, and didn’t try to sell me like many other salesman had tried. I respected how he operated and I am really happy with the vehicle and price I left with. When I walked into his office he had a balloon saying 7000, he had just sold his 7000th car, you don’t sell that many cars without loving what you do and treating people with respect and honesty! Your better off making the drive out to the Kanata location for any service. Any time I’ve tried to get my vehicle serviced at the Orleans location it’s always about 3 weeks for an appointment or they keep my vehicle for multiple days. Who wants to drive around for weeks when the issue could be getting worse and causing more damage? Kanata can always fit me in within a week and are much more polite. Don’t be fooled by their response, they did nothing but make the situation worse for my warranty work. Their service manager Tina was extremely rude. Servicing my vehicle is one thing but customer service is also key.

I was shopping for a compact SUV this autumn. I checked out ALL the vehicle brands and models to see what was out there and ultimately find the right vehicle for me. I met a lot of salespeople during my visits to various dealerships. Ivan Pinto from Myers Orleans Nissan was by far the best salesperson I met! He greets you with a warm smile every time. He’s enthusiastic and pleasant. He’s very knowledgeable. He explained in detail all of the features of the Rogue. As a female buyer, I had a lot of questions on various topics and he took the time to answer all of them in an honest and straightforward way. He listens to your needs and gives you solid advice. He answers his texts in a timely manner. He’s on time when you meet up with him. He also makes sure the vehicle is available and ready for the test drive. I’m not a spontaneous buyer. Buying a new vehicle is a big investment and I’m not the type to rush when it comes to making important decisions. Ivan wasn’t pushy. From the start, he respected my pace and he made me feel comfortable during the whole process. If you decide to buy a Nissan vehicle, I encourage you to deal with Ivan. She understood what I was looking for and didn't try to push a vehicle that didn't suit my need. I would recommend her to anyone and buy a car from Myers again, no doubt. Based on previous car buying experiences with other dealers I was expecting some hidden fee or addon that was never mentioned to pop up at the last minute. Always been most pleased with the servicing and customer service efforts since purchasing a Pathfinder in 2018. Called today to book service for our Pathfinder and Qashqai. Had the pleasure to speak with Zariq ("you can call me Z") and he worked to find us dates that worked well for us. He even offered to see if they might produce a buyer and fair price for a set of snow tires we stored there but have since sold the corresponding vehicle. While some level of customer service mindset is rather expected, it is so nice to encounter someone who seems genuinely happy and enthusiastic in their work projecting personable, courteous, good humor.

This was the worse experience of my life. I was told to come in to Nissan as there was a recall on my car to have the hood and back end fixed for free and it said it could be dangerous had I not come fix it as the hood could detach and open while driving. Of course I brought my car into the closest Nissan to me. First I came in and they told me they couldn’t find my appt in the computer so to come back in a few days as it’s along wait. Already showing how unorganized this place was but I let it slide as they could take me a few days later. As I came to pick up my car they told me that my cable in my hood was broken previously and that I had to pay to get it fixed around 295$ worth. I DID NOT break this cable. Not only did they lie about this they also wrote in their report for the estimate that the customer complained when I got there that my cable was broken ? Such LIARS! I didn’t complain as I didn’t even know as it was not broken ! I didn’t break it and even calling upper management wasn’t helpful as they said it’s all written there. ANYONE Can write anything in a report to not get in trouble cuz they broke it and would have to pay it themselves! I brought my car there to be fixed and it came back me owing more. This is 100% fraud and i believe that I was a victim being a young , physically DISABLED girl on her own where a company took advantage and got away with it. DO NOT GO TO THIS GARAGE AND SUPPORT THESE HORRIBLE PEOPLE. Multiple staff members lied and it’s just disgusting that we live in a world we’re bad people get away with criminal offences and lies and good people get the short end of the stick.
