Changing my review and rating after receiving an e-mail from Joe apologizing for this incident. I respect a person who owns their mistake and tries to rectify the situation. Worth 4 stars to me and worth another look down the road..... I have no idea who answered my email because they didn’t sign it. I asked the same two questions twice and they were never answered, instead, the person answered with...come see the car we’re open today. This place leaves me thinking of the classic used car salesman, with a huge cigar hanging off their bottom lip....really leery about this place....please avoid.

I own a small business and need to have a reliable auto dealer. Mike, the owner, Ely my salesman and the shop staff were very helpful to me. When buying a used vehicle I am sure there are often issues that come up, but with this particular dealer one can sense that they do care which is demonstrated by their deeds rather than words and by resolving the issue(s) effectively. I highly recommend those fine people when looking for a used vehicle. Integrity might seem hard to find in this industry, but at M&B auto I found it, thanks to Mike and the crew!

Beware of very sketchy service. Went to golook at a car and would not provide service records OR allow test drive without paying for car first. Talked about insurance fraud for a car that had undergone accident which they fixed up. Would not waste time going down to MB Auto for a car - go somewhere reliable. Cars are big ticket items and there was red flags every where at this dealership.

Don't buy a car here. They were fairly nice before the deal was done, but then became extremely rude and insulting after the fact. They left the feeling that "Boy! Were you stupid for buying a car from us!" Really poor and aggressive dealings with this people.

We were looking for a pick-up for specific needs at a good price. After checking Ottawa and area we found what we were looking for at MB Auto. Although we dealt mainly with Mike, everyone there was helpful and took the time to answer all our questions and concerns. A couple of days after we got it home a small issue occurred that was resolved quickly. This little glich is the only reason the rating is 4 (and a half), instead of 5. I would definitely suggest anyone looking for a second vehicle to check out MB Auto Sales..

Joke of a dealership. Condescending, rude and arrogant. They want branded dealer prices while they dont offer any of the vallue of a branded dealership such as new brakes tires etc. They just tell you to take it to a mechanic ''if you dont trust them''. Was told to come in over the phone to make a deal in person. Literally offered me a price $50 higher than their tag on the car, and said they dropped it $1000. I live down the street, have been passing this car for 3 months since the first day it was there and it was $150 more, not $1000. Instead of letting me get a WORD in, just blabbed on and on and on until I left about how Hondas are harder to sell and he cant do better. Then offered another $100 off. If theyre so hard to sell, dont buy them at auctions. Pretty simple. Save yourself the headache and skip this sketchy dealer.

Mike, the owner, is a very nice and personable guy - very knowledgeable and helpful, as are his staff. I've bought a couple of cars from MB and have been very pleased with them and also the ongoing help and maintenance they have provided.

I recently purchased a 2017 Chev from MB Auto Sales and can't thank Mike and Joe enough for making the experience extremely pleasant. I always hate buying a car because of high pressure tactics. Mike and Joe are honest and easy going and made buying a car enjoyable. And the after sales support has been incredible. Any concerns or questions I have raised have been resolved with no question. I fully recommend MB Auto and will be using then again.
