Went to this location looking for a vehicle today. After being in contact with the buisness throughout the week, as recently as the day before. They advertised and informed me the vehicle was saftied already, which it wasn't. Not usually an issue but it was something I noted. After taking the vehicle for a test drive, I noticed that the vehicle being listed as no rust and clean, had black marks on the interior. There was rust starting on the outside (visible side) of the wheel well, and the underside of the vehicle was in the same state. Althought not yet rusted. The vehicle would immediately need to be under coated in the hopes that it doesn't rust out entirely. The salesman, who greeted me by name once I showed up, had no upfront knowledge about the vehicle, any history or prexisting issues with the car. The salesman was informed that I was the interested party, and although a family member came with me, never addressed me fully but rather would address the answers to my questions to the other family member. The salesman chose to take a very blunt and unhelpful in his approach to helping us.

Met Steve and Mohammad Moinuddin (my sales person) at the Hertz Car Sales during a snow storm. My wife chose a Toyota Rav4 AWD w/ differential lock which we purchased. On the way home (some 200 kms) suspicious white smoke emanated from the exhaust. To allay any suspicion of mechanical defects, Mohammad scheduled an appointment at a Toyota Dealer to check out this problem. While the Rav4 was at the Dealer, I was provided with a loaner car for a period which straddled a weekend.... at no cost. When the Rav4 was given a clean bill of health, we returned the loaner and picked up our Rav4 which had been washed and re-fueled. I am a senior citizen and have purchased a few vehicles over the years. I have never been given such polite and efficient service by any car dealer anywhere in Canada. The concerns I brought to them were given serious consideration and proper follow-up was ensured with a positive attitude. I have already praised Hertz Car Sales to my friends and acquaintances and the next time I look for a vehicle, Hertz will definitely be my preferred stop. Buying a car is too often a stressful exercise. However, with the quality of solid and honest service provided at Hertz, my experience was a very pleasant one and hassle free .

I bought a 2017 Hyundai Sonata that was used as a rental. The car is in great shape and loaded with features that I'm still discovering 3 weeks after getting it. Limited selection of vehicles for sale as they sell off rentals when needed. I had 4 Sonata's to pick from (and the remainder were sold when i picked up my car a week later) and they all were in fine condition. Alvardo and (I believe) Moe from financing were great and efficient to deal with. No haggle, extremely fair price, good deal on trade, plus 4 new winter tires to boot. Detail wasnt done as discussed but the car was pretty much spotless already. Did my research on vehicles and owned a Santa Fe before that I loved and hated giving up so knew Hyundai was quality vehicle. I feel like I'm driving a much more posh luxury car. Highly recommend but again they have a limited selection but if you are willing to compromise one make for another, it wouldn't hurt to check out this place.

He was most helpful and what was best was he was not pushy (as so many sales people are) I kept in mind the car I was interested in, going away to think about it. I emailed him questions and they were promptly answered. I also met Steve George who I could have sat with all day talking about life. My whole experience there was so pleasant and not pressured. Bought recently from other used places that claim the same service style but you are also then treated like just another number and get what you get. Icing on the cake was throwing in some new winter mats just before driving off. Would definitely recommend.

Just got off returning a 2016 camry on the 3 days rent to buy - like the car but the "roaring" noise coming from front of car cause me to decline buying. Wanted to do a 3 days rent to buy on a 2016 corolla beside the Camry as in my test drive sound good. However was decline because they were scared I abuse this 3 days rent to buy ... Am a genuine cash buyer hoping to get a car within next 2 weeks and even asked if my wife were to do the rent to buy. They still decline. Looks like false advertising, they should put a caveat in the advertisement that it is only apply to one rent to buy experience per family per lifetime.

What a great way to purchase a vehicle. Saw one on their web site that interested me and all the pertinent details were provided. When I went in, met with salesman Alvaero, who provided professional, thorough information regarding the 3 day rental test time and possible purchase. I did rent the car first and have been completely satisfied with it. I arranged a time to complete the purchase. Alvaero was so helpful and as a result, it was the easiest and pleasantest auto purchase ever. No hidden fees, only courtesy and accurate info. Great place to buy a great value vehicle.
