We were in a bind, 500kms from home and stuck in Ottawa because of a problem with our charge port door. We couldn't charge at all. A big snow storm had hit Ontario causing a mess with so many vehicles. We called around with no luck finding anyone to help until we reached out to Donnelly. They too were swamped but they understood we needed to get home. Thanks Donnelly for working out a way to get us home!

Diagnosed with a rear main seal leak and oil adapter leak. They recommended I replace the oil pan gasket while it was being serviced. Was charged $190(?) for an engine shampoo that was needed to clean the engine for oil leak diagnosis. First, the engine was never shampooed. I popped the hood and found a clip of some sort sitting on top of the engine. No signs that anything was cleaned. I even pulled all the old leaves that were in the engine compartment. I think I paid $190 for the mechanic to spray some brake cleaner on the oil pan and wipe it off. Second, brought the vehicle to another garage and they photographed and videoed what appears to be the issue. While it was recommended I get the oil pan gasket resealed, there was actually oil sputtering out of the oil pan seal, quite visibly. Not sure why they only recommended I do that while getting other things serviced when it was quite clear there was an issue. They also showed me the turbo lines that were spewing oil. No mention of this by Donnelly. They wanted the $3000+ rear main seal repair job. Lucky for me I remembered that the rear main seal was replaced just 14,000km’s ago when I took my vehicle to a garage to get the faulty Ford flex plate replaced after it shattered. Had I went ahead with the repair I would have wasted $3000+ to have them replace an already new rear-main, an oil filter adapter that had zero leaks, and I would have still had oil spewing out of the turbo lines. I definitely won’t be taking my vehicle to these guys and I have lost all confidence in dealership service departments.

Bought a used car. Very happy with the service and the car . But after receiving the bill I had a extra charge of$ 300 for adm. And a $ 100 charge for a 60 ltr. fill with gasoline . Just saying..... customer beware!!!!

I didn't buy my Escape here but I brought it in for service. I was very pleased with the customer service I received from Chris when I dropped it off and they were very thorough in investigating my concerns. I had my vehicle back very quickly. Also brought it in here for a tire swap from my winters to summers. They needed to be removed from the rims and swapped out. A bit pricey for the swap but I also wanted them to check my brakes. There was a misunderstanding as to when the appointment was for and I ended up arriving the week prior but they were kind and took it in anyways; wasn't in a rush to get it back. I'd have to say I was a bit disappointed in the state in which it was returned after the tire swap - tires covered in the lube/glue whatever they used to swap the tires. It shouldn't have been returned to me that way. When I called they said I could bring it back and they would rinse it off for me..

Could have been an easy 5 star, coming from 800kms away I had asked to make sure there was no scratches or dings. Pick the car up at enterprise no contact with the dealer with Covid 19 I was left with a decent size scuff and ding. Sales guy was not interested in helping with the fix at $120-150 so that’s why the not so good review! They will do anything to get the sale but not look after customer after the sale, at least if you live far away. Contact me ASAP with a fix.

Their service hours of operation aren't super convenient. Message was lost between reception and service dept. Their mechanics leave at 4pm. Their team is extremely friendly and apologetic, but that doesn't help me when I have to come back because they didn't get all the work done in one shot. I keep receiving texts about my service experience and I returned my lease in April 2021.

Great service there. They treat you very well there and the facility is very nice. The staff is great and they work fairly fast. One of the last dealers that have free shuttle service for their customers. Other dealers are moving towards Uber but I like this more personalized touch. Great stuff! I will be back!

Really wish the vehicle technicians took a little more care into people's stuff... oil dripping on the driveway from the mess under the hood. Really annoyed because this happened on another vehicle recently and is a costly, pain in the A to clean. Edit: Thanks but no thanks... your offer to wash the engine bay with a hose was done that night at home, without me having to take a half day from work. What's concerning is the mess on the driveway still being visible after 1 week of attempted cleanups using different recommendations.

I was very disappointed in Donnelly yesterday. They didn’t fix a problem that was under warranty because they wanted me to spend an additional $900 for a part that wasn’t under warranty, and still charged me the diagnostic fee of $200. I don’t know if the problem is with Ford or the dealer, but something is wrong here.

I just purchased a 2013 f150 from them as-is. I got an exceptional deal, sales (Mo and Caroline) were very friendly and efficient. I decided to use their service dept to get it safety-ed and repair the minor items, Mathew was professional and went beyond my expectations ensuring everything was well looked after. I will definately be bringing it back to them for all servicing, despite it being out of my way a bit. Update, I've been using their service dept since and have not had a complaint. Mathew is very courteous and has made me feel confident in their work. Update, just had it detailed there, was not expecting them to clean out all the compartments, they were stuffed with stuff, they boxed it and cleaned it regardless. Truck looks fantastic, would not have imagined it could look so good!

Complete satisfaction with this warranty repair visit for a minor oil leak & brake noise (rear). As a curious car guy, I asked for some details on the extent of the work needed to complete the repairs. The Service professionals had the tech that actually did the work, call me for a short chat to explain the process and the parts involved that needed to be removed/reinstalled as part of this service visit. First rate / Tier 1 service in my books.

Went to get some maintenance work done on my 2014 Ford Fusion. My main concern is how much it cost to change transmission fluid and 4 spark plugs. 1: I think it’s not justifiable to charge $179.95 for labor to change transmission fluid when parts cost $67.20, total cost $255.10 . 2:change 4 spark plugs , parts $51.00 labor 149.95 for a total cost of $200.95. 3: replaced front suspensions, but did not put back the cover underneath the car properly so it got damaged and fell off. While I was driving I heard a wind noise under the car before the undercover came off.

I simply can't say enough about my experience with Donnelly Ford Lincoln. Right from the start of my search for a vehicle Ali was exceptional in his service always providing detailed, prompt answers to my inquiries. He gave me absolutely no doubt in what was going to be a positive sales experience. Once Ali found the vehicle for our family, Vinny got involved in regard to the financials, licensing and delivery of the vehicle. Vinny also exceeded all expectations going above and beyond in order to make our purchase seamless and memorable. Our vehicle was delivered right on time to our door step, which is 3 hrs east of Donnelly's dealership. The vehicle was spotless and the transaction involving our trade-in vehicle was again seamless. A couple of minor issues since delivery that Ali and Donnelly have agreed to look after - no questions asked. A+ to Ali, Vinny and the Donnelly AutoGroup.

Very good Service, arrived reasonably late in the afternoon (3:30pm) for an Oil change on my 2017 Ford Crew Cab truck. I had called ahead to confirm what time the Fastlube Lane closed, & last call was apparently 4:00pm. Upon arrival, learned from the Service Advisor that they were short technicians & probably wouldn't be able to do the Oil change. I explained that I drove an hour from home to Ottawa,, from Smiths Falls, knowing they have a no appointment Fastlube Lane,, & I was going on a long trip out of town that afternoon. However they managed to pull a Technician off another job to do my Oil Change! They didn't have to do that, but made the acception,, & that's what 'Excellent Service' is all about!! The staff at Donnelly are friendly and efficient. Normally I bring my cars in for regular service, but in this case they took my car in immediately (without an appointment) to check the battery after the car had been sitting in storage for a couple of years. The battery was replaced and I was on the road in about an hour. The waiting room is clean and comfortable and coffee is provided. You can watch the “action” in the garage through the big window or sit back in a comfy chair and read or watch tv. Computers and public wifi are also provided for those that want to surf. I have always had good service at Donnelly, I recommend them!

On a Wednesday evening I made an online enquiry about a vehicle, within 10 minutes I had a response from a sales rep, Grant. A phone call and a text with pictures of the truck on the hoist being safetied, as the pic on the website was a stock photo. Friday I purchased the truck, the deal was fair. I received what I was looking for on my trade-in (same $ as another dealer). Part of the deal was I wanted to drive away that day with the vehicle, as I live a distance away. James, the sales manager, made it happen. Deal was signed at 10:30am and by 1:50pm my daughter and I were driving back in my new (to me) truck. While waiting, James also directed us to an incredible Shawarma restaurant in the plaza next door for lunch. I totally recommend these guys to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle! Great communication, very friendly, and willing to go the extra mile.

They fixed the problem that truck had when I first bought it a year ago. They couldn't figure it out when purchased but when it is a year later and at my expense ( to late to haggle on price) they miraculously figured it out. I contacted the service Department and without hesitation they agreed to repair the leak at no cost to me the customer. As the vehicle was a Mercedes they sent the car to Star Motors for the repairs. The service Manager at Donnelly Ford was polite, courteous and willing to have all of the work done to my satisfaction. I was extremely impressed with the level of service and professionalism at Donnelly's and would not hesitate to either purchase another vehicle from them or to recommend my friends and neighbours to their dealership. Although Donnelly Ford is located in another area of the city from where I live, I have always been so impressed with the level of customer service and quality of work, that I refuse to go elsewhere. The job was well done, as always, and the service staff were very helpful. The main challenge was that despite having made a mid-morning appointment to get my snow tyres installed, I had to wait until the following day to pick up my vehicle, due to unplanned volumes of business. This is very unlike Donnelly Ford and hopefully a one-off.
