Really like the car I bought from Ken Elford at Bel-air toyota. Car has worked well except for a minor mirror problem which Ken and Bel-air fixed up for me. Car had been on the lot for much of the winter and I figured I might have unused car issues further on, but on picking up the car, Ken informed me that they had rechecked the car and determined that the front brake rotors had deteriorated over winter and replaced them. Months later now the car has worked well and I've had no problems. It was a pleasure to buy from Bel-air once again.

I recently bought a 2010 Lexus LS 460L AWD from Bel-Air Toyota in Ottawa. I dealt with the Sales Manager Ken Elford. I had a bunch of questions about the service history, the full specs etc. I also wanted an independent Lexus dealer to check out the car. Ken gave me excellent service from beginning to end. He got the safety done and the car was nicely detailed. It was a real pleasure to deal with Ken and the dealership. They were very professional.

This was the worst clientele service I've ever seen. Filled out the form twice to.get a call back and make an appointment. Received a response that buisness hours were closed on a Monday 2pm. Then made the trip to go in person to get information only to be greeted by a gentleman who said sorry we have no cars in stock. We mentionned that we were only trying to get information on vehicles and his response was to go online. That is the service offered pre-purchase I can only imagine the service post-purchase.

Excellent service received throughout the buying process. I dealt with Jean-Philippe (JP) and he was upfront from the beginning with regards to the expected timeline to acquire a hybrid (at least 2-3 months in the second half of 2021 and not taking into account the impact of production cuts as a result of the global semiconductor shortage which may make it worse). I was pleasantly surprised when I got a call less than two months after my order that a vehicle was available (in a different color than what we ordered but with the same exact options) and that JP offered if we were interested, the vehicle would be ours within the week. We did say yes. The next business day, everything was all setup and we were scheduled to pick up the car before the end of the week as promised. Also, a special shout out to Dominique, the Delivery Coordinator, who stuck around beyond her normal working hours on a Friday evening to ensure that we were able to pick up the vehicle while ensuring to provide us with a demo. I would not hesitate to go back to Bel-Air Toyota for future purchases ( hopefully not too soon though :) ) and would recommend to anyone looking for a Toyota in the Ottawa/Gatineau region.

I was researching all over the country to find a rare (low km) toyota Sequoia. Being from Alberta these units are difficult to find used and with low kms in our province. I found one at Belair Toyota and contact them as soon as i saw the posting. In speaking with Ken (the pre-owned sales Manager), he informed me there already was 2 other inquires from Alberta about this unit. I sent him a deposit so i can secure this rare beast. Ken assured me that since I was from a different province, the purchasing process will happen smoothly but would take some time. Exactly as Ken mentioned, All aspects of this process went smooth. Any questions I had, Ken was prompt and honest in his responses. I coordinated a shipping company, and Ken was excellent at getting the unit prepared for its journey to Alberta. When the unit arrived and was attending its provincial inspection, it was noticed that there was a minor issue with a strut that needed replacement. I was nervous as this part was over $1200 to have replaced. In my mind I kept hearing “a deal is a deal” mentality. However, i contacted Ken about this issue, and with no hesitation at all, the new part was shipped and replacement costs of this shock was covered by Belair Toyota. (Installed at the closest Toyota dealership to me). After all was done, Ken made the effort to reach out to us to make sure we were happy with our Toyota. From my experience. This dealership is 10/10. Thanks again Ken and your Team for an amazing buying experience!!!

Given that I bought during this whole COVID world, it was great how seamless the process was. I was also helped by Hannah to pick up my car and to process my insurance papers. I like that she was happy to answer any questions I had (even if they were obvious to others) and she committed to walking me through any technical questions over FaceTime moving forward. I really liked that Hannah offered to take my picture with my new car. I was shy to ask, but I really wanted one. And it was done in a way that took away any nerves I had about striking a pose.
