I bought a car one month ago, and so far it is great. It even come with winter tires. Good price. Also, Baha has been very helpful answering all my questions, even after buying the car (e.g., I was not able to connect my phone to the bluetooth and he helped me out).

I will admit I was a little nervous about buying a car that was rebuilt as I didnt know what to expect with passing safety in Quebec but AK took care of me. For those that dont know it's a process getting a car safetied when you buy it from another province and AK was nothing but patient and accommodating every step of the. Anytime I had an issue he was always easy to get a hold of and just pleasant to deal with which I think is important because a lot of cars salesman are not. I bought one car from him and although it wasnt an easy process on the Quebec side if you're in Ottawa I would highly recommend doing business with Ak as he will take good care of you from start to finish. Also side note: ask him about his weekly specials he always had something kicking around that is competitive pricing wise thats worth checking out

If I could give zero stars I would. Bought a used car from them and they said everything could be done is max 4 business days. I waited almost a month for the car all while paying car insurance and there were still problems. I was dealing with the owner Abukar and he stated that any issues within 36 days would be resolved by him free of charge however he is the slowest worker I've ever seen. He did not solve the issues and I have now taken it into my own hands. He simply just does not care and does not respond to most of our calls and texts. I'm fed up.

I bought a Toyota Camry and it was good car and I would recommend Auto Smart to my friends or family. He allowed to bring the car to my mechanic for pre-purchase inspection and he fixed all issues that were identified my mechanic. Also I traded my old car with him and he did the plate transfer and registration. He is very reasonable on price and honest about the Car. He also friendly for interacting with clients. I would give 5++ :)
