Highly recommend going to this dealership and dealing with Johnathon, he was amazing! As soon as we walked into the dealership he was ready and willing to assist us without being very pushy like majority salesman can be. We weren’t entirely sure if we were going to buy a car that day, we knew which cars we were looking at but weren’t convinced that we were ready to buy; wanted to weigh our options. I booked a detailing at this location, this was what they gave me back and charged me 221$. I’ve reached out over email and tried calling twice with no answer. I’m so unhappy with the service and customer service of this location. For the price paid and the fact they are a big name I thought for sure there would be attentive cleaning. Worst dealership to deal with and their practices are as filthy as the cabin filters you will find in vehicles sold by them. We bought a 2017 Honda Odyssey with missing parts all around and they never declared that one side is painted freshly, we found painters tape pieces in sliding door later. Trevor Carew is nightmare to deal with, at deal time all he will say is "Work with me" but will not give any real solution. Tony is reasonable guy but can do so much under such miserable boss, feel sorry for him. They don't care about few negative reviews anymore because they prefer spending money on buying fake reviews (just read few good reviews and tell me who writes like that?) instead of good customer service. Edit: finally got rid of that ugliness around rear number plate.

The service here is pretty horrible. I brought my car last year to fix the A/C, they took the car for the entire day and told me it had to be kept overnight.I only own one car so I needed to take the car home, but then I thought to myself as to why they needed more than 8 hours for them to tell me that? Furthermore, the person I dealt with was very disrespectful (talking back, hanging up during the call). I decided to bring my car to another dealership and within 30 mins they had fixed the vehicle. I brought this complaint to Honda Canada and followed up multiple times. They advised "As you may be aware, all Honda Dealerships are independently owned and operated businesses in charge of their own daily operation. Regrettably, this situation directly involves you and the dealership and we apologize that Honda Canada is unable to take any specific action on this matter. We recommend contacting the Manager of the Service department to bring this matter to their direct attention." Nonetheless, Whitby Honda hasn't made an attempt to give me a call or anything. What I have seen is a substantial increase of reviews since I last checked. I would take these reviews with a grain of salt. This dealership almost made me not want to ever consider getting a Honda vehicle ever again.

Took ownership of my used 2018 Crv. Walked onto the lot with no appointment and met with Mike. He quickly had me in the appropriate car (only lot I’ve seen in the past year with 35 options of my model) and took me on a test drive. He was fair with the negotiating and we struck a deal. The finance manager Ashley, was kind and knowledgeable and made sure I received the coverage that would work for my family and I. Within 1 day I had the keys to my new vehicle with the help of Fara and I was on the road. Proud to be back with the Honda family.

I bought a 2020 Civic Touring in Feb. 2020 from Bryan Weir (amazing salesman), and I will never buy another Honda on the basis that the service department here is terrible. You call to make service appointments, and get left with the voicemail box every time. You call and ask the receptionist to transfer you to someone who is in the office, get sent to voicemail again. You leave the voicemails, and it takes days for a call back. Simple service appointments such as fixing a door trim piece or my stereo wont turn on, turn into major issues where I must leave the car all day without a loaner. God forbid you have to claim your warranty on your tire/rim protection package you paid $900 for and the “Warranty Specialist” isn’t in for 4 days, so you have to drive on a spare until then to “get her approval that it actually is a hole in your tire”. Do I look like I don’t know what a hole is? I will never buy another car from Honda never mind this dealership on the grounds of the service department and no staff wanting to pick up the phone.

My partner drove from Kingston yesterday to pick up a car, and to be honest the service was only okay. Fara requested my partner write a review for the dealership in front of her, and became difficult and confrontational when he gave 4 stars and a nice comment. The dealership is likely fine, but please know the reviews are inflated. We paid above market value for a trade in, but the company stepped up to fix a scuff and put on new tires (after my partner pointed out they were 2 different sets!). There was no flexibility for pickup time, but the process went quickly after we started. Again, fine. A star was taken off for berating my sweet partner over not posting a good enough review for Trevor and Fara. On the whole, we would be unlikely to recommend the dealership or work with them again, but are content with the purchase. There you go, Fara. A reasonable review.

I brought my vehicle for maintenance and then they called me after waiting that the car had problem issue with break and leaking oil and it's not safe to drive it and it's under the warranty they gave me rental car for more than 10 days then they called to come and pickup my car and return the car they gave me. I went there after work and they wanted me to pay $ 318.27 included the break fixed the car just 17000 km. When I refused and asked to talk to the manager he said the service close and if I didn't take my car I will pay for renal car if I keep it. He was so rude with me and almost was kicking me out. Then I told him I'll complain... long story bad manager I bought 3 cars from that's dealership and they treated me like nothing. Went back because I don't have time for this after trying to call customer service but they were closed. Went to the reception and the girl working there was laughing at me so bad ????

Best dealership to deal with when it comes to buying used ot new cars.. I live in Mississauga but drove all the way out there due to how the sales Agent took care of me. Just bought my very first Honda. ???? My sales guy Daniel Almeida, was awesome to work with. Took his time with me. Never felt rushed. Always pleasant and easy to talk. Did everything he could, plus extra to make sure I was happy with my purchase. Daniel's service 5 star for sure. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Took away 1 star only because I felt way to ppl were involved in the appraisal of my trade in. That's took the longest. Almost to annoying. You know the typical back and forth. "dealership games" with numbers. Someone comes out to make it sound better, I counter, then a different person comes out. Saying he can do better.
