This dealership is Awesome!!! I was previously in a leased contract for a pick up truck from another dealership. That leased contract screwed me over big time. I went to see Scott at need a car Oshawa. Scott was able to get me out of that leased vehicle, and put me into my new Nissan sentra where I am financing it and able to call it my own. The car is absolutely amazing and I am so thankful that Scott was able to help me get out of a jam! I recommend anyone who is looking to get out of a jam or to get a new vehicle go and see Scott!

Horrible customer service. Sold me a lemon, but in all fairness I hold some responsibility in buying online....i accept that. What I don't accept is being called names when i explain that I don't trust them to sell me a second vehicle and that going to a new dealership would be in my best interest. Vehicle I did purchase was a bucket of rust within 6 months of purchase because paint repairs done prior where garbage. It's needed more repairs than I can count. I bought for $14000 plus all there hidden fees and after a year of paying....still owe $17000. They offered to purchase it back for $5000, and sell me a newer one with a loan of $35000 (including the outstanding balance of the garbage they sold me before) plus $2000 down and all there hidden fees. So estimate that new loan to be about $45000 on a 2016 SUV...that is currently worth about $18000. Not a smart move to rebuild credit if you ask me. And I'm the one called irrational?! Beware if you're building credit...this will only get you into further problems.

Absolutely the worst place to go, pushy sales guy that tells you what car you can have and will not allow you to choose anything else will tell you that they have 650 cars in there network than will tell you the finance company will only let you have this particular car which is a bold face lie. Now I have a car with numerous problems and they don't seem to car about having any issues resolved. Good thing ONTARIO MOTOR VEHICLE INDUSTRY COUNCIL moving forward with my claim today.

Went in to check about getting a new vehicle.. First person that came out was a gentalman named Martin. Martin didnt pressure me like other places do, he simply answered all my questions and told me if there was anything else then he would be right through the door. I went back in to talk to him as I had a few questions.. he was super professional and answered everything I asked in super detail. Purchased a Caravan from salesman Domonic and not impressed. After 5 months my tires are balled and also drove to florida and found out my air conditioner doesn't work and not coverd under warranty. I know I'm a hard person to finance but you shouldn't treat people like that. Purchased the last van from salesman Joe and had no problems, tires lasted 3 years before I had to change them van is almost 10 years old and air conditioner still works because it was certified properly!!

A++ Dealership. The Manager Trish was extremely knowledgeable. My credit is horrible and I wasn’t sure what type of SUV I wanted. Trish went over every make and model and all the pros and cons. I finally decided on my dream SUV that fit all my needs but I honestly didn’t think any bank would finance me. I went to about 8 different places before and I was declined everywhere. Trish told me to give her 24 hours to work her magic and what do you know, 12 hours later I got the best phone call that I was approved and bonus was that my interest rate was about half of what I even expected if I did get approved. I’ve never been happier and I am go grateful. I finally get to drive my dream SUV at a payment I can afford. Thank you Trish!!!!!

Hello my name is Brian Stonehouse and I would like to thank Martin at NeedACar Oshawa. I bought a 2014 chevycruze 2LT Turbo and couldnt have gotten a better rep handling my inquiry. My car was ready reasonably, with a successful lauch in the new ride. We noticed that a marker lense had been broken, before leaving, and Martin allowed me to leave so i could still keep my incredibly busy weekend, 3 bdays, and its Friday, he fedexed a new light to me. Dads a mechanic, so no prob. Martin even offered to have it fixed free of charge, we were pressed for time so we chose to fix it. The best part of this experience was 3 things. 1st, he was adamant about satisfying my requests when looking over several types,but none suited my needs. After tossing tons of cars at me with all fail, he finally asked if theres something very specific i want in a car and i need a nice car that can fit a box of X size to fit. He measured the civic and cruze, and i was sold on the cruze. 2nd, this a return call from me, because he was amazing. Iwas unable to buy over personal reason, but i was able to and didnt. Changed my mind and called Martin first._.. 3rd, he earned my friendship and respect thru a sales sore spot for many, with an honest heads up no bs search. Thank you Martin

Bought a caravan here years ago ...within a month the caliber went up in flames along with the brake booster.... dropped $3500 out of pocket as I was sold a weasel warranty that covered nothing. Major electrical problems.... So glad that van is gone....would never ever buy from here again. However, easy to get financed and I got a low interest rate.
