I don't even know where to begin with how impressed I am with this dealership - more specifically, Moe!! Everyone we dealt with there was incredibly helpful & friendly. At no point did we feel pressured into the purchase, but we knew they were more than willing to answer any questions we had. I didn't have the greatest credit going into this, but Moe somehow made it happen & got me financing. I am now the proud owner of a 2012 Ford Fusion!! ????????????I was convinced that getting a car (at this time) was going to be out of the question for me, because I had tried a number of other dealerships before I came across Boss Auto, & had no luck whatsoever. Throughout the endless emails (sorry again, Moe) I was given all of the information I was looking for, which helped me make my decision in the end very easy; this was the place I was going to buy my next car from. 2nd car I bought from this family run operation.They have a collision center as well as a mechanic shop.Top notch service that only a family run business can offer! Had a small issue with a Mazda 6 GT...took it to the mechanic shop and within 24 hours not only did they replace the left strut...they replaced the right one as well!...and threw in an oil change.The issue was only the left front strut..but they went above and beyond...now that's appreciating your repeat customers!

We had a used car to sell and spoke with Boss Auto. They were courteous and made us an offer on the phone. When we reached with the car, as agreed,they suddenly lowered the price, offering lower than they had before. That didnt seem a nice thing to do. We negotiated and finally settled at something in between. After that the process of handover and sale was quick. I would recommend them for used car sales, but be prepared for negotiations.

I waited to write any review until I got to see the post-sale experience, especially since the vehicle is obviously used. So, a few weeks after I picked up my vehicle, I noticed my window switch stopped working in the rear. I called Moe and he didn't even blink to help me. Within 24 hours, I had a new switch installed and it cost me nothing. I'd definitely recommend Boss Auto!

My Wife and I bought our first ever dealership vehicle (2004 Ford Freestar) from Boss Auto back in February of 2014. It was a fantastic experience and price as well. That van served us extremely well, and would have served us for years longer if it wasn't T-boned in an accident 3 weeks ago. So, we had to look for a new vehicle that would suit our needs. I looked around on line and did some foot work, but my first instinct was to go back to Boss Auto and that's what we did today. The outcome?. Another new addition of the 4 wheeled type to the Family thanks to Mohammad. Got there at 4pm, sold by 5pm. The guy is so up front and casual. No pressure selling whatsoever, full details on the history, and damn solid handshake. If you're looking for a great quality used vehicle, check Boss Auto out at the very least in your searches.

Overall experience was ... OK at best. The sales person that I worked with was very friendly and not pushy. They helped me find the right car for me within my price range. Everything was going well until moments before we signed the agreement. With the contract in my hands about to sign they then disclosed that the car had been in a 'small' accident and had $5k worth of damage. I was impressed with the other aspects of the sale so I still went through with it. Part of the agreement was a 1 year warranty on the engine and they assured me that they had fully serviced the car so that anything that needed to be replaced had been. About a year later I started having a lot of trouble with the car and it breaking down on me (right when the warranty was up). I took the car to a 3rd party mechanic and they informed me that a lot of the regular servicing that should have been done in years prior had not been completed (spark plugs etc..). I put a lot of money into it and I was still having trouble. I took the car to another mechanic and they accidentally broke some parts because they said that it wasn't fitting together properly and was likely because of the previous accident. Because I was having so many issues I decided to go to the DMV to get the complete car record. At this time the DMV informed me that the car had been written off from the insurance company and that Boss purchased it through an auction. They told me that they are notorious at the DMV for buying written-off cars and re-selling them. I was very upset to hear this news as Boss had told me it was a small accident and not that it had been written-off and especially that they are known for doing so. I then tried to re-sell my car back to them to re-coup some of the costs that I was out. They were very friendly and understanding and allowed me to sell the car on consignment. So overall they were friendly enough, but being friendly isn't everything. If you are considering purchasing from there please ask them about the car history and check with the DMV as well. At the time I don't think they were UCDA members and I am not entirely sure if they are now. I would not purchase a car from them again.

Bought a car from them told me one year bumper to bumper warranty took it in for the first time cost me $80 for them plus fuel an loosing the car for almost two weeks not satisfied at all. Front end of my car had been hit missing most of the bolts holding fenders and headlights. Paint match was good oweful can see mist area of paint, sanding scratches all over my hood. Plus the last time it was in rear bumper damage. Both times I had paid outtakes my pocket tell me where this bumper to bumper warranty comes in Worst car buying experience yet!!

RUDNESS that's the description for the guy there, he should change his name to that. Very bad salesman. I was there with my Mom looking for a car between 10 to 15k he had 3 cars what we like to check out as he had it on the lot. Right a way he made faces and told us we can't test drive them . Like I asked for it?!. I wanted to see inside and there extras. And if I like it definitely try one or 2 of it. After that we walked a way.. he just lost a sale right there! I wonder how he is if any problem come up with there car! No Thanks! You are the one who picked up your voice! When asked you what is your issue , way you making faces ,when I asked u to show us the other cars. And made a comment we can't try them. I drove 45 min from Toronto to see your lot . It was look painful for you to show us your other vehicles.That was not a proper costumer service what you did there. Also was 6 degrees outside u not even invited inside us. We had mask on!

Boss Auto was one of the many car dealerships I had visited in the span of about 1 month but it was by far the best. I came into the shop super stressed, overwhelmed and just tired of constantly being pressured out of my price range or just sketched out by other dealerships. Mo took all that stress away he was very knowledgeable, very friendly, welcoming, answered all my questions and made sure to meet me where I was at. I like 3 Madzas on his lot and he broke down the features, compared the cars and gave me advice without pressuring me to make a decision. When it came to choosing a car, he laid out all the different payment options so I could make an informed decision, as well as what was included in the price. He gave a detailed report history of the vehicle and was honest and upfront. Boss Auto did all the required safety checks, licensing and registration all I had to do was wait (in anticipation) to get the call to pick it up. When that day came, I was shown/given all the information on what was done to the and how to care for the car which was much appreciated as I am a first time owner. I got a 2011 Mazda 3, been driving it for about 3 weeks now and have had no issues. Very happy with my purchase, proud to be a first car owner. I even did a lil photoshoot because why not, enjoy some pics and visit Boss Auto with confidence!

I recently purchased a car from Boss Auto and first off, the salesman Moe was very friendly and helpful. I called first to see if they had anything in my price range and he listed off a few cars so I went in. I was greeted in the parking lot and showed the cars we discussed on the phone. I test drive 3 of them but couldn’t make up my mind so I took the night to think about it. I returned the day after and purchased my new car. Everything was explained to me in detail and it didn’t take long for my car to be ready for me to pick up. I haven’t had any issues with it and just took it yesterday to their mechanic shop for an oil change. I walked in and they were quick to take care of it and I was out the door. This car drives great and I had no issues with it whatsoever. I can’t say enough about the customer service at Boss Auto either. I’ll definitely recommend and would return.

I am writing this review on behalf of my sister, who unfortunately bought her vehicle from Boss Auto. She has asked me to write it as I had more dealings with them after she gave up. I vow my review is not a "fake review" as Boss has called some of these reviews. After paying cash for her vehicle, she had to wait 2 weeks before she had the keys. She was told it was due to various reasons and was going to be ready "any day". 2 weeks later. During her one year warranty, she kept having to take it back to their auto shop. Window motor went - 1 week to fix. Tire rod - 1 week to fix. A horrible rattling noise under the car - 12 days and they "couldn't find the problem" After having her car for 10 months the rear deferential went on it - SINCE THEIR WARRANTY ONLY COVERS ONE THOUSAND DOLLARS - she had to pay another $800 out of her pocket. She had driven the car less then 2 thousand km. during that time. When asked for a receipt - excuses again. Finally, I walked into boss auto myself and demanded a receipt for the work that was done and an explanation as to why things keep breaking and taking so long to fix. Right away "Boss" was in my face and kicking me out. - There was potential customers in the office. I admit I was demanding and asking for answers. But I was not rude. I was frustrated. Two years later the car is at the wreckers, where it should have been to begin with. Yes, this experience was over a year ago. I decided to write this review on her behalf because a college of mine had a bad experience with these people on the weekend and I thought more people should know what a horrible business this is. Finally.....No Boss, I do not want a free vehicle, I am not from a competitor, no I am not a family member writing a review and no I will not give you her name so you can slander her. This is my review.

I purchase a 2013 Kia Forte from Mo at Boss Auto Sales last December. Never have I enjoyed the experience of buying a car better. He was there to answer questions and provide guidence if necessary, not to pressure me into making a purchase. I have experience in the auto sales industry so I am aware of some of the methods used to get someone to make a deal. None of that came froward during our conversations. In fact Mo was refreshinly patient with me over the 3 or 4 visits I made to his lot before finally committing. As I said to him as I was leaving with my new car, my only regret is that I did not need anymore cars I could buy from him.
