I bought a 2005 Equinox from AAA auto sales, they treated me great gave me 30 day warranty in case of any problems which there was, my key warning chime stayed on after the key was removed from the ignition,, they sent me to the dealer and picked up the whole bill which was almost 600.00. Overall there are not many dealers in today's date who will treat you like this and be honest towards the business. No hidden charges, did safety, transfer and registration in a days time. Gave brand new tires where he thought it was important without me even pointing it out. Washed and fuelled up the car on the day of pickup. AAA Auto Sales is the place to go if you are looking for a well maintained high quality used vehicle. I travelled from Hamilton to test drive and purchase a used pickup that was in mint condition. I have never seen a vehicle so clean and so well maintained on any other used car lot. And when it comes to the vehicle safety they don’t compromise. Ash told me whatever the vehicle needs it gets. I can see that’s what they did. They even replaced the muffler because it had some small pinhole leaks. Ash is very helpful and friendly and follows through on everything as promised. I highly recommend AAA Auto Sales.

Not too bad of place. The cars are decent. Prices a little high but for the most part good customer service. Although the car I bought had a broken taillight and i didnt get a new one until 3 days later after me chasing them down for the light, at which time they did not install the light, pointed at it expecting me to install it. I asked him to help me and he said he was busy that day. This was at only 5:30-6pm at the dealership. So i guess the service is actually not great. I dont think i would recommend AAA auto sales or would return there.

I highly recommend AAA auto sales Ltd to anyone who may be having an issue finding a good vehicle for the right price. They helped me out a lot with picking and affording a new vehicle. I checked out many other dealerships including Davey auto sale but starting with no credit, they didn't even look at me. I was told I needed someone with good credit to co-sign with me and was out the door within minutes, empty handed and no hope for a vehicle. At AAA Auto sales I got a 2014 Ford escape that was highly recommend by the salesmen for my families needs at a price I could afford. They applied to many places to find a spot that was willing to accept me for a financed vehicle and discussed the pros and cons of a few different vehicles. They weren't pushy and I didn't feel like they tried to upsell me some vehicle just to make a profit. I'm very happy with the service I received there and I will definitely be going back if I ever need another vehicle.

Was very disappointed. Contacted the dealership to go see a vehicle they had on the lot. It's an hour drive from my place so wanted to make sure it was still for sale and that someone would be there. They emailed back saying they open at 1030am . Showed up early afternoon and no one was there and office was locked up. Such a waste of time. Even though online it said open til 8pm. Not very professional . At the least could have emailed me back saying they had to leave or schedule for a different day. Emailed them back asking why no one was there and now no answer. Would not recommend.

BUYER BEWARE!!!! I bought a used vehicle from this dealership CERTIFIED. Upon an inspection from another mechanic several days after purchasing, I discovered that the vehicle was in an UNSAFE condition and needed $4000 of repairs just to be roadworthy. I was told that there was absolutely no way it should have ever passed a safety inspection and that I was lucky the wheel didn't fall off while on the highway. Among many other issues the wheel bearing was VERY LOOSE. This dealership put my entire families life at risk by selling us an unsafe vehicle under false pretenses. P.S It was 100% the Oshawa location on Simcoe St.
