I've always had terrible experiences at typical car dealerships, but Zanchin's stores are second to none! They went above and beyond to make sure I got a vehicle that suits my needs, and my budget. I'll recommend Zanchin Auto Group's stores to all of my friends and work colleagues! I was completely blown away by their customer service as well!! Top notch! Highly recommend!
Last week I purchased my car, Honda Civic 2013 at Honda Number 7. This is the second dealership I went to and I would say their service was excellent. Andy Tran, sales representative was friendly and accommodating with my needs in choosing a car. His knowledge and skills in presenting the qualities of the cars helped me to choose the perfect car for me. In a span of 2 hours he was able to process the car that I wanted and by the next day I was able to drive my car that I purchased. I thought that purchasing a car would cause me stress in dealing with the sales representative, however with my experience, it made realize that if you have the staff who are knowledgeable, skillful and has good interpersonal relationship the customer satisfaction will be exceptional. I recommend this dealership for the customers who want to have a good experience in purchasing their new cars. Thank you Andy and all the staff for the good experience in purchasing my 1st car.
Came in to drop off my end of lease Tiguan. When I first signed up, the process was good and served by pleasant staff (Sargon/Marco). Dropping it off just now was painless as well as Elvis was even more helpful. The disappointment and missed opportunity was not in my staff interactions. It was in their process and follow up. Literally, no one in 4 years checked in with me. Towards the end of my lease, I had to call the dealership as I had no idea what was next. I was initially willing to consider an upgrade to my Tiguan but decided to go with a Volvo elsewhere. Hopefully this review helps them to understand where they can improve.

Pushy salespeople. Unattentive repairs/service department. Visited the Honda dealership and the Toyota dealership. The salesperson at Honda, Emanuel, was helpful but tried to push me to vehicles I had no interest in. Also, he has a banner at his cubical stating celebrating 35 years of bring a salesperson... he must not have realised I saw it of could read as he proudly mentioned he was in the business for 23 years! What kind of puffing is the dealership trying? Seems they are most interested in pulling the wool over the customers rather than having integrity. As for the Toyota dealership, the salesperson Ed seemed very unknowledgeable about the vehicles and the features. Maybe some product training may help. Disappointing overall from this auto mall.

I have always been wary of dealing with car dealers and I find the whole process extremely exhausting and nerve-wracking. After going to many dealerships, online research and people for advice, I felt that I was running in circles. Fortunately, I found Zanchin Autos. They not only made sure that I get the car that I wanted at the best possible price but also went out of their way to facilitate the entire process for me while I sat back and sipped coffee at their office. Members of the Zanchin family - especially Andria Zanchin are beyond amazing. My family and I will be buying cars from Zanchin Autos ONLY as I had the best customer service experience ever. Highly recommended!

A variety of vehicles and tempting prices..before you buy your car at Woodbridge Toyiota they are friendly and they offer services that after you buy you dont see any more poor communication with the client after you buy your vehicle..and if there is any defect in thd car they look for a way to make you pay .I was a loyal customer and had the worst experience being passed from one representative to another one .I do not recommed this place I was contacted by their Manager after this review.They offered to help but to my dissappoitment for the second time it was worst.They asked me 20 times over the price for a plastic part (just three months roughly after i bought the car) that another Toyota dealer solved for just a couple of bucks .To the date not even an apology has been offered .It was a rip off and i wonder now if that was the correct price for the car.. Toyota is a beautiful car..reliable..long lasting ..but Woodbridge Toyota is not the recommended dealer to buy ..please do not trust them.

Actually went in there to buy a part for a different vehicle but ended up buying a 2015 Toyota RAV4 limited from him all because Nader was able to explain clearly all the questions we asked regarding this vehicle, above all he was patient, polite and honest. I will definitely recommend him to anyone that needs to purchase a vehicle.My wife was very happy and satisfy with her new vehicle.
I experienced the most unreliable and ridiculous service at Maple Acura about 2 weeks ago. I have been taking my vehicle to Maple Acura for about 2.5 years now and most times, the staff are very friendly and helpful. During my last visit, I sent my vehicle in for an oil change and when I received my vehicle back, I had 2 pairs of Tory Burch sunglasses ($500 value) missing from my car. I store my glasses in the compartment under my arm rest, which the employees should have no reason to be rummaging through. When I send in my vehicle for service, I trust that I will get my vehicle back with all my belongings safe in the car, however this was not the case. However, I gave Maple Acura the benefit of the doubt and decided I should go visit them to ask if by any chance there were sunglasses that may have been left behind or supposedly “accidently” removed from my car. Upon my arrival to Acura, I was tossed around amongst a couple of people with such negative attitude saying there is not much that they can do if my sunglasses went missing. Finally, I was directed to the supervisor/manager (not sure of his title – believe his name started with a R) where he told me there is no way my glasses could’ve gone missing in the time my vehicle was left at Acura. He advised I should check around in my car and with family members at home, even after I had stated the car was only used by me and I leave my glasses in the compartment every day when I get home. He personally decided to check my car for me and hunted through my car for my glasses, checking my seat pockets and door compartments – he even took the extra step of checking my jacket to see if the glasses would be attached to my jacket which was in the backseat. He picked up my jacket and shook it a couple of times. He then advised that it may have been stolen in the time the car was left on the property of Acura but outside the building. This is ridiculous as when I leave my car with Acura, I trust they will take good care of it. It isn’t my concern if they park my car outside due to their lack of space in the building – it should still be their responsibility to lock my car if they will leave it outside overnight. However, I didn’t even leave my car overnight – I had dropped it off around noon and picked it up around the evening of the same day. This just goes to show the manager/supervisor didn’t even know when I had brought the car in, what service was performed to my car, or even who worked on my car (as he said this information is not available in the system – but I knew it was a lie as Acura has mentioned to me previously that they can see who worked on my car). Furthermore to this, he told me he would contact me later in the case that he finds sunglasses – but during this whole time, he did not once ask me specifications about my 2 sunglasses which just added to the fact that he did not care nor was he going to call me in the case he did find my exact sunglasses. As a result, I would advise anyone to not leave any personal belongings or even trust Maple Acura with your car or expensive belongings, as you will end up losing more money like me at the end of the day with unhelpful and rude service from the manager/supervisor. I shouldn't have to remove all my belongings when I bring in my vehicle for service.
Had the opportunity to tour the auto mall in Vaughan and meet the GMs and staff as a class field trip. Overall a great experience listening to their anecdotes about their careers and the passion they have for the industry.

Professional, Courteous and Quality Service Walking into the dealership I was greeted as if I was a old friend. The sales people were well spoken, well dressed and didn’t make me feel any pressure to buy anything. Their knowledge of the vehicles was impressive and any unanswered questions were followed up within the same day. They treated my financial situation with discretion and compassion. I didn’t feel intimidated or uncomfortable discussing my budget and they were able to provide various options to best suit my situation. They also gave me top dollar for my trade appraisal over 4 dealerships I went to. This was the highest. I have serviced my vehicle here in the past and that was such a great experience and is what brought me back to look for my next vehicle. Zanchin Auto provided me with so many choices of vehicle with their Huge inventory, the sales people were easy to talk to and the service department was always honest and upfront with me so I have no hesitation in recommending my friends, family and anyone shopping for a vehicle to check them out. My wife and I are immigrants with around two years living in Canada by 2015. At first we were cautious about buying a car when one of us got our first job, but when we went to Maple Mazda and explained our situation, it was like magic. They just clicked here and there, and two days later we were driving home our 2015 certified Mazda CX5. I highly doubt we could have got the car we wanted within our budget in another place. It was a terrific experience buying a car from one the dealers of the Zanchin group.
In May of 2016 we purchased a new Honda CRV from Number 7 Honda. I would like to share with you our experience with the staff, specifically Manuel Carvalho, New Vehicle Sales Rep. Manuel no only provided "exceptional service", his knowledge, friendly approach and honesty is what made purchasing the vehicle a pleasant experience. Number 7 Honda was one of 3 dealerships we visited and it was the staff the brought us back. Manuel is a very seasoned employee with a skill set that can only be attained through many years of working experience. Manuel was accommodating to our needs whether it was setting up a time to meet to discuss options to purchase or the perfect time to pick up our new car, he made it happen. I was impressed at the amount of knowledge he knew about this car. What I love most about Manuel was his honesty and sweet smile. He should be the pillar of example to any new employee wanting to embark on becoming a sales representative and shadow Manuel and learn from him what cannot be taught in "theory" however in practice by observing. My car lease from Alta Nissan Richmond Hill will expire in three weeks. I phoned them twice to arrange a buy out. Both of the time, finance repersentive was busy. I left my name and number with them for both of the call. But never got the call back.

I usually get my Jeep serviced from the zanchin jeepchrysler dealership in stouffville where I bought my Jeep, and recently had my oil change serviced at a local closer jeep dealer to me in Vaughan and I wasn’t satisfied with the customer service, nor will I go anywhere other than a zanchin dealership for service in the future. Any zanchin dealership that I’ve been to has unmatched customer service and great friendly people. I will drive the extra distance to service my car at the stouffville location to get the best trusted service and customer service from the people working there.

Stouffville Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM - Sales team of Michelle, Greg and Doug provided us with excellent service, very pleasant & professional, not to mention a great sense of humour. We experienced a minor hiccup but I have to tell you this team was all over it and exceed our expectations (dont forget to ask what the pylons are for :-)) This is my husband's seventh Dodge Ram and probably not his last. I recently bought an Acura Certifified Pre-Owned TLX from Acura Erin Mills. Karan Sharma and the entire team were great to deal with. Unlike other dealerships I visited, they answered my questions and helped me make the right decision, all without pressure. I highly recommend them and the entire Zanchin team.
The day I went could have been slow for them but they didn't seem to get many customers. The staff is very helpful but I don't know if they were just very desperate to sell the vehicle I had inquired about. The vehicle also didn't seem to be in the best condition especially when I compared it to a similar one I had driven on the same day. The inventory is huge though, with mostly Nissans but these vehicles look next to new.

20MAR19 - Thanks for responding, here are the details... Woodbridge Toyota, 7685 Martin Grove Road, Vaughan Customer number - 35232 - (Recent invoice says ZANCHIN Automotive Group logo.) As I was not satisfied with your service, I showed it to another shop and they replaced just the brake pads. Cost me much less. The rotors were fine. And the car is working fine. I don't have that particular invoice of Woodbridge Toyota as I walked out after the interaction. You can dig and find details if recorded from the above customer number. Hope that helps and hope to get a REASONABLE and NON-PRICEY service from you in future. Thank you for looking into this for me. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Service is not that great, lot of attitude and unnecessary cost escalations. When brakes can be fixed with replacing brake pads, dealer asking to replace rotors. Customer service rude when you challenge the wisdom of changing rotors. Cost of rotor change in hundreds, brake pad is 5 Dlr each. Got my car fixed by changing brake pad at different place. Toyota Camry le is too noisy after use of 3 years, very poor heating system, takes more than 20 min to heat interiors. This is a personal opinion.
