I am VERY unimpressed. I wouldn’t buy a car from here ever again. I found a BMW car at this dealership and was very interested so I paid $190 to send it to a BMW dealership to do a full inspection on the car to make sure there were no major issues with the car before purchasing, as well as no minor wear and tear issues that need to be replaced. The only things that needed to be covered were the brakes. I asked the dealership to cover replacing the brakes with BMW and they said that they will not do it with BMW but instead do it in-house. I had to wait 5 days to pick up my car because they said they were working on it getting the brakes replaced. When I got there to finally pick-up my car I asked 10-15 times if the brakes were replaced and I was assured EACH time that "of course the brakes were replaced and you would never sell a car to a customer with worn out brakes." I only drove it 3500km’s and I am getting the notification that my brakes need to be replaced. I let the dealership know and they said that it passed their (bogus) safety inspection so they didn’t replace the brakes. This is completely morally incorrect to do to a customer. They said all the right things before I purchased the car and now that the car is purchased they are not giving an ounce of a care to the situation. I would highly recommend to ship elsewhere. I have given the dealership the opportunity to rectify the situation but they blew me off.

Very very poor service. Actually fraudulent service. After purchase of my vehicle Mersedes Benz C300 2017, faced many problems which could have led to life threatening incidents. Turns out they had deactivated my engine light / indicator to hide vehicle issues. They refused to compensate for damages or to even discuss the issues. Worst dealership experience!!

I was looking for this specific spec for a long time and as soon as Daniel knew it was coming in he called me to come and check it out. Ive been to so many Audi dealerships around the GTA and they gave me the run around but Daniel stuck to his words and got me a great deal on my desired Audi A6. 5 star service, I highly recommend anyone go and see their beautiful indoor lot filled with a variety of fine vehicles.

The only reason for me giving this 1star only because of the customer service i received yesterday. I called in before going to a specific vehicle am planning to buy. I was being attended by a gentleman named "Hassan", while he was showing me the car and went back to get car keys he was put on hold and another guy named as "Harry" showed up, quite shabby and i could sense he keep on trying to judge and show his superiority on knowledge on cars which me not being professional could get.. he keep on forcing something, where in i exactly explained what I want but its like he keep on forcing what he thinks right as in he knows the best.. and on a request for a test drive, he laid out to me a policy that I need to get an approval for mortgage first and then only they will entertain me and possibly get me a test drive. Seriously, one came to get a certified used car and you asking to get finance approved first to get a test drive. How ridiculous, or just their way to force a customer to go that way to make sure they get a customer or if this guy has his sales commission set that he forced that way. I have been searching for car from last few weeks and I exactly know what I want, but never had this experience where I was asked to get mortgage approved first and then they will give me car test drive. I mean who do that, why would I get my credit check and loan approved for a vehicle I haven't got to test drive. This guy "Harry" was arrogant by being polite and under valuing a customer who drove 40 min just to test drive a vehicle I found online after making an appointment. If one gets to decide a car just by looking at it then Mr. HARRY you don't need to have the dealership office open, just place pics online and mention get yourself approved and come for test drive. Am highly disappointed and unhappy how I was being treated and waste of an hour and half drive back and forth to see what? a car in real standing in a facility which i saw online in pictures. Def pics were looking good as it was filmed professionally. If you choosing to go to this dealership please make sure you have mortgage approved for that specific vehicle as the sales person here doubt the financial situation of yours to get you a test drive to decide if you wants to go for it. Super dislike and disappointed for "Mr. HARRY".

My sister purchased a BMW X6 from this dealership in Sept 2021. After a week of ownership the key fob stopped working. We replaced the battery (From a BMW dealership) and that only lasted about a month. After numerous attempts trying to contact the dealership Via Email, Text and Calls nobody responded. We went to use the mechanical key located inside of the key fob we came across a key that was UNCUT. With a key fob that is useless and a key that is uncut we have no way of locking the doors. I truthfully can not understand how a dealership sells a vehicle with a faulty key fob with no remorse.

BE CAREFUL BUYING CARS FROM HERE. I am not the one who writes negative reviews but I don’t want anyone else to go through what I have been through dealing here. I saw Mercedes Benz e class online and called this place. I talked to sales representative and he confirmed with me that there is no accident on the car, car fax is clean, I said I am from out of town 1 and half hours away from Toronto. I would like to test drive and finalize the deal. The sales rep on next call said there are many inquiries on the cars, you can put a deposit if you want, so I put a deposit on the car. Sales rep sent me photos on damage on both sides of rear fenders. I was told may be previous customer scratched it while taking out of garage. I drove there and set down with manager and sales rep. They said they will Fix the car and certify it. I said ok but I will take the car to Mercedes Benz for pre inspection and if everything is fine I will take it. They agreed. As I was leaving - the manager came back and said listen “as there is no accident on the car right now but we can’t guarantee that there won’t be in future. I was shocked to hear that hence I asked for clarification, explanation was not making sense. That’s when I knew they are hiding something. As per the agreement, I called them Next Monday to ask when can take the car for inspection at Mercedes Benz. The sales rep said SIR THERE IS A HUGE ACCIDENT ON THE CAR , WE ARE SENDING THE CAR BACK TO LEASING COMPANY. WE ARE NOT GOING TO SELL THE CAR. So I asked you still have advertisement on auto trader. He said it will take couple of days for the ad to come down. Today I see, they have kept the ad and increased the price by 2 and half thousand. In the time of pandemic, people are working hard to save as it is to fulfill their wish to buy their dream car and this is how they get treated. If you are buying expensive cars like Benz, Bmw, Audi and others. Do not go this place.

I went to yorkdale cars last week to check out a car for me and i gotta say that in general the service was good, but is the one i would like to point out Reza as he made me wait for an extensively long time and never showed up which in my opinion is not good when it comes to business. Then there was a Guy Hussain who helped me and showed me some Good options and I really appreciate his efforts the customer service he provided was excellent even I called him after hours he still received my calls and answered all my concerns I would recommend to ask for Hussain whenever you visit Yorkdale fine cars

Amazing company filled with professionals from top to bottom! The process was the most simple I've ever experienced from any dealer. Mr. Harry in sales was fantastic. Any of the questions or concerns I had he would answer them gracefully and with a lot of attention. I had a lot of things needed to be added like tints, powder coating, wrap around the body and I needed a extra set of winter tires with rims. I was surprised that they did everything I needed for me at the dealership and I did not have to go somewhere else. Prices were great too and much less then I expected! Emad in the finance department really went above and beyond for me and found a very creative solution to fit the payment I was looking for. He explained everything in great detail and he just had great customer service and relation skills. Even after I had purchased the vehicle he would follow up with me just to see how I'm doing and if there was anything he could do to help. I was honestly shocked by his and Harrys service. I am now the happy owner of a 2017 GLE 400 and have been enjoying it for more than 3 months now! I will be coming back for my wifes car when her lease is over. 10 out of 10 service here !!

Visited Yorkdale fine cars after seeing an add online for the QX70s that they had . I walked in not expecting much as I’ve been looking in the market for awhile and visited many used cars dealerships and let me tell you my experience wasn’t the best However theses guys were nice and professional from the get go. Lui Garcia provided me with all the information I needed, took me to view the car allowed me to inspect it , and right then and there we agreed on the deal and the finance manger Armin was a great help and once again provided all the information needed showed the carfax report and was straight forward .We signed the agreement the same day and the entire process literally took 15 minutes. The car was ready in couple of days and theses guys made sure everything is on point till I drove away …. and so far so good. I will just say impressive job from the entire team. Was able to arrange a test drive for my wife and I and he remembered I asked for the car to sit so I could check the cold start. On pick up day, car was ready when he promised, polished and cleaned. Very impressed with Harry and the selection of cars. Also, thanks to the wizards who move those cars around! No idea how they got it out for us amongst all of the cars in there! ;)

Wow. What else can I say? After discussing a 2018 GLE with the great salesperson Mr. Harry I found a better optioned GLE and they went out of their way to go ahead and purchase that vehicle just for me. The process was as smooth as possible and we were taken care well of by Sam himself who provided us flexible dates and amazing service. Only thing is car was left with low gas and had to refill right after picking up. If you're serious about buying a car I would recommend this place to anyone.

I have purchased a Tesla model S P100D, this is by far the best service I had in my life, I bought usually luxury car from some Audi and Mercedez dealers, the service wasnt so good then there. And I'm really thankful to Mr Harry and Mr Emad, they made a wonderful job to provide me the best service. When I went inside this dealer shop I was like, Gorgeous! And when I saw they stock, it was even more a paradise for me. I'm from Québec but the trip was worth it. Im happy that I didnt take delivery option and be able to see this wonderful people, shop by myself. I will highly recommend this place if you wanna buy a car. Even from québec, take the flight isnt so expensive, 70 to 170$ to flight there and drive back with your dream car as a roadtrip to QC! I worked with a few people from the dealership but primarily Hamed and Emad and I have nothing but amazing things to say about the experience and the level of service they provided me. Even before stepping into the dealership, communicating with Emad, was quick, easy and clear. Even after hours, he responded to my questions with expertise and a whole lot of care. After finding a vehicle that was in my price range. I scheduled (which was very quick and easy) an appointment to come in. As soon as you walk into the dealership, you're greeted by their lovely front desk associate who ensured everything was sanitized before and after me being there. There was a small wait (less than 5 minutes) and every agent or employee that walked past me, had greeted me with a "hello," "are you being looked after?" or a "how are you today?" Emad, being the finance manager, was called away during my first visit but Hamed transitioned into the appointment very easily and had all the documents prepared for me to look over (finance stuff, carfax and history, etc). It was a bit daunting to have to put in a $500 dollar hold but it was company policy and they assured me that if anything did not work out that they would refund me the entire hold. After viewing the car, I was excited to test drive it, but because covid and it being in the garage. I needed to schedule another visit so they could 1) verify my financial history and 2) pull the car out, sanitize it and have it ready for me. The second visit was just as pleasant as the first. The front desk staff was still on top of their game, Hamed met with me and showed me all the tricks to the car (remote start, all the goodies on the touch screen, etc) and when I mentioned my concerns regarding the car history, he ensured that if there were any long lasting issues, that they would help me handle it whether through their own dealership or with my cars original dealership. He even suggested that I could take the car to the original dealership and have them inspect it for me and if anything wasn't up to my sanctification, that I could return the vehicle. During the financial part of our appointment, I met back with Emad, who laid out several options for me with options that offered the best price, the best rate, as well as different options for institutes. After testing the vehicle, committing to the vehicle, and submitting my financial. I was scheduled to come back one final time to pick up the car. However, we had a small hiccup with the financial option I had chosen but Emad (This man is at the top of his game) was able to find me another option that offered the same rate and price as my original - so I happily re-signed a few forms. On our final appointment, the gave me a phone call to let me know that I could come in and gave me several time slots. I being overly excited chose the earliest time, however, an issue from my end delayed my schedule 2 hours but they were more than happy to accommodate me at the later time which I really appreciated. My final meeting was with just Emad, who just needed to provide me with the closing papers and I was good to go. However, Emad asked me about my family, interests, my job - I really did feel like a friend. He then walked my family and I out to the vehicle and again asked if we had any questions or concerns but we had already hammered him with SO MANY. We were very happy with the way Emad treated us and how the entire Yorkdale Fine Cars treated us. I honestly can't see myself going anywhere else for any needs I'd have in the future. My overall experience is a 10/10. Customer Service 10/10 Their products 10/10 Honesty 10/10 Thank you Yorkdale Fine Cars and Emad and Hamed!

Absolute scammers! Came to look at a car certified no collisions, At closer inspection noticed the car was hit from the back. I lift it up the cover for the rear tire and found a whole bunch of nuts and bolts loose on the floor and a computers disconnected. Shady characters absolute scammers to be avoided at all costs.

Excellent experience. As a retired dealer principle I can be a critic. The comments about no test drives and preapproval are not justified when you see the cars are stored inside, safe and clean. They may have to move 30 cars to get one out! They only want serious qualified buyers. Its worth the effort. Thanks Harry and the staff.

Edit: After 3 months: I have had a really bad experience since I bought the car. As part of the deal, it was agreed that Apple CarPlay will be installed in the car. The salesman has been dragging it for 3 months (and is just waiting for me to give up eventually). He always has an excuse and stops replying to message or call. I have tried speaking to everyone at the dealership but no one is ready to help. 2 months into this I was finally asked to drive 2 hours one way to get the thing installed but when I got their the appointment was conveniently cancelled. I don't think it will be completed but if it does, I will update here! Additionally, I was told that there is a $200 gift card as part of the deal (also advertised on their listing) but it was conveniently out of stock then and still remains to be so. I give 2 stars only because Daniel has been helpful throughout the process. I had an auxiliary battery malfunction within 10 days of buying the car. Everybody I spoke to at the dealership was not helpful and rude except Daniel. If you do end up going to buy a car from there, work with Daniel, he is a nice person! Original: I bought a C300 from the dealership. Hussain was my salesman and he helped answer all my questions and was patient. I will be back again to get another vehicle!

Guys believe and go through all the low ratings-provided by the customers because *THATS NOT A LIE* . Giving low ratings is actually not my thing but what happened today was actually of of the line. We were called on appointment by the team around 12ish noon (according to the conversation over email with your associate Mr. HARRY, time that we agreed upon was between 12-1 pm and I was at their door at around 12:20 pm. If you like I can send you the email screenshot about the conversation) after waiting 20 mins Mr Harry shows up and we were told that we came in late.rude*. We were left alone after being told us about the deal by Mr. Harry and was never asked after. While educating us about the car we were told the estimate claim (not yet claimed) was for $3000 which turned out an approved claim of $14000 when we studied the car-fax properly. (Diff associate educated us) That’s how these guys play people with there wrong judgements. We went outside to check on the car which was locked, took 10 minutes for them to find the keys and unlock the car (from inside). They didn’t bother to give us the keys. It felt like they didn’t want us to check the car and just buy it on the bases of their overconfident talks. As per our scheduled appointment we were not allowed for a test drive as they was an appropriate bank numbers and approval from us. They should know that nobody can buy a car without a freaking TEST DRIVE. Who would get a credit check hit first without knowing the drive? Stay reasonable guys. It was our 5th car buy with my brother and we were treated like we aren’t aware about the car world and how the numbers are calculated. I had a trade in which was estimated as it was a piece of scrap. Being an owner of my own car i was told it was base model and as if i don't know about my ride which i was driving past 2 years. Now without apologies i ll get a big sentimental reply by their team reading the facts about their business and members of some Omviv thing. Never recommend dealership. Judgy and rude associates. Felt uncomfortable and dissatisfied. I WISH I COULD GIVE THEM LESS THAN 1 STAR.

Emad Hassan (financing/sales) was an absolute pleasure to work with. I purchased a RAM 1500 as I started a business that requires a pickup truck. He got me approved for financing within minutes along with trading my previous vehicle in for amazing value. Always makes time for his clients and helps me with whatever I need. Had a terrible experience with this dealership. They added 1600 dollars extended warranty plan in the car loan amount with out my consent. They did not even mentioned in the bill of sale which they gave it to me. Later on I got mail from bank about my contract where I saw 1600 dollar added in the contract. It took me 5 months to get my 1600 dollar back after writing hundreds of emails and tons of calls. Every time they made excuse. In last when I told them that if I am not getting my money back I will register a complaint with OMVIC and will go in small claim courts. Such a horrible experience. I suggest all the customers who bought the car from here to check their bill of sale and cross check it with the contract/document from the financial institution. You have a right to know what you are paying for.

Just purchased a very rare Jet black on Fox red 2008 E92 M3 6mt from Yorkdale Fine Cars and I couldnt be happier with my purchase. I dealt with Harry and Emad, both were super helpful and fast with getting the ball rolling and getting the keys into my hands. I'm glad i was able to put a deposit down the day after I first saw the car, since I was told that there was a lot of interest in the car. Everything straight from the beginning was super smooth, I got fast responses and THE ABSOLUTE BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE, I cant thank them enough. 10/10 would recommend Harry as your salesperson, you wont be let down!

I bought my 2017 BMW sight unseen over 8 hours away from Daniel at Yorkdale FC. He offered to take it to the BMW dealership on my behalf to have it checked over but I declined and told him I trusted him to prepare the car for me. He was helpful, honest, and gave me a wonderful deal on the transaction, taking my trade which had negative equity and getting me $1,000 more for it than I had even hoped. There was a lot of legwork involved in his end to get this car ready for me, all of which he did at no extra charge. Art bath inquiries, parking sensor replacement, safety, mounting my own rims and tires for me to drive the car home, a free oil change with a jug of oil and a filter for me to do my own oil change (he even let me pick the brand of filter because he knew how particular I was....this guy knows cars and knows his customers!) His brother Emad got me financing approval at an excellent rate within an hour or two, and we set up the entire deal over the phone from 8 hours away. I picked up the car and waited a little longer for it than I had hoped, however this does not take away from the professionalism and excellence that was on display when I got the car. We’ve put 600 kms on the vehicle now and it’s absolutely great. 5 stars!!

Please stay away from this place. I should have read and listened to the other people that left one star. I was at this place a week ago for a BMW 750LI. I liked the car but did not make any offers on it until the salesperson named Hamed called me this past Wednesday. When we agreed on price and my trade in, we did credit approval no problem over the phone and I agreed to come on the weekend to bring my trade in and to sign paperwork. Next morning I get a call from the finance manager that the car is sold to a buyer from overseas. I called the salesperson Hamed he tells me another story that the car is not sold and that no one has put deposit on it. I even spoke to their manager too nothing was solved. They have never asked for deposit. If they say in their review it is a total lie. Finance manager Emad offered me another BMW 750i model that did not have the options like the car I wanted for the same price from some other dealer. Very shady business SAVE YOUR MONEY AND GO SOMEWHERE ELSE! P.S. they kept calling me and harassing me after this review.

Bought a 2017 Land Rover Discovery - Very pleasant professional experience which I will detail. The car chosen was actually less than another Discovery I went into see and Hassan did a complete comparison - we also went over many colors(as they had a lot of cars Discovery's), can you believe a sales rep doing what's best for you! Though I drove a demo the car we decided we wanted was in the back - so we set up a time to come look at this one (make sure it ran and worked like the demo lol). I didn't want it to sell under me and so put a deposit just to hold - no guarantee was asked to purchase nor did I say I was going to. Went back car I wanted was brought out for me and service tech even went over some questions I had. Hassan set me up tested and I ended up making an offer. There was absolutely no pressure, but again very professional and very safe space and policies and with todays worries it was nice too see they take them seriously! Car was purchased - Went back to pick up car - got the warranty - Hamad (hope I spelt it right) went over all the agreements with me before handing keys over - including warranty and how important it is to call them- go over it and make sure I am comfortable with there mechanics enrolled and if there is an issue knowing where I would take it. I will also talk to the warranty folks when I call about my own mechanic but that's for me to follow up with. Car was pristine clean inside and out. Hassan met me at the car and wanted to confirm I was satisfied with everything. These people are proud of there business, their cars and quite honestly I felt their proud I was a client. I will recommend them and definitely keep them in mind for future purchases. Thanks folks at Yorkdale Fine Cars - very good professional experience and I'm very happy with my purchase. Oops I also bought a car that had a Carfax which I have a copy of first time ever offered up front to me buying any car. Thank you.

The dealership itself is beautiful and clean with tons of variety. The Jaguar I went to see was a new arrival and still has not been reconditioned when I saw it. There were a couple issues I saw such as a big stone chip windshield and the car needed 4 tires. Daniel assured me that the car would be in pristine condition and promised me a new windshield with 4 brand new tires. Everything else checked out on the car so I decided to go forward with the purchase. I went earlier today to pick up my car and everything that was promised to me was done. The car was in immaculate shape, they fully serviced it and installed 4 brand new Pirelli tires at their cost. Full tank of gas and he threw in a set of weather tech mats for me too ! Worst dealership I’ve ever dealt with. The sales rep was so rude from the second I walked in and lied to me saying my car will be ready in 5 days I waited 2.5 weeks and it wasn’t ready because he wasn’t able to find new “used” tires. Once I found 4 places he could go to he told me maybe I should come by grab the car and take it to those places with a $1000 credit he would give me. Can you believe that? A $50,000 car I purchase and he wants to give it to me without safety to get tires myself. After threatening to leave a bad review the manager got in contact with me and assured me he found tires for me. I said no problem as long as I don’t have to communicate with the sales rep who sold me the car. The day I picked it up the car didn’t eve. Have a full tank of gas which by law it should have as I was charged for it on my invoice. I was told to leave a good review which I did on my business account “Insame Design & Build” .. I did this because of the head of financing “Samer” he was great help from day one and a really good guy. After taking the car home and to my mechanic because the “change engine oil in 800 km “ light was on. He told me that the tires were no good and after inspecting them on the car Jack it was evident the tires were never replaced and did not even pass safety. Just 2 days after all this I was driving on the highway and the tire pressure message kept popping up. I went by to the mechanic and found out the tire was gone and had been running on the “run flat” I was forced to buy a new tire which I did for $650 I called them and he said they changed the tires to another pair of used ones. I went to 3 safety mechanic shops and they all said these tires don’t pass safety and then the manager said go to the mechanic they have and when I went he had told the guy to just reset the engine oil light. I wasn’t going to allow that and made him drain it and saw that the oil was dark black and hadn’t been changed. These guys are all con artists and I don’t know how they can live knowing the wrongful things they do to innocent people trying to purchase a vehicle. I should of done my research because this review section on their google is full of bad reviews. Even the good ones are probably fake or them asking people to write a review on the spot like they did to me. I really thought the manager had rectified the situation for me and I am so disappointed to find out he didn’t. DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM HERE.

The experience was really bad. The salesman Luis García didn't know much about his work. Seems like is not really a sales person but he was assigned to us for some reason. I noticed he made a lot of mistakes. It was neither clear nor timely with the information given. I have been making double monthly payments as the financing process hasn’t been done properly. I still haven’t received a refund after addressing this issue. Not sure if this error has been amended already or if I will have to continue making double payments. Absolute waste of time....steer clear everyone!! Spoke with Harry yesterday about a Lincoln MKT and before I drove an hour and a half to see the vehicle I wanted to know if it truly was as impeccable as it appeared in the pictures! He assured me they don't "doctor their photos"!! He is clearly confused about truth versus fabrication. Also told me it had no rust or bubbling paint!! The vehicle was "Maters" brother.. YES from the Cars movie!!! These shysters also posted a picture of the arm rests on the driver and passengers side in front but left out the part of the pic where the foam is exploding from the arm rests like a science experiment and are about to come off! WOW...that was just a cursory inspection on the front of the car and quite frankly all we needed to see! Parts would have probably been dropping off like a "free - fall" from an airplane and when we got back to our house it would have likely looked like Fred Flintstones car!! Apparently this ignorant person could have cared less about our valuable time!! We had our time "jacked" by this sketchy "dealer" and a typical BSing sales jerk!! Steer clear...just garbage!

But all the guys here were extremely honest about the details they gave me about the car and it was a super smooth transaction. I got my car safety inspected after coming back to my home province and was told that the brake pads were coming close to their age. Harry immediately arranged for the management approvals and express shipped me the brand new rotors and brake pads, free of charge (about $2,000 value). Also, reimbursed for a part of the labour to get them replaced. I am definitely going there for my next purchase as well. Really impressed.

By far the worst dealership I have visited. I was interested in a car, but wanted to test drive it before I fully committed. The sales representative Harry told me and my family we had to leave a deposit, and be approved for financing before we could test drive the car. I asked him multiple times if I could get my deposit back if I didnt like the car, and he reassured me each time that I could get my deposit back and walk away. When I finally test drove the car I did not like it, the brakes on the car did not engage fast enough for my liking, and overall it felt uncomfortable to drive for me. The sales representative kept forcing me to like the car even though I made it clear I was not comfortable with it. Once I told him I decided against it, Harry changed his word and said I was not entitled to my deposit back, and he had all rights to keep it. Eventually I got my deposit back 3 days later after speaking to the finance manager who was better than Harry, but still did not apologize from their end. Be very cautious with this dealership they after definitely scam artists.

Worst Dealer ship ever, the first day I picked the van the gas light came on after 5 minutes driving from the dealership, and the second day at 5 o'clock in the morning the brakes siezed on the highway, and had to give the the van back and took them 4 days to fix it and they didn't even give a ride or rent me a car so I had to rent car till they fix my car ,and the sales manager was so rude and unhelpful, on top of that they gave me tires that won't pass safety, the pictures below show what I am talking about, so I called OMVIC and they put a red flag on their file and they told me to take them to court.
