Saad absolutely swept me off my feet and into a used 2018 Mazda 3. The price was great and he was knowledgeable and dedicated to proving that the car was in great condition! But the negotiations were painful, and after we closed on the car, we were held up for an hour by Alex who tried to sell us on protections that were far more expensive than they were worth. He was even haggling is us we were actively walking away! I don’t appreciate the idea that once you sell us the car you no longer have to be nice to us. Still 4 stars tho cause the car is amazing and I am overall satisfied.

I recently purchased my first car here. Duke was very patient with all my questions and thoroughly introduced all important functions when I picked up the car. High recommendations here! It is a used car and I believe the dealership was honest about the conditions of the car after driving it for about a month now. I accidentally signed a contract for a different car at first. The dealership won't allow me to cancel the contract even though I offered to give up my deposit. They don't have legal responsibilities to do so but customer satisfaction would definitely increase if they can be more flexible. Also want to remind future customers to be super careful when signing any papers. However they did offer to refund my deposit on the condition that I purchase another car with them. I was worried that they won't treat me fairly or not giving me a good deal, but so far I can confidently say that I was still treated with respect and fairness. I also ended up with a car that I really like. I would still highly recommend this dealership.

I have to tip my hat to Saad, he went above and beyond to win our business and was very proactive and responsive from my initial inquiry right up to closing the sale. He knew I was interested in a Mazda 3 Sport from a previous inquiry (a week or so prior) that got away from me but immediately reached out when a similar lease trade in hit their lot and the rest of history. He was honest and upfront and my wife and I are very happy with our new (to us) car. He's super friendly and clearly loves Mazda and his job. To be honest, I could have done without the Manager hard selling us on all their various warranty packages, even after declining outright at 9:30pm at night, when my wife and I just wanted to go home and eat dinner, but I guess that's part of the process. Just purchased a CX-5 GS from Toronto Mazda. I was originally going in to start looking at cars and comparing but Saad Malik was a great sales person and helped me find the perfect car right away. I purchased the same day, he was very knowledgeable, friendly, and not pushy at all. On the other hand the warranty guy Alex was waayyy too pushy. Would have given 5 stars minus that small experience as I hate when people are pushy, and also just waiting on a car part to be changed which Saad is helping with still. If you are looking to buy a car here ask for Saad he provides great customer service!

Look for Bill Papadopoulos (and Vahid Atefehmand) for your Mazda service inquiries - I was genuinely surprised that they were amazingly (and practically) helpful to solve my issue as soon as possible, very dedicated and committed. I think overall this location has a good team of staff - I bought my vehicle at this location last year and the main reason was because a couple of people recommended me a dealer at this location who's apparently nice and transparent. I ended up working with another dealer, but he was also pretty good. My overall experience at this location has been great.

I've been to several Mazda dealerships (401/Dixie, Laird, Richmond Hill, Maple) for service. My 2016 Mazda3 needed regular maintenance. The staff here are very friendly and let you know what the technicians see/suggest. They'll cut you a deal if you're bundling services. I'm not knocking how dealerships do business but you're going to way overpay if you don't shop around or learn how simple replacing your cabin air and engine filters can be.

I’m very disappointed with my experience with Mazda of Toronto. In my communication with Mazda of Toronto, they failed most of the things that they promised. First of all they delayed the delivery date two times. And secondly I was told that all dents and scratches would be removed and we added this on our agreement. But when I got my car, I saw the biggest dents and scratches still weren’t removed. The explanation for this issue, was that these dents are big and they should have changed parts. They tell me that everything is gonna be fixed and it’s alright when making the deal, but they have excuses for everything after they got my signature. This is not an honest way to do business.

Brilliant customer service. Thanks to Rana and his team. I felt so comfortable when I traded in my 2017 mazda3 GT for the new 2020 CX5 GT/T, I doubted myself as it was too good to be true. Everything was in place as I wanted right from the price I wanted to pay and the accessories I requested for. I have been in other places before and the hassle and pressure those sales reps put on you will almost suffocate, but not here, not at this dealership. Overall terrible experience purchasing a used car from this dealership. The accumulation of their mistakes and lack of attention to detail has been frustrating and costly. I purchased a 2016 CX3 from them last July 2020. They offered me 0% financing for a 1 year term and stated they would waive a $50 fee. They gave me the printed numbers to consider but the actual contract's weekly fee was off by a little. I did not notice and unfortunately signed the papers without realizing they did not honor that agreement. I let it go because I didn't want to bother over $50. The front license plate screw also fell off the first week I got the car but I knew someone who got a screw and fixed it for me. I drive mostly in the city and the GTA. After switching to winter tires after just driving about 4 months, I found out the tires the car came with were done and needed to be replaced. The next big issue was the front fender liner was cracked and partly fell down towards the ground. I initially thought it broke during my ownership and asked for a quote on the part which was quite expensive. When I asked my brother in law to look at it, he found pieces of duct tape holding it together. This meant it was broken when I purchased it. The dealership missed this damage from the previous owner or they chose not to disclose the information for the sale. Either way, their lack of thoroughness has been unprofessional and annoying to deal with.

On many occasions I trusted this place for oil changes and handling other problems with my brand new Mazda But recently I just got fed up with them going after my money rather than being straight with me.The guy name is Vahid, I had to take my car 6 times to there but he told me he couldn't fix it so I took it to another shop and fixed in an hour. He is very rude and inexperienced. Vahid has lack of knowledge about car engine . He might be just able to change the oil . Don't waste your money and time with him.

I have been to different dealerships from both Mazda and other car companies in and around the North York/Thornhill/Richmond Hill area and was disappointed by the strong-arm pressure sales tactics used by the different salespersons. I have also been disappointed by other sales persons with a complete lack of knowledge of their own products. Jeff, however, is a different story. He has treated me as a client with more respect and a friendlier nature than those found in luxury german car dealerships. He does not pressure you into purchasing a vehicle from him, but he is there to show the value that a vehicle of Mazda can give you. He is very informative and knowledgeable of the products that he sells and most importantly, he is extremely transparent with all the pricing information of the vehicles and is truly there to help his customers, not his bottom line. I had been car shopping for about a month and was frusterated with the number of sales people that did not know what they were talking about / not listening to what I wanted and needed. While quite out of the way, I decided to visit Mazda of Toronto because they had a used car I was interested in. When calling to inquire about the car, I briefly spoke with Dave who assured us it would be worth our time to come in. Upon walking in, I wasn't bombareded by hungry sales people, but instead the receptionist asking if I was Shay and here to meet Dave. It is safe to say the customer service here was outstanding and Dave was none-the-less trustworthy, confident, and sincere. I also had the pleasure of meeting the general sales manager Rana who only made us feel more confident about our purchase decision. Very happy with my purchase from the dealership and would recommend them to anyone with no doubt.
