Went to see a 2019 Acura TLX Tech SHAWD with 35k km on it ~3 weeks ago. Ad still listed on Kijiji auto. Don't buy this car because it has a $14k repair claim on it. When I asked for the itemized repair and service records, Bruno claimed to not have it and downplayed what a $14k repair would entail. He just said that headlights and the hood were expensive to replace. That's false, at $14k there's probably structural or suspension damage. The only reason why it's not rebuilt title is cuz the car values high. These guys are misleading. It's their only car on the lot and should stay that way.

We purchased a Dodge Charger about a month ago and dealt with Kevin. From the moment we arrived, we felt absolutely no pressure to jump into anything and we were free to browse and ask questions as we needed to -- much different than previous experiences elsewhere! It was a welcomed surprise, as I am usually the hesitant one when it comes to visiting car dealerships. Kevin was great and processed our approval and paperwork quickly and efficiently, and arranged for things to be ready within our timeframe as we are from hours out of town. I waited so long to leave a review because I wanted to have the car looked at by our trusted mechanic and there were no big surprises! Well I was hesitant about dealing with used car dealerships because I got screwed before and of course had a horrible experience again. The bottom line we discussed was not the case. The sales person spoke insanely fast and just said a bunch of random fees so please watch out. When I argued against them, it was either give the car back i just fell in love with or pay the damn $500 fee. Also, when I was about to drive away I noticed they gave me the car completely empty. Unbelievable. When I approached the guy about it, he handed me $20. What does $20 do in an SUV. Nothing! Also, I noticed the drivers manual when I looked at the car, but when I picked it up it was gone. Once again when I asked the dealer about this, they just ignored me and hoped I go away. I kept calling and texting, but to nothing. BUYER BEWARE. Has great cars, but garbage sales people. All the used car salesman are cut from the same cloth.

Kevin was great, not too pushy and fair. However, we were told that the van would be detailed and thoroughly cleaned. When we picked up the van, we were told that the guys spent 3 hours on 2 separate days detailing it. If I had to guess, they spent 3 minutes on 2 separate days with just a fabreze bottle. Just finished cleaning the seats and seatbelts myself with a Bissel... wish I could show how dirty the water is.

Ok first of all.. this dealership sells cars with previous damage.. get over it.. do your research.. check how bad the damage was and where it was and how well it was repaired and you'll be fine.. also odds are if the damage claim was 4 years ago it's fine.. Bottom line is they are selling your car for thousands below market value.. if you want a car with no claims buy it somewhere else and pay more.. Our issue was with the salesperson Kevin who; A) told us the price you see is the price you pay, no other fees other than tax and license. Lied.. and charged us a $500 fee for something that no one could explain.. B) we told Kevin to write up the financing with $1000 down... he didn't.. because they make more from the bank they send the deal to the higher the amount is.. we found out after the deal was approved.. C) he charged us $9995 for a car that was $7995 .. we didn't realize this until we were on our way home looking at the paperwork.. again he had already got the loan approved at the higher amount with nothing down.. we had to drive back and do the paperwork over.. So! Review your paperwork well.. every line.. but the car we bought is great..

The sales agent i sat with was the most honest and upfront auto dealer i have ever met! when other dealers tried to push me into cars with out being clear and honest about the financing terms and condition of their cars these guys did the exact opposite. They were very clear about the condition of their cars, and showed me the car proof report for every vehicle i requested. they were also very honest about financing terms and did not sugar coat anything. Kevin in sales is rude and condescending. I went in today fully intending to purchase a car that was new in. He know I was due and when I go there, another sales person said he was at lunch. When I asked when he was due back, he simply said "I don't know, half an hour, an hour maybe". Kevin came in, I told him who I was and he want and sat at his computer. I looked at the car, pointed out the trunk rubber was ripped and he said "Well, I guess you can fix that one day", then continued to ignore me. Finally, I took a seat at the desk, and asked about warranty and so on. He ho hum said the price, and that they needed to take more pictures because 3 more people were going to look at it on Saturday...I was ready to buy it then and there. I swear if there was a dealership next door with the same vehicle, I would have bought it and had my own "Pretty Woman" moment. Just for Kevin alone I will never purchase from Coliseum Auto Sales.

Just purchased a 2013 tocoma , truck was a decent price truck did have previous damage . Damage was cosmetic and fixed properly , I checked truck for any structural damage and there was none.most of the time the dealer that is wholesaling the truck will write it up as structural damage for liability even though there is none. Safety wise the couple of things I noticed where looked at and confirmed or where fine .

Mislead into a scam. But I still loved the car. Bought a 1994 GTI under a contract that they fix the known issues within a week. They fixed a small portion of the problems and then said the rest were my problem. Then pointed out the fine print that mention how they would 'attempt' repairs but not actually need to complete them. The sunroof and rear hatch both were leaking. Every time it rained I got water poured onto my head and into my trunk. All the water inside the car amplified the rate of wear and tear on the car. I spent about 20,000 in repairs and maintenance over a few years to keep her running. Drove her until monthly repairs became more expensive than financing a new car. I could of bought a new car for the same price as this old one plus repairs. This took place more than a decade before this review.

They charged extra 1000 loan protections and 500 extra finance fee? I don’t even know what that is and kelvin didn’t mention about it before until I got the final paperwork. On the day I picked up the car, gas tank is empty and I asked about it , and he gave me 20 dollars cash out of his wallets . They will try their best to find a way to squeeze your money. Dishonest auto sales. All tire trends were gone after 2 weeks and I need to purchase a whole new set of tires which costed me over a thousand Ps: their 5 star reviews are mostly faked, just look at the faked icons ....and his/her contributions times, only got 1-2 contributions then it is faked. A real person will post much more contributions/reviews.

So far so good. Was at coliseum this past Saturday and we purchased our new car! It was by far the best car on the market and our salesman was very upfront honest guy and just seemed genuine. I didn't even ask for the Carfax and he brought it to me. had some things I wanted to get fixed up on the car and he assured me that the things brought will be done. Only reason why it doesn't get 5 stars is because of the time I had to wait to get some help, but that's understandable as one of their guys were on vacation and it was a very busy Saturday afternoon. But I'll keep you guys posted on how the car turned out as we pick it up this Saturday but like I said so far so good.

Let me start by saying how I was made to feel that I was almost an inconvenience for coming to test drive a vehicle. 1- When prior to heading to the dealership I inquire with the salesman (Rahul) if I could test drive the car, I was informed that yes. Only to be denied of such once at the dealership. Rahul stated that they didn't allow "people" to go for "joy" rides and that if I already had test drive a similar car at other dealerships then all cars drive the same, Really?!-He's excuse was that he would have to move vehicles out of the way plus the car was "cleaned" and if he allowed me to take the car out he would have to cleaned again. Wow!! All this interaction with Rahul took place while he was on his cellphone. 2- The car keys were not available when I arrived and when I asked for them, it was actually another salesman that went to "look" for them. Took almost 10 minutes. I want to make it clear that I was ready to purchased the car that day, but the way I was made feel by Rahul deterred me from doing so. I will most definitely will never buy from this dealership and will for sure never recommend the dealership. With this type of customer service, good luck staying in business and keep customers happy.

Rahul (the owner) is a nice, and more importantly an honest person! We bought a car from them, and they were very very accommodating in making sure we could get a pre purchase inspection, and ensuring we liked the car. Note that rahul has lots of cars that were in accidents, some more severe than others. We actually found a few moderately expensive issues with the car in the PPI, (any car can have issues, do your due-dilligence) and I frankly did not think I would end up buying the car, even though I liked this one the most. Rahul was amazing, and he helped us in any and every way he possibly could, working overtime to make sure we get a car we are happy with and we can trust. We were able to properly diagnose and quote out the issues, and factor them into the purchase price. He was even able to get the car aligned before we purchased the car as we had a concern with the alignment. Overall we got all the issues with the sale worked out, and Rahul did everything he could to ensure we were happy with our car. 10/10 customer service from him. We got the repairs done at the dealer after purchasing the car, and it has since been incredible, and very reliable! Would definitely buy a car from them again, and would even recommend! Although as always with any dealer, even major dealers, always get a pre purchase inspection with cars, or at least bring someone mechanically inclined to look things over. Always look at service records and a carfax! Also while Rahul doesn't have liens on any of his cars (which is awesome) always do a lien check with a serviceOntario. Overall would definitely buy from rahul again!

Very happy with my overall experience dealing with Coliseum. I made an appointment to see the vehicle I wished to purchase with Kevin, and purchased it that day. It was ready for me to pick up within the week, and I was very happy to bring it home - coming from an hour away with a toddler, Kevin made sure to give me enough notice. The day I brought it home, the engine light came on, and there were no issues bringing the vehicle back to be fixed at no cost to myself. A week later, I received the vehicle again, and in a few days found a locking issue with one of the doors. Again, no hassle having them fix it, AND they gave a loaner car to me for the week they would have it so I could still get around as needed. Kevin was very accommodating for myself and my family. I had some issue with communication at first, but once I addressed it directly, I never had a problem again. I would recommend (and usually I'm not a huge fan of used dealerships, but this has been a very positive experience) and should my family be in need of another vehicle, I would visit them again.

I called on a 2016 Enclave premium that I was interested. I kind of questioned the low price on it $35,999 but the Sales Rep (Kevin) told me the vehicle had a clean Carproof. They all have accidental cars some of them getting problems with their cars and they are not getting good resale values. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE!!! I made an appointment with KEVIN to look at the white Corvette convertible they have on autotrader. I drove almost an hour and a half and when I got there he was nowhere to be found. He finally showed up a half hour later. When I asked him to take the car for a test drive with him he declined. Who is going to buy a $55,000 car without driving it? Good thing because I got a way better deal elsewhere. This guy should be fired!!!!

I told them about the brakes giving me issues and they changed them for me for free which was nice. But 3 days later the same problem occurred because they are supplying me low quality brakes. I had a near death experience on the 400 because one of the "brand new" tires they put on this car blew after 2800km (not a puncture, the rubber completely came off). I messaged the salesperson (Kevin) and called him because they offer sort of a 36 day "warranty". I was left on read and my call was sent to voicemail. I can't comment on anything else because I haven't driven it for long. But I'm curious how they managed to pass safety (car came certified by their mechanics) with such low quality tires. I managed to get out of the situation with no accidents but the next person might not be as lucky. So.. AVOID BUYING CARS FROM COLISEUM AUTO SALES.

I would not buy again from here, even if the price is low, because they promise and when you drive away - you will be stuck. Literally. The tank was almost empty and we did not noticed it, light came one few block from the dealership. Few more problems with scratches on a "almost new" car, but because it was dirty, we did not noticed it.

I went with a friend who was also looking to get a new car but wasn't sure which big block he wanted, he wanted to test out see what he liked best+ he saw a car he really wanted to get he was the reason we found this place, but unfortunately he wasn't able to take out the car to see what its like. and he was upset and bummed out on our long ride back home. But all in all pleasant experience my first time financing a car and Kevin was a great sales rep and a helpful guy will definitely let people know where I got my car and tell them to check it out! AND I really wanted to give 5 stars but just because my friend was just as serious to buy a car as me but he was told to come back once he sells his car but now he's not sure because he didn't get to test drive the car he wanted to potentially switch over to.

About a month later just before the warranty expired, I had an issue with the vehicle while out of town - since I couldn’t bring it to their shop for repair, they covered the majority of the repair cost. Hello. My experience with Coliseum Auto Sales was awesome. I was looking for my sons first car. I sent a message on CarGurus and I heard back in a very timely manner. A sales person immediately identified himself as Bruno and provided his cell number. I asked questions and i asked for the carfax to be emailed to me. We spoke on the phone several times. I wanted to come in and see and test drive the car. Due to some time constraints the opening time of 10.00 am did not work. Bruno willingly agreed to come in earlier to help me out. I met Bruno. Very friendly and polite individual. He moved several cars out of the way so I could take the car I was interested in out for a test drive. To make a long story short the car performed the way I wanted it to. I was bringing my son down the next day to test drive the car. I left a refundable credit card deposit. So as it turns out when I saw the outrageous insurance premium for a new driver in our postal code it was not going to happen. I called up Bruno and he said I understand, no problem. I said I will come in tomorrow to get the charges refunded. He said no need. Give me your CC number over the phone and i will do it. Bruno completed the transaction and then texted me a picture of the refund the receipt. I have to say that this place and Bruno it's representative both are first class and customer oriented. When my son has driven for two years and then his insurance cost will come down Coliseum Auto Sales and Bruno will be the first people I contact to view vehicles.

First I was told the car had not been in an accident. In the show room there was not one mark on the car. When I got it home and washed the car there was scratches and dents. When I took it to BMW dealership they told me the car had been in an accident and spray painted with out removing the bumpers. There was over spray on the lights. Three weeks after I had the car the whole lighting system was completely knocked out This should have been caught if it was correctly safety checked Coliseum did pay $7000 to fix the lighting system. They also did supply me with a rental for a week an half and picked up the car in Ajax and brought it to the garage. My suggestion do your homework before you buy a car from any dealership

Kevin was able to sell me a vehicle no problem. On day 2 my air conditioning went. Kevin was great and had it repaired while I was out of country, and even left my vehicle on their lot as a convinience for me. However the trip out of country put me over my 36 day mark for repairs, warranties etc. After this 36 day mark. The air conditioning broke again, and I spent over 700 dollars repairing the inside of the engine due to shampoo used to clean engines for sale. When I reached out to coliseum auto, they said no problem and would pay me for the parts and have the air conditioning fixed.... that was over 2 months ago, and I'm still unable to get a hold of someone who can do the right thing.
