Lazy and unprofessional staff！How could they charge me 130 for a simple oil change? Ok I may accept higher price but you guys need to ensure the quality of services first!The staff didn’t allow me waiting inside. Did he know outside temperature dropped to 5 degrees on that day? I had no idea why the staff was unable to be flexible and work out another way for my convenience! The staff even failed to tell me the estimated waiting time! I got so disappointed and i just left. Terrible experience!

I wasn’t sure if I would be able to get the model of my choice, considering my credit score(still over 700) I’ve contacted them, let them know my condition, John assured me my income is more than enough for that model. However, since Saturday, John just disappeared. I’ve tried multiple times contacting him, he just ghosted! I don’t understand what is wrong with simply telling a customer that you can’t serve them instead of ignoring them! There have been 2 hard credit checks on my file. If you are going to do something to impact customer’s credit score and not get back to them, it’s extremely unprofessional.

A simple oil change and tire rotation which should usually take about half an hour to an hour took more than 3 hours to be completed and our whole day got wasted by their slow process. They repeatedly discontinue the premium programs offering to customer for service and oil change! I encourage not to buy any of their promotion package as there is a high chance it would be discontinued. The program card they were offering, for which you were going to provide one free oil change after 4 visits, once the customer reaches the 5th time, they claim the program is discontinued, not to provide the free oil change!!

I stoped take my cars to them becuse the service was awful and I will never ever do bussiness with them and recommend any one to do any bussiness with them either. They charged me lots moey and they cause me lots of dameges endup paid for it !!!! I find out yesterday the change me for brakes job and they charge me for V- Line brakes but they lied as usual and used Chrysler manufacture parts which is not V- Line and warranty expire after two years iIwas notify yesterday by woodbine & HWY 7 Chrysler and they told me if it was V-LINE warranty would applied and i would not paid for new brakes. They lied again they did not put the parts they charge me for again !!!!!! see the pictures. They lying to their costumer all the time and they charge you for something they did not do. I find out they did Layingoffs their mechanics because of stealing parts and not used for costumer cars, but that is their coverup to blam someone else for stealing parts meantime it is them self stealing from everone. This is my invoice number 504939 from them and this the parts they used and it is not V-line that’s why other dealer cant replace it base on that parts the used it is not V-line parts therefore no warranty. In my opinion stay away from them and their management . They all liars & thief’s in my opinion . I think all four Stars are fakes and should get Zero Stars everywher.

I purchased a car from North York Chrysler (Car Hub) dealership on 09/13/2018 with 4 winter tires which were added to my deal and I paid extra $1500 + HST! They also advised me to purchase the extended warranty (useless) for another extra $3,576 (which I did) so it covers any future issue with the car from bumber to bumber! I had those winter tires installed on the car around Mid November 2018, and after less than 2 months and while I was driving, one of the tires blow up and ripped off in the middle of the street! I took the tire to the 3 different Tire shops and they all advised that the tire can not be fixed or driven on and needs a replacement! They also confirmed and said that this is a Manufacturer defect and those tires does not have a distributer as they carry unknown cheap brand!! I contacted North York Chrysler (Car Hub) dealership and they transferred me to their parts department, who declined to replaced or refund me the price I paid, and offered me ($50 credit) and after several attempts she offered me a refund for $550 only with the return of the 4 tires while I paid $1500 + HST!!! I tried to search the distributor of the tires and I couldn't find it and parts department manager at the North York Chrysler (Car Hub) dealership refused to give me any contact info and she mentioned that those tires in question are no longer available and not expected to be restocked!!! Their parts manager did her best to blame me for selecting those tires and when I proved that it was her selection, she tried to change the facts and offer me the $50 credit!!! The funny part when she offered me to purchase another set of tires with known good brands and the price per tire was between $206 - $235 while I was sold those defected unknown brand tires for $1500!!! Honestly with the extreme cold snowy weather we experienced and when I needed a safe car driving with family and kids on board, they choose to ignore my emails and messages... It seems making money for them is more important than the safety of their customers selling them those cheap tires!! I was wondering why a big dealership like this don't care about their reputation and the safety of their costumers! Don't recommend them at all so be aware of dealing with them...

Robert, my sales rep, was courteous, informative and personable, with a sharp wit to match. After initially looking at and realizing a new Jeep Wrangler was not in the cards at this time, he suggested and found a snazzy Compass that was the colour, trim and year range that I was after. (Sorry this review is late!) The entire purchase and "deal making" process was unbelievably refreshing. No time wasted, no aggressive pressure tactics, just up front facts, information and conversation. The sales manager, Payman, even came to speak with me during the process to discuss the offer and deal options and wanted to make sure everything was going well and that I, the customer, felt appreciated and happy with the service/information. I wanted time to think about it and there was ZERO pressure tactics, or threatening comments ("If i don't take the deal now " etc. etc.) made to "make the deal". They understood the art of walking away, taking time to come to a decision, and, just with that, made the entire experience pleasant. After driving the car for about a week, I discovered a couple of things that needed repair and the team at Car Hub, not only offered to repair the items, they were quick and professional. False advertisement ! They listed a 2018 Trackhawk 5 days ago with no price and to contact them for pricing. I called in asking about the price and they said it has not been priced yet and they will call me back in 2 days. I don't hear back from them so I dropped by the dealership and after the salesperson spoke with a manager, now they told me the vehicle is no longer for sale because the catalytic converter does not meet Ontario emissions and that it will cost $4500 to repair. I don't get it, the vehicle is 3 years old and from Quebec and they are saying that it can't pass emissions ? The vehicle is still under warranty, especially when it comes to emissions ! I'm guessing this is either a way to lure people into the dealership and try to sell them something else or the sales manager decided to drive that vehicle as a company vehicle... Even if this were true, I've never heard of a situation where you won't repair something for $4500 on a vehicle that's worth $100,000.

I only give this a 4 star and not 5 because the car wasn’t detailed as well as it could have. Couple of stains here and there. No big deal. I recently purchased a 2016 Kia Sorento from CarHub, and the entire transaction was smooth and efficient. My salesman, Kevin Zhang, was friendly, helpful, and not pushy at all. It was very clear that Kevin wanted me to be satisfied with my purchase. He kept in touch daily through personal text messages to his cell, and he made sure I was completely happy before I drove away. I always by used, but usually I buy from individuals selling a used car. This was my first time buying from a dealership, and I was dreading the experience. I was not interesting in haggling for a lower price, but at CarHub, the lowest price is the advertised one, so haggling never came up. Then, I was worried they would try to add extra fees, but that never happened either. The price advertised is the price you pay, as simple as that. Once Kevin told me that, I really felt at ease. I think now I would worry more about what type of peanut butter to buy than I would about what car to buy when I visit CarHub for my next car. With my wife's car coming up on ten years of age, I think I'll find myself visiting CarHub and Kevin again soon.

Great place to buy a car. My wife and I needed a car desperately as our last one was involved in an accident. Found a car online, and contacted the dealer to set something up. Found out an old friend worked there in sales which made the whole experience even easier. I love the fact that I was already sold on the car before I even had a chance to see it. Thats because North york Chrysler takes tons of photos for their online ads. Making it easy to see every angle and detail of the car before booking an appointment. Aryan helped us once we got there to take the car for a spin. From start to finish the process was simple and easy, especially when buying cash. Everyone we encountered at North York Chrysler was kind, and friendly and wanted to make sure things were taken care of. The dealer was trying everything they could to have the car ready that vary same day, as we needed a car desperately. Unfortunately with the safety it took a bit longer. On delivery, the car looked great. A little hiccup with payment, however Aryan was able to sort out the last little piece to make the deal close. *USED CARS POTENTIAL CUSTOMERS BEWARE* Since we had a bad experience with Carhub for our 1st car (see my 1st review back in August), when we went looking for our 2nd car, we wanted to avoid them. But having looked around, we wanted to give them a 2nd chance as they do have a big selection of cars. Sadly, we now have a 2nd bad experience with them. *NO GUARANTEES Upfront we told them we had a tight schedule and needed a car right away. We chose to buy a car at Carhub and not at another dealership in the same area because Carhub GUARANTEED us we would have it by the end of the week. Guess what, history repeated itself and like our 1st car, we never got it in time. *UNSAFE The reason we never got it in time was the car didn’t pass the safety and had to have several things repared. Those things included breaks….on a car that we test drove…although it wasn’t roadworthy… *COMMUNICATION Once we had paid, the communication was very difficult almost none existent. We had to call back to confirm they had received our wire transfer and insurance information. We also had to call back to confirm if our car was to be ready for delivery by the end of the week. All in all, we got our car several days later than originally guaranteed. They found an interim solution but the result is the same : it was a very stressful and very unpleasant experience. Carhub: please make sure you check every steps of the sale on your side before giving out guarantees and thus fooling clients into paying and waiting for their cars (although the sell is already right on their board !!) To future used cars customers : be careful and double/triple check everything if you really decide to buy at Carhub.

I got down to Carhub after a 1hr drive, for them to tell the vehicle was not there to test drive, as I drove this far I sat down and disguised the vehicle and it price. The sales representative was a person who should be in any kind of human relations want so ever, was rude and unreasonable. I filled out the online Get info Book a test drive option and received a call back a few hours later, unfortunately from there I did not have a good experience. The sales rep Sharaz called and asked some questions booked me an appointment for that evening at 530 pm. He said he would send an email with all the info, which I never got. On my way there I called to advise that I was running a but late due to traffic and the Manager kindly called me back saying the sales rep Sharaz was gone and the car was already sold. The car still shows for sale online 24h later. The sales rep never followed up with me and wasted my time driving there. No professionalism with the sales reps behalf. The manager kindly offered to get me a new agent but to be honest I don't want to spend my money somewhere where the customer service side didn't win me over. There is a difference with a sales rep that goes above and beyond and one who doesn't. Simple as that.

Purchased a Chrysler Pacifica back in 2017. Finance manager and Sales rep mislead us with an extended warranty. Attempted to contact the dealership. They wouldn't return our calls. Escalated to Chrysler Canada, and the dealership called us back once. I was told by the GM of the Dealership "Farshid", he'd "look into it and get back to us". Sadly, we haven't heard from anyone and yet, they don't return calls. We purchase a variety of vehicles from a variety of dealerships and I would strongly not recommend this dealership in the long run. Simple mistakes happen however, its how you handle the issue is what defines you. The vehicle in question ultimately just got traded in. Sadly, they lost a sale opportunity with this.

So my husband and I went to North York Chrysler to look at the pick up truck hubby was interested in. Everything that he wanted and needed was on this truck. Called our leasing company with the details (as we have a business and over a 20 year relationship with our leasing company). I went in today and our guy phoned this dealership asking for a bill of sale so he could issue a cheque to them. With me listening in on call, he was told flat out no. They would not sell the truck to them. He said my husband and I had to come in and go through their finance or leasing company. I was stunned. I have never, ever experienced this before or had it happen in all the vehicles we have received in the past. Is this a new policy? Very disappointed in this dealership especially when covid hurt so many businesses, one would think they would want to sell a vehicle that is advertised for sale but apparently only to a select few. Didn’t see that in the advertisement.

Amazing experience. I want to thank Sara Jane Finlay for an above average experience. I took my jeep Rubicon to another Jeep dealer close to my cottage. I dropped of the jeep at 8am for an oil leak, at 4pm when they finally called me back they told me the part was back ordered and there was nothing they could do for me. It would have been nice to get a call at 10am when they knew this. I live close to North York Chrysler so i thought i would give them a shot. I called Sara Jane Finlay the service manager. I told her about my poor experience and she assured me that she would look after it but that i needed to bring the jeep in to confirm the diagnosis. Rob S, the shop foreman, checked and confirmed the diagnosis. He explained his findings and gave me a realistic ETA on the repairs so i could plan my day. Some how Sara Jane was able to source the back ordered part and fix my jeep. An amazing team!!! My jeep was clean, it was fixed, i got periodic text updates. Their COVID protocol made me feel safe and comfortable. This team deserves 10 stars!!

Raymond was an excellent salesman! He wasn't pushy and he listened to what we had to say. He prepped the car exactly how we wanted it to be when we picked it up from the dealership. It was prepped exactly to detail as we requested.........even giving photos of the prep work. When we first phoned the dealership the first salesman that we spoke to about the car did not follow up on our request and lost the sale. Raymond was the second salesman and because of his detail he got the sale. We would highly recommend him! As far as the other salesmen go while we were purchasing our new vehicle we saw different salesmen leaning on our new vehicle plus others in the show room. Scratches are very expensive and time consuming. It doesn't matter if it is a $20,000.00 dollar car or a million dollar car it is someone's dream car. Salesmen should respect that and they need to be educated. If the salesmen tried that at a car show they would be walking home funny. So we would recommend the dealership educate there salesmen. Thank you all service engineers and Val Chung for taking care of my Jeep Wrangler 4xe for recalls and maintenance. Through out the service period, I was impressed with real time communications through text messages that kept me updated on the status. I believe this is a key to a great service and gives reassurance to customers. Because 4xe just came out this year, there are a lot of things that needs to be updated and looked into for safe driving if you own one. If you are up for maintenance just know that it does take few days to complete. In my case, it was taking about a week for software updates, recalls, maintenance, and inspections. I was immediately referred to a rental after a day expensed by Chrysler until my Jeep was functional again. I would definitely return for maintenance and services again in the future.

From the get go Sarah said she would not look at my car until Friday the earliest, this was a Tuesday, I asked for a shuttle car to get home, and they said, no such service during covid.
