I recently purchased a 2016 Kia Soul from Cargo with the help of Mark and I couldn't be happier with my decision to purchase from them!! Mark was fantastic and made the process so easy and enjoyable. The whole staff at Cargo was fantastic! So personable and not at all the typical car salesmen type. They were so friendly and wanted to make sure the experience with them was as easy and enjoyable as possible. They made me feel like travelling to purchase the car from them was totally worth it!! There was a slight delay in being able to pick up my new car but they threw in a full tank of gas, and an automatic car starter for the inconvenience (which we weren't worried about, but were super grateful for them going above and beyond). They even made sure new breaks were installed for me! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Cargo!!!

We are extremely happy with our experience at Cargo Auto. From start to finish Mark made the process of buying a new to us vehicle very easy. We called about booking a test drive and they went out of their way to have the car ready and cleaned within a couple of hours. They let us hook up our car seat and test drive with our toddler to make sure everything fit comfortable. The price of the 2015 Dodge Journey we bought was extremely competitive and working with Mark was a pleasure! We never felt like he was trying to push things on us that we didn't want like we've often found at other car dealerships. He works with us throughout the process of our insurance claim as our old vehicle was written off and he was always prompt in his response to us whether it was via email or telephone call. He was even going to have some recalls taken care of for us at Dodge that the previous owners hadn't done, but we ended up needing to pick the vehicle up early before that could be done, but we were so appreciative that they offered. These guys were easy to work with even when we had to move our pickup date up by a week. The car was clean and ready to go and the process was simple. We are extremely happy with the service we received here and will definitely be back when we start shopping for our second car! Thanks Mark and Cargo Auto! You made this so easy for us!

Kudos to Nicole! she went out of her way ensure everything will be okay. Being it was an out of town purchase she described the vehicle to me accurately and honestly. During the process she took full ownership of it and proactively updating me on the status. I know we've gone through a lot during the process, especially on the backend. Writing this review for my husband. He had been in the market for awhile but nothing had caught his eye. Then cargo listed a 2017 Toyota rav 4, for an excellent price and he had to see it. From the test drive to purchase, the staff at cargo were wonderful. No pressure and they even took his old car off him for a good price. They were nice and accommodating. I had purchased a car in June 2020- went for a test drive and was satisfied so I took the car to my mechanic for a safety inspection in which came back that the car needed new front rotors. So after the inspection I brought this to the attention of Cargo and salesman (Mark helped me out) and made a deal to purchase full price if they replaced these rotors or would like money off as it would have been out of pocket (~$700) They agreed to replace and we went through with the deal. Fast forward to November putting my winter tires on, and got my car inspected for regular maintenance and they advised that I would need new front rotors that would cost $700 as the ones that were on the car (that they had replaced) were the complete wrong size and were worn out, barely engaging the brake pads and were a big safety concern to them (this was at a Mazda dealer for my mazda3) I have tried calling cargo multiple times and leaving messages for Mark as this is something that was a condition of the deal but have not heard back from them whatsoever - and now I am out that money out of pocket to replace them plus paying the full price for the car. While as well being put in a safety risk on my breaking system. UPDATE - Mark has kindly reached out and advised there seemed to be some lost communication while trying to contact them. He asked to provide an invoice from the repairs that I had done for the rotors and pads that I needed to replaced so he could bring to his management team. He called back promptly later the same day and advised he would be reimbursing with a cheque for the amount I had paid. He stressed customer service is super important and this proves that they do the care even after the sale. I have received full reimbursement as of Dec 31. 5 stars for follow through on their word and customer service. I truly appreciate it Mark! Happy new year!

After a few frustrating experiences at some other used car dealerships, my wife and I were unexpectedly pleased with the help we received from this dealership. The sales person Mark wasn't too pushy which is rare for a used car lot. He was very professional and knowledgeable about the vehicle we came in to see. He pointed us in another direction for a vehicle that wasn't on our radar and that's the one we ended up buying! Nothing but a pleasant experience all around.
