I recently purchased a Honda Accord Touring from Peter at Bay Auto Zone. I went in with my entire family and million questions which Peter graciously answered. Peter arranged for financing that beat the rate I was given by my bank. I was provided with a CarFax which showed which Honda dealership the previous owner had serviced the car. I brought my car to that dealership and had the car checked out there. The car passed inspection and verified the work that Peter assured me had been done to the car. I appreciated the indoor showrooms which made it easier to shop in the frigid cold. I received excellent customer service from this dealership; next time I'll be back for a Range Rover or a Benz!!

UPDATE after "owner`s" response - Vehicle was bought on end of March 2019. After sales service is not existent! They are really sweet and nice when you are considering the purchase of the car and tell you that you can bring your car to your mechanic and if he finds something they are going to fix it. So, we did just that and our mechanic found that the wheel liner is broken, which is a safety concern! However, the good news is that since the car we bought is Toyota the part will maximum cost $100 and 10-15 minutes to install it. We went back to Bay Auto and let them know about the liner and guess what they said... of course, they said that they can't fix it (we didn't provide the reason as well). Well, it is not a problem, we gonna fix it ourselves, but now we would like to know that this dealership's reputation is worth $100. And it is not the end of the story. The car needed some touching up done. Our saa salesmansaid that they will do it by the day of picking up the vehicle. Nothing was done, but he said that we should come in couple days. After almost a week of a wait to order the proper white Perl paint, how surprised we were when we saw that they just put regular white paint without even cleaning the dust, which made the car look worse than it was before touch up was done. We had a dent on the roof. Thanks God they fixed it...BUT, after the fixing we found out that our back seats are completely dirty. Mechanics just stepped with dirty boots right on the seat. I am happy that I don't have white leather interior! ⁉️I am wondering if they provide the same level of service to people, who purchase Mercedes, Lambo's and Ferrari's. I had a terrible experience dealing with Bay auto zone and the sales associate along with the owner. The cars all look so attractive like they've been sitting in a rich persons garage, not being driven. Truth is these vehicles come from Quebec and they are spit polished in a garage that they have across the street to make you believe it's almost new. Payam sold me a lemon. Take my advice on this car shop. If you can afford a high end vehicle you can go directly to their dealership and buy it. But please stay away from this place

I don't understand how this dealership has such a high review rating. My experience with Bay Auto Zone, especially with Peter was horrendous. The first week while discussing the purchase of my car he said that there were no issues with my car. Later in the week as I brought my car to be inspected by my own mechanic I found that the the passenger side gasket had a huge leak due to the dealership not noticing that the gasket was fixed using silicone sealant. Obviously, being a dealership that must inspect and certify a car under legal requirements should notice this finding as an improper fix. However, they did fix this...after the fact when I caught the problem, not mentioning the hardships its caused me. Shortly after fixing my gasket I went in to have a minor repair done on my vent that was broken before I bought the car. As my car was getting fixed I noticed that another mechanic at Bay Auto Zone was fixing a Maserati wheel bearing by cutting out a pop-can and placing the aluminum inside the bearing. I can't believe they did this. That is so wrong. After this fix I took my car into my own mechanic to have some winter tires installed. My mechanic couldn't take off the wheel nuts because they were over tightened and chewed by a previous mechanic. Since Peter told me that this car had the brakes done and new all-season tires put on it upon purchase I knew that Bay Auto Zone mechanics tightened it too much and cost me a lot of money to fix the repairs. I couldn't bring my car into Bay Auto Zone to get it fixed since my car wasn't drivable. After calling Peter for a solution he said he "doesn't have time for me" and hung up the phone. DON'T go to this dealership OR to their mechanic, they clearly butcher their cars and don't care about you. It' horrible!

I worked with Mike when purchasing my vehicle from Bay Auto Zone. After putting 2000km on it I could not be happier with my A3. The dealership included a new set of winter tyres with my purchase, along with changing the oil and brake fluid. I understand that they have a massive show room, but it would be nice to test drive the car before paying the deposit, but I can totally understand why the dealership operates this way. All in, I am extremely happy with the condition of the vehicle I purchased, the service at the dealership, and the price that I paid. Looking forward to doing business the dealership again in 5 to 6 years.

We are a dealer trading car in the worldwide based in Montreal.we have been buying car from Ontario for 3 years now. Last month We purchase a BMW. Due to covid-19 the transaction was made on the phone. The transaction was fast and the seller name Danny assure me that the car has no issues. Took me a day to seal the deal and ship the car 2-3 days after purchase in Montreal. The first day the car arrived in Montreal, the check engine pop up. I contacted the seller he says it s a default from gas pump sensor nothing serious. I went to see my mechanic it turned out to be a valvetronic issues in the engine “intermittent code”. The seller ask me to delete the code. I was shocked. I ask him to fix it he says he ll come back to me after talking to his manager. The next day another issue pop up “chassis restraint” code due to suspension fail or broken. I contacted them they say the manager will contact me. After a week of waiting and sending sms expecting answer, i decided to send them an email to let them know that i ll use the “legal”way to make them fix the car by the law. They contacted and told me to send the car back to them . I paid the towing from Montreal to Toronto again (i pay for the first Time delivery). They made me wait for a week Without giving any feed back and make me pay again for the second time delivery. The car seems to be nice the first week, And the second week the same issue pop up again (the suspension break down). My mechanic told me they might, instead of fixing or changing the piece that was broken, just force the suspension manually to lift the car and that “cheat” technic can last a week or two only. Or i don’t know what they fixed in the car but it was not the problem. But i believe my mechanic point. So be aware of what you buy from this dealership. If so do the inspection/ safety on car with a independent mechanic before buying with them, but I wouldn’t recommend anyone to purchase. And be careful they are not fair in business.

Went to look at a car. Had a scheduled appointment. You'd think they would have it accessible and ready to be test driven, but you'd be wrong. The cars are packed like sardines. !!! watch out !!! don't buy from these people !! they add $3,499 2 year extended warranty to the price without asking / telling you. worst of all, there is no certificate provided regarding this warranty, you don't know who the insurer is . they did not show you the "sales contract"; they just show you the Finance paper, coz you MUST sign it so the bank will pay them. after all they still don't give you the contract, until you go back & ask for it, and they pretend they forgot, they thought they did give you the contract. !!! watch out !!!

This guy blew me away with his professionalism and amazing customer service skills. Made me feel important and welcomed each every time i came to Bay Auto Zone.I had another offer Pending at a different location where i had already dropped a $500 deposit, Brian gave me a better deal and added a backup camera in my Benz. He's a Shark, plays his role very well and made everything happen rapidly. A few weeks after purchasing the vehicule, i noticed my car needed an alignment and balancing. I delt with a gentleman called Massi (mechanic at Bay auto Service center) Great guy, very humble , extremely quick with grade A quality work. This person named Peter made it happened for me, not only that after the approval for financing, my car was ready the next day. In my opinion his work ethic and protocol exceeds what a five star dealership employee has to offer. Never saw from him daught me if I had the credentials or financial capabilities to proceed with the purchase and that to me says a lot. If you're looking to purchase a used vehicle he deserves a fare shake but ofcourse please do you DUE DILIGENCE before your purchase as dealership could also be a victim of being mislabeled. So I purchased a 2010 c63 from Danny in July of 2018, the first week of the car was a nightmare as I had engine codes flaring up every week. I had to drive back to shop 3 times ..It needed a new intake manifold gasket so they installed one. z (mechanic) from bay auto zone service fixed it . The engine light came on again 2 days latsd. So I went back and he said he didn’t use an OEM manifold gasket to save cost . So he fixed it again! .. I drive a week later the taillight melted so I complained to the salesman (Peter) about it and they agree to cover the cost while he still owes me 5 dollars he didn’t have at the time (pathetic) . Then one night I messaged Danny the salesman about the problems I was having with the car, he instantly got upset because he was tired of hearing about my issues . He threatened me to fight me and told me to return the car I bought and to drop it off the next business day, I laughed at that and I complained and brought it up to management and they tried to keep me quiet by offering me a free oil change begging me not to tell people of what happened . Wow really?? So now about weeks ago we’re in November . The car won’t start . You’d think bay auto would help me out with all the nightmares . No ! Z that’s what they call the guy from service quotes me 2200 for the fix for an ESL . A 580 dollar part from Mercedes . I called him out on the cost and he instantly got offended and got defensive on the phone swearing telling me to “ hook me up with your connection” “laughing as he said I was lying” as I stated I just called Mercedes Benz Oakville, he just got denfensive I called him out for trying to rip me off he never seemed to know what was wrong with the car in the first place as he never diagnosed it . There was no secret connection as he tried to scam me for a fix . I arranged another tow truck to go pick up from shop after hours yesterday and they blocked my car after they said they’d leave the key outside since the shop was closing. I waited 3 hours to get a tow, yet to get there and not be able to tow my car !! inconveniencing myself even more . In the beginning when they had the 30 day safety obligation they all seemed fair . But after I needed help with the car z just laughed. These guys are not real mechanics . They’re just trying to rip people off, the sales team is very unprofessional as I’ll say it again. If this can happen to me it can happen to you .. now they’ll try commenting in the reply section saying they’re sorry for the experience Blaw blaw . don’t take your car here to get fixed or look for another dealership to buy from . If I would have known they were these type of people I wouldn’t have ever done business with them to begin with .

SCAM! I gave them, Ethan Gorjian and his manager Brian, a $1,000 deposit for a vehicle and waited for them to find the financing, as they said requested to do first, once they failed I immediately found financing at my bank. Today I received an email from them that they have taken my $1,000 deposit and are listing the vehicle for sale to the public. Do Not Do Business Here! The prices are low for a reason! My 4 star rating could easily have been a 1 star based on my first couple of days of driving. I bought a 2015 Mini S. It broke down the first time I drove to work. It is difficult to know if their mechanic would have been able to spot the problem before it happened. Regardless, I contacted my salesman Danny and he covered the cost of the repair. Very classy! More to the point, when you have an issue, it will be very difficult to have rectified, esp issues that need to be correlated with the manufacturer of those premium cars (sensor calibration etc.) The positive reviews are mostly friends and acquaintances, look at all online reviews, they are not the place to find honest sellers.

We had a terrible experience with this car lot, especially with "Danny". We drove from outside the city to view & buy a specific car. They took a copy of my wife's drivers license for the ownership transfer, we told them financing wasn't necessary and that we could pick the car up in 2 days. We shook hands and were told a deposit wasn't necessary. When we called the next day, we found out "Danny" had sold the car from under us, needless to say my wife was very upset. Our first experience buying a used car from a used car dealership. We put a $1000 deposit on a car with the condition we could cancel if we were not satisfied with the test drive (scheduled for another day since cars had to be rearranged to access). We did not like the handling of the first car but happened to notice another car in the showroom that interested us. Again, we could not test drive but assumed the same conditions about cancelling would apply if we transferred the original deposit to the second car (a bad assumption, should have clarified, but luckily it worked out). Brian was very helpful. Many cars to choose from in the showroom. Brian said if we had any issues with the car, to bring it to his attention within a week and he will look after it. We took it to our mechanic who said the car is in great condition so we were very relieved about our choice.

Never buy a vehicle from Bay Auto Zone, I bought a 2013 RRS from Peter last year with 80k and he told me nothing was wrong with the car, guaranteed it, I ended up spending over $7000.00 in repairs in the following 5 months. And I'm expecting more repairs in the coming months, that are currently recommended repairs (PETER - RECOMMENDATION BECOME REPAIRS UNLESS DEALT WITH RIGHT AWAY). My experience with the Bay Auto Zone was terrible. After picking up the car and driving it off the lot I started hearing all sorts of noises coming from the suspension, I had to take the car back to the shop that is associated with the Bay Auto Zone, where they replaced the bushings and also without telling me replaced the compressor free of charge.. yay, only to learn that they put in an aftermarket compressor that does not fit on the car. The compressor was making a loud noises after being repaired by them and I later learned that the compressor was not even installed properly (land rover mechanic laughed at it and felt very sorry for me). On top of this I drove to London ON and one of the sway bars links broke off while I was driving and started to rattle around, I had to get a tow and Canadian Tire took the sway bar link off while I drove home to Toronto. Peter had Zain at the shop associated with this place replaced the bars on both sides. I had to bring the truck back to this shop 4 times within one month after buying the car. At one point the shop mechanic (Zain) told me he "googled" how to repair the compressor. This shop is not qualified to be making these repairs, maybe an oil change ok. I took the RRS to Land Rover where they repaired the compressor properly, this cost was $3100.00. At the moment my car is in getting the ACE block replaced, a warning light that I notice after picking the car up from Peter when I bought it, this cost is $2500.00. Also, a fuel injector has been replaced within the 5 month of buying the car, $1300.00, and they recommend fixing a valve on the supercharger ($2100.00). When I've confronted Peter at Bay Auto Zone, he has started to argue with me and tell me to bring it into his shop hah! This place is a scam and the people working there don't care at all about customer retention. All they care about is the sale. Peter I hope you read this.

Don’t be manipulated. Bought a car here, 2 weeks later noticed many problems (engine lights were on). Talked the same salesman that sold me the car and he didn’t even recognize me. But that’s not what the problem was. He told me he would take care of the problems and a week later I’m bringing the car I bought to a mechanic that works under Bay Auto Zone. The mechanic did not fix my problem at all, he reset the engine lights and after a while they came back on. I brought the car to a different mechanic and they were the ones that told me they did nothing to fix the car. I talk to the same salesman and he tells me that after 30 days the car isn’t covered under warranty (at this time it was past 30 days). So basically, they sold me a broken car and didn’t do anything to fix the problems it previously had. This goes to show that if something seems to good to be true, it’s not. Just like this used dealership who’s employees don’t really care about you once you signed the contract.

We just purchased a 2016 VW beetle and Danny was our sales person we dealt with. He was very accommodating and professional with no pressure tactics. One item folks should know is car fax reports are legal mandatory requirements and you should always be aware of what you are buying. We were informed that this vehicle was in 3 accidents front end collisions but nothing structural nor mechanical. The car drove well other than an alignment adjustment that Danny said will fixed and corrected. For the price and the shape of the vehicle I am confident that this car will be sound. Came in to look at a car. Noticed the cars were all stacked into a room with no way to get a car out. I asked how test drives are done, and I was told once the deal is finalized, you can do a test drive. Maybe it's because I'm from Hamilton, and maybe Toronto does it differently, but in Hamilton, usually people are allowed to test drive cars before signing a deal.

Very nice selection of vehicles. It's obvious the people sourcing vehicles have a keen eye for unique variants of typical models. Evana was the agent we dealt with. She proved to be quite accommodating, knowledgeable and easy- to-work with. Overall the experience was very good. The things I did not like though, were that 1) they do not allow you to test drive the cars before buying, 2) they are not set up to account for the level of gas in a traded vehicle relative to the purchased vehicle, 3) they forgot to include the free dash cam with the purchased vehicle and 4) never offered or provided winter tires (as was done for some of the other people who supplied reviews here). That said, I did email about the dash cam and was told by Evana that I could come by anytime to pick it up. I'll do that once I get a chance. So far we have no complaints regarding the purchased vehicle. Depending how well it fares, over the next few years, we may consider returning to Bay Auto Zone for a replacement or an addional vehicle.
