My experience with Azores Auto Group has been nothing short of spectacular! I was browsing on Auto Trader for a used car to own (which is how I found Azores Auto Group in the first place), and Azores was one of a few local dealerships that had one I was interested in. After checking out a few others at nearby dealers, I decided to stop by Azores to check out what they had. The car I ended up buying was more than I had wanted, but the reason I'm writing a review is to talk about the customer service that I had experienced. When I first walked into the showroom I was greeted by Hugo, without having to wait around (like I had done at other dealerships). He was able to provide all the info I wanted as it related to the car I was interested in, and made the experience as friendly as possible. At no point did I ever, in any way, feel pressured to sign anything, or put any money down (although I did, because I didn't want the car I was interested in to be sold while I awaited approval for financing). The experience was so positive that I will definitely be referring anyone I encounter who is looking to buy a used car to Azores, and I myself will definitely be going there first for any future purchases. I would expect that anyone else who decided to buy a used car from Azores would have the same amazing experience!

In my quest to find the 911 of my dreams, I encountered a number of dealers that sell older model sports cars. For the most part, they come across as being kind of sleazy and the status of their vehicles a tad questionable (I am sure the titles are clean and all that, but I came across some vehicles with "clean carproof" which you could see had obvious signs of body work being done. So yea, a tad questionable...) Azores was the exception, and where I eventually found my baby. It is run by a really nice Portuguese family. I dealt directly with the son, Hugo. He was awesome to work with and took great care of me from the time I walked into the showroom, until delivery (and even followed up a few days later as well to see how I was liking the vehicle). I took my new baby to my shop, DAS Auto Werks for a solid once over, and they gave it a shining review, saying that the car had clearly been babied and very well maintained. Just as Hugo had assured me before I made the purchase decision. I will be using them for my next classic car purchase (which isn't in the plans ATM, but is all but a guarantee to happen some day ;)), and would recommend them to a friend or family member without hesitation!

It usually takes me a while to research a vehicle, make sure my needs are met and then find that vehicle at a dealer. To add to the complexity I had 2 vehicles that were to be traded in on the newer vehicle. I visited a few dealers and ,as usual , was disappointed with the trade in values of my cars until I met Hugo at Azores Auto Group. Not only did he have the vehicle I wanted but he was more than fair in the negotiations but most importantly, also in the cost differential. As the newer vehicle is still under warranty I wasn't concerned about service. However there was a condition as part of the deal that required repair and Hugo made sure it was looked after. This experience at Azores was by far one of THE best car experiences I've ever had and I would gladly recommend Hugo to all.

I wanted to buy a car from this dealer. I spoke with the manager Hugo. He sent me a credit application from the credit organization that this car dealer works with. And while my co-applicant and I were waiting for two days for approval from the credit company, when the approval was received and the manager of the credit company called and said that now we can prepare to pick up the selected car, it turned out that Hugo's manager had already sold this car behind our back to another person... We really don’t understand this situation, why are he doing this? He did not call us and did not warn that he want to sell it, although he knew that the Credit organization was working on obtaining a loan and it was received yesterday. We feel ignored and deceived. Credit company manager was also upset, confused and surprised by this situation. So, guys, why you do it ?.. So don"t do business in Canada .......

Purchased my 2007 Xterra from here in August of 2017 and had issues with it right from the get go. I returned with the vehicle after owning it for less than 24hrs with multiple issues that came up, it seemed like it was an entirely different vehicle than the one i test drove and agreed to purchase. I was obviously unhappy and wanted to return the vehicle as i should be having issues so soon after purchase. The issues i brought forward were downplayed by the salesmen and no refund was given. From the day i purchased the vehicle i felt like i had been ripped off and not taken care of as a customer because when issues were brought forward they were shoved under the rug and played off to be nothing. Nine months later i find myself stranded on the side of the 400 with this vehicle and am now facing an estimated $6000 repair as the transmission has now failed. I wish i had contacted OMVIC immediately after the purchase and got my money back, i would not recommend this dealership to anybody buying any vehicle in any price range.

There was no pushy sales man contacting me every second day like every other dealership which is what I loved most. I was able to make decisions at my own discretion based on all the information provided to me and I am glad I went through and purchased the car because it could not have been more perfect. The car was looked by their mechanics several times to make sure it was in pristine order before being sold to me and even though it was 5 years old it looks and drives like it is really brand new. I had different drivers test the car and we all felt the exact same way, we could not believe it had been driven for years prior. I appreciate that this is a family run business. Hugo, his brother Tito, and parents were very professional, and were very amicable. Hugo also helped me out to get financing for my purchase. Hugo gave me a very great price for the car that I could not say no! In addition to a comprehensive warranty package, he also some placed some nice finishing touches on the car, such as new brakes and rotors, which I truly appreciate! I appreciate how honest and upfront they were with everything! I must say, I was really impressed about the professionalism exhibited by this family, and how humble and down to earth they were. Hugo was not trying to sell me anything out of my means, and was making helpful suggestions as far as choosing my car for me to make a well informed decision. Hugo also made sure that everything was seamless at pick-up day. I will be referring more business to Azores Auto Group in the future, and personally hoping to do my future car purchases through them.
