Courteous and professional people. Quick to respond, However, gives you a final price over the phone and then once you come to purchase, tells you, that stated price needs manager's approval. Maybe they can clarify that over the phone. So, you don't have to fight again for the price. Not such a great experience but good guys overall.

Everyone knows how nerve-racking a 1st car purchase can be - add that to my OCD & you get very paranoid customer lol. I've got to say that after considering all factors, these guys at Autopia did a great job overall. That white 535i caught my heart from the moment I saw it on autotrader. I sent in an inquiry electronically & Ben immediately responded & even agreed to stay late on that same day to accommodate my request to come look at it on that same night. Peyman is also a good guy. He accommodated all of my follow-up inquiries leading up to the pick-up date. There were some hick-ups shortly after which were caused by some misunderstandings but they stood their ground and made it right, making sure I walked away happy - I respect them for that. Thank you Autopia, my car is still turning heads and more importantly performing like an Ultimate Driving Machine :) (I'll be back to get the 2017 G30 5series after some more years with this f10). Sold me a Q5 that had a clean car proof but that area has noticeable orange peel and bondo. Did I mention rust? Everyday I keep finding new things with the vehicle. Among other things it's been in the shop 3 times in 4 months. Good job guys! Wanted me to leave a review right after I purchased my car but I'm so happy I waited till after I got to know the car. Stay away (Edit) It’s a 2011, had under 122,000km. I’m sure it’s not considered as an old high mileage car. Point is, it’s rusting and mechanically not sound. Engine light is back on, for the 5th time in 1 year. And the warranty was ridiculous.

By far the best dealership ever! First time buying a car from a dealership and it’s by far the best decision I made! I bought a trade in and there was a few problems with my car (can’t notice right away) that I brought up with the salesman and the owner, and the owner said, and I quote “ today, tomorrow I may be here. but after, I may die... What is left? A car? No... the only thing that is left is the memories. Don’t worry brother, any issue with the car I will get it resolved for you. I want you to drive the best car there is” and that truly touched me. A man of his words, when he says something he means it. Fixed my car the same day. Overall I got a vehicle at an amazing price and amazing quality. Had no trouble fixing up the car and I was offered a one time complete car detailing whenever I want. Their X5 is already overpriced according to the internet of other comparable vehicles. Funny enough it' still hasn't sold. They need to have someone else represent that dealership. Because that guy is useless and has zero customer service skills. He also refused and criticized my older, rare X5 and had some negative words about that as well. Don't shop here spend your good money elsewhere. Trust me.

Our sales representative (Avi) was great and the car was in good shape when purchased. I purchased the car prior to Covid so it has been sitting in the garage since early March when I picked it up. I went for a drive when the weather turned nice and my passenger window would not roll down (June 1). Even though it was a couple of months, I contacted Autopia and they had me stop by their mechanic and an hour later the car was fixed. They contacted me a couple of times to ensure I was able to get an appointment to get it fixed. Really is outstanding service. No charge and no questions asked (no question about the almost 3 months since I picked up the car) when I stopped by the mechanic. Thanks everyone at Autopia. Great experience overall.

Bought an Audi R8 almost 4 years ago. First time buying a nice car. Did not haggle the price. Paid in full. Unfortunately they failed to mention a lot of past claims and damage that I recently found out. Must have shown be a bogus car fax, or failed to present this information. (do your own research and car fax) luckily it’s been good to me over the years as I take car of it. But would not have purchased knowing the damage in the past. Also upon delivery - no thank you for your business or handshake. Just a hand off of 1 key while owner was on phone. And no run through of the vehicle. Looking to purchase a mclaren now and looking back at that experience. I would say to new buyers to understand you are valuable as a customer and you should be treated as such. Just like everything in life. Do you own research and reject what they tell you at this place. Will inquire legally to see if any laws were broken. I’d rather not waste time doing this but. As a business owner I feel it’s bad business ethics.

They have 2 lambo urus which they have falsely advertised for $265k because these cars ARE NOT available, as per them... the same cars are listed at other dealerships for over $330k so why the huge price difference? why do you have old ads up where the cars you have advertised ARE NOT FOR SALE - false advertising or misleading the public? Post cars on your site that ARE available without being dishonest. IF your dishonest about your advertising what else are you dishonest about?

Horrible is an understatement. I bought a 2015 Ford Escape from them in November of 2019 and I’ve never regretted buying a car more. The vehicle has been nothing but problems since the beginning. The car has a significant amount of rust already which is very unusual for the year. Within 4 months of having the car I’ve already had to replace a rear wheel bearing. And the worst of all I found out later when inspecting the car that the front and back bumper have been in an accident due to the parts of the car not lining up and the front bumper is not the same colour. As if someone did a terrible job trying to paint match. I can tell why they tried to get me to buy the car as fast as possible. My own fault but I regret it. When it comes to the warranty the don’t tell you how it works as all. As well I’ve emailed trying to find out how to use the warranty I purchased for more and I have gotten no response so all my fixes have come out of pocket. Don’t buy a car here!

I Purchased a VW Touareg here back in Nov. 2020. Overall I'm happy with the vehicle. The sales process was respectful. One thing they could improve upon is the sales of the autoguard advantage warranty. Clarity about cap rates for automotive labour as this wasn't explained during the sales process. Autoguard Advantage has a limit of $84.99 per hour and most dealership service rates are $100-$130 per hour. Granted I could go somewhere with lower service rates. Another expectation that could be explained better is about the ease of use when making a warranty claim. This was advertised to me as "very simple" and "easy to do" and that just wasn't the case. There were multiple email communications between myself, VW Orillia and Autoguard Advantage before actually receiving the amount owed. It was explained to me that automotive service centres would essentially work out the financial side of it, but I was more involved in this process than I expected. I was expected to Pay VW Orillia upfront for the cost of the repairs and later be reimbursed by Autoguard Advantage. If this had been explained at the point of the sale when I purchase the vehicle there would be no issue because I would have known what to expect when making a claim.

Recently made my first car purchase here, and it was honestly a great experience. Ben (the sales rep), was very kind and willing to answer all my questions and help me through the car buying steps. A week after my purchase I needed a minor fix done to one of the doors, and Ben was super helpful and supportive with getting it fixed and trying to make me a happy customer. I will definitely be coming back!

Made an appointment for a test-drive, went in and turns out the car wasn't ready (still sitting in the showroom). I asked if I could test-drive before talking about numbers, and the guy refused and told me I would need to sign the 'bill of sale' in order to test-drive it.Basically saying I need to buy the car first then test it. How does that even make sense?? He was talking nonsense and I just had to politely excuse myeslf and walk out. I asked if I could keep the carfax report and he said no. Clearly someone didn't want to sell today. Lost a customer. Went to another dealership who was much more helpful and signed a deal. I would stay away from these guys. Read other 1 star reviews and save yourself time and trouble.

Had a good experience. The car I got was in perfect condition, when I heard a little noise from the wheels, I called them and they asked me to bring back the car immediately for a fix. They did this without any extra charge. I'll recommend them anytime.

I will not recommend this dealer. The first time I called for booking test drive arrangement was told that I could test drive for just one vehicle. When I was there with appointment, I did not believe that they had prepared for my appointment as the car was not ready. Finally after waiting for 30 mins for the car to get ready, I was told they would not accept negotiation on the price if I tested drive the car. I think this was a rediculous policy. Are we not in a free and fair market in Canada? I totally not felt like I was a customer. The sale person was only professional on hard selling of warranty and had no care on customer need. On delivery, I was astonished to find the vehicle was not even cleaned. Dirt and dust were both in and out, front and back. They promised before you paid but failed to deliver what they had promised. I will definitely NOT recommend this dealership.
