I was actually looking for a 5 plus ???? to rate this company and one of its most amazing, client-centric Executive- Ali, since I didn't find, I will just drop it here ???? ???? ???? ???? ???? ????. At first sight, I fell in love with my 2014 Dodge Grand Caravan Crew which I found on Autotrader. Not only was it the cheapest in the market in a radius of 250km, it was the neatest with added premium features. I must say that traveling over a 100km to pick this car was really worth the while. After paying for the van, I literally abandoned it for 5 weeks in his custody because I had to resolve my parking spot at my residence yet I didn't have to pay him extra. He was more than glad to help with the van's registration when I was ready to pickup. Whilst waiting for my van to be fully conditioned, I was treated to an exotic drink. I drove the van for the first time over a 100km and it was a smooth drive home. For me, it is indeed best value for money and I would recommend Automania any day. For whatever price they list their cars, there must be some hidden added value... Just visit to find out. Well-done guys!

I had contacted their "senior financing manager" about making appointment for seeing a vehicle to purchase. During the conversation I mentioned that I live approx. 90 minutes away from the dealership. The manager seemed very accommodating to this fact and made the appointment for a time suitable to both parties. Once I arrived and called the manager to let him know I was there to see the vehicle he informed me "Oh sorry man" he sold the vehicle the night before and was too busy to let me know...! Are you kidding me?! To top it off he texted me a few minutes later to say that he'd love to help me find a vehicle. With unprofessional, insensitive business practices that this "senior" manager displayed I will never even consider doing any business with Automania. Sorry "man" that's just the way the business goes.

In addition, the buying experience was very professional and they looked out for me as a buyer rather than just trying to sell me a car. I went in on a Saturday with a particular vehicle in mind. The first thing they allowed me to do was take it for a test drive. I liked it so we went into the office to discuss all the details. This was my first time purchasing a used vehicle so I was a little nervous. Jerry was great and eased all of my worries. By the next Thursday the vehicle was ready for me. Unfortunately I could not make it there on that day so they accommodated me for a day that I was available. When picking up the car, all of my expectations were met. You dont find very many genuine people like Ali and he had made a customer for life with me.

Had an appointment booked well in advance. Got to the place and they didn't even acknowledge my appointment or come to help me. After romaing around and looking at cars for 45 mins, I finally got someone's attention and they helped me a little. An hour later (well before I left) they were calling me to come back. Joke of a place. Yes they have low prices but be wary of all the problems that comes with that.

Automania is honestly hands down the best dealership I’ve ever went too, I had a really tough and hard situation and Jerry took my case and tried his very best to get me the car or my dreams. He spoke to many lenders and never gave up. One thing I can say for sure is I’ve been to other dealership and they told me the next day that I couldn’t finance a car because of my credit but with Jerry, he didn’t give up He kept speaking to new lenders and kept trying his very best to watch me walk out with the cars of my dreams. So I want to give a big thanks to Jerry the senior finance manager for his hard work and commitment into making his customers happy and I want to thank Automania for being the best dealership out there and having the best car with the best prices. One thing for sure is the car prices at automania are all under market value and you’ll never fined a car in such condition for such a price anywhere else. I visited this dealer made a deal, they told me that I am paying $499 for a full detailing if the vehicle, I gave them ample time for picky, over a week, when I went to pick up (by appointment) the salesman was not present, waited 1/2 hr and then they told me he is running late, they told me the car is ready at the front , when i looked at it, it was NOT detailed, not even washed, they said sorry and went to "detail the car" 1/2 hour later, they came back with noting done except a drive thru carwash. The sales man finally showed up and apologized, but said he will correct this, he never called me back, tried calling him, he never answered the phone (Ali Bukhair) don't call me brother, because my brother will NEVER do this for me, not to mention, you gave me one set of keys and said you cannot do anything about that. Never again, you guys call yourself a high end car dealer... GOOD LUCK, your service is surly NOT high end. I paid you $27,000 for the car for my son, how disappointing. You Could not get any more stars than you deserve. 100% they paid for reviews

I cannot say enough good things about Jerry and Automania. My experience here is by far the best experience I have had with any car dealership. Jerry was phenomenal... he took a very personal approach in helping me find and finance the right car. He worked extremely hard to get me the best deal possible and did not give up until he did exactly that. He answered all of my (many, many) questions, and went above and beyond in making sure I felt comfortable with my decision. It is obvious that he cares about his customers and values their trust. The atmosphere here is just great. I felt no pressure whatsoever during the process, unlike many other places that pressure you to make a quick sale. I was in the market for a 2016+ Lexus IS200t (rear wheel drive) and there was very few online. This specific trim was actually really hard to find and most dealers did not know about it always offering me the v6 awd model. I expressed my frustration and need to have a specific trim and color. Ali and Hasham both listened to me, took notes and promised to take care of me. They asked for a small refundable deposit of $1000 for a car worth 25k ish which is very reasonable. They found me a 2016 blue Fsport IS200t which I loved and gave me a very good price on it, much more competitive then what I had found online in the past. I highly recommend Automani and the professional services the management team can provide for you. Mutual respect works both ways as a customer and as a salesman so be humble and patient as these dealerships these days do work with thin margins and a lot of risk.

Before setting out to visit lots/different dealerships I did a lot of research via internet. for 2 month's of internet research I selected 5 cars which I was interested, 2 from BMW dealership's & 3 from Private dealer's, where I found Automania prices for pre-owned cars were better than other BMW dealers in Ontario for comparable cars BMW 535i Xdrive. so I started my test drive one by one and I kept Automania last one due to price. With my busy sechedule buying a car-- test drives with different car dealers, pressure, hassle, stress etc.! But, there was none of that at Automania, Hasham my sales advisor and Ali finance was fabulous, there detail knowledge in cars & finance is above and beyond my expectation, they listened to what I wanted and smoothed the way quickly and, at least for me, effortlessly. There was absolutely no pressure, ever. This was the most seamless and stress free experience I have ever had in buying a car. Everyone I dealt with at Automania was superb and focused on making it easy and painless for me. And I got an amazing car at what I consider a very fair price. When driving up to this place to look at a car we liked online. We thought what a nice looking place! I am unbelievably confused with the used car sales man Jerry Siegal and think the company here could do without him! When my husband and I first met Jerry we thought he was ok, we chatted and ended up wanting to buy one of the cars. Once we sat down to chat and write things down that we needed it to have fixed, all was agreed upon which had us come back at a later date to pick up the car. When we came back to pick up the car, we were disappointed at the car as our agreement wasn’t looked after like discussed. After much discussion and disappointment a lovely woman came over to us while outside at the car, expressing and showing Jerry once again the issue that he didn’t come through on, she could see the disappointment and hear us discuss how Jerry didn’t come through and lied to us! He actually tried to tell us that he was actually at the body shop watching them do the repair, which he later said sorry to my husband for lying to us! This woman after asking what she can do for us, let us know we could come back within two days to pick up the car fixed to what we agreed on. We went back 2 days later to pick up the car with the issues taken care of. We talked with Jerry about rims and warranty and paid for the car and left with letting him know we are interested in discussing more with him at a later date. Since Saturday and its now Wednesday morning. I have tried to contact Jerry for 4 days now through texting and phone calls with no reply! Don’t deal with Jerry Siegal should you go here to purchase a car! Should the owner be reading this review, please realize I don’t want Jerry to lose his job, but if I had to replay this buying of a car out of your place of business. I wouldn’t come near it due to Jerry and how he talks and treats buyers! I would like to edit this review today *2\12\2020 to give a big thank you to Liza for contacting me about this above issue. Liza went out of her way to call me and looked after my needs ASAP !

I don't know what the fuss is about the owner being ignorant. The owner (Ali) is one the best dealers I had a pleasure meeting. Even though I didn't find the car I was looking for, Ali and his team went above and beyond searching for the exact spec within my price range. Nissan creates limited numbers of r35s and certain specs are hard to find due to supply and demand. These cars also tend to depreciate slowly, which makes it hard for young folks like me to afford such a beauty. Either way, I'd definitely will recommend anyone go to Automania! You won't find any dealership like this in the GTA!!!

Just brilliant! After scouring through dealerships, went over here, didn’t have to look no further for car of my choice VW Jetta at the best possible price. They showed me their cars within my budget and went over every finite detail. It felt like they were really passionate about their work. Extraordinary service, helped setup my finance and deliver the car on time the very next day. The only issue was had to wait for a quite a bit to go on to test drive, as they had to move out their cars on the way. Which is really nothing, when you have the time and notify them well before. Ali, treats you more like a friend than a customer. Extremely patient and would go above and beyond to deliver, he’s a man of his word. Respect. I am writing this review after 70 days of my struggle and still dealing with the hard time when i am at a stage where i am feeling helpless with the service of Automania. I bought lexus IS 300 (2018) from them on 17th of September 2020 and on 19th of September only it started showing the message of headlight malfunction. I visited them so they told me to go to lexus dealership as it was under warranty. After getting the inspection done they charged me 200$ for it as the vehicle was involved in the accident. Again I went to Automania so they said we will replace the head light which took them one week to order the light and I had to drive the car with the single headlight. On the second week I went to get the headlight changed from them and came to know in the evening that the day time running light has also stopped working along with the headlight as you could see in the pictures due to which I had so much hard time that I decided to change the vehicle from them. I returned the vehicle to them and they said they will change the vehicle at the same cost which I paid for the lexus but later came to know that they deducted 2000$ for these 20 days only during which I was facing hardship to get my car fixed. Moreover they gave me the new vehicle which was mercedes benz after 2 weeks and meanwhile I had to pay my emi for the car also n had to pay 900$ for car rental for 2 weeks which they said they will reimburse me which they later refused to do so. So I was in loss of 2000$(depreciation)+900$(rental)+200$(inspection)+800$(EMI) in the first month only. Total 3900$ This is what all hardships I faced in the month of September and October. Now same thing is happening with the second car which is Mercedes Benz which I bought from them as a replacement which I will be sharing it in the second post. P.S I am not criticising anyone nor I am asking anyone not buy cars from them. I am happy if other people buying cars from them are satisfied but I wanted to share my experience with them as I am still facing hardship to get my Mercedes fixed and they are not even replying to my texts or phone calls which is so annoying that someone has spent 45 thousand dollars and u r selling a vehicle everytime with the problems in it and you want me to deal with the mercedes dealership on the next day only when i am buying the vehicle from you. I don't want anyone else should face the same experience so I have shared my story.

Bought my Mercedes-Benz E63 AMG from Automania. When I went to go see it I was really impressed at how clean and upscale the location was. I’ve been to a few dealerships looking for the same car which was a bit hard to find but when I did visit those other dealers they were very pushy, didn’t know what they were selling. Upon arriving, I spoke to Hasham and he was awesome to deal with, very friendly and easygoing. I was able to work out a deal with him and I ended up purchasing the car that very day. His inventory is very clean, I have an eye for body/paint/accident work but his cars you can tell have been kept well by their previous owners. He ranges from super cars to everyday cars and he treats all his customers the same. Well this guy called Jerry Siegal is a professional. He didn’t just get me approved, he went an extra mile and made sure I got the car I wanted despite the fact that my credit wasn’t that good. Went to buy a chevy cruz The owner ali is entirely distasteful rude and i would never buy a car from this guy. I asked my buddys at NFR about this guy they had also said this guys horrible to work with . over all i give his customer service a 0/10. i see the owner responds to most comments so please feel free id like to see what excuses youd come up with for calling my friend white washed . truly frustrated and discussed with ali , buddy word of advice i also own a business id love for u to maybe pick up a book and learn about consumer service. so we did end up buying a car from a wonderful dealer (auto rev). I’ve been to many car dealerships and this one has to be one of the most unprofessional. I had provided then ample notice that I was coming to see a car. They did not have the professionalism to have the car ready for a test drive, instead they had it surrounded by other cars, which made it impossible to even get into the driver’s seat. When I told them I needed to take it out for a drive, they were more interested about speaking numbers prior to making it possible to drive. They were asking for a commitment to purchase the vehicle, which was impossible to provide from a customer perspective as I couldn’t evaluate the vehicle properly. They were unwilling to move some cars to provide access to one. Clear example of poor customer service. Don’t waste your time!

The WORST DEALERSHIP I HAVE BEEN AT. I want to start off by saying I never write reviews but today I had to. I went to Automania looking for a nice sports car AMG, when I got in the man there was barely paying attention, acting full of himself describing the car he owned. He acted as if he was doing me a favour. Then when I asked for a test drive he immediately told me that’s not possible you have to sign first. That’s when I left the dealership immediately. Completely unprofessional not sure what they are running there. I went over to another dealership shortly after and purchased a c63s amg with full warranty which I was able to test drive as long as I wanted with no issues and they were so helpful. Skip this place!!!

These guys are professional, friendly and just down right transparent. I went to go see over 14 cars this week and they were all inferior, this one was just flawless. Cant believe it looked like new even though it's a 4 yr old car plus a good price. (They told me they dont deal with hit or claim cars bc it not worth it) The whole experience with this dealership was great. Without writting up an essay, they went above and beyond my asks and expectations before and after I bought the car. They suprised me with extras I wasnt expecting in the end. Plus they just felt like classy and down right good guys, from the humble top guy Hasham to the savvy salesman Scott who was patient and transparent the whole way through and added a nice touch in the end to make the deal even better. WOW what an amazing dealership. My sales person was a guy named Ali. Mr. Ali I have to say your one of the most professional and honest individual i met. You have guided me through the whole process of picking a car from your inventory to getting me approved for the financing. I was treated with respect and fairness, these guys never sold me unnecessary items or warranty as they told me the car is under warranty and advised me not to spend extra money. These guys also never forced me to buy a car, gave me a price on my finance and did not put a condition that this offer is only valid right now and it's off the table if you leave the dealership, they told me the offer is valid until their program changes. I came to them after 2 weeks and walk out with the as discussed. I'd rate them more if I can. Keep on with the good work guys. I'll be back for more future business.

There was no pressure in the whole process, as he let me view and test drive the vehicle, and whatever questions I had about the vehicle he was able to easily answer them. Worse "premium" used car dealer in the GTA hands down, purchased a vehicle from there with many issues and the vehicle was not even detailed upon delivery, I returned the vehicle to have the safety related issues taken care of and only 2 out of 8 issues were resolved, and when taking delivery for the SECOND time the vehicle was dirtier then when I returned it and their excuse was that it was snowing outside its gonna get dirty anyways, they lied multiple times to my face, im a licensed tech and they tried to tell me a few things were not safety related until I showed them the Ontario safety booklet and still after that they told me im not buying a brand new car completely disappointed and would never recommend anyone to buy anything from this place, sales person Ali promised me the world, once I signed the paper work and the deal was done all the promises disappeared, only made empty promises to sell the vehicle, this place is sketchy and would never step foot in this place again please don't fall for the 5 star paid reviews you see on here.
