Purchased a car on my bday with Auto Select last yr. Dealt with Steve! I had bought the car that i always wanted. It was easy and simple. It went very well for me and my husband. Couple of days later, the car was ready for us. He had everything done from paperwork to insurance. It was such a pleasure to deal with a company like this. Great experience plays a big part especially for a first time buyer. What i love the most is..he assured us that we will be well taken care of, he's confident in what he does and he's very honest. This is a company that shows great integrity! They treat their customers with total respect and cares about them in terms of concerns and what matter most. I also don't have to worry about the car for maintenance because they have their own registered mechanic shop. Its very rare that you find trustworthy and honest sales men and mechanics. Whenever I take the car here for maintenance, they take their time to thoroughly explain to me everything and they do whats best for my car's needs. All of them are great! I love this company and I strongly recommend Auto Select for ppl who are interested in high quality cars && exceptional service. Thank u!

Went over to see them a little before Christmas, had a BMW 328i coupe to trade in - so was familiar with German cars, pricing, features, etc. So I knew what kind of car I was looking for and price range I had in mind. They at no point tried to up sell me on a vehicle I didn't need or want. Was a little nervous buying from a B lot because of all the reviews you hear online from B Lots. Met Stephen and Justin when I walked in, and they were both super friendly, knowledgeable on their vehicles, features and pricing. They were extremely helpful and ensured all my questions were answered. They even made sure I was able to take the vehicle to my own personal independent mechanic to have it looked over before I firmed up the deal - they also drove it over because I didn't have the opportunity to do - which I feel is a sign of a good dealership because they are confident in what they sell. I am very happy with my purchase and would recommend them to all. Will be back for my next purchase there in the future.

Theses guys are assume. They were willing to help me get out of a lease Hyundai. I obviously took a hit but I was desperate to rid of my car, just overall unhappy with my Hyundai (impulse buy). Hyundai gave Steve and I a run for our money to get out the lease; most likely just playing dumb. Steve was patient enough and handled the situation with great composure. He also did what he could within the boundaries of his business to give me a price I was comfortable paying. Let us be real as the customer we want the least price to buy, and from the dealers POV you want the most out of your customers. We came to solid compromise considering my situation. BE CAREFUL!!!! DO NOT BUY HERE! First time buying a car and the guy Steve took advantage of my zero experience. He sold me a car which he asure had no accidents and literally a week after the engine started having problems, they sent me to the Hyundai dealership with a specific friend of them, they fixed the problem but few months later I found out the car had been in two accidents and lots of past owners. They sold me the car (and it is even specified in the contract) that it had Apple car play and when I got the car, it had no Apple car play, called Steve and he tried helping by phone but he said he was “sorry bc that specific version for the car was not available anymore”. Just for all the accidents the car has been through, the real price is half the price they sold it to me. HOPEFULLY this will help some one in the future, DON’T buy here and if you do, do some search before!!! Any lawyer whiling to help me please contact me.

Auto Select is by far the one of the best used Car Dealers we have dealt with in the GTA . Prior to contacting this family owned business, we did extensive research on the Internet and found that Auto Select had an outstanding reputation for being forthright and professional. I also came across an April 14, 2014 article on the APA website in which W5 conducted a Mystery Shopping exercise into 21 used Car Dealerships across the GTA. Only 2 of the 21 Dealers passed; one of them being Auto Select!!! Why did we purchase our used vehicle from Auto Select and what did we experience? 1. They are professional, informative and extremely helpful in assisting us select the best car to meet our needs (2011 BMW 328 xDrive). Never for a minute did my wife or I feel pressured into buying a vehicle from them. 2. They have an extensive inventory of top quality used vehicles that are in amazing condition - they look brand new (accident free, low mileage and well taken care of). You need to check out their inventory on their website and then go see them! It's obvious they do their homework when hand picking and sourcing vehicles. 3. From the minute we contacted Auto Select (interacted with Justin, Jason, Steven and Peter), you immediately get the feeling that they have your back while clearly demonstrating they truly want to earn your business. Before I bought the car, they lied to me about the accident history. They said the car never had an accident before, but when I bought it, the problems started to appear. I saw a huge dent on the front-left side of the car. I asked them and they say it was because of a previous accident. Then later when I started driving it for a couple of days I start to have problem with the steering wheel, it suddenly became very stiff all of a sudden. Discovered the wheels were not properly aligned and brake pads were worn out when they sold it to me. At night time the left headlight lamp did not work properly, it started to flick all of a sudden. Seems like the car was not repaired properly after the previous accident. Look like the body shop just minimized the look of the dent and gave it a nice coat of white paint to cover but did not bother to check the light or the engine to see if there was any damage or not. Car was too dangerous to drive, At the end I had to sell it very cheap to a luxury car fan, someone who will work on it and give it a nice repair.

These guys are amazing. Saw their website and applied for a credit loan not knowing what to expect. Got a call the same day to go over some things and within a couple days I was driving a 2011 BMW! The whole process was very professional and they made me feel very welcome with no crazy sales pitch. I don't have the best credit and they were able to secure me a loan with a bank at a reasonable interest rate. I would highly recommend Auto Select to anyone!!

Missing options their ad said it had. Doesn’t have the technology package and doesn’t have remote start. Bussed from Sarnia to pick up the car (after putting down payment through phone) based on the ad as I already knew it’s the car I wanted. Still love the car but obviously I wish it had what they said it did.. Very friendly staff though and sale went through fast and no issues.

The best car dealership i've ever been to. I was dealing with bad credit and went to couple of other car dealerships that states they deal with any type of credit and deliver the car of your choice but eventually they all turned into disappointments. I spoke with justin and steven at autoselect and they reviewed my credit history and presented my case really well for the auto loan. Steven helped me understand the amount that i will be approved for and the type of car that i should be opting at the moment which will help increase my credit score. I provided all the documents through email and when i went to the dealership everything was wrapped up in an hour. Best customer service ever by a dealership. Brilliant!!
