Worst service ever. I bought a mercedes from this dealership an year back and had some issues with the car. They told me they will fix that when the car is delivered. I trusted them signed all the paper that they have asked for. When the car got delivered I found that it wasn’t fixed at all. I asked them either to fix it or compensation. At first they said they will let me know later and ended up rejecting my calls and messages. The owner named Sarpreet is the guy who did this to me. Never ever go to this dealership, u will get cheated.

I wish I could give negative stars. They are fraud , they will sell you the worst cars . The day you made a payment and took the vehicle home you are nobody to them . They have the WORST CARS N WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. Now what they did to me. I bought a vehicle from them couple of months ago.First of all when I checked my vehicle after a week , vehicle didn't had any coolent in it which shows they didn't did their safety part on the vehicle , that's ohk not a big deal people make mistakes. When buying the vehicle I asked them about accidents , parts rebuilt about the vehicle . They told me vehicle have Original parts in it. In 4 months my vehicle broke down and I had to take it to mechanic , he told me vehicles Engine/ Motor has been replaced with original. I am 1000% sure they changed the motor of the vehicle . When I called them they didn't answered my calls as usual, then I called from different number they answered me back , instead of being sorry or helpful they were rude to me . I have thousands things to wrote down for you guys what you did to me. But don't worry I'll be putting all the proofs here to stand back what I wrote down . So that you can't say "ohh you must have put a review on wrong dealership " I'll put everything to make sure everyone knows how big FRAUD are you guys . And yeah I asked you to trade a vehicle to Ford 2010 n u told me that vehicle is not a retail worth that one have a problems with it , u can sell it to someone else but not to me as I already had a bad experience with you guys. I just bought a BMW 328i 2014 from here and it was such an amazing experience. I had called before going to see the car initially and Sarpreet had already warmed up the car and dusted the recent snow off of it and had it ready to go. At no point did we feel pressured or any sneaky games being played. Gave us the option to buy additional warranty (which we decided to take) but never pressurized (like some other places do). Arranged financing really quick at a good rate and had everything done and ready for us to drive off within a day. Don't be discouraged by the small sign or size of their office. It is how they can be competitive and give you a very good deal on your purchase!

Place was sued and then following this proceeded to scam the part supplier immediately after scamming a customer. I call and call and they always ignore the call. Call from other numbers, they answer and immediately hang up on me upon realization its the company they owe $2500.00 to. Will be filing court documents and going after damages including time lost. Quick to ask for deposit, but flakey when it comes to putting their promises down on paper. We were ready to buy cash, came to an agreement, all we needed was a bill of sale with the agreed upon details. They made sure to ask for the deposit same day, luckily we didnt put it down before asking for written agreement. Still havent received word from them and it's been 2 weeks. We have called and talked multiple times to ask what's going on and got conflicting answers, only to find out they were still shopping it around and we were not their priority. Glad to say we bought a similar vehicle elsewhere. Not looking for a reply or apology, just hoping to educate other buyers and hopefully help change their customer service.

Place is a joke! I went in there after the gym so was dressed in gym attire i walk in they are all standing there with their feet on the desk hardly acknowledging me, I then asked to see a vehicle they told me the doors unlocked, so I went and checked out the car, came back in asked for the key, they said ok and sent me back outside. I sat in the car another 10 mins.. the guy did not seem interested at all in giving me information and when i asked for the carproof, well that was another run around which they ended up telling me they were not able to get me a carproof at this time. So at this point im tired of being disrespected and leaving they then notice the car I was driving the guy came running out and running isnt a exaggeration he was running! and with a whole new attitude telling me all about these cars they had coming in! They wanted nothing to do with me until they thought I had a lot of money. rude and waste of time would not go back, bad ethics, learn to respect your customers and people in general or get out of the business.
