Very unethical practice I received a call on Tue 26/1/2021 from South Oakville Chrysler to invite me for a free oil change that I have on their system. I came in my appointment on the 2nd of Feb and the receptionist told me do you have anything written to prove that you have a free oil change, I told her (and I named the person who called me) called me and it is supposed to be on your system, the guy next to her told me I am sorry, we stopped that program. It seams they are desperate to bring in customers nowadays so they use this as a bait then charge you when you step in.

Okay my transaction was far from smooth or pleasant. Had an issue on delivery and follow up .....took an enormous amount time but in the end, with help from the Big guy, it was resolved pretty good. For me it was not a great experience. Car sales seemed to have gotten worse than the horror stories once told. Remember it's a business transaction. Get things in writing. Don't trust what you are told.. check things out. Give yourself plenty of time and be nasty - pull the plug if necessary.

Highly advise staying away from this dealership, been servicing my truck there for years and last few times have been given sup par service. Was heavily gouged on pricing. Took truck there for a check engine light they claim they did diagnostics and all sorts of other expensive work to just have the light come back within 30 minutes. Then was told to have the def system deleted, which is pretty illegal. This place is run by scam artists to say the least. Also they charge $200 to replace a blinker. 1 minute job 2 dollar part. Service guy was Chris. You've been warned.

As usual, the team at South Oakville took good care of my car, offering me a shuttle ride back home and then back to their place once the car was ready. No complaints, car was ready by the time they told me, the car is serviced and 100% reliable, so just the best compliments ! It is my second car with them. My experience tells me that picking up the right dealer is as important an experience as picking up a good car. I would recommend considering South Oakville as a choice if your car option goes for the brands they offer.

I dealt with Robert( the tall guy) when buying my first truck! He made me feel comfortable and not pressured at all. Being young and looking for my first vehicle lots of people wouldnt show me the time or day but he spent so much time with me in person and over the phone to make the right choice! My vehicle was as promised and I couldnt be happier. He listened to my budget , and my needs without judgment or pushing me outside my comfort zone. Now that the 2020 models are out he has been working with me to upgrade soon with more options Hes upfront and honest , I refer everyone to him and will follow him wherever he goes ! Nancy and Ray were both excellent to deal with for my servicing. Only reason not 5 stars is that I dislike how I have to 'prove' every time that I am entitled to free oil changes from when I bought the car from them. Surely you can make this a better customer experience and not make me feel like I'm trying to get something I'm not entitled to?

Went in to check rumbling brakes and transmission slipping. For brakes they gave a an incorrect diagnostic, didn't check system thoroughly and missed a problem that was found by another mechanic. Also recommended to change rotors that I had just changed 5 months ago. For the transmission they performed a software update without telling me they were going to do it, and charged $250 for it... a software update... I didn't appreciate the hidden cost, and I still have the same braking issue as I went in with after spending $600 for "brake servicing" and changing brake fluid. Also be careful if trying to pick up your car on Saturday as they close earlier than the sales office without letting you know and can cost you even more in uber charges...

Tried to get ahold of someone by the name of Oz over the phone, couldn’t get ahold of him so my husband went into the dealership. When he got there this Oz guy told the guy at the front desk that he didn’t have time and that he “wasn’t doing this right now”. He didn’t want to help my husband and acted as if he wasn’t standing right there listening to him. What a joke this guy was. He finally went to help my husband out and was so rude and unprofessional. We purchased our truck from Oakville Chrysler south and I will not be returning there nor will I be recommending any of my friends or family there. Horrible service, very unwelcoming.

Excellent place to purchase a car. We showed up with 3 kids under 10, no one complained or gave us dirty looks. They were all very nice and accommodating. Kris got us into a great van at a fair price quickly. Mike gave us great financial advice and made sure that we were comfortable with our deal. They will try to deceive you. On the first day they will tell you that you only need to add 10,000 to get a new car and ask you to pay a deposit. When you come to complete the deal, they will let you add 18,000 to try to defraud you. Their manager and sales Robert are both Liar, don't trade in with them!

The rating is due to customer experience and the truth behind their rust proof program. I encourage a read here. The Rebel itself is a wonderful vehicle, that aside my experience at SOC was a story of how not to handle a customer. Here are elements I think you should consider: 1) They offer a platinum shield program through First Canadian but only give you half of it for $1600 bucks. South Oakville will submit your paperwork to first canadian and note that YOU declined the rest of the package, but after speaking with First Canadian, it should be the whole package. You will get no undercoating and please do yourself a favour and read up on the rust module. Be prepared to pay out of pocket for Krown. 2) Their customer service is horrendous. After having a deposit on a truck that didn’t arrive, I asked for one off the lot. Was told by Daryl that he was with customers, ever time I made contact. Reached out Al, Logan, Kris and Cam, to no answer. I have email proof of each statement there. After raising my concerns on the warranty program, and getting no contact back, I contacted FCA to which you will find out is independently owned. FCA can do nothing. It is only after I completed the sale and asked for the district manager did I get a call from Cam. After waiting I got Krown done myself. I explained my situation to Cam who was kind enough to let me know it was his day off (after he made contact first) and that I got a great deal on the rust proofing. I would never recommend dealing with this group ever again. I have every text message, every email and documented issues to back up my claims. 3) The state of the vehicle. Was told it had 10km on it, as did the paperwork. Got with 106km, full of crumbs and you could see the spray they used but didn’t wipe. Great detailing job for a 70,000 truck. Summary: staff who treated me terrible, only acted after I called FCA despite reaching out, the most expensive rust proof I have ever seen and still missing the underside. Never again and I will glad share my experience with anyone who asks. My brother bought from Peel, I suggest you do the same.

Recently went there for fixing a recall. Used to go there a lot few years ago (when I owned caravan which I bought there) when it was Lockwood Chrysler. Staff are always friendly here. Their shuttle drivers are great. I never had any issues with repair works or services, oil change or tire rotation. The have refreshments while you wait for your cars fixed. Overall good place

Purchased my wife's car here several years ago. The sales service was terrible, the repair service was even worse. I had troubles from day 1. I've already spoken with the manager of sales and auto service to express my feelings and loopholes of ongoing issues. Consistently bringing our car in for unresolved issues, driving an hour to pickup and the problem wasn't even dealt with. We are not talking a couple times either, literally over a dozen times and many waisted trips. I really hope the service improves but I would NEVER deal with this place for sales or service ever again. I'm glad my warranty is over because I'm never returning. I will say there was two service advisors I dealt with that were great, but they are only as good as what happens in the shop area unfortunately. Hopefully new management someday may fix things here, but it's quite embarrassing for a dealership to have such sloppy and lack-there-of workmanship.

The new car is great but the aftersales service is very poor. No communication from the dealership whatsoever. I have tried to reach sales, finance and management through calling them but I always end up leaving voice mail and they never responded. When I bought my car, I have bought 1 accessory for my new Durango and to my surprise was not installed the day I received my car. On the spot, They told me that this was due to the fact that the accessory needs to be ordered and fitted at the earliest chance possible, more than 4 weeks passed and I haven't heard from them yet. I'm not sure when I will be able to get my accessory or if I should ask for a refund!

I want to thank Daryl Morris who is the sales rep and Mark Diab the finance manager for helping me secure my new Ram 1500 Classic 5.7 Hemi. I've been wanting one for a long time and I was recommended from a work colleague that South Oakville had some great deals. I'm from St. Catharines in Niagara and the dealerships down here and the surrounding area don't even compare to the deals these guys have. I wanted to be careful in choosing the right truck for me and Daryl & Mark helped me greatly in what I was looking for and also worked with me to find an affordable and comfortable payment. I bought a car for my daughter three months back, they offered my 27k cash price, I asked for finance and unfortunately I did the math wrongfully and offered them a certain payment on bi-weekly, they pretended that it’s too hard but they will try, after two day they called and they said finance approved and the deal went ok. A couple of days back, I checked the finance contract and found out that they put the initial amount for finance which is the car price is 30k. Bottom line: they are not honest nor trustworthy m, I can’t do now anything but paying every month extra $25 because they are greedy.

Bought their showroom Dodge Ram 1500 inn 2012 and Jeep SRT in 2016. Service was good, selection was better. Def one of the better Dodge dealerships i've dealt with. Pros: Good selection of vehicles, even Hellcats. Fairly responsive staff. Cons: sales staff communication can be lacking at times. brand new vehicle door dinged just before i picked it up. I would shop there again as its still a decent dealership.

This is the very first time I've felt the need to write a review for anything on Google, but I feel it is necessary. Put simply, I wouldn't recommend this dealership at all if you're buying from out of province or a long distance away. My entire bad experience seems to stem from the fact that I'm out of province. Stay away if you're not local. I first contacted the dealership on April 16 about a vehicle in their used car inventory. The first couple of days went smoothly. I told the sales person I had a trade, sent pictures and any other info that was asked for. The sales person got back to me shortly and told me what they'd be offering for my trade. I was pretty happy with the price of both the vehicle and my trade so I gave the dealership the terms of how I wanted to do the deal. Down payment, finance terms, etc. I based my terms on the full price of their vehicle plus taxes. I did not try to bargain them whatsoever. The sales person said that the terms I offered were "very close" and told me he would get back to me on a specific number. Up to this point, the dealership would have received 4 or 5 stars from me. Especially in this time when COVID-19 is such a factor, I was very impressed with the service. My experience since then, however has been the reason I give 1 star. I said I first contacted the dealer on April 16, and then a few days later I was told they'd get back to me on a specific number. It's April 27 and to this day I did not receive a specific number on pricing. I have not received one phone call or text or email from the dealer since I gave my proposal. I have had to call the dealer several times myself to see if they had an update for me, which they never did. I should note, I am a long distance away from the dealer so delivering both vehicles would have been required. I told the dealer I had already contacted several companies about vehicle delivery and that I would handle all of it including cost. I was willing to sign a disclosure about the condition of my vehicle. As you can tell, the vehicle I wanted was very rare and I badly wanted that specific one. Anyway, now on April 27 I called the dealer again to see if they had any updates for me, and they actually did. They told me they had another potential buyer come to them on the 24th and they were now trying to secure financing on the vehicle. They told me they were going to see how that goes before getting back to me because this buyer was local. I told them I was no longer interested at all. To sum up, I can understand that out of province buyers are more difficult. I can understand that local buyers are preferred. What I can't understand and what lead me to write this review, is the lack of upfront honesty from the dealer. If you're not interested in my business just let me know from the start. Don't string me along for a week and a half and then drop the bomb on me when an easier sale comes along. I was very eagerly awaiting their progress so that a deal could be done, and all for nothing. I passed on other vehicles closer to me because I badly wanted this specific one. I will not be taking my business to this dealer again. Let this be a warning to any potential buyers who aren't local. If it seems like they're not interested in your business, take the hint. Take your business elsewhere instead of waiting around. Edit in response to the dealer response As i mentioned in my first review, you did not communicate any of these things with me until the last day we talked. "We could not allow our dealership the specific set of risks associated with your particular transaction." This is the first time I'm hearing that. No one communicated that to me during the process. Secondly, when i give you an offer and a week goes by without hearing a counter offer from you, what am i supposed to think? Third, i was not given the manger's personal number, i was given a sale associates. Ask your secretary how many times i called and said i wasn't hearing anything back from the manager. My complaints are 100% accurate and justified and i will not remove this review.

Used Car Inquiry: I was contacted by a sales rep after responding to an ad on kijiji for a used STI. I told the sale rep my price and told him, since the dealer is far from me, I would only come in and look at the car if the price I offered was doable. He said ‘sure, you just need to come in to show my sales manager your serious’. When I got there I asked the sale rep if he spoke to his manager. He said no. When the sale manager came over he said he wouldn’t be able to do the price I asked for and quote 2k more. This is something they could have said to me over the phone, I walked out not willing to negotiate. My visit didn’t last more than 10 minutes. What a waste of time. The sales manager also got visibly upset when I told him I could get the car cheaper in March and I’ve already have been waiting a year. Terrible service, not personable and I would never visit here or recommend this dealer. Read the other Google reviews and the dealers reply’s before coming here. They are interesting to say the least.

One the worst dealership in ontario . Logan and minhas are top liar of the dealership never trust on them. This dealership waste my 66k dollar money . I bought new car there was scratches on it on the delivery date . They said we clicked the pictures and will fix it we will contact you . 1 years gone still they haven’t contact . Mogan said i will fix the scratches but you need to refer our dealership to your friend . Why i need to refer to someone my experience was very bad … Chrysler should not allow to open the dealership to these kind of staff. Never ever go there . There are so many dealership in ontario . Somebody refer me this dealership and waste my money . As well as there is no customer service . Minhas way of talking is like he is the boss of the dealership and he is not ready listen my point . . They will contact you until you sign the agreement once you sign the agreement and buy the car afterthat nobody care you . Who you are and what kind of problem you have with your car .. think twice to go there don’t waste your money and time . You can buy the same product from other dealership .

My mom recently bought a Jeep Grand Cherokee from South Oakville Chrysler. Our sales rep was Saffi and he was absolutely phenomenal! He was able to give my mom and I the best experience we’ve ever had at a car dealership. From start to finish he was professional and patient and understood that this was a big purchase for my mom. He was not pushy or overbearing and was there to guide my mom with any questions she had throughout the process. With his approach there was no pressure which allowed my mom to take her time and make a decision on her terms. The pricing of the vehicle was fair and the management team was extremely professional when completing the final steps. The sales manager, Sam and finance manager, Dave were thorough and went above and beyond to make sure everything was covered on our behalf. The two of them were extremely down to earth and made us feel comfortable. Sam provided us with an extra set of floor mats and Dave gave us a generous discount on warranty. The delivery date was even offered to us the next day! There was a real team effort at South Oakville Chrysler and that’s what was so refreshing about it. Positive, upbeat and professional! I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a promising experience if purchasing a vehicle. These three will most definitely take care of you!

It’s been over a month since my dad got his new ram classic truck(with a scratch on rear bumper) and even after sending several emails to the manager of the dealership, he never got any positive response in return. Finally, paid from pocket and got the scratch fixed from another source. Again as mentioned in previous reviews the finance manger Darcy was super and helpful but we were not expecting a brand new truck with a scratch and on top of that such an attitude by the management for not replying to any of our emails!!

How fast things have gone down hill at this place, I bought a 2021 Jeep Grand Cherokee (my 3rd vehicle from these guys). First week Air-conditioning was not working and Radio has severe distortion and static they fixed the issue with the Air-conditioning but did nothing about the radio. After 3 visits to the service department and few emails they have done nothing for me. They're refusing to honour the warranty. They don't seem to care about customers.

E-mailed the dealer through a Kijiji add to confirm that the White 2019 Power Wagon was still available and got a response back very quickly. I had asked for the reply to be by Text so that I was able to communicate without disrupting meetings with my staff or customers and the salesman was OK with that. Through a lengthy number of texts I realized my potential trade was not going to become part of the equation and we moved on with a cash purchase price. This model already had many factory installed features I was looking for and was priced a bit lower than other similar trucks on the market. The salesman even agreed to install a tonneau cover at no extra cost when the deal no longer included my trade. No financing was discussed due to it being a cash sale, but an extended warranty was recommended and was explained with enough detailed information that I agreed to add it on and the entire transaction went very smoothly. Thank you Robert W for your patience dealing strictly through text at the start of this and for making the purchase a breeze. I can't say anything with regards to service because the truck is obviously still brand new and I haven't made any arrangements for service yet. Although the numerous bad reviews on GOOGLE regarding service is a little concerning, I'm not about to judge South Oakville Chrysler based on the negative reviews. My purchase experience was handled professionally and I will likely have these guys look after my 1st service when the time comes. Based on my personal experience I highly recommend this dealership!!

The 1 star is for the service department, which is fantastic. Great service, great work and they’re quick. The sales side of things loses the other 4 stars. Unfortunately the sales department operates in way that doesn’t really care about return business. I bought a 60,000$ vehicle here which didn’t come with all of the keys that it was supposed to come with. Not a huge deal, but still annoying. Car was picked up in April at which time the extra key was mentioned. Called back in May where the sales rep promised to call back. He didn’t. Called again in July when the sales rep promised again to call back and didn’t. I called again in September, same thing. Called again 2 weeks after that to speak to a manager and again didn’t get a call back. I feel like that is a lot of chances to give people to just call you back for an explanation. I’ll probably just buy a key from another dealership along with the next car that I need.

I would give this a ZERO if I could. A salesman advised that I should come in to purchase a vehicle. We had been dealing with this salesman for over a week and he had a vehicle of our interest within his inventory. Logan Franklin was apparently sitting in on this meeting where they had provided my father with some "numbers" and we agreed to come in on Monday to see the vehicle that we were interested in. It's a really far drive for my family and we were almost at the dealership when we received a call stating that the vehicle that we were on our way to see had been SOLD. Then we offered a more expensive vehicle with less equipment than the one we originally inquired about. We immediately turned around and purchased from another dealership. This is horrible service and a horrible experience. This was also a huge waste of our time when we could have been looking to other reliable dealers over a week ago. You should never lead on your clients, and you should ask them if they would like to leave a deposit on a vehicle which you are talking to them about for a week or more if you can't hold it. I dont know how you guys do business at this dealership, but it's not a trust worthy team of people and I will NEVER recommend anyone shop here.

Asked my salesman(Robert the tall one) for a Owner's Manual for the vehicle and assured me he would get me one. 3weeks later he SMS me that he just sent my manual after I called him several times requesting said Manual. Awful place to get your car repaired. I went in there with a perfect car, got an oil changed and upon picking up my car I quickly realized it was broken. The shifter was wobbly and could not drive it off the lot. I left the car there to be investigated. Afterwards, it was realized that the shifter cable was broken. It was over a 600 repair ontop of the oil change after they discounted some of the manual work. Very disappointing given the car was left perfectly intact. Furthermore, after the car was picked up the shifter shifts oddly into different gears and locations. It's a very frustrating experience, and I would suggest against getting any fiats serviced there. It's mind blowing they are fiat certified.

You definitely get what you pay for...I traded my landrover in for the Jeep as I thought would be a fun car to drive to complement my Porsche....however after dealing with premium auto makers this experience has left me with a bad taste in my mouth. Some of the worst customer service i have ever delt with. I found a perfect car exactly how i wanted that they had, this is extremely rare. I told them i wanted the car and because im from out of province they didnt take me as serious. After the first day of me asking questions and not putting a deposit yet the first salesman never answered texts or call. He didnt call back, so i decided to try a different salesman. This one told me he would speak to his “manager” concerning the price. I asked for 495$ off asking price which is a fair offer in my opinion. He said he would call me back with a answer. Literally two minutes later he texts me saying sorry the price is firm my manager said we cant budge on price. After trying to even get 200$ off he said no and was saying i was asking for thousands off. After the two poor customer service experiences i did not feel comfortable putting a deposit at full price. I have now found a better car for a better deal at another dealership outside of province. Thanks for poor customer service you lost another customer. Beware they dont care about the customer at all.

The main work I sent my car in for was done quickly and properly. The staff are very helpful, especially the parts department,and friendly. But I bought a spare tire and rim and jack for my car as it came without one. I was told it had been installed in the trunk and was all ready to use if need be. When I got home I checked the tire pressure and found it was under inflated by 20 pounds. This would have been very dangerous to use. I shouldn't have to check to make sure that something that simple, but a very important safety issue, isn't overlooked by a mechanic. I am a long time customer of this dealership and will remain so but this should not have happened.

I contacted this place, because they were the only ones in 100km radius from where we live, that had white pacifica AWD, with bells and whistles we were looking for. On their website, it says that they could bring car to us for a test drive, which would be great, as I'm 9 months pregnant. Since we live in a different city, I contacted them to inquire about them bringing the car to us for a test drive. I also informed them that I am pregnant, and that I am interested in just that one pacifica. After few emails back and forward, representative booked an appointment at Oakville dealership - not at all what I was asking for. A different representative followed up with me few days later - he informed me that they cannot bring the car to us for a test drive (not surprising), but that we can come in and test drive the car anytime we want. A week later, we decided to make a drive to Oakville, even tho I'm 9 months pregnant. A countless emails were exchanged with representative, as we prepared to come, test drive and make a purchase. When we got there, the car we wanted was in the showroom, and we were not allowed to test drive it!! I am beyond upset! I wanted specific car - to test drive it and to buy it! If they couldn't accommodate, they should have told us, so we can decide if making 2h drive makes sense for us or not!! This was a very uncomfortable trip for me (being pregnant!!), but I wanted that car! Why can't people just be nice, understanding, honest and have a bit of empathy?! Very disappointed.

I purchased a used vehicle that required three things to be fixed- I only learned that my car wasn't ready for the agreed time for pick up when I called in the preceding business day that it would be another three days. Then when I did pick it up, I discovered that one of the three items needing to be fixed - an indicator that clicks constantly - is still clicking- and they can't fit me in to fix it until next week and the paint flaws couldn't be fixed. No business ethics when it comes to service. Imagine being charged for half an hour just to tell me electrical outlet needs 20 Amp fuse. I wonder if it took more than 2 minutes to determine that. Stay away for servicing your car, they are the most expensive around. A follow up after a recent trouble: I am not sure whether small gas leak from the gas cap was an inherent problem or not, but this time I received the best treatment from service department. Maybe they are not that bad after all.

I’ve been taking my truck to your service centre since new 2018. Every so often I receive subpar service, but I still come back. I am used to great service from South Oakville, but something has changed recently. my appointment was booked for 9:15am, I arrived at 9:00 Truck went in at 10:00. Note: I was told when I booked my appointment that the oil change and rotate tire package was $89.99 plus tax. As I sat annoyed on how long this service was taking, I was told I required further maintenance. I declined the services due to the fact, as I mentioned, I was annoyed. 11:30am it was time to pay, I was expecting to pay $89.99 plus tax but instead I paid $117.00? When I questioned this, they told me that I was quoted the incorrect package price from appointment coordinator. I felt at that time they should have honoured the quoted price. Ok I said and I paid the invoice. (More annoyed) I walked outside to a truck dirty and I noticed that the tires were not rotated but I had paid for the service. (I was told after the fact that car washer was down) Went back in and sure enough the service was not performed. So Mathias voided my transaction and charged me only for the oil change service. Hadn’t I marked my tires prior to service I would not have known and paid for a service not performed. Now very frustrated I asked to speak to service manager, even though she was nice and understanding, I don’t think she realizes how terrible my service experience was today. If the shop is too busy for people waiting or short staffed, I should have been made aware of the delay a head of time. 2.5 hours for just an oil change is crazy. By speaking with service advisor and then service manger I get the impression that my business is not appreciated and that I should move on. So I guess I’ll need to take my business elsewhere, the shop I bring my wife’s car to, actually rotates tires & oil change in under 40 minutes and is trust worthy. Just wanted to express my experience with you

First time to leave a bad review but unfortunately I have to do it. visited their service department few month ago for a sliding door sensor issue, they told me the issue was caused by the scrap at the bottom of the car, there was nothing they can do. Fine! not a major issue. Few days ago, all the buttons on my steering wheel stopped working, went to the service again. No surprise, its also caused by the sliding door sensor! for a vehicle still under warranty, i was charged $800 for them to bypass that sensor, yes, not fix it. To make it even better, their mechanics who charge $168/h did not put all parts back properly, i have to come back again in Jan to fix it again!

I have been bringing my van in for service for 3 and half years. Always treated very good . I traded my van in for another one and it has been a very upsetting and frustating experience. So many problems with vehicle and they wont help me out. I hope other people have better luck. I sent the general manager an email asking when would be a good to call him and talk about the issues i am having. A week goes by and still havent heard anything. This is the same thing i went throught with the Saffi. No one wonts to follow up or call you back when there is a problem.

She was also friendly, and never pushy. Always letting my know the options I had available to me, rather than insisting I get any of them. Having previously purchased a new Fiat 500 from Alanna, when it came time to purchase another vehicle, contacting her was my first choice. A knowledgeable and experienced professional, Alanna arranged her schedule accordingly and took the time to listen and understand my specific requirements as I drive over 35,000 kms a year. She put together a list of previously owned vehicles and we test drove a few. A few were close but just not quite what I was looking for. Over the next couple of months Alanna kept me informed as new inventory arrived to see if I would be interested in test driving any. A consummate professional, she remained focused and determined to find me the right vehicle. Once the right vehicle appeared, I arranged for a test drive and within an hour the deal was done. The buying experience was quite easy and straight forward. Michelle did a wonderful job explaining the various extended warranties and additional information I needed to know with my purchase before leaving the dealership. Prior to picking up the car, both Alanna and Michelle were in contact with me via e-mail to answer any subsequent questions I had, raising the customer service bar up yet another notch for other dealerships to match. In the end, why have I purchased a new vehicle, now a used vehicle and continue to use their service shop for my vehicle's maintenance .... three reasons: 1. Attention to detail - without it you can not have exceptional customer service 2. Excellent Communication - frequent, consistent and timely communication -I know if I have a question, Alanna and Michelle will get back to me in a reasonable period of time with the answer I am looking for. 3. Trust - Respectfully I don't know South Oakville Chrysler very well, my new car purchase was with the former dealership. What I do know is that good people will not stick around when a change in ownership takes place if he/she does not like the changes. Alanna is good people, so the fact that she is still there and I trust her, then why not give the new dealership a shot? Glad I did! Bought a 2020 Ram 1500 here August 31/20. The prices was excellent compared to other dealerships around the GTHA for the exact same truck. The sales rep Daryl Morris worked with me on a few accessories which sealed the deal on my vehicle. The price was better by thousands of dollars compared to other Ram dealerships. Also Bill Fulton in service was great to deal with. He responded to emails quickly and got me a great price on window tint, running boards and winter tire rims. I never would have expected to get a better deal on these accessories at the dealer instead of aftermarket. Just an FYI to everyone. Overall I would recommend this dealership for there service and prices.

Really upset with crysler i am a community health care worker and nonstop working through the pandemic just month before lockdown last year i got his2019 jeep choroekee was used 4700 km and eight year lone 10% intrerest rate, because i am a single mother ,widow ,and paying rent more than 60% from my pay chq. So i got this thought very relierble and safe paying $297 by weekly $219 insurance ,, I was with one of my patient driving her to the life lab all of a sudden my jeep stopped on the road i started again took closes garage to get check he checkwd told me it was a computer problem but i can fix it will be over $2000 you must have a worrenty for this only 87thousend km so take it to the dealership .i took it he said if computers problems not included in worrenty and will charge to diagnose the problem i said i already did that from the garage i paid to them it should be under worrenty ,he said no we have to charge . I was ubering to my patients and spending unnecessarily and payin to this car my son got me a charger to charge and go then two days My whole car was dead, i couldnt do anything no money and no car but i didnt wanna loose my job some how i manage to rent a car from enterprise foe three days took car again to dealership tell them try to do under worrenty , this time wave the diagnosed money, and usually can get a battery from canadian tire unde $200 they charged me $380 + labour $619, just to put battery did say nothing wrong how over charge and hope mt car is safe and run. I payed $670 forbthe rental $619 for the dealership from rental to dealership uber $19 just change the battery i spent about $1400... Iam really frustrated and upset with whole situation , very heartless people hope they enjoy their live ..

Service Engine light appeared on my Ram. Diagnosis was a low battery (nothing to do with the engine)... Was told it was my fault because I did not drive the vehicle enough! Charged $100 for this, looks like a dealer cash grab... Service advisor yelled at me, refused to name the dealer principal, but their name is on the front of the building... I have been servicing my Jeep here since I bought it in 2014 and have always thought their service and pricing was fair however when I went in to have my headlight replaced I was told that the type of bulb I needed - HID bulb - was expensive and so would cost 500.00 including installation. I asked if I had any options and they said no so I went ahead. Just called Canadian Tire and asked the cost of an HID installed on my Jeep and they quoted 239.00 plus tax. Extremely disappointed as I now feel i have been significantly over charged. Called and the dealership did not offer and assistance or a valid explanation. Not sure I will be going to this Jeep dealership when it’s time to replace my vehicle.

I've been to this location multiple times and each time is worse than the previous. My most recent visit (which will also be my last) I brought my vehicle in regarding an ongoing issue with the door. This was the third visit regarding this issue because it's never been resolved. The staff gave me a hard time and told me not to come back to the dealership because it's not their issue and I have to go to the manufacturer (despite my vehicle still being under warranty). If anything, the dealership should be the one to get in contact with them. Very disappointed in their lack of service and customer care and would never recommend going here.

We had really good experience with Sales Rep Adam and we were about to finish up our deal and Sales Supervisor confirmed that the car was sold to us , both sides were agreed on numbers , somebody else came up , after us, saying they have financing , and Sales Supervisor ( can’t remember name) just left us sitting there , went to them for a minute, and was back to us saying that he will let us know another day and just return our credit card back . Which means, if financing goes trough ( which he would actually like) then they will sell the car to them . If not then he will call us back . I mean, really? Is that how you deal with costumers? Do you really need that ? I don’t mind if we didn’t agree , or he didn’t confirmed it very clearly , but in these case everything was done. And Mr. Manager , you don’t have to email me or call back any more about these case because I won’t be back there never in my life . Be careful if you ever dealing with them .

When I gave them my vehicle for appraisal, knowing I would take a small hit 2-3k negative equity, they offered 10k for a motorcycle that was previously appraised at 17k. Interesting. So very disappointed on the whole process of purchasing a $42,000.00 used Acura from a Chrysler dealership. Not given the opportunity to negotiate on price or on any warranty, just a NO. They were quick to take our money and the sales manager even mocked/insulted us by offering us a $40.00 gas card "out of his own pocket"...really!!!! We get home with the vehicle and noticed we were missing a key fob, called four times to inquire and did not receive a call back. Called the fifth time and the salesmen gave me an excuse that his voice-mail is not working...Well he promised to inquire and call me back the next day, he also told me that it was clearly marked in the sales contract. I told him that there was nothing to reflect what he was saying. So the next day came and went, guess what no call back. I called the next day and he told me they were "too" busy to call and quickly transferred me to the sales manager. What a mistake his condescending manner and putting me off for another four days to see if they can get us a new fob. I tried to explain why would continue to make this my issue and help? He kept making excuses. I reminded him that it has been two weeks now and why no resolution, again he continued with his condescending manner, I could not handle it anymore, I told him I will call Acura and see if they can help....I called Acura and OMG, what amazing service and I did not buy the car from them. It is ordered and ready in two days...Wow

Google needs to allow a 0. Dishonest sales staff. My brand new truck was missing a piece that they told me they would mail to me. I guess Canada post is on strike again. Worst vehicle buying experience of my life. When you are told the truck you are buying is ready to tow a 7000lb trailer you believe it. The bumper hitch rating is 5000 and there is no receiver to up the weight and no brake controller. I had it in writing from the salesman that it could do what I asked of it. Turns out no one there cares a lick about customers. I did like the guy who gave me a sanitized pen tho.

I don't enjoy the usual back and forth dealings usually associated with purchasing a new car. Daryl was upfront about the price and payment, the best price and payment. Zero stars, if it was an option. The first thing that set me off was the sales rep telling me the price of the grand caravan and the financing rate and telling me it would be 359/month and when I used a financing calculator with the rate and amount he gave me it was $20/month less. I asked him why and he said that they added a welcome package which was $700 which I didn't want but it still didn't account for that price difference which was actually about $2000 more. So I called him out and he admitted it and lowered the monthly rate to what I told him it should be. Then, I spoke with the finance manager and he told me all would be ready for when i pick up the van. Neglected to remind me to bring a void cheque when I pick up (how often do I buy a van to remember but they sell vans daily) so when I went to pick up they wouldn't give me the van because of no void cheque and we had to reschedule for the evening when both my wife and I could come back. Wasting our time. Also, the sales rep wanted me to place a deposit before showing me the contract. Like I would put a deposit down before they print the contract and tell me all the other charges they would have likely added on. Then they charge me for licensing which was included but I had no time to waste so I just paid it. It was supposed to be a simple purchase and I only took about a half hour to pick out the van but their process is brutal. Also, the financing guy never called me to tell me I was approved and when I went in to schedule the pick up to work around my schedule he said he'd call to confirm and he didn't so I just assumed it was good and thankfully it was.
