Bought a 2004 Classic Mini. LOVE IT! They perform an detailed inspection with their own mechanic and found some problems with the muffler (after sale) and rather than doing a patch job they did a full replacement and numerous others fixes. Drives like a dream and no foreseeable issues. Great staff, Great Deal, Great Car!

Although I did not purchase a vehicle, Zee from Seven speed motors provided excellent customer service. Zee is very knowledgeable, honest and patient. He spent two hours showing us the vehicles we were interested in purchasing, telling us specific details and showing us the differences between the years. I never felt like I was being forced to purchase the vehicle. A huge thing I look for is that the sales men know what they are selling, and what's under the hood, not just the name of the car. SSM Inc. is one of the rare businesses left here in the GTA where they still believe, the customer is King, and they will stand behind their product without dropping a beat, along with a great professionalism, customer service and HONESTY. I purchased a vehicle from them in March. Last week, end of June, I realized that the AC was not working. I contacted SSM Inc, and dealt with Nick. Without hesitating, he referred my to a local shop to have it serviced. I dropped it off this morning and picked it up after a couple of hours..ALL DONE!!!. Even though I did not purchase an extended warranty (this is a used VW Passat), they did not charge me a penny despite my offer to pay for the repair. So I just called inquiring about a car and apparently I ask too many questions- "you're asking questions like I'm being audited"- said the gentleman at Seven Speed Motors. I suppose questions like "how many km's, any accidents, is it certified and e-tested, do you have the maintenance or accident records, what do you mean by 6 month warranty and how long has it been on the lot?" are too much when considering buying a car- at least from this dealer. No wonder your other reviews are awful too. Even if the car was perfect, I will not buy from you- EVER. Great job at fixing the preconceived notion that we all have of used car salesmen.

I'd like to share how incredibly comfortable buying my FIRST car was with Seven Speed Motors. When you walk into the showroom, you're instantly transported to an indoor 'hotel' for cars. The cars for sale are all curated inside the heated, well-lit showroom so I was happy to know that the elements hadn't gotten to my future car. It is very clear that these guys love their cars and care for each of them like one of their own. I purchased an Acura ILX from Nick and man do I love the car! It came with very low kms and the history of the car was crystal clear. At no point did I feel unsettled about the transaction. Nick made sure to cover every question I had and actually encouraged me to ask as many questions as I needed to be comfortable. I was even allowed to test drive the car for as long as I wanted to ensure she was the one. :) This was my first real car purchase and the experience could not have been smoother. Worst experience buying a car. I have bought cars off Kijiji from private sellers who have had more honesty than these people. From all the stuff that we've had to repair since getting the car 4 months ago you would think I paid 5000.00 as is for a luxuary car. I've had warning signs come on. I was aware that the car was in an accident when I got the car fax but was assured that it was minor (Salesman) and that the back bumper was the oringinal bumper. I mentioned to him that I was thinking of replacing it because of a few scratches I saw on the day of pick up. The same sales man told me not to because of resale value. Fast forward to yesterday I got the bumper replaced and what am I told the paint colour is not the same as the rest of the car because the bumper is not the original and has been replaced. When I told the guy I got the car off a dealership he laughed and could not believe it. Inspect the car really well before you sign anything and beware that they do a really good buffing job in the show room to hid all the scratches. BUYER BEWARE.

Nick. you can rely on his words it took me only 20 minutes to study both Nick and the Highlander to complete a deal. I totally depend on their words and name of the dealership that will standby if anything goes wrong I love the Highlander, He also advised to buy an extended warranty which i weren't interested but after seeing the warranty detail ended up buying that 3 year $3000 max per claim 60,000km for $960 which also gives an extra 3 yrs if i didn't make any claim in the first 3 year. My mechanic seen the car and said engine is very clean i said yes they cleaned it well and he said no the engine sounds good and looks good. Price I shopped around for 2 months this is the place got that better price too. one thing I had to mention the detailing guys didn't do the job right there are uncleaned area behind door trunk door and behind glass.

The first car I bought from seven speed was a 2002 Acura TL Type S. I was relecutent to buy it because it had higher km's than I usually buy, so they gave me a one year warrenty for free for my peace of mind. The car drove perfectly for 3 years without any problems. After I found out seven speed had moved closer to me in Oakville, I stopped by one Saturday morning to see the new dealership, and found a newer TL in the lot that I was really interested in. Newer model, lower kms, and a price I couldn't say no to. Nas (the owner) was very helpful and even advised me on how to sell my old TL because I didn't want to trade it in. I have sent family and friends to seven speed when I find out they are looking for a car, and will definately go there first when I decide to change TL.

Me and my wife bought a jaguar F Pace from seven Speed. We dealt with the owner Nick(great guy) however the motor blew a couple weeks after we bought it which was past their 30 day liability. The repair bill for a new motor was 17k. We purchased a lubrico warranty which only covered 5000 dollars. Nick covered the rest of the bill for 12000 dollars. The problem with the car was literally a one in a million chance it could of happened it was a bad repair done at the Jaguar dealer a cpl years prior which led to the motor blowing there's no way to have seen this happening without taking the motor apart. I highly recommend this dealership. I imagine most other dealers would of told me I'm sh*t out of luck!

I was extremely disappointed in my experience at Seven Speed Motors. After being told the vehicle I wanted was still available, completing a test drive, and then sitting down to discuss purchasing details with Zach, one red flag appeared after another. The first one was that he tried to dissuade me from financing the vehicle through my own means because I didn't need to finance through their dealership. The second flag was the pressure to buy their extended warranty. After I declined, Zach left the room and returned, suddenly claiming there was another customer approved for the vehicle. He said I would HAVE TO BUY THE OPTIONAL WARRANTY if I wanted the vehicle because this alleged other buyer was approved for financing and was going to purchase the extended warranty. At no point before this were we informed of any other interested customer. After declining to pay extra, Zach said he would call us either way (i.e. if the other deal went through or not) within an hour and he never did. It's been over a week since and the vehicle is still available on their website. No customer should be forced to buy something OPTIONAL in order to get the vehicle they want. A buyer should be able to buy a vehicle at the dealer's listed price plain and simple. The experience was unprofessional and manipulative. I would actively dissuade friends and family from going to Seven Speed Motors as a result. I ended up finding a beautiful Audi at Mississauga Kia with lower mileage, lower price, no accident history, and without any pressure whatsoever to buy extended warranties or obtain dealership financing.

That's what happened to me. My Tesla has issues in the first week after I bought it. Zack told me to take it directly to Tesla to get it fixed. Called in on a Friday to go check out a 2011 volkswagen golf 2.5, came in to the dealership on the saturday to see the car getting a full detail before I was sent on my lengthy test drive. The vehicle was top notch condition at a really great price, when compared to the same car at other dealerships. My salesmen was Zaid and he was great, no pressure and he got me a very decent fiancing rate. I was sold on the car and signed the papers saturday. When the paperwork went thru monday, I had the car tuesday. Service was quick despite them being so busy. Im absolutely inlove with my golf. Sure a good staff, that is ready for negotiations, however they dont tell you everything about the car make sure that you ask everything, and take your time when looking at cars. I bought a car from them a year later I replaced water pump ($1,200), fixed engine leak ($ 400), replaced all fuses ($100) , and since if you go to the dealer you pay for diagnostic every time that's for me ($160 x 3= 480)... I STRONGLY DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS DEALERSHIP ......

Called about an e class and asked one question. “Has there been any accidents?” They said nothing at all. Get there and the drivers side rear quarter panel is destroyed. Also I emailed and called to confirm my arrival time to see the car and no effort was made to bring it out for viewing. I was even told off for running the engine 2 minutes inside the garage! Overall a waste of my time and I’ll buy from someone else. This an entirely factual review despite what the owner thinks. The hood was damaged as-well and requires repainting. All of this was withheld before I drove 125 km to buy the car.

Just previously bought a car from Seven Speed Motors and had the pleasure of dealing with Zack. Zack was great, he was very patient with me throughout the whole process and was never pushy at all. After having the vehicle for just a few weeks I noticed that the A/C wasn't working at all. I brought it to a local mechanic who said the A/C needs to be completely replaced. I mentioned this to Zack and he had me bring it to their mechanic which they covered the cost to repair it. I would definitely recommend purchasing a vehicle from this dealership and will be keeping them in mind in the future when I'm looking for my next vehicle!

Zaid sold me a 2009 Mercedes Benz c350. After the sale I noticed a ticking sound whenever I would put the heat on. After letting them know, they fixed it by putting in a new fan. I was still satisfied with the purchase until I realized the sunroof didn’t work at all. They sold me this car with a broken sunroof, and it was priced as a car with no issues. I let them know about it and they told me to bring the car to their garage. After a lot of back and forth I was told they wouldn’t be covering the full cost to fix the sunroof. I was told the profit they received off the sale of the vehicle to me was $300, and the most they would give me to repair the sunroof is $300, and I’d have to cover the rest. They were very accommodating before the sale, but after I bought the car trying to get Zaid on the phone was next to impossible. They also sold the car to me with Haida tires on, which are a Chinese brand. They were very thin and had no grip. I had 2 tires pop going over the smallest pothole. Very disappointing

Great prices for vehicles not fit for the road. Warrenty not honoured, it's a scam! Old vehicles with old parts and your stuck with doing your own repairs after driving off that lot. I spent over $3000 fixing the car within months of purchase. Buyers beware!!

Thanks to my salesman--Zaid my test drive and purchase of a Lexus IS 350 when so smooth. The car was very clean and Zaid went out of his way to deliver the car on time as promised.
