I teach customer service to corporations and I will without a doubt include my experience as an example of great customer service. My experience will also be included in my upcoming book. So what made the buying of my Infinity a great experience? A family owned business with great positive energy. I had a feeling of immediate trust. Not only did the owners bent over backwards to satisfy my needs but staff members did as well. The selection of my vehicle and the purchase was painless and pricing extremely fair. I was told several times that if I had any issues to come back and that they would take care of it. I have already recommended not only to purchase their vehicle at Rogers Motors but repairs as well. What a pleasant experience. Rogers Motors is not what you expect. Push away your natural stereotype of used car sales people. This is not them. We went looking for a very specific used car online. We had done our homework in advance and found the car we were looking for at Rogers Motors. We were working with Garrett Leochko. I'm so impressed by the high level of customer service and genuine care for client satisfaction by Garrett and everyone else. I believe a lot of it comes down to the fact that the sales people are not commissioned so they don't have the same high pressure sales tactics usually found within the automotive industry. These people actually want you to be happy with your purchase. We bought the car that we came to see, but this review isn't about the quality of the vehicle, which is actually very good. It's on the overall experience from stem to stern. They provided the carfax, told us everything they know about the history of the car and without being prompted offered to fix a little mark on the car that might cause rusting if not fixed. It was a small thing but really appreciated. What I'm more impressed about is the ease of working with Rogers Motors. Everyone is very friendly and truly you feel like they care. Sure they are a business looking to be profitable, but every business is in business to be profitable. At this place, you don't feel any pressure at all. There focus isn't on selling you a car, it's on making you happy. They say it and mean it. What a great way to promote your business, client satisfaction... who knew... Highly recommend.

Friendly Family Business I Can Trust & Quality Service - I do not usually write reviews but Matt and the Rogers Motors family were too good that I couldn't stand by and not share the goods on these lovable and honest people. I went to the dealer (two different ones) and I visited three other used dealers. Matt was instantly super friendly, put me at ease with his laid back attitude and the no-pressure sales. It was quick to get the paperwork done as he had what I wanted and it lived up to the ad online. Okay so Mat is just the sweetest, genuine dude. My golf very suddenly died the night before I had a job interview. The day of my interview was the day I went to check out the car Mat had for me. I am a car person through and through, I know enough to get by & I've done my share of work on them. That being said it's not easy to make me happy with just any car, though Mat did it first try. I met him and was understandably overwhelmed. I had the pressure of an interview, the heartbreak of my golf(legit makes me cry to say out loud), the excitement and confusion of having to buy a new car. There was no pressure to buy, no feeling of distrust, just an honest guy that cares & wants you to find what is right for you. SO ALL IN ALL The customer service A1, the laughs and stress free feeling when buying a car is just awesome honestly. I started looking for a new vehicle upon the insistence of my Dad who I must mention, if it was not for him I would not be driving the 2008 ES350 Lexus I purchased from Mat and Roger at Rogers Motors. I had been looking all over the net and then one day I just stumbled upon their ad and dealership, I called them up made an appointment to view the car and I was sold. I drove from Belleville Ontario (440 km roundtrip) but it was worth the drive the folks here are not necessarily car salesman but more of relationship salesmen, the car was immaculate and the down home feel made the purchase a great experience. My husband and I needed to replace our KIA Rio5 car quickly and we knew we were ready for a hybrid or electric car. When I contacted Rogers Motors after seeing their Auto Trader ad for a 2013 Hyundai Sonata Hybrid, I emailed them to schedule a test drive and Mathew quickly replied to schedule it. Upon arrival, he was busy with another customer, so one of his friendly staff members set up the test drive. Although the Hyundai Sonata Hybrid is a beautiful car, it's too big and boxy for us. When I saw their 2017 Nissan LEAF e-car, we asked to test drive it. Wow -- what a difference! It's the perfect hatchback size, with chock-a-block of room, good range for city driving and has lots of power which feels like we're driving a gasoline car. After Mathew finished with another customer, he greeted us with a warm smile and a great attitude expressing as he raised his hands in the air while in the parking lot and said, "I'm just thankful for another beautiful day". After he shared details about the Nissan LEAF and his car being in better shape than others we saw at a few other dealerships, his candor and forthright approach impressed us. So we bought the LEAF and Mathew gave us high 5's and said "welcome to the family!" We waited a week for our car to be ready for auto-detailing, and it was worth the wait. So far, it's a sweet ride and the car was nicely detailed with new Green license plates and two car keys. For convenience, Mathew also gave us a free package of 3 car key batteries so when the small battery dies, we're not inconvenienced. He also took time to show us how to change the car key battery. How's that for customer service? My husband and I are SUPER HAPPY and EXCITED to NEVER have to return to another gas station anytime soon again. If you do business with Mathew and his family-based car dealership, you will NOT be disappointed. It's rare by today's standards to see a car dealership proudly display posters inside their office saying that Christ is at the center. Super impressive if you ask me, and I'm glad to support a business that puts God first. I highly recommend Rogers Motors to you, and of course, my family and friends when the need arises. We are one month past delivery of our used car from Rogers Motors. We have never experienced better post sales service and support on a used car than we have with Rogers. There were a few minor issues that came in the days post delivery, plus a major check engine light issue. The service team at Rogers has been diligent in dealing with all of the issues, going so far as to actually replacing the catalytic converter. (Yes at no charge!)
