I recently moved to Oakville and bought my first truck at Oakville Motors about a year ago . They have good cars at reasonable prices. Went out of their way to help me by financing the truck for me . It is my good fortune to have met Steve and Tracy; whom i can only describe as honest , sincere , heplful and dependable folks. You dont get that combination very often in a used car dealership!! I have bought two more quality vehicles for my business from them in the last year. Three thumbs up for them .

I walked into this place to check out a 2013 BMW 328i and was greeted by a friendly guy who was happy to tell me more about the car and let me go for a test drive. I loved the car and was seriously considering putting a downpayment to get things started however after my test drive, I was greeted by another gentlemen who was pushy, demanding and worst of all, accused me saying I broke a small part of the taillight. I told him I had nothing to do with it and he pursued saying I was responsible for the crack on the light. He even went on to say things like "I hope you're thinking about buying it because this is damage to the car." After he went inside and checked his pictures of the car on Kijiji he noticed the crack was already there, and told me everything was "cool" Very unprofessional, would not recommend this dealer if you don't like being accused of things after a simple test drive. (I have attached a picture of the taillight taken straigh from the dealers ad on Kijiji, which was obviously there before my test drive)

Steve was wonderful, he knew exactly what we wanted before we even told him the situation, he just read us and was able to provide exactly what we needed. He didn't try to upsell us at all and just showed us options in my price range. All in all he seems like a very genuine person and made the whole experience very enjoyable. 5/5

I highly recommend you go to Mercury Motors - excellent experience! If you go ask for Manny! He’s awesome, extremely friendly and knowledgeable. I went multiple times to look at the car and never felt pressured like at some of the previous dealerships I had been to. Great prices as well!

He has helped SO MANY people with Getting them on the road and worked out many arrangements despite their credit and finanacial situation. This man is one of those people that always does the extra step for his clients and cares....,, when I see negative reviews like some below, it really doesn’t reflect the experiences of most people. I highly recommend Steve and Mercury Motors. People also must understand that you can’t satisfy everyone in the car business . So many people expect to pay less and get the world in the end.. as much as Steve tries to make this happen, it is not always possible.

We called yesterday about a vehicle we saw online. We live 3 hours away and it was a snow storm. Was definitely worth the drive. They were super accommodating and easy to deal with. We were able to drive our new vehicle home that day saving us another long trip. Love my new vehicle. Will certainly purchase there again.

I had an excellent experience purchasing my Eos from Steve and his team. He is very obliging, open about various vehicles’ history and possible issues, and no high-pressure selling. Put a deposit on my choice and he kept it for me until after the Christmas holidays while he and I were on vacation. When I collected the vehicle, he put on the winter tires (already on rims that I brought with me) at no charge, so I could drive home in the snow.

I had a great experience at Oakville Motors! I was interested into finding my first car. My father and I have always gone to another business to purchase used cars, but the cars there were junk. When my Dad and I arrived at Oakville motors, we were kindly greeted, and were shown around the parking lot by Manny. We ended up purchasing a Nissan 2010 and it handles fantastically for my first car. I overall enjoyed our experence, and got what my father and I were looking for!

I purchased a Ford Escape that one of his staff members was using as a daily driver. Within 4 months the catalytic converter (this vehicle has 3) needed to be replaced, and recently we found out the entire sub frame was rotted past the point of dangerous, yet the vehicle came saftied. Even though it was a used a vehicle, I would have expected that purchasing a vehicle saftied from a dealership would have given me more than 1 year for an investment of 3000.00. Buyer beware.
