Sales persons was excellent to deal with. I was pretty disappointed to see, once I left the dealership, my windshield was cracked. On a $50,000+ used vehicle I was kinda surprised. That and how did it pass their safety? The crack may be across the bottom of the windshield, but they are not cheap to replace. All in all, like the sales team. The shop part makes me question.

Having worked across the country in the last decade or so, I have dealt with many many dealerships for my various models of Jeep’s I have owned. I relocated back to Ontario in 2017 and have had to go for maintenance and several unexpected services due to various things that went on my current Jeep Patriot. I started going to this dealership and WOW … they are amazing. I depend on my vehicle for my job and every time I have had an issue, they have been there for me. I am told: “ we can take me no problem, just come in and we’ll help you out” and they have me out same day whereas other dealerships tell me 3 days. Staff are excellent, personable, knowledgeable and up front. They actually shuttled me both to and from the dealership when my vehicle was serviced so I can still do my job. Hands down this is the best dealership I have ever dealt with and like I said are always there for me.. shout out to Aishwarya who is the service person I always deal with. She is top notch and professional.

When it comes to fleet maintenance, or just vehicle service checks, no job or task is to big for one of the industries leading service advisors; Tom. We strongly rely on punctuality and quality work done on all our vehicles, that is why we deal strictly with Tom. We can not afford pro longed downtime periods or being left in the dark. Tom always makes sure our vehicles are serviced in a timely fasion and always gives us a complementary call to keep us out of the dark when it comes to the status of our vehicles. I wouldn't take my vehicle anywhere else!

On multiple times the dealership has failed to deliver basic levels of service. on numerous occasions I brought in a 2013 Chrysler 200 with a fast clock. (would get 5 minutes fast in the span of a week) numerous times, Oakville Chrysler told me they would look at the issue, told me there was a software update and send me on my way. after multiple attempts I took the car to a different dealership. they explained right away that they needed to change the electronics module in the dash to fix this issue. they ordered the part and 2 days later told me to drop by and have it changed. the replacement worked right away and didnt require any software changes. Recently however came the pinnacle of incompetence. I came in with low tire pressures. I asked to have them filled up properly (i was sold a nitrogen package and was told that I'd be able to get filled up at any time). I was told that they couldn't fill up the tires since their mechanics went home. This was a couple minutes after 5 PM, long before their 9 PM closing time. despite being attended by someone at the service center, I was told to go with my tires still low. filling up tires is about the simplest thing you can do and Oakville Chrysler could not perform. Compared to other chrysler dealerships Oakville Chrysler charges more for standard services and does not deliver anything extra to make the increased costs worth it.

The best customer experience one could expect. I did a trade-in enquiry for my Camry-2021 for Jeep Wrangler Sahara Unlimited-2021 over their website and to my surprise, it been priced 4k more than other dealers in Mississauga/Toronto. I was not sure and thought they would lower it. I have been proven wrong. I sat with Angelo Luzi (Sales Rep) for about to 1 hour and got the best deal that I could ever imagine. Fais Walizada (Financial Manager) took only about 5 mins to have me signed the paper to process my credit. I was skpetical and they surpised me again the next day that everything has been approved and I should be getting my car the Monday. I had been to other dealership and spent at least 3-5 hours but nothing has worked out and not even closer. The oakville Chrysler dealership is the best and there is no hidden additions/clauses. The true Gentleman and Gentlewomen. Lastly it took only 2 mins to sign the papers again and to collect the keys. I recommend this dealership 100% to all the fans of Chrysler/Jeep/Dodge/Ram. Bad experience. I went there looking for a Dodge Challenger. Sales representative was behaving ok except that he lied about a model being sold out which was not. It’s still listed on their website with a higher price now. Secondly, one of the finance managers had a lot of attitude and he doesn’t know how to talk to the customers. I don’t want to list his name in here. And he wanted me to sign the final sale bill on the first day without giving me a chance to discuss with my family. Thirdly, no one was ready to explain how do they calculated my bi-weekly payments. I request the owner or the president to look into this. Overall, the dealership is fine and prices were fair, but few management people can spoil the business.

Umar the finance manager is a miracle worker I was buried In my Jeep Grand Cherokee with negative equity not thinking I could get out of it and within 2 days he had me approved at an interest rate I was shocked with. I would recommend against purchasing a vehicle from Oakville Chrysler, specifically from a rep named Logan. Was fed serious misinformation about the vehicle I purchased; purchased on the condition of alignment being properly setup. I've had to take the vehicle in to the dealership to be aligned because this was not done - when I questioned the service team about the work (in the face of the sales rep) they had told me the machine was broken on these dates and it is not possible the alignment work was even done. I was also misinformed about other service and maintenance items I had done to the vehicle. And they left maintenance parts in my vehicle that they asked ME to drive back and bring to them on their negligence. After purchase a third party informed me I could have been driving a brand new vehicle of the same model for the same price of the vehicle I purchased, and this was never even offered to me instead of hastily trying to move a car from their inventory. Have purchased over 10 cars (three from chrysler), this was by far my worst experience.

What an amazing buying experience! My wife had a 17 year old car and mine was approaching 12 yrs old. We both needed to get new vehicles. I contacted the dealership and received a call back from Joseph. Went in to meet him and test drove a vehicle for my wife (2017 Cherokee Trailhawk) and loved it! I was about to make a deal with Oakville Chrysler dealing with Umar and Andrew. I then found a better deal elsewhere and informed them very nicely of it. They would not cancel my credit application resulting in me of not getting the deal I wanted elsewhere, plus when contacting them they hung up on me over the phone when all I had was a simple question. Worst service and very rude staff. Don’t go there, slippery staff and very unprofessional as if they’re children when they don’t get the commission they want.

An excellent experience in purchasing my 2016 Dodge Challenger 392 Scat Pack Shaker. Absolutely flawless from the beginning to the end. Kathy was and is excellent at her job. No pressure on any aspect of the whole "buying a new car" experience. I was offered a great deal on a demo model but I chose to place a Factory Order and that was cool with them too, so that's what I did. I couldn't be happier. Kathy has also checked up to see how I am enjoying the Challenger as well and has made it clear if I need anything to please call her. 10/10 for Kathy and 10/10 for Oakville Chrysler. Purchased a 2019 Charger from them. Their deals are absolutely incredible. At the time of purchasing it was the lowest priced RT in the province, maybe even the country. The service left much to be desired. Specifically my sales guy, Logan, was just horrible. He did not give me my plates from my old car, had to be mailed back to me. He was also failed to give me the wheel locks which I only learned months later I would need to unlock my wheels to remove them. Had to book an appointment and go in to get them replaced due to this, which is a problem since I don't live nearby. Would go back there for the deals but would not deal with the sales guy Logan.

Never bother to left a review on google before, its just business, you got what you pay for. But I really consider myself lucky to find this dealer after a longer search among dealerships, its like a jungle. Met all the good people here, even months later, I still appreciate the help they offered. Patrick, awesome guy to deal with, helped me made my decision to buy my beautiful all white Jeep Wrangler on the first visit. Finance Manager Umar was awesome and helpful, helped me through out the whole process. Head Finance Manager Chris is really knowledgeable and helped me a big time with buyout. And most importantly, their President Gordon. I randomly drop-by to close the deal and pickup the car. Every single time I saw Gordon was there. The first day I met him, he was there the whole day, guided me and his stuff through the whole process(even called BMW himself to assist). I'm beyond impressed, it's hard to find anyone that truly cares anymore. Dealer should treat their customer well but still, I feel like the experience was above my expectation that I need to tell my story here. And I believe if you follow the names I mentioned, it will be a good experience to you as well. (if you know what I mean) This is what I told to my friends, those I am trying to bring into the jeep family. I replaced the original rims and tires on my new RAM 1500 with after market products at this location. knowing the wheel fitments for large size tire is tricky, I asked folks at the services to make sure the new tires will not rub against any part of the car, otherwise I'd rather keep the original rim instead. I also asked them to confirm that the speedometer and odometer can be calibrated to accommodate the tire size change. Folks at the services were quite friendly, I chose this location over others because they promised to take care all my concerns, however the result was disappointing. The speedometer and odometer are off, and they were calibrated using numbers meant for smaller tires(33"). I was told , the calibration tool they had doesn't have my tire size (35"). I understood their challenge, yet we were both aware there were calibration tools on the market would do the trick , plus, I was assured that they were capable of dealing with 35" tires. my doubt about the rubbing issue turned out to be true. the front tire will make rubbing noise when fully turned. I was told , they did not notice any rubbing issue during the test drive.

I didn't realize the driveway stain feature came at no extra charge with this brand new 2019 Ram! Service is more of a joke than the PT Cruiser. I came in 3 separate times over a month to fix a seat belt, all the while dealing with staff who don't even pretend to care. Then I notice an oil stain on the driveway, oh great. Brought it in once, it was still leaking. Losing hope here I brought it to Team Chrysler and had a much better experience with them. Unfortunately they couldn't fix the leak either. Now I'm stuck with this leaky truck that clearly wasn't inspected by anyone, and can't get a rental because apparently my issue isnt important enough. I guess I'll be walking to work! I wouldn't rate them 0 stars even if I could because I had a great experience with sales, so congrats on earning the star. Still, I would avoid coming here to buy anything with their poor quality control, service staff that doesn't care, and the pain in the butt it'll end up causing you. I'd rather be driving a Pontiac Aztek. UPDATE: 4 months after writing this, I can also add a broken driver's side mirror that had to be replaced, a sun visor clip that falls off when trying to unclip it, and a jeky transmission when shifting out of first gear. I'm sure I got unlucky with the build quality on this vehicle, but poor warranty and customer service at chrysler has made me give up on the brand as a whole. Please don't make the same mistake as me, take your business elsewhere.

UPDATE June 4th, 2019 (original review below) ************************* Truly sad to see things changing so dramatically, but after years of good servicing at this location, I had a really disappointing experience this morning: I tried to drop my recently out of warranty vehicle for diagnosing a problem with the A/C, which unfortunately happened a month after the 3 years / 60,000 km warranty deadline, but had to reconsider because their service rep (Tomasz) told me almost when I was leaving, paperwork already done, that there was going to be a diagnose fee of $139. I was honestly surprised, because last week when I booked the appointment I have explicitly asked about this (otherwise I would not have taken the car there in the first place), and the answer was that there was not going to be any diagnose fee. All attempts today to make them understand that I had not imagined or invented that conversation were unfortunately unsuccessful, even after escalating things with Wayne the service manager I was left with the impression that it was me trying to make an argument that was uncalled for... Instead of acknowledging my disappointment, Wayne's last offer was a sarcastic "What would you like us to do Sir? Waive the diagnose fee, is that what you want?" Too late guys, what you should do is to either to record your conversations for quality and auditing purposes or else to fully believe and properly treat your old customers (really not a matter of $139 here Wayne...) Posting this now and never coming back there... yet another proof that organizations / brands are as good as the people behind them. ************************* After servicing a Dodge Journey for 3 years (2011-2014), I came back to Oakville Chrysler looking for a mini Van for my growing family. I was pleased to find that their customer service is also excellent for potential new buyers. I visited Oakville Chrysler dealer 2 months ago, and was looking to trade my X car with brand new van, but was lucky to meet with Joshua who offered me 2 of 2012 Chrysler Town & Country with 40,000 KM & 60,000 KM, after tested both I selected the 40,000 KM as really loved it, Joshua was much friendly and tried to answer all my question with a smile all the time, then I met with Camillo who trade my X car and gave me a really good deal with the Chrysler one which met my budget, I was so happy that day as felt that this will be my car dealer in Canada, but didn't want to write my experience till I do the first service, but what happened today in my first service was really amazing . thank you Joshua & Camillo for this deal. If you buy a car without service then you bought air! I bought my Chrysler Town & Country van 2 month ago from Oakville dealer and was happy with it till my first service! I asked John to check the transmission, rear breaks and to change the oil for me and he was very friendly, but after the checked the car they found it needs to change the back & front rotors which will cost me about $1400, I got shocked, then I talked with Camillo (sales manager who finalized my deal) and really he take it serious and spoke with Wayne (service manager) whom tested the car and really knew what customer service is, and told that will tried to do the best as they, they offered me a ride back to my home then pick me up once the car finished. Today I experienced how Oakville Chrysler treated their customer, when John called me back and said, "We changed your rear & front rotors and serviced the breaks for FREE". Their service center did not address our issue and in fact tried to shift blame onto us despite our vehicle being brand new. I took it upon myself to find the source of the noise I was experiencing. I removed panels in my new vehicle and finally narrowed it down to the firewall in the engine bay. I isolated it and fixed it with sound deadener. I had no confidence in them to take the time and effort it took me to address my concern. That's a sad statement on customer service when a customer feels this way. They claimed in their report that they looked at various areas and addressed it. This obviously was not the case. As the sources was no where near where they claimed to look or in the issues they claimed to address. Had they taken the same time an effort that me as an owner had to take, they would have found it. I question their desire in solving issues and having the satisfaction of the customers new vehicle as their upmost of importance. Instead I was told that they worked 8 hours on my vehicle only to be paid one by Chrysler. It was me who should have felt sorry for them apparently. Anyways I personally do not feel confident in bringing my vehicle there for any further service and will be looking at other options for my vehicles future needs.

Just another great service day. Had an appointment for 6pm and when the day came I had that day off, so I called service first thing in the morning and asked if they had anything earlier. My service was a couple of minor recalls, and oil change. So I was able to go right away and they took care of me. This is also middle of November and calling for snow, so very busy day. I was happy enough to clean their espresso Machine which seemed to have a little neglect. Cleaned it inside out. Another detail of great service, a couple of weeks ago my dad who is 80, and on oxygen, went to get his winter tires put on. The tires were on rims and he had an appointment. When they were done and he went to pay for the service, they simply said "that's ok, you're good to go". Really made my dad's day. Thank you Oakville Chrysler and Jeep. Now if only other large businesses could follow this business model.

Purchased a 2018 Chrysler Pacifica at the beginning of November. I was happy until last weekend I had break failure due to contaminated brake fluid according to the barrie chrysler dealership. Just went over 60,000 km so the master cyclinder is not covered under warranty anymore and the part is on back order for a month, leaving my family and I without a vehicle for the time remaining. I am mostly upset because all this vehicles maintenance has been done there but nobody will take responsibility for this. I haven't even made it to my first oil change and this happens. I keep getting the run around by everyone. Im just glad this didnt cause a major accident and harm anyone.

The worst experience in my life.. I called them for the Fiat Abarth they had and made sure that it would be within my budget since I live 2 hours away! These guys told me what I wanted to hear and insured me that I have the option to wether trade in or finance, when I got there they started saying that they can only trade in (after they saw my car and liked it coz its an easy sell for them). I just don't understand how you can drag someone who lives 2hours away to your business and then start changing what you say.. I don't care if that was a sales person mistake or what but I double and triple checked what they offered me before I went there.. I was sure as hell to understand that the deal was financing over 48 months or the option of trading in before going there... This all changed to 84 months and the car price went up to Way higher range! They did not respect my opinion about the car and did not work with me towards a solution and kept being asked if I'm serious about buying.. For god's sake I drove all the way and took a working day off to see the car based on what I was told! Not to be told by the manager that it's impossible that this is what the salesman said (you don't tell your client they are lying!) Also when the sales guy called me and left me a voice mail he said that this manager can't do the trade in and all of a sudden when I got there things changed to only probably do the deal by trading in! (Was I suspicious that they wanted my car? Not at all!) They did not respect my opinions or views after the test drive and the last thing i was told is to go buy a new car from the fiat dealership!... Way to work towards making a deal with me! Very poor customer service.. inexpereinced sales staff - at least who I dealt with.. He seemed untrusting of me and abviously influenced by his manager who pushed him to make it seem I could only get the fiat by trading in my car (which they seemed to like more than the fiat.. Instead of sealing the deal on the fiat) and one more thing to mention.. They kept asking me if I would trade in my car and take $8500 which also changed to $7000 plus the fiat price unreasonably up and me ending up paying around 10000 on top of the trade in .. What nonsense.. Keep your car, money in your pocket, dignity and drive a trashcan better than dealing with them!

Met Leo again this time and he assured me that i am no.1 on the list for the AWD challenger. Never received a call or any follow up till date. Bought a car now from different dealership so no more in need but i guess you guys don't need much business even when the customer is willing to drive down from Scarborough and wait for the car instead of going to a Dodge in Scarborough and order one from there. P.S- Great selection of Mopar. Still like your display of cars outside the dealership and also the deals you guys put out. Just won't recommend anyone with the service received.

Was prepared and ready to buy a jeep cherokee trailhawk, but the sales team has no sense of negotiating ability or good customer service skills. Instead of trying to negotiate or show me other jeeps in the price category I was willing to pay Mike (guys dressed like he thinks he's the next Pitbull) threw the photocopied version of my license back at me after about 5 minutes of "negotiating". Tried talking to another salesperson named Mark, but the same result was evident. Chrysler is a joke. I bought an SUV from another company, which is sad considering I was all in to buy a Jeep. I went in expecting to purchase a used vehicle. I didn't even want to consider a new vehicle thinking it was out of my price range. ADDY took the time to give me all of my options and was never pushy. I ended up getting a brand new Dodge Caravan that I LOVE and can afford. My dad and his friend went in to get 2 RAM-2020 trucks. Sales manager Kathy took good care of us and we signed the deal and paid deposits. But the finance manager Umar : The guy had such an attitude, no communication skills to keep customers informed or reply the emails/texts. No sincere efforts made by him to get finance approved. Long story short, he wasted 4 days and said sorry no approval. We took deposit back and Went to another Chrysler dealership and in one day got the finance approved and second day (today) got the 2020 RAM truck ????‍♂️

Adam the sales guy was capable, but wasn't familiar with the apecs of this Dodge Challenger R/T 392. Also, the car was in bad shape - the battery was totally dead (they had to boost it), and brakes needed adjustment. But when the car went thru pre-sale, everything was taken care of. The battery was fixed, the brakes felt much better when I started driving. I'm still learning all features of the car, and finding something new each day. Thanks, Oakville Chrysler!

Don't expect to get any help once you leave the showroom. Purchased a new truck in 2015 with a 'refundable' extended warranty. Was never explained that this is an insurance product not related to the manufacturer warranty at the time. Apparently there is paperwork needed which nobody at this dealer seems to want to provide. Have emailed 4 different people (everyone in finance dept plus the sale person we purchased the vehicle from) simply asking for copies of paperwork. Crickets. Just want to mention that flat out ignoring customer requests is not really a very good business policy and doesn't bode well for repeat business. The fact this dealer sold a product to me means, at a minimum, they should be able to assist when I need customer service related to that product!!! This is clearly a 'take the money and run' scenario. Unfortunately there is no option for ZERO stars because that's what Oakville Chrysler deserves for being completely non-responsive!!!

I bought a 2018 Dodge Durango SRT almost a year ago, it took 4 trips to this dealer and 5 months to get it fixed. They even needed me to bring the car in for a day so they could find out what parts were in it. (you don't know what parts are in the car you built?) 40,000 kms (all highway)and they tell me it needs brakes relined, $2,000.00!! I say that's ridiculous they reply, "you should call Chrysler". Today I go in because the little cap in the front fender that allows access to the back of the lights is missing. (Probably stolen now that I know how much they cost), they can't sell you the cap, you need to buy the whole inner fender. $400.00. I go see the service manager. Wayne says that seems ridiculous but "you should call Chrysler, there is nothing I can do", go the the GM Cam says "You should call Chrysler, there is nothing I can do". I think they practice that at night in front of the mirror. His first question was if I bought the car there. I guess they only stand behind the product if you buy it from them. Great dealer until your car breaks then "you should call Chrysler.

This place is terrible.... i mean seriously i drove 45 minutes to go look at a 2015 Dodge Charger. I was treated in a very nasty way. I test drove the Charger for about 5 minutes and as soon as i got into the store i was told that the car was sold. I started to think about it more. I called the dealership the next day to book a test drive and was told that the car was available. I called the Manager and complained about my situation and i was told that they will call me to let me know about a different car. I never received a call back and now i went with a 2019 Mazda CX-5. I have to use the fast lane. When asked when it is a good time to come as I am busy and really wanted to avoid waiting in the fast lane, I was told that during this time of year, there is no good time to come. Please reconsider this guideline. I am a busy career Mom and wanted to avoid dead time waiting in your fast lane during your busy time. Worse dealership ever. They simply lack the professionalism. specifically the guy name Umar has no communications skills and very unprofessional. First it took him forever to get back to us about the necessary documents. He simply didn't get back to us for anything and we had to chase down everything by ourselves. We traded in the vehicle and after a week we are still being charged for that vehicle's finance. clearly they still haven't dealt with the lien on that vehicle. we ended up paying for the vehicle that we don't own anymore. I needed a 4 door vehicle, even when I advised that... The guy said the challenger will work to as it has back seats. Wasted my time, the guy wouldn't give me a proper lease quote, rather he was telling me to finance as it's better than lease. Will never get our business again. Once the paperwork was signed any sense of Customer Service went out the window. Be prepared to experience a delay or several delays before picking up your vehicle. Ours was delayed 3 times including once because the detailing staff broke the windshield of the truck brushing snow off of it? (that was Sales guy's claim) We referred a friend before experiencing the delays, she purchased a new Jeep and then she had her pick up date delayed 4 or 5 times!!! Do not give them your phone number or make it 100%clear that they are not to use your contact information for any solicitation. We were subject to unsolicited calls and automated messages on our cell phones every time the dealership had some new sale running. Even after having my number "removed" which took several calls to them, the calls started back up 6 months later. Anyone at this dealership speaks to my Wife in a disrespectful tone again and they will have their ass handed to them.

I made a deposit for a deal, but later was told something which was a deal breaker for me, so I asked for the money back to cancel the deal. They did refund me, but didn't give my vehicle ownership paper back to me (I was trading in my old car). It took them two days to find out that they lost my ownership paper and I was informed only when I showed up myself in their office third times in a row during the week, no calls/emails up front, no apologies. They offered me to get a new one for me, but I needed to drop by the fourth time to give them the copy of my ownership. I was sick of dropping by, I rather spent $32 dollars to get a new one myself, as the effort dropping by their office is much more than I do it myself.

I don't normally give google reviews, but this really ticked me off. I only give 2 stars because of the initial interaction with Oz and then Leo helping myself with the actual delivery. Very unhappy with all my dealings with finance. His attitude when I stated I would be financing through my bank was night and day. When talking on the phone we said that they do not do delivery on saturday and monday would be the earliest and I agreed. Upon arrival I was told by Umar that we didnt agree to anything and I could come back the next day; but at this point i had driven 1.5 hours to get there and had already dropped off my rental. Leo jumped into action and got the vehicle detailed and ready ASAP( much appreciated).Obviously they didnt have my ownership ready , so Umar said they would mail it to me and it would be there in about a week. 1 week later I called and kept calling/ leaving messages and sent multiple emails. Finally at the 2 weeks mark I got a hold of Umar. He told me they sent the ownership and I could apply for a loss and pay for it myself or wait for them to apply for a loss and mail it to me again. I then left a message with reception for the GM to call me(never got that call back). Sent the GM an email about the situation and got no response. Initial visit was great and I had faith! Needless to say the customer service from sales and finance after I handed them there money leaves a lot to be desired. - NOW I HAVE CHANGED THE REVIEW TO 1 STAR AFTER RECEIVING NO REPLY FROM UPPER MANAGEMENT. CONTACTED IMMEDIATELY AFTER FIRST REVIEW TELLING MYSELF SOMEONE WOULD BE GETTING BACK TO BE....GUESS WHAT??? NOTHING

Don't service your vehicle here. The mecanics are ok but the front service desk are not friendly and the service manger is a poor excuse for a manager. If you try leaving him a message most time his box is full. What does this tell you? The service manager belittles you like you don't know what your talking about. My vehicle had a rattling sound. He said they fixed it twice and everytime I picked up my vehicle I still heard the noise. The service manager even questioned if I was really hearing something or not just looking for a noise. His final suggestion for me was to get another opinion. In other words go somewhere else. I called the dealership manager three times before he called me back but by that time I already called Chrsyler head office as I was done waiting. I even called the owner of the dealership to explain my situation and he never returned my call. Well I finally got a second opinion at another dealership and they discovered a strut needed to be replaced and both shocks in the back plus sway bar. Now the sound is gone. So I guess I was not hearing things afterall. Oakville Chrysler is a joke and there are other dealerships who care. These guys don't. Trust me it's been a frustrating ordeal and I'm giving my honest opinion. Buyer beware!!!

Never buy a car from them. They did not clean the interior I found previous owners bill in the car while I was cleaning and detailing it. They added extra charges or “paint protection” without talking to me prior. I was told I would get a second pair of keys that’s why I signed the deal but never received another key. I talked on the deal with them for $27500 (tax in) but when it came to signing they made it $29500 (tax in). Don’t buy a car from them.

Good location and attentive sales staff. My experience was not so great. I explained that I did not was a specific trim line in the model I was looking for and it must have heated seats. We discussed budget and a few other things aswell. At the end of the day the only vehicle being shown to me was the trim level I specifically stated I was not interested in. At this trim level, the heated seat feature I wanted was not an option. All about sales and profit, less so customer service and attention to detail. Staff are reluctant to match a price from another dealership for the exact same vehicle and will give you a hard time.

I wish I could give them ZERO stars. Worst service department. The entire staff do not seem to care about anything. My hybrid requires an update that they experienced a lot of difficulty in updating was never completed, though they stated it was done. Completely avoided diagnosing why my hybrid would not charge when I set the charging schedule in the car or when I set the charging schedule on my charging station. I learned from forums that the charging issue has been known for a long time and is not adequately solved yet. A bery bad minus on Chrysler as a xompany. In addition to the engineering of the software, this service department is unwilling to address serious issues with my vehicle and can't admit to it. I had to go to another service department to get the at least get the software update done...it required a complete replacement of the main control unit.

VERY poor sales experience. I wrote this dealership on Aug 1st regarding a vehicle they had listed on Autotrader (2019 Jeep Cherokee Trailhawk) that I was interested in helping my mother purchase. The Jeep was listed at $37,xxx when we inquired, then the dealership responded on Aug 2nd that it's now $40,xxx - I figured it was a mistake and politely asked why he referenced a different price than the ad, he then took no time to address my concern but rather just wrote back "prices have changed"... long story short, I've already found an alternative that we'll be visiting today instead of Oakville Chrysler at an even better price than the original ad from this dealership! Based on this experience I'd say be careful of slippery sales techniques from this dealership.

BEWARE !! Avoid the service department at all cost. I went in for an oil change they scratched my fender pretty bad after they tried to polish it out with a dirty rag on an unwashed car good thing I noticed as they were doing more damage than good after I approached them they said that this was not them that made the scratch that everything was recorded yet they did not show me the tape bad experience will not go there again. If you do choose to go there make sure to inspect your car all around after it comes out from the service area.

I visited this dealership four times this year. All of them were for service. And the one on August 22nd was the last. The ever worst experience I had in Canada as a combination of poor quality and terrible customer treatment. In my first visit, on February 25th, they changed oil and repaired a flat tire. The repair didn't hold even for one week and the tire pressure light went on leading to a replacement of the tire. For that short-term solution, I paid probably five times the money, I would pay in an ordinary repair shop. In my second visit on July 15th, I made a 100K km maintenance with a software update for the motor management system. They cleaned the injection system and replaced the spark plugs as these were due. Worth mentioning the bill which was roughly $800. I had to come back to the dealership on August 8th, since the engine was shaky as if there was a misfire problem. They said some residues are still in the engine and supposedly completed the unfinished work. The problem did not go away. I came back to the service again, on August 22nd, without appointment as the previous visit and asked them to solve the problem. I was angry to visit this place for the third time to solve the same problem. I was angry and probably spoke somewhat loudly. And the arrogant services consultant asked me to tone down my voice, asked me to leave the premises and threatened to call the police, who was in the dealership. He did not even bother to listen to me until the end. I left the dealership, called the general manager, explained what I faced. He promised to follow up with this issue and the service manager called me after about 20 minutes and offered a new appointment. Apparently he was not aware or inconsiderate of the treatment I faced. I will never visit this dealership again and file a complaint with Chrysler Canada. I believe that putting people like this service consultant at the reception desk is a suicide attempt for any business. I do not know and care how many vehicles they sell per year. But this dealership is a embarrassment for Chrysler. I do not reveal the name of this consultant for privacy reasons, but will follow up with this matter. They have to face the consequences of their behaviour.

Purchasing a car at Oakville Chrysler Jeep was one of the best car buying experiences I have ever had... and I've purchased cars from many dealerships from Porsche to Audi to Mercedes, etc... Mark G addressed my needs and expectations as if I was a family member as we both enthused about the jeep. He knew I like the car but didn't force me into it - He understood my desires and made sure it met my needs for the vehicle first. Most importantly though, I never once felt pushed into anything. Both Mark and Jaksa took the care to explain the car and offerings letting me choose which was right for me. Knowing that I have never owned a jeep before, Jaksa was honest about what to expect being a jeep owner. There was no guilt, or hassles - I like that. It's the way all customers should be treated. I would recommend dealing with this dealership anytime.

I will start by saying the van is great so far (have only had it 2 days). The experience of buying it though was not so great. We basically knew we wanted this van when we sent a message through autotrader, but it took me calling the sales rep (3 days later) to really get the process moving - I have never had to call a sales rep before, it is always the other way around. Once the deal was secured they sent an email with a delivery date and time - I was not asked if and when works for me so I then had to work with them to select another delivery date and time. When we went to take delivery, we had to wait 20 mins - I understand this happens so no big deal. The worst part of the experience was the pitch from the business manager basically telling me for 20 mins that the brand new, expensive vehicle I just bought from them is actually garbage and will cost me thousands of dollars in repairs starting around 4 years if I don’t buy their extended warranty .... I wanted to rip up the signed paperwork and hand the keys back, not buy their package. I am in the auto industry so I am aware of the selling techniques as well as the markup on these products. The business manager was super friendly and personable, the pitch just wasn’t for me. We got through that still willing to take the vehicle home and when we went to take it, it had just finished being cleaned minutes before. It looked great at first glance, but the job was obviously rushed and there was oily cleaner smears all over the interior. Also, the front windows were tinted for us as part of the deal. We had finalized the deal on a Wednesday and picked it up the next Wednesday, the windows were only tinted the day we picked it up so we can’t use them for 3 days. Please note we got a great deal on the van so we got the service we paid for I guess and we are ok with it - not upset about anything. I have spent many thousands on repairs in the past year and now I will not returning to this dealership for any future repairs. After I had some major work done, I ordered a part that they would install later as it wasn't in stock and was originally told the installation of the part would be free since would only take a few minutes to install. They then charged 1 full hour at $150 just because they had to cut out 2 holes in the plastic part for it to fit. Really!!!! I have tools at home where I could have done it in a few minutes. I now wonder about the charges for the previous work done.

Very disappointed that I was mislead about the resale value when purchasing a vehicle that had previously been in accident, obviously brings the integrity of the dealership into question. Something I definitely should have researched on my own before believing the salesperson. Also was extremely frustrated when I had several electrical and mechanical problems that showed up as I was driving the vehicle from the dealership within minutes of purchasing it. After taking it into the dealership 3 times they were still unable to fix any of the issues. Out of frustration I decided to look into exchanging it for a different vehicle and thats when I found out that only after two weeks the vehicle was worth $4000 less than I paid for it, not a great experience and definitely not a dealership I will be visiting in the future.

This was my second time purchasing a Jeep from this dealership. Never again. My experience was horrible both times (Should never had given them a second chance). They were not prepared on the day of delivery, had to phone multiple times, my plates were not ready and they did not send my insurance company any paperwork. I had the Jeep 3 hours and had to bring it back (once I was able to start it). The jeep stayed for 5 days waiting for a part. I was told to pick it up on a Friday and I was to meet with the General Sales Manager. Arrived to pick it up, the General Manager was off that day. I emailed the president regarding my experience with the purchase of my vehicle, and received a generic sounding email back, I then emailed the General Manager and the President again ( 3 weeks ago) and never heard back from either of them. However I did receive an automatic phone call from the General Manager about a promotion going on. I will never recommend this dealership to anyone

Bought 2 Ram Powerwagon trucks sales and service were average. Lost the rear end in one truck while under warranty parts took over 6 weeks to come in they tried to get me to trade the truck in for a new one for an extra $200 a month sounds ok right? Went in to see the numbers on the deal turns out it was a whole new term plus the remainder left owning which would have been $112000 for a new truck I told them that it was better to keep my truck and use the extra $50000 to buy a second truck at least I would have two trucks. Oh and also bought the 15 oil change package service contract for both trucks and was in there two weeks ago and the young lady at service tells me I have 5 left my brother goes in today and they tell him oh the contract expired so they knowingly sell you 15 oil changes when the contract will expire after 10. So lost 5 oil changes for both trucks. I will definitely read the fine print better don’t let this happen to you. I will never go back to Oakville Chrysler as they care more about a one off sale then keeping loyal customers. This is my opinion and hope it helps others. Feeling Betrayed. My Buddy told me I should have went to Peel Chrysler. Lesson learned.

The Negative: My experience started with attempting to purchase a 2021 Ram 1500. The salesman sent me the window sticker and VIN with all the features. I placed a deposit down based on this. The day before the transaction was to take place, I received paperwork for insurance which demonstrated a different VIN. I contacted the sales person, who told me “it’s the exact same vehicle” and more/less told me I was wrong. I compared window stickers and found that the model they were selling me had no centre floor console and had bench seating. Again, the sales person said they were the same vehicle, and assured me I was wrong. It wasn’t until I actually went to the Chrysler Canada Website and demonstrated the build, he submitted he was wrong. The sales person offered me floor mates as compensation which I found insulting. No discount in price when clearly the window sticker prices were different. The sales manager contacted me, offered me a hitch to instead, but I only had 5 mins to decide as it was Friday. I reluctantly agreed. Attended at the dealership, where the sales person had zero interest with interacting with me, and the finance manager more/less wanted me in and out. I believe extra expenses were added to the bill, but I only recognized them after review. (key fob insurance, which was said to be thrown in for free, but ended up on my final bill which I was rushed to sign) I acknowledge my mistake and should of walked away. The bench seating was clearly not what I wanted, and I signed up. I felt pressured into making a decision on my vehicle the night before transaction. As I drove away, I felt that the only thing they cared about was the sale. I am unsatisfied with my purchase, and the shady business of switching vehicles last minute; not ethical or fair. The more I think about, the more I feel taken by this entire process. It left an awful taste in my mouth. Being a customer made feel like just that, a customer, a number, and clearly they didn’t care. Another sale, another dollar. There is a big difference between bench seats and bucket seats with a floor console. It just aggravates me to look at it now, and I’ll be driving it for a while. My mistake. The Positive: Only one Trade in was fair value

I purchased a Jeep Grand Cherokee Summit ( with 8k) in the fall from Mark and made the mistake of adding the carpet and leather protection. It was obvious when I got home ( 50 kilometers away ) that the treatment wasn't applied. I found a part from another vehicle and the paperwork from the previous Chrysler Canada employee that leased the Jeep under the floor mats. I contacted the sales rep several times and never heard back. I contacted the finance manager (Jaksa) and after several attempts heard back once advising me to return the vehicle and they would complete the work. This wasn't the only question I had as the cargo cover was missing and I understood it came with this vehicle . I never heard back from my inquiry...... as many have suggested on various auto shows .. don't purchase the leather or carpet protection it is not worth the money even if it is applied. Note : My original review was 5 star... once you drive off the lot... good luck!The day I picked up the vehicle and was waiting for licensing, I met with other employees; parts, service and admin all of which left me with a positive impression. Failed to deliver. Broken promises. No communication. Not happy with sales service here. They didn’t call us, we always had to call them. We were told they could get the truck we wanted with the options requested but failed to do so after taking deposit. Deposit was returned and they called to say “come back, if you leave another deposit we can find it in a different colour with same options within 2 days”, but a week later said it was impossible to find in all of Ontario and the Midwest. This was after a week of us calling them to see when it would arrive as they never called us. I had driven by the dealership and saw a truck there, but hoped it wasn’t one they had gotten to try to sell to me because it didn’t have the specific options I had said were non-negotiable. That ended up being the one and that was when they told me it was impossible to find the truck I wanted. I ended up finding the exact truck I wanted only 23 km away within minutes of searching for myself and purchased it there hassle-free that day. When I went back to get my second deposit returned the sales staff would not even meet to speak to us.

Traded in one mustang for a newer one, surprising my wife for our silver anniversary. Contract was signed and cash paid, and sales manager then insisted on a last minute drop in the trade-in value. After the deal was done, the Sales Manager insisted my trade was worth less and tricked me into paying more. I left with a beautiful car, but left them with more money than we agreed on, and felt like I was deceived, duped and was called a liar to my face by the sales manager. I’m an honest man. Never ever will I give my business here again.

I went through short and brutal experience with this dealership specifically with the finance manager Gustavo and the sales person Victor. i went in asking about a used car that i wanted and everything went well and i even put a deposit on it. the car couldn't be financed under my name or my mothers name and could only be done under my fathers name. long story short, neither Gus or Victor made an effort to call me or my mother to inform me that they decided to SELL THE CAR to someone else which they shouldn't even have done since i had a deposit put on it. i went in 8 days AFTER I put a deposit on the car to talk about financing the car under my fathers name, turns out the car was already sold and i had NO IDEA! how does a finance manager who is supposed to know how to do their job just sell a car to someone else, when a customer (ME!) had already put a deposit on it? especially when they don't even call me to tell me ANYTHING..both Gus and Victor were extremely unprofessional and have absolutely no idea how to do their jobs. DO NOT GO TO THEM TO BUY A CAR, don't even bother going to that dealership at all.

First new car worst experience i have ever had. Never have i been so aggravated in my live. The sales person I delt with was more intrested in selling me a loan and a BS warranty and magical stuff that repels water from car seats welcome to the 21st century its call scotch guard. If they tried to sell me the actual dodge carvan i would have had zero problem. Instead of hiding interest and payment by folding up the piece of paper and stapling it together like im a moron. They could have been streight up and honest i would have had no problem with buying another vechile from them. Dodge caravan is good so far no problem other than the garbage tires they put on it. Plus after that i told them to take me off there call list and they still call.

Worst experience with their SHADY deals , When I came in for the first time I was told by their salesman that 1000$ deposit covered refundable security deposit and first month’s payment,when I came in to pick up the vehicle I was told I have to pay 1700$ (difference in trade in )plus licensing fees .When I told him their finance manager Gus that I was told the 1000$ covered security deposit and first month’s payment that’s not what we agreed on and he said No it was suppose to cover first week’s payment and there is no refundable deposit.Our sales guy must have provided you the wrong information.He was too lazy to print a new lease .When I tried to walk away GUS tried to use the signed BOL against me and said I didn’t have any options because it was already registered under my name with license plates on it .It turns out those extra 1000$ didn’t even cover first week’s payment because my first payment was suppose to come out next Friday and it came out this Friday so that extra 155$ for a week .When they couldn’t get me approved on time the sales man stopped picking up my calls and didn’t respond to my texts .I feel bad I should have walked away a long time ago .I guess I don’t blame them , because for them it’s just another $ another sale.Only good thing I got a good trade in value for my car other than that overall experience was the worst and I really don’t recommend this dealership because they will will never honour their word.

I booked a Saturday morning appointment weeks in advance as it is the only day I can leave my vehicle all day. I advised upon booking a concern with passenger temp controls as well wanted a piece of mind package/oil change completed. The service department closes at 2, when I had not heard anything by 1pm I called to ask. I was told they agree something is wrong with passenger temp controls however did not have time to address and perhaps I could rebook. They also told me they would only be charging me for an oil change as they were unable to rotate my tires as back treads were low. I took for a second opinion and was told they are not low or a concern. I called to speak to a manager at this location and was told one would call me but never did. My guess (based on the no contact until after 1) is that they were busy, did not pull my car into the garage until they no longer had time to address what was booked for.

So I recently traded in my old truck (2011 ram 1500 Hemi) in May for a 2014 ram 1500 V6 for better fuel mileage. When I purchased the vehicle I wanted a few things done to the truck and one being a remote start added. John actually told me they didn't have any in stock and I would have to wait until September. Now I have heard this "we don't have it but when It comes in we will call you" and let you know so I thought I might be in for a ride on this. Not 2 months later I received a call from John stating that my remote start was in and requested that I bring my truck in to have it installed as well as a few computer upgrades were needed which I did not know about. I was shocked to see the remote start was in well before the quoted time. I made the appointment and brought the truck in. John told me the truck would be finished probably early to late afternoon. I received a call shortly after 11am and again John told me the truck was finished and ready to be picked up well before the time that was mentioned before, again I was shocked. when I arrived at the Dealership John was on his break and insisted to drop everything and show me how this puppy worked. So he did just that. and everything is working just perfect. This is by far the best dealership I have been to..... ever, and John and the team at Oakville dodge dealership have made my experience unquestionably amazing. Fast, efficient and No Bull kind of operation they are running over there. I will never go to another Dealership Thanks to John and his team in the shop at Oakville Dodge!!!

I went there and they said we have to replace it for you and we will order it and it will take couple of days !!! Drove all the way from Richmond hill for a Grand Cherokee I saw online because of the price. Definitely cheaper than anything I saw locally... Seems like the dealer gets pretty busy in the evening, the management had to help me directly because the sales-reps were all busy with customers. One of the sales - managers Kathy was able to help me find the unit I came to see, as she walked me through the features I found out that it didn't have a protech group that I needed. She told me to test - drive this to see the drive and informed me she will double check the inventory again. Upon my return both Kathy and the other sales - manager Mark already found and priced out the exact Grand Cherokee I wanted. Crooks - went to see a vehicle advertised on auto trader. Bought the vehicle and left a deposit. With in the week of dealing with my leasing company and figuring out when to get it (we wanted it delivered, they wanted us to pick it up) they decided not to sell it and said it was involved in an accident on site. 4 days after I see it sold for more money than it was advertised for when I saw it. They must of been taking other offers even though I had a deposit and signed contract. Very upsetting and big waste of time. Original sales person Patrick was good, it was all the upper sales staff that ruined it for me. Ended up buying a new Ford anyways.

Nothing but horrible experiences with this dealership. They are your best friend when they are looking for a sale then could not care less after they get it. My car had to go in for warranty service and it took them 5.5 weeks to get it back to me. A few months later when the same thing happened again it's was 2.5 weeks before I got it back. They will put all walkin and small jobs ahead of your vehicle. They say everyday that they will call you with updates but I never received one call. The service is absolutely awful... And not to mentioned one of the workers stole my license plate covers right off my car while it was being worked on. Management acknowledged that they were taken and responded with go buy new ones and send us the bill. Far from the service I would expect. Certainly do not recommend

Bought a Infiniti Q60, then when I picked it up the oil was black and engine was filthy. It cost me over $200 to get the oil changed and filters done. They said the oil is supposed to be that muddy colour because it’s synthetic. When asked why the engine was filthy they said the detailers don’t know how. So the refused to change the oil. I have a friend that bought 2 cars from them and returned in 2 weeks due to problems soon after. Anyways buyers beware!

Overall experience with Oakville is generally pretty good as I’ve now purchased 3 vehicles from them minus the one little hiccup that has yet to be resolved. First two vehicles were purchased from Andrew ( sales manager ) and he was pretty involved with the third purchase as well, and going forward it’ll be him I deal with as he tends to get things done in a much more timely fashion. His overall aura / personality are generally very good and makes the car buying experience as comforting as it can be considering you’re committing to a financial obligation for anywhere between 4-8 years. The ONLY complaint I have, and it’s something that I’d say 90% of dealerships do is the fact it’s YOU who has to follow up with them on things they’ve agreed upon. I have now sent multiple messages in regards to my deposit that was to the reimbursed based on the agreement that if my other dealership did not return it it to me, they would cover it, it’s now 5 days after I’ve picked up the car and I still have zero clue as to how it’s going to be resolved. Considering I’ve been a loyal customer now for 10 years you’d think it would be a priority! Just make sure when dealing with anyone, these things are handled before you leave. I’m sure Andrew will figure this all out and for that ill continue to be a loyal customer for many more years to come as typically their inventory is second to none!

I do fully understand the delays that COVID has caused to the supply chain so I do recognize some things were outside of the dealerships control. My biggest issue is communication and transparency… I took possession of my Ram 2500 exactly 6 months from the date I ordered despite being quoted 10-14 weeks. Based on the quoted date range and a 2 week buffer I added to that for delays I made arrangements for use of the truck, i ended up having to find a month to month lease for a whopping $2400/month. Initially after purchasing things were great and then the sales person and finance manager I dealt with were laid off and that is where the communication stopped. Whenever I called for an update I was transferred to an available sales manager, some of who were helpful/apologetic with the delay and lack of info and others were plain rude. I later found out that my factory order was not placed until 2 weeks after I was told it was placed. Despite being told my order would be escalated to the regional manager it wasn’t done until the 5ish month mark at which point key features I ordered were deleted from my truck to move it along. I was told they’d order a new 2022 truck with the features I want and said I would get something in writing to trade for the new truck when it comes in if the missing features, have not heard anything on this since that conversation. The surprising thing is that at no point in the process did anyone discuss any dealer installed options (ie coatings, maintenance plans, accessories) so I just gave up asking. I also expected a smooth delivery process which between trying to get my January promotional rates etc applied and correcting errors on my sales agreement (around deleted features that were removed from the price but also my negotiated discount) it was not a pleasant experience as a vehicle purchase should be, especially on a high end vehicle like this. I 100% acknowledge that some things were outside the dealers control, but the things that were in their control, in my opinion, we’re handled very poorly making the whole experience very costly and infuriating.

Professional prompt service Extremely professional and prompt service. I had a major issue caused by a flying object on the highway that damaged my front car. Immediately after my arrival the car was taken into the shop to evaluate the damages. John Dart was coordinating this quickly and provided me with all the information I needed. The pricing was dropped (not happening these days very often!) by saving one part to be replaced and the car was completed within one day. Considering the magnitude of the damage this was amazing. I interacted also with Kyle (the mechanic) and I was happy with the answers. Checking the car after completion I realize that Kyle is a very skilled mechanic including electrical stuff. The service manager is incredibly rude. I will no longer be taking my vehicle to be serviced at this dealership. I purchased a used vehicle from them which is still currently under warranty. The cluster cover has started to crack in the exact same spot on both gauges (which I’m guessing is caused by screws that are maybe too tight and in the extreme heat we’ve had recently caused some expansion and contraction in the plastic), instead of fixing it, as it is an item covered under the warranty; the service manager Wayne refused unless I paid for it. The reason being he had never seen this happen before, therefore I am at fault. His explanation of what he thought happened was I was loading something into the vehicle and hit the cluster cover, (which is behind the steering wheel) and cracked both gauges?! And to make matters worse, as I was leaving and still in ear shot of him and his young protege, he proceeded to laugh, clap his hands and say “now that’s how you deal with those kind of issues, did you like that!”. Super customer service skills Wayne! It’s too bad because so far my experience with the dealership and service centre has been good, it’s also conveniently close to me. Unfortunately, the interaction I had with the condescending service manager was extremely off-putting and I will not be returning. Found myself the perfect truck at the "perfect price" from this dealership, loved the test drive, loved it all...until it came to the money and paperwork. Be prepared to get overcharged with hidden fees! The price you see may be the price you get but you're going to get a heck of a lot more on top of it.... A $13,000 vehicle should cost about $14,700 but instead they came back and said it would be $15,500 with fees for detailing, any paint repairs or vehicle repairs that needed to be completed to get the vehicle in the best shape. Last time I checked it was common practice for all dealerships to do the detailing and having the vehicle in tip top shape as complementary NOT additional fees! Absolutely furious! Off I go to a real dealership, that actually cares about their customers and doesn't JIP THEM WITH HIDDEN FEES! Thanks anyways.

Fantastic: From Deal to Delivery Together with my husband, I walked into the dealership knowing we wanted a Jeep Grand Cherokee. I called prior to our arrival, and there was a Cherokee waiting for us to test drive. Following we purchased the vehicle; in and out in an hour. There were NO PRESSURE TACTICS. Brought my Durango in to have two new keys done. Paid $450.00 for the keys plus $120.00 to program them. I was told there was a problem with the module in the truck and it would have to be changed. Another $600.00. I said go ahead. A day later I get another call that it's not the module but the security centre in the dash cluster and now it would be $1200.00. I asked are you sure this will fix the problem? They assured me that they were in contact with Chrysler tech support and this will correct the programming problem. To make a long story short, the cluster didn't fix the problem either and I was now stuck with a Hugh bill plus two keys that don't work not to mention the mechanic had remove my $140.00 blue tooth voice command unit that was attach to the sun visor and forgot it on the roof of my truck so when I left the parking lot it slid off and was broken on the road. So I paid for two keys that don't work $1400.00 and that was because I got a discount. I was offered a new blue tooth that was worth about $30.00 most of these you cant understand anything people are saying. But I got a free basic oil change. WOW.. Funny I am due for a new vehicle that my company covers with a very generous monthly allowance and was seriously thinking of buying a new vehicle from these guys because they are so close to me.... Think I will travel a bit further and go with Ford. I am sure that you service manager and advisor will remember me. John AQUI

No stars, really. I don't recommend this dealership at all. Service department is very suspect in the way they operate. Their quality of work seems shoddy and may have actually caused damage to my car which they offered to fix, for a fee, of course. And warranty issues and recalls take weeks to resolve. Hence, I cannot trust this dealership and have moved on to a more trustworthy garage. Save yourself a lot of frustration; I'd drive past this dealership.

My Husband and I purchased a brand new 2016 Jeep Rubicon Hard Rock Edition from Oakville Chrysler on Friday. We would, without an ounce of hesitation, recommend Oakville Chrysler for your next vehicle purchase. After getting the run around from another dealership --- they were just looking to make a sale, not necessarily the vehicle we wanted but what we wanted didn’t exist – we would never get it they said, so we were about to settle on an expensive vehicle that did not meet all of our wants --- So as you can imagine, we were more than hesitant to start the process up elsewhere but the team at Oakville Chrysler made things so easy and worry-free, we simply couldn’t resist. From the moment we arrived on the lot, Martin – our sales specialist - provided us with exceptional and prompt customer service, but most importantly he presented us our DREAM JEEP – our 2016 Jeep Rubicon Hard Rock Edition in white – the very thing we had wanted to purchase but had been told we would never get from the other dealership. Apparently, the Oakville Chrysler Dealership can make the impossible, possible. Frank, the sales manager, was great at managing the numbers, making sure we were getting the best deal we could, patiently explaining the process and working quickly to get things done. He was engaging, informative and overall a real pleasure to work with. He runs a great team there and it was obvious when in the dealership that he has the respect of all his colleagues. Right from OMVIC. Buyer beware I guess! Oakville Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Ltd., Reg Nimeck, Gordon Nimeck, Andrew De Clavasio and Camillo Comparone were disciplined by the Discipline Committee for failing to comply with Ontario’s All-In Price Advertising regulation. A Discipline Panel heard the dealer advertised a 2017 Ram with a price of $51,488 and attempted to sell the vehicle to a consumer, adding a $399 administration fee and $10 OMVIC fee to the advertised price, a violation of the Regulations and Code of Ethics. The dealer argued the attempted sale was a wholesale transaction, not to a consumer, and that therefore the all-in price advertising regulations did not apply. The panel disagreed, finding, in part, the dealer: • used a retail bill of sale • referred to the purchaser as a “customer” • wrote “No Trade” on the bill of sale, an element of retail transactions • charged a $10 OMVIC fee, when no such fee exists for wholesale transactions • sold a tire and rim protection package • took a deposit from the purchaser Oakville Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Ltd. was previously fined $2,000 in 2015 and $3,500 in 2018 for failing to comply with the All-In Price Advertising requirements. As the previous penalties had little deterrent effect, the Panel ordered: • Oakville Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Ltd. to pay a fine of $10,500 • General Manager Reg Nimeck to pay a fine of $4,000 • General Manager Gordon Nimeck to pay a fine of $4,000 • General Manager Camillo Comparone to pay a fine of $2,000 • Sales Manager Andrew De Clavasio to pay a fine of $1,000 The panel also ordered the individuals to retake the OMVIC Certification Course.

I would give negative stars if that were an option. I myself am a business owner, and this is by far the worst customer service I have ever received! Rude, unprofessional and lies one after the other. A year ago I took my car in for a regular oil change & the front desk service advisor let me know there was a recall on my transmission. After taking it home that day my manual pedal shifter no longer worked. I took my car back again & they told me some lies about how the new software was to sensitive and causing the issues, they decided to "reload the old software into the computer of my car"... a year later which was only 3000km later the same thing started happening again. I took my car back in and explained the situation again to the Service Advisor (Ash Rangnekar), they took my car in and a half hour later she hands me a bill for 150 something dollars for checking what the problem was. She continued to explain how I would have to pay around $1200 for an issue I should have had fixed while it was a recall & the car was under warranty. Furthermore Ash went on to tell me how it was another worker (who is no longer at that location) that made all these mistakes on my car but that it was now my problem and not hers. I phoned twice later on that day to see if I could speak to someone else about the issue, and both times was put on hold for over a half hour & I finally hung up. A few days after this occurrence I had a random customer care call to see how my recent service way, I explained what had happened, the lady who phoned promised I would get a prompt call from a service manager within a couple of hours. it has been 3 days and I have yet to receive that phone call. When I purchased this vehicle I was currently living in oakville, but have since then moved, & although I have 2 closer dealerships I always continued driving out of my way to go to the oakville location, because as a business owner myself, I believe in customer loyalty. Unfortunately I obviously should have gone else ware because this location service department clearly doesn't care about keeping loyal customers! After years of recommending this location, I will definitely not be doing so in the future! Hopefully now that I spent hours coming in to explain my problem, phoning numerous times & waiting for phone calls, someone will be able to contact me to resolve this issue!

I would suggest looking at YELP reviews for more independent reviews. LEADERSHIP HERE IS A DISASTER! I'm not sure how this dealership makes deals. Our sales person was excellent. My wife decided to purchase a car there and we went to buy it. The salesperson said that the dealership posted good prices, so negotiations were for hundreds, not thousands of dollars. Message was clear. My wife offered $495 less than the posted price of 28,995, so about 1.5% of the price. She also asked for snow tires and rims, which the dealership sells (would guess the cost to the dealership to be about $500-600). The Sales Manager (part-owner?) came out, introduced himself, and announced he 'had good news and bad news and they are the same' - no change in price and no snow tires. His attitude was abrupt, arrogant and rude. We said we wanted to have another look at the vehicle, and he reminded us that the dealership closed in 5 minutes. This was NOT a person interested in making deals. He was completely inflexible and lost the deal for the salesman over $250. If he had moved even that much, my wife would have happily bought the vehicle. Now, instead of a happy customer who would recommend the dealership to others and would be a repeat customer; the Manager lost a deal for his salesman for no good reason, destroyed a customer relationship, and generated a negative review. I'd be happy to review the circumstances with the majority owner of the dealership. How you say things to customers is at least as important as what you say. BTW, we later learned that this Sales Manager has a reputation in the industry for this kind of behaviour. STEER CLEAR!

The sales person Martin. had an in-depth knowledge about the two Jeep/Dodge products I was interested in and the competition's products I was also considering, noting similarities and differences which confirmed my own information and helped with the decision-making process. There were no high-pressure sales tactics (which wouldn't have been productive). There was a commitment, by each of the salesman, the sales manager Andrew and the post-sales business manager Chris, to working constructively and efficiently to settle on a vehicle and come to terms, which we did, and to conclude the sale process. not happy with my recent experience. Brought my 2015 Jeep Cherokee in for service and got a leaky valve replaced. They did a engine software update and I lost the Eco gauge light after 5 years of having it. According to the dealer and FCA this limited model was never supposed to be equipped with this option which I don't understand. How do you purchase a vehicle with options and suddenly have them taken away. Like buying a vehicle with breaks and bringing it in and have them say sorry your vehicle doesn't come with breaks. Phenomenal to say the least. Will think twice about getting my vehicle serviced at a Dealer and or buying another Jeep truthfully. Disappointed to say the least... Especially since they can't put the old software back on my vehicle supposedly and I'm not sure where to turn next...

Booked in for a basic oil change. When i got there the service advisor immediately confirmed that they had the proper filter since it was a little unique. Luckily they had one, but only one. I feel this should have been confirmed either when the appointment was made or at least the day before the appointment to ensure parts are available. I was booked in for 915 and out by 1030, but car did not go on the lift until just before 10. I feel they could manage their timing better. Waiting area is small and not too inviting. Service advisor was excellent. I was at the Oakville North location.

Confusing information was given regarding the cost of this service, so my wife agreed to have it done. Total cost was $472. Oakville Chrysler just lost a valued customer.

As usual, a simple oil change turned into a huge issue when my backup camera stopped working. I only go to this dealership bec. I was given a number of free oil changes to make up for the error they made when they sold me the wrong vehicle which was not what I chose the previous day, and each and every time I have service done at this location, they always muck something up. Examples: scratches in the interior cabin, they change my seat/window, etc settings and do not return to what it was, female service intaker is very rude, staff not very welcoming. Am so sorry I bought the vehicle at this dealership. NEVER AGAIN!

So disappointed…very sneaky people at this dealership. They can’t even factory order a vehicle correctly. Nor do they have much knowledge on the vehicles they sell. They cannot answer simple questions. Some advice… LEARN YOUR PRODUCTS! Waited for months and didn’t get remotely close to the vehicle i had ordered. On top of that, they listed my vehicle online FOR SALE when it was sold AND told my friend (who contacted secretly to see what was going on) that it was still available for purchase and that he could SECURE IT with a deposit!? They also offered a test drive to my friend. Unbelievable! Not to mention I had experienced quite a lot of attitude from their employees during the entire process. In the end they did nothing to rectify the situation at all and basically told me to take it or leave it. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone. Headaches upon headaches here.

Terrible Experience of two yars ago. I and my husband needed a second car, so visited this dealer shop. That was a wrong choice. Do not come here. One of the worst experiences I ever had at a car dealership. I saw an advertisement regarding a 2014 Dodge Charger, and was contacted by Orlando to come in and discuss about the car. We came, taking us 1 hour to drive there, only to come in and for him to tell us that the car is sold and that we have other Chargers available for sale. I don't get how you are supposed to earn a customers trust or respect by lying to them, and still expect me to give you our business and buy a car. Very disappointed with this dealership and will never come here again.

My parents were in the market for a Jeep Overland. I located a vehicle on your website that matched my parents criteria. After contacting your dealership, I was put in touch with a sales rep by the name of Leo Rebelo. Leo was extremely helpful in setting up an appointment for my father and I to test drive the vehicle. After the test drive, there was absolutely no typical rushed sales efforts to gain the sale. Leo simply wanted to ensure if we had any questions, that he would field them.. My father ended up purchasing the vehicle the following day and the rest of the staff at the dealership were as accommodating and professional as Leo. One final remark, which lends to the exceptional service level we received from Leo. My father traded in his vehicle and he had forgot his ownership at his house.. My father lives in Guelph; almost an hour and a half's drive from the dealership. Leo personally drove to my fathers house after his shift (on his own time) and picked up the documentation. Bought a "new" ram from these guys, didn't get a second key and the truck came with a scratch. was told they'd send me a second key and repair the scratch. a few months went by and nothing was resolved, they stopped replying to my messages and claimed they had sent a key in the mail... no key was ever sent. Second oil change came along and the mechanic called me to look under the truck as there was an alarming amount of rust for a "new" truck. contacted Chrysler to get the problem resolved, they asked me to go to the closest dealer and have it looked at so I did. the mechanic at Toronto Chrysler Ram was shocked to see how much rust an told the person from Chrysler Canada it was clearly defective. they were to submit pictures for review.. the pictures never found there way..... so Chrysler Canada asked me to have it looked at again by the manager at Toronto Chrysler, he claimed it was "normal rust" and wouldn't sign off that there was an issue, I was then asked to return to Oakville Chrysler to have their service manager look at it and he agreed it was a lot of rust but claimed there's no way to measure what is normal rust, I then asked to look under the other trucks already up on lifts and while they were all older and had seen a cpl winters (which mine still had not) the rust was minimal and far less than my "new" truck. in the end I was told they were taking pictures and sending them to Chrysler Canada for them to look at... as I expected I have not heard anything from anyone on the matter. long story short they only care about the sale. I'm now trying to reach out to Pat Foran of CTV news as this is something people need to know, I've kept the images from the first visit to Toronto Chrysler and hope to give them over to CTV. up to this truck I have only ever owned Chrysler vehicles and have friends and family that drive Rams, however after this experience I'm certain we will all find a company that can honor the term "new". update, I have replied to the owner as per his request on here and took a screen shot, unfortunately the image didn't upload to my knowledge but I'll keep very detailed records of ALL communications with anyone involved....

Worst customer service experience ever. After 2 weeks, still did not have an answer on the financing for my vehicle. Umar did not do any of the things I asked, such as going to the bank of my choice, and didn't even include my trade-in when applying for credit for the new vehicle. Didn't bother to reply to text messages, which was his preffered method of communicating. I had to constantly ask for updates which I didn't get. Umer called yelling at me because I spoke to the manager. I sent a full two page email to the General Manager explaining the situation and the poor service that I have received. It's five days later and have yet to receive a response from him either. I had every intention to buy a vehicle with them and now I have no choice but to walk away. I guess the employees follow their leadership examples.

Hands down, Oakville Chrysler has the absolute best selection in Ontario for SRTs. They say it, but it’s true! Why? Cause they sell the most in Ontario and therefore have the best prices as they can afford to. If you don’t believe me, do your own research on Autotrader. My review is not all roses, but it turned out great and there was a redemption here in service. We bought a 2016 jeep SRT previously with Oakville Chrysler. We weren’t impressed by the pushy salesmanship during this particular sale, but we wanted the vehicle so we dealt with it. However Jaksa, the financial advisor was awesome and we found understood true customer service. Fast forward to July 2018, we bring the 2016 back to Oakville to handle some warranty work with the dealer we bought it from - Oakville Chrysler. While we were waiting, we went to view their inventory of jeep SRTs. We immediately see this rare color - the redline pearl (which is like a bright red metallic) in the 2018 jeep SRT. Again, Oakville Chrysler has got the best selection - can’t be beat! Immediately we knew, we had to talk with someone about the redline pearl. We were assigned LEO, who at first we didn’t have any expectations for due to our previous pushy salespeople back in 2016. But Leo is truly different. He’s real, he gives the straight facts and finds an authentic way to get to know what we want and who we are. He’s an absolute find and honestly he did so much for us and was always available if we had a question. He wasn’t pushy and again, he has the ability to make you feel like his friend. It was an easy sale for him, as we wanted the redline pearl. During this sale, we came back requesting to trade in our Volvo sedan for another rare color - ivory pearl 2018 jeep SRT. We wanted a HIS and HERs SRT. Again, Leo tried his absolute best, but was never pushy. We neogiated hard with Leo and he still kept his calm, professionalism and stayed true to himself. We greatly respect and admire Leo for his experience, his hilarious personality and most importantly, how he takes his time to really understand and connect with his customers. I’m sure we were an easy sale as we knew what we wanted - but he still went above and beyond. Well done, Leo, thanks for creating our HIS and HER SRT dream - keep up that parsley tea drinking! Wanted to point out again - Jaksa. We utilized him again for these 2018 sales. Jaksa is warm, genuine, extremely knowledgeable and truly cares about his clients too. I find this quite rare, as normally you don’t receive the type of service Jaksa provides during financial servicing.

Whenever I go there, I don't feel good. The receptionist doesn't listen to customer. We always argue about oil change period. I explained I usually drove highway and checked oil stick often. But she insisted " It doesn't matter. You have to change engine oil every 5000km. Otherwise you will not get warranty service". It's like threatening. I don't want to visit your shop any more.

A week goes by and I heard nothing so I contact the individual who contacted me on August 21st and asked what they did with the information they requested from me. My contact advised that he passed my concerns over to the General Manager. Here it is September 6th with no one in a position of authority interested enough in my claims to contact me. You decide where you want to spend your vehicle dollars. **Update** October 22, 2018 Still no one cared enough to call. Steered my son to by his Ram 2500 elsewhere.

I called them and booked an appointment with Dan to go over Gladiator options and specs and test drive one, went there on time and he was with another customer. Had to wait 30 minutes on a chair until Fais (another sales person) tried to help me, but he had to rush, running to another customer. During that short time with Fais, I was the one who was asking him to go over existing inventory, or to check factory order options, he didn't seem so excited about having me as a customer! Finally they said there is no Jeep Gladiator available for a test drive. They took a quick look at my wrangler, promised but never contacted me about its trade-in value.

My family and I chose to purchase a vehicle from Oakville Chrysler sight unseen and send a deposit online to secure it. There was a constant push to come pickup the vehicle while our funds still weren’t cleared for our down payment. When we went and picked up the we got it inspected by our mechanic and all 4 tires needed to be changed, and rotors and pads were not safety certified. Took the car back the same day, they only agreed to change two front tires and even then after 3 hours of wasting my time there they had told me that “they got the wrong tires”. I was also told by a staff meme rt “i don’t care what Maserati says” when I told them I would take the car there for a Post-Purchase inspection. Unacceptable service.

We just purchased a new grand Cherokee SRT, from our first visit and test drive to pick up day, Leo was fantastic, he even went out of his way to assist with a few hiccups on pick up day. All other staff members were helpful and friendly as well. Definatly recommend.

Came in for winter tire change out but they found my brakes were shot. 2 years they lasted. Is that normal? Service was good and got a ride home. They are thorough. They fix everything and do it well. It's a little on the expensive side but my cat is running like a dream. Whatever they did it's like a new car. I love Ash, she's my girl cause she gets it all no muss and no fuss. Highly recommend this dealership.
