We were looking for a specific make and model of car, and found Oakville Autos through a kijiji alert. All of our dealings with Sam were by text and email at first, and he was extremely helpful and attentive. We wanted to have the vehicle inspected by our mechanic and take a test drive at another location, and Sam was very acommodating to make that happen. There was no argument about making the necessary repairs to bring the car up to safety standards identified by our mechanic. And he even exceeded our expectations with the parts used. I would have never considered buying from a place so far from where we live, but Sam made the process - that can usually be a challenge - incredibly convenient and easy. We're very happy with the quality of the car, and extremely impressed with the service we received.

⛔"MUST READ BEFORE BUYING"⛔ -One of the worst Used Car Dealer i have seen here. -Making people foolish by telling them "This is certified Car / Not" ; Do you know the meaning of Certified Car for Oakville autos? Answer: Only safety check ! They never check Car's Battery health/Tires/Engine/Tools etc etc... (Then how that car is fully Certified? Howww???) This is my personal experience guyiesss which helps u a lot before visiting this place. I bought a Car and after 1 week my bettery was dead . Again After 2 week, my car engine was dead. And many more problems.... Finally after little arguments on "meaning of fully certified", i have changed everything by my own. Oakville autos paid only tiny amount. I am really disappointed with the services and the behaviour of the staff. ❌ Be CareFull❌

Definitely would not recommend this dealership. I came to check out a vehicle I was interested in that claimed to be "Accident Free" when I got there I noticed it was a little banged up in some places.. also the fender had clearly been replaced which they tried to hide as it was not listed and they could not confirm or deny. After taking the vehicle for a test drive I noticed some issues with it such as the alignment was way off. After coming to the conclusion and speaking with not one but two mechanics - it was obvious the car needed repairs for an estimated couple of hundred... When I went to speak to a sales representative about this they did not seem to care and only continued to repeat that they would not budge on lowering the price also that if I was not interested in buying the vehicle I should quote "stop wasting their time". I did not go there to bargain I just wanted to know why the vehicle was being listed as accident free if it clearly was not. However the staff seemed to disregard that and only care about the $. Super unprofessional and sketchy..

Terrible dealership! Be warned, they promise you cars in good working condition. I bought my truck in October, found out in April that my a/c doesn't work. They painted over the rust in the back which showed up in 6 months through the paint. Countless other problems. Do not buy from here

Searching for a car for my teenage sons I came across several dealerships who were not honest and sold me certified cars that didn't even last a week! Luckily they were returnable but even luckier was finding Oakville Autos. One of the owners gave us honest advice, and made sure personally that the vehicle we selected passed all of the safety inspections with flying colours. I was very impressed with their extensive knowledge, their selection and their attention to detail. I would recommend them without any hesitation

Half half, loved the car I got (2009 Mazda 6 gt), people were nice, came clean and price was decent, and when the check engine light came on 2 days later he reimbursed me for the parts and said I should have brought it to him and he'd have fixed it free (guy I bought from had a day or two off when it happened so I couldn't reach him, not his fault). Since then I'm convinced something has happened to the car I don't know about, 6 weeks later when I changed out of winter tires the mechanic made a big deal of how the rear brakes NEVER should have passed the safety and the rotors and pads were super unsafe, that in 6 weeks there's no possible way this much damage was done, so maybe the mechanic they use is a bit cheap. When summer came the AC didn't work either, and the rear bumper is hanging out a little and making some rattling noise, ignition key slot was broken off (was broken when I bought, I just didn't look there since it's button start too), but now it's almost 2 months later so I can't really say anything, gotta fix the AC myself soon and I should have checked earlier, the safety only covered me for 24 days, so brakes are my problem for finding out too late. All annoyances probably could have been solved if I got someone to check it out after buying, not trusting whatever mechanic they use (not in house, so maybe not their fault). Was my first used car so I'm not sure if this is all expected or not. Again the people are great and I liked the experience, helpful without stalking me around the cars (I hate when they do that, this place didn't, very nice), just make sure you have it checked out.

I called to inquire about a car and every question I ask about it's maintenance, I get 'it's under 24 month, 24 km warranty', or 'we check it it's in good condition' Did not answer any of my questions with a valid answer, aside from how many owners the vehicle had. In the end, I am only happy that their number is listed as it saved me the drive to the lot. The car I was inquiring was overvalued by them in comparison to others and could have a battery failure that is no longer covered by the manufacturer and is not covered under their bogus 'warranty' that is 'free' but costs 1000 per claim, and a 250 deductible, PLUS a 39 activation fee... Free? Activation fee? Uhm, what? Anyway, I wouldn't recommend this dealership as I read many other negative reviews about them regarding other vehicles.

We purchase a vehicle from this place a couple of weeks ago, bought it certified, trusted the dealership that the vehicle was in good shape but unfortunately it wasn't the case. vehicle had some problems and when i called them to get it fix they said they would call me back. did not even return my call at all. still waiting on the call. if you buy from here please make sure to take it to a dealership or your mechanic to make sure it is in good shape or you can start a complain at better business Bureau. don't trust their word!

We bought a 2012 Nissan Murano here. I took it to a mechanic and...there was nothing wrong with it. Sam is the man who sold it and we are happy with the car. Sam said that the certifying mechanic changed a lot of parts but ,frankly, I did not expect this. Thanks Sam. I’ll know who to go to next time I need a used car. However,people, when buying a used car do your research. Buy Carfax of the car you are interested in and see if it was in accidents, see it’s service records and number of owners. These are important things and when you approach the salesman with facts in hand it is difficult for him to sell you a lemon. Because at first, Sam tried to sell us a Honda Accord which ,he claimed, was in a little fender bender but Carfax showed it was classified as salvaged. So.... do your part and trust the salesman but trust your research MORE.

Very shady car dealership - stay far away from this place. Worst experience I have ever had purchasing a car. They lied a countless amount of times, were extremely immature and childish with their comments, were overly rude, told me the car I was purchasing has a bunch of features that it in fact did not. In the end they tried to increase the price by $500. Also, their warranty is a money grab - they claim it is free but in fact it comes with a price tag when all is said and done. Also, majority of the cars in the lot are lemons so be VERY careful if for some crazy reason you decide to go here... This place has more horror stories than a Stephen King novel....

LIARS AND FRAUDS. This business operates in dishonesty and trickery. Bought a what was supposed to be rebuilt 2021 with less than 3000 km on it. Did not pass its first safety and now going into to the shop a second time for mechanical issues. The owners of this business provided striped down versions of documents and have ghosted me when I have demanded the complete history of the vehicle. There has been no effort on thier end to reconcile the wrongful and deceitful sale. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE. They put my life in danger by not having this vehicle properly repaired!

I recently purchased a 2007 Lexus Sc430 from Sam at OAKVILLE Autos. This was the best experience I have ever had when purchasing a used (or New) car anywhere! I immediately felt very comfortable dealing with Sam, I just knew I could trust him! The car was in Mint condition as advertised and I could not be happier with my “new” car! Sam went out of his way to make sure I would be happy with my purchase. I mentioned that perhaps the brake rotors may need to be machined because there was a little bit of surface rust,(only due to lack of use.) When I picked up the car Sam had installed 4 brand new brake rotors on the car! The engine oil looked very clean but I asked Sam how long ago it was changed. He said two months ago, so I said that was fine, don’t bother to change it. When I picked up the car Sam said because I had mentioned it he had the oil changed for me! Sam went above and beyond my expectations during the sales and delivery of my new car! I highly recommend Sam and OAKVILLE Autos if you are ever in the market for a high quality previously owned vehicle! I simply cannot say enough about Sams excellent customer service during the entire process.

Called this dealership after seeing their inventory and talked to Riz. Talking to him was the moment I knew I am in safe hands.. Delt with a gentlemen named Leo Assad whom was very unprofessional in the way he conducts himself. First impression was that he was a sleazy sales men only looking to make money and neglect the needs of the client. He was not listening to the car that we wanted which was 2001 Honda Accord and instead showed us a newer model. As we proceeded to ask him about the car we wanted and how we couldn’t find it in the lot, he directed us to a separate lot which we drove too to check out the car. Upon returning, and waiting for him to finish his phone call which seemed like another client trying to Negotiate a better price for the car. I observed how uncaring and unprofessional he was repeatedly yelling “this is my price”. From what I observed the client was saying something and he abruptly hung up the phone on him which I found to be very rude and unprofessional. Once we sat down to discuss the issues we saw with the car, he told us the same thing “ this car is as is” which is correct and it is advertised, but his tone very aggressive which I was not fond of. As we proceeded to see if we can get a better price, he started to go on a rant about how people are asking him to drop the price this and that. Let me put it in perspective here, it is a used car lot. You are at least expected to drop the price especially when there are clear issues off the bat without driving the car. This sales man couldn’t afford to drop $400, $500 dollars off the car price to make a sale and still gain profit? We even told him do you want to lose the sale? His response was incoherent and unrelated to what we asked. He even started yelling at a point about being asked to drop the price and a argument ensued between him and my friend whom was there to help me. Conclusively, Assad was unprofessional representative of this company, lacks to treat his clients appropriately, does not listen and cater to the client needs and is very uncaring if cusotmer walks. I am saying all this from 5 years of customer service experience in retail and wireless industries (selling contracts and phones). I am well qualified and versed with how to treat a client and maintain a relationship and cater to the wants and needs of a client. Professionalism and manners are important along with every thing else Assad lacks. I will be informing everyone I know to steer clear of this gentlemen and will be dealing with someone else if I am to ever give this place another opportunity to gain my business.

Not very happy with my shopping experience here being the first time buying a used a car and I feel like I’m being ripped off , first day picking up the car I got Ac problems , Sam said he fixed it and I ended up paying $350 out of my pocket to fix , and a week after I ended up having transmission issues , I called them and told them about , I was advised I got warranty , been through the warranty , and was told I’m not cover so I ended up paying $650 to change a shift solenoid and $1100 to change my Tcm module . That’s $2000 out of pocket expense in less than 3 weeks . I need to be reimbursed for this

If I could give this place an honest review I would say they deserve negative 5 stars for their terrible service. I found a vehicle I was interested in online so I decided to come check it out. As soon as I got there the vehicle did not resemble anything close to what the pictures online where, there was broken trim pieces everywhere, the battery was completely dead and rather than having a staff member come boost it I was given the keys and a booster pack and told “good luck”. That wasn’t even the worst part, once I got the vehicle started I asked if I could take it for a test drive and I was told “sure take it around the parking lot”. After completing a “test drive” around the parking lot I then asked again if i could take it on the road and the answer was still no. After taking a closer look at the car and noticing some very obvious flaws I simply asked if the price was negotiable and the response was a stern NO. After pointing out some of these issues the owner told me “yes it has issues the car isn’t certified”. It seemed to me as if the owner was annoyed that I came to take a look at the car. I do not reccomend anyone waste their time coming to look at a car here. If you have a car in mind that you might be thinking of purchasing and they have it in their inventory I recomend you just go somewhere else right away. Terrible experience.
