Mike is a solid guy. I arrived at the dealership late in the afternoon (almost evening), on a Saturday nonetheless and was looking around at a few cars. It was past closing time but I asked him if I could give one of his cars a test-drive and but was willing to come back after the weekend if he wanted to close up. Nope! Gave me the keys and said "take it on the highway! I'll just get some errands done in the office". It was great! Was able to really test the car at my leisure and bought it that evening! The car was ready to go on the following Monday! Really happy with this service, and great value for the car I purchased. Would highly recommend Mike.

We just purchased a vehicle for my 18 year old son and the experience was amazing. Mike made the experience for us very pleasant and he is definitely a genuine guy. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PLACE! I bought a 2007 Hyundia Santa Fe 2 months ago and have put so much work into it. When I went to look at the vehicle they said it would be detailed and the tires replaced as they where worn and would not PASS a safety. When I picked up the vehicle it was filthy and the same old tires where still on it. I was leaving the province the next day and I had no time to dispute it. I later realized it needed and oil change and a transmission fluid change. in total I have replaced Front inner right tire rod-270.00 power steering line-250.00 Back right bushings-80.00 NEW TIRES-400.00 Oil and Transmission fluid within two weeks of purchase-250.00 Both Front windshield Wipers-40.00 windshield washer fluid was empty-6.00 professional detailing- 70.00 total: Approximately 1360.00 Also, they had the vehicle for 10 days, they said it would be ready the next week and I had to keep calling and calling to get up dates. When it was finally ready on the Friday before I had to leave the province( which I communicated to them) it was ready until 4pm. The final purchase was unorganized and I dealt with so many different people. No one had any idea what was going on any time I spoke with someone as it was a different person each time. I should have inspected the vehicle better myself, but was in some what of a rush before leaving the province. All in all I am very disappointed. The vehicle was not worth the 8000.00 I paid, I would bot have bought this if all this had been communicated to me, but I don't think they even knew, clearly no thorough inspection was done. Don;t buy from them, or if you do be very very very thorough

Sold me a Vehicle under false pretences ( ad stated that it had AWD and it was non Functioning, a 1000-2000 fix) When I phoned to discuss I was met with " you got a good deal on this vehicle, I lost money on the car" when I did not barter or haggle at all. When I brought the vehicle in it sat at the mechanics for a two weeks with no phone calls with updates from them (I had to call to find out what was going on) & I suspect with out them even touching it. I ended up going and getting my car because it had been a while with no communication from them. They clearly did not care to fix it because they already had my money.

This is a 5/5 star dealership and my experience was excellent. The owner Mike was great and picked me up and dropped me off from the Bronte Go twice! When I came to look and again when I came to buy and that's great 'cause I saw the Mercedes I wanted on his site so commuted from the Beaches in Toronto. He does it all! Test drives, jockeys the cars and all calls from clients so you have to accept...he is busy!! It is sad that I read some truculent impatient and misdirected comments from suspect reviewers but glad I chose to ignore them. He was fair and went above and beyond to get my car ready! I have recommended 2 neighbours to make the trek. Mike runs the dealership akin to new car dealerships but better deals! Highly recommended!

Besides a bit of a wait , I got some pretty good friendly service from mike , he is happy to pay and put the car through a safety and pay for anything wrong with it before I can pick it up witch is very resonable and helpful. It is an overall good dealership with very little to complain about , will be recommending to others :D

I read the reviews and was skeptical about visiting Oakville Auto Sales, but i had to give it a try since the cars were some of the best i had ever seen in the GTA. Once I talked to Mike he was very friendly and helpful and I was able to test drive the car within minutes. I can now agree that many of the bad reviews are misleading and Oakville Auto Sales is one of the best used cars dealers in town.

I worked with Mike in buying a used BMW X1. The experience started off by him being late to open up the store, I believe roughly 30min late to the posted open time. After which we saw the car, we liked it and proceeded to buy it. I specifically asked him, about the FINAL price, and we agreed the listed price plus tax. Of course when the bill came he had tacked on a couple more things (very minor, ~$40, but its the principle). At the end of it all, he was suppose to reimburse me the HST directly, since it was an out of province sale. Then he tells me to go to CRA to get it back. Classic used car salesmen.

My wife and I purchased several second hand cars from Mike over the years, last car was a Honda Accord and a year before a BMW. We both appreciated the fact that he helped us with most of our complaints, with patience , even after 6 months of the purchase date. The last issues that he fixed was changing the front brake pads on the Honda and a shock absorber on the right front side on the BMW . Hi, after I have read all the reviews I had doubts going in there, but I wanted the car and the price seemed fair. Mike is pretty much the same guy described in the previous review. But if you get your time and you really have patience you end up getting along. I negotiated the price with him, I told him I want the car to be checked by my mechanic, he did not have anything against it. I got it verified, it found some stuff that I have discussed with Mike, we negotiated a little more and then we decided on the price. I told him I will need a couple more days until my bank will issue the check and he was friendly. He did some mumbling in his own language, I believe the guy is russian, but once again, the guy is friendly if you get the time and patience to talk to him. so, I would definitely come back to Mike.

I honestly do not understand where all the negative reviews came from after our very positive experience with Mike. We test drove the Mercedez on 2 separate trips and Mike was always glad to hand us the keys without any hesitation or sales pitch. We were never pressured anytime to make the purchase. Also, we didnt know that Mike's price would include all the fees unlike many other dealers who have hidden fees. After the purchase, we took the car to our mechanic who inspected the car thouroughly and didnt find any issues whatsoever on this 4 year old car. Everything was exactly as Mike described. Sure he is very busy because he runs a small team but we are glad he passed the savings onto us. We also got a great financing rate from the broker that Mike recommended, so everything worked out perfectly. The only thing he forgot to do was cleaning the interior and shampoo the engine before handing us the car, but it's a very minor thing comparing to the great deal and services we got. Thanks Mike, we will tell all of our friends about you.

Hey everyone, after reading the reviews I must say I'm dissapointed in mankind lol. I have nothing but positive things to say about Mike and his team. His knowledge, honesty and communication were 5 stars. The deal he gave me was absolutely amazing. There was no hidden b.s etc. We pre negotiated a deal and nothing changed from start to finish. He even stayed late to make sure I can pick up my vehicle. I really think some of the reviews are meant for the other place down the street because I'm not sure how anyone can say anything bad about Mike.

Be careful. I went to take a look at a car that was reported to be "accident free", pictures showed that car had GPS and it had been rustproofed each year. When I called the guy said it was being detailed but we could go and have a look. Turns out the car was in having engine work done not being polished. The car had no GPS. When questioned he said we used pictures from another car. He could not show any evidence that it had ever been rustproofed and the ENTIRE CAR HAD BEEN REPAINTED! Be very careful folks!!!!

I went and looked at a used car. Low mileage, no accident history. Car wouldn't start, battery dead. Boosted and test drove. Told them I'd come back next day for a more thorough look. Dead battery again, needed a boost. Looked at two other cars, one of them wouldn't start. Owner would only speak by phone, not interested in any price negotiations. Parking lot so jammed, no place to park even.

Mike offered a fair price on a used corolla and ensured the car was properly certified to fix deficiencies such as a clunkng noise in the rear (replaced all four sway bar end links). There was some delay in delivery of the vehicle due to safety and e-testing but the car arrived in good shape. Mike seemed like a nice guy and was not pushy car salesman at all.

I was interested in purchasing one of his cars after test driving it and having my mechanic check it out. From the beginning he said he would put on new tires and fix the brakes, as they were obviously worn. My mechanic said all 4 tires needed replacing. He also found an oil leak and a worn back wiper blade. Mike told me he ordered new tires and was getting the repairs done. When asked when I could pick it up, he said he wanted more money for the tires, telling me his mechanic says they are fine. You can see the cracks in the sidewalks! Typical to try to squeeze more money from a female buyer. The car is now listed for sale at $500 more than it was. It also has over 2000 -2500 km more on the odometer reading than what he is advertising. The current sales history on the car says he dropped the price by $2900. What you don’t see is he had dropped it by $3400, and then increased it again by $500 after I was ready to pay him his listed price. He says lowest price guaranteed. Not so. He says honest. Not by my definition. He is dangling bait to buyers.

Mike is a totally unreasonable a**hole, he will claim only he can give you a deal and after the quote he adds hidden charges and is very pushy to make his timelines meet. I told him i was comming from Scarborough and can come today or tomorrow morning because i do not drive he kept forcing that if im not there by 6 deal is off. Only he can give you a deal...i would stay away.
