Nothing good or bad to say about their maintenance services- who knows about that stuff?-but I did want to give them top marks in one particular area: their shuttle service.
My experience with Mini Oakville was satisfactory. With respect to the recall that I just experienced. With respect to purchase of the vehicle, the sales advisor, Dylan Claus was very helpful, friendly, efficient and very easy to communicate with. He followed up timely and promptly.
Went for an oil change and was very happy with the service. They had the option of shuttling me home, and if I chose to hang around they had snacks and coffee! They also had massage chairs! So I stayed, had a coffee, read a book, and my car was ready to go in no time.
I've used the service depart once and was pleased with the experience.

I had a fantastic experience buying my first and my second MINI at MINI OAKVILLE. The sales staff were exceptional. Both times I had pre-ordered my mini straight from the factory with custom features. This time around I went bigger with a JCW F54 and Karin was fantastic in guaging my style and my needs. She met with me a few times to help price out the details and available options before I made the final order. She even went above and beyond with inquring about features that are not yet out. My pickup experience was great too.. the car itself exceeded my expecations (and it came a month early!!) and although I had already been a MINI owner, Karin took a good amount of time to explain the new features she knew I hadn't been introduced to yet in the dash. I can't thank her enough for her patience with me! Overall I'm definitely a loyal customer and happy MINIac!
My whole experience from email to completion of my service was amazing! I value the amount of communication that was provided to me during the time the vehicle was in. I made an appointment for my mother, who is a senior. The service advisor, Madelyne, made me and my parents feel perfectly attended to. She could not have done her job better. The issue with their mini is very intermittent, occurring roughly once or twice per month. As a result, I am uncertain at the time of this review if the problem is truly fixed. However, the service department seemed to have a good idea of the part that might need to be replaced, down the road. Madelyne followed up with both pricing for the replacement part and to check on how the vehicle was running after the service appointment. Top marks for communication. Plus, the service lounge is nice, with Budd's Motorrad right next door (which is fun).

I dripped in to order a new key for my 2016 Mini Cooper. The parts team got me sorted right away and my order came in we'll ahead of schedule. When I went to pick it up and have it tuned to my car, the team went out of their way to wash my car as an added bonus! Thanks folks... Great communication and service.

The treatment I received at the old service centre was very professional and friendly enough but the folks in the new building are a couple of levels up.They make me feel important and valued so I enjoy coming to Mini Oakville.I have even had some face to faces with my mechanic who seems to be as excited about my new Mini as I am.I love how my Mini smells and looks like new when I pick it up and how they drive me back and forth to my home in Milton and I specially appreciate their amazing graphics guy.A big shout out and thank you to Tara and Chris, a couple of service professionals.

I just wanted to say thank you to everyone at Mini of Oakville. I bought my car 3 weeks ago (a 2012 mini cooper), and yesterday it was having issues while I was driving it. Luckily I purchased the warranty, and called their roadside assistance. My car and I were picked up within 30 minutes of the call, and taken directly to the dealership. They assisted me right away. At the time they said it might be up until 30 days until my car was fixed, but Tara managed to get my car In the same day I dropped it off, diagnosed and back to me by 3. They also didn’t make me pay my deductible since it was within the 30 days of purchase. All in out, awesome service. Efficient and quick. The only thing I didn’t like is that I was given an enterprise car as a loaner instead of a mini because I’m under the age of 25 so I was just disappointed that someone sold me the warranty and never told me about that. And, I think that the cars should be washed after service (I know VW does that), But other than that, everything went smoothly and when I did drop the car off they were able to get me an enterprise car as a loaner. Thank you to Tara, the young lady at the front desk, and to Mark for answering my email so quickly. And again, when I purchased my car everything went smoothly as well, my sales person was Mark, and he did a perfect job. I highly recommend this dealership.
Was generally a good experience however there was a push on having me do more than was necessary at the time of service like tires and brakes... big ticket expensive items that I just had not planned for...

I purchased my Mini at Downtown Toronto Mini but wish I did so at Budds Mini... The service at Budds is top notch. Online booking is easy and the service received (both on the car and customer service) once you arrive is terrific. I would not take my Mini anywhere else and I will def be purchasing my next vehicle from Budds.

Excellent service! As I arrived, I received a text with phone no. to call inside because I had arranged to wait for regular service. I simply touched the phone no. in the text message and was connected immediately to Dillon inside. No touch procedure as I place key on service order that he extended to me. I sat alone in waiting area for one hour before he returned with report. Job time estimate was 90 minutes but repeatedly, this dealership completes in exactly one hour. Love my Mini Cooper S and all those who care for her!
Very expensive, poor quality vehicles
Took my Mini in for a recall issue. Everything was handled efficiently especially considering the Cover lockdown. Dylan was very accommodating and advised me of a few service issues that maybe should addressed at some time.Was thankful for the heads up.

BMW's location for their Motorcycle products. Very small selection and limited parking. Terrible customer service. No sales rep available the day I visited...., told to come back tomorrow. I dropped into the dealership with a battery problem and I didn't have an appointment. This was on a Saturday right before the service hours were finished for the day. Not only did they squeeze me in but they offered multiple options to fix the problem which were appreciated. Very professional and friendly staff. I highly recommend the dealership.
After looking online, I found three low km used MINIs at three dealerships and set out one Saturday to test drive each before making a decision. There wasn't much separating the cars (same model, same year, similar kms, similar prices) but the service from Jeff Chan at MINI Oakville was the difference. Friendly, low-key, no pressure. About as pleasant an experience as buying a car can be, and I love my MINI!

Exceptionally professional staff. Easy to drop off and I didn't have to wait long for my ride to my office. Driver was pleasant and professional. When my car was ready, the pick up was arranged and was on time and again exceptionally professional. My car was washed, the payout was smooth and the service was exceptional.

LATEST UPDATE (March 2, 2016) : I went three times to the service, and they can't turn off the service light. I think these people her are not very knowledgable. Unfortunately, I have nowhere else to take the car. This is one of the two Mini dealerships in GTA. Beware when you go for service because they charge you an arm and a leg every time. I went in to change my windshield and got a $1900 quote before tax. OUCH!!!!!! I asked for replacement of brake pads and rotors, And got a $2500 quote. DOUBLE OUCH!!!! That is half of what the car os worth those two. CRAZY expensive service! Like I am driving a Ferrari, not a Mini. I will never buy a Mini again for sure!!!
I have nothing but good things to say about this dealership. Saw a vehicle online and went to view it. The sales staff were not pushy or salesy (if that's a word). They were very respectful to my needs and I was not rushed. When I went to pick up the vehicle, they made sure to go over everything with me and that I was happy before I left. Would highly recommend.

First, the place is very well lit and very clean. The staff spoke very clearly, and it's especially important when we're in a pandemic and all wearing masks. I really appreciated how they valued us as owners of a Mini even though I haven't purchase the car from them or even paid anything extra as they had to correct the footwell module that was recalled. It really goes a long way when so much time was spent showing us as being valuable. It really made me want to consider selling my car and getting a Mini only at that dealership! Thanks for the wonderful service!

Very disappointed in the service I am getting here today, aside from the nice South African woman who checked me in. The Wi-Fi is not connected, AN HOUR into my appointment (the IT person was apparently messaged more than 30 minutes ago, and I've been here an hour). At home, I push a button to reset our wifi, but maybe the button pushing is more complicated here? I was led to believe that Netflix would be available so that you could watch something for the hours that your car is being serviced… I was wrong; you need to actually log in with your own Netflix account to use this service. First world problem, I know, and maybe I misunderstood Budd's Netflix offer, but making this a draw and then not delivering on it is not cool. The TV has about six channels. Not a fan of soaps or Dr. Oz, so I've turned it off. Oh, look! I'm still waiting for a Wi-Fi connection over an hour into my appointment. Shouldn't they have this up and running all the time for the customers to use? The people working here, aside from my agent, seem really indifferent to making sure customers are happy… Not impressed, and I won't be returning for future car servicing. I'm going to be returning to Downtown Mini for servicing, like I've always done before, even though that location is an hour away from me. I'd rather have a longer drive and get *exceptional* service at Downtown Mini than cut my drive in half and get the indifferent, disappointing service that Budd's Mini is providing. My one star goes to my check-in agent, and the massage chair I've been using. :(
We visited the showroom yesterday and were given the "next salesperson in line". She did not listen to a word my husband said - kept pushing what she wanted to sell instead of what he was telling her he was interested in. Said she didn't even think they had any in stock when we had just seen 5 on the lot. Will take our business elsewhere.
The new location is great! Big, clean, and exactly like its BMW big sister. Friendly, smiling faces always. I love going here for service and enjoying a massage chair and latte.

I have only good things to say about my experience at Oakville MINI. I live 5hrs away from this dealership, and they were very accommodating. I bought a pretty perfect used Countryman. Very solid car! Jim in sales and Laura in finance were so helpful, and patient (I had a lot of questions). Excellent detailing - the car looked brand new inside & out when I picked it up. It was fun just being at this very nice dealership, hanging around all the cool MINIs!

Just to explain how bad it is, I have 3 Mini vehicles, 2010, 2013 and 2014. (total of over$100,000.00) None was ever purchased there; Price was always way more than any other dealer. Now about service. Car in the service was 2014 Cooper S coupe with 15k on it. Battery dies and needed to be replaced. Mini charged me $350.00 for new battery and investigation??? Car has warranty until 80,000 Km and 2 more years??? Explanation is Unfavorable user behavior – needless to say I had this car only 7 days!!! If you go and buy lawn mower and battery is defective, new buttery would be provided, as you can see not in case on $40,000 car. Stay away!

I made an appointment with them to get oil change and put on winter tire. I received reminder a few days ahead of the appointment day. when drop off my car in the morning, Dylan had all my info and the work to be done. Pickup was quick as well. We’ve all heard the stories about “dealerships” and had someone suggest a visit to their “uncle bob” down the street... but this was a different story. Mini Oakville honestly has an outstanding service department, with excellent customer service and super friendly reps. We had previously called another dealer and Oakville gave us quicker, better priced, honest help and walked us through options over the phone before we dropped off the car. I know this sounds like an ad, but it ain’t — we were just genuinely surprised and impressed. Take your MINI to them.

I though Dylan did a great job when servicing my car, he answered my questions, made the drop off and pick up super easy and was very friendly. I felt very safe in covid times, there was barely any human contact. I also love that my car gets a cleaning every time!

Have been going here for last 3 years for service since I purchased my vehicle new at this dealership. They have always been very accommodating to me and get the job done. Loaner vehicle always at the ready if needed. Both Tara and Chris at Service are an asset to the organization. Was last there in late March for a Windshield replacement & scheduled maintenance requirements.

I just purchased a MINI Cooper Countryman SE All4 from Budds', and I have nothing but good things to say about this dealership! I have had 4 other cars in my life and I've never had such good customer service and communication as I've had at Budds'. Of course, I have not had to have the car serviced yet, so time will tell if the level of service continues into that department. My sales person was Jeff and, although I waited longer than anticipated for my car (was custom built in Belgium), he was always in touch with updates and would answer any of my questions (via email) right away. I never felt ignored. Even after I took my car home, Jeff has been in contact, asking how everything is working out, and offering support if I feel that I need it. I'm desperately hoping that when I take my car in for service that I will be just as impressed with Budds' as I am right now. I 100% recommend Budds' MINI in Oakville for anyone who is looking for a new vehicle!

Brought my car for an electrical short. They fixed the short and then charged my two both diagnostics even though the detected a problem that I paid to have repaired. That's new to me. My battery died again shortly after and when I called to discuss bringing my car in, they told me they would charge me for another diagnostic. I said, "the problem wasn't fixed in the first place, so why are u charging me again? " I was told the manager would call me back to sort it out. That was over a month ago. Pretty disappointing experience.
MINI Oakville recently performed an oil service and brake fluid flush on my wife's MINI Cooper S. They were prompt and were able to get us in at a convenient time. The service was accomplished in less time than promised. As a bonus, they washed the car and provided recommendations on near term brake rotor and pad replacement. The service personnel were courteous and attentive as was the young man that brought me the car. Well done and congratulations on the location, looks great.

my daughter has A mini which we leased from Mini Oakville, part of the service offered in her lease agreement was the road side assistance, she left home yesterday from Mississauga at 9 am going to Rayrson university, mid way she has a flat Tyre ( only 5000 km car!) she called Road side assistance, car doesn't carry any spare! ( this is how its designed) so she could not replace a Tyre, only option was to call Mini road side assistance. they kept her waiting for over 5 hours in extreme weather conditions ( - 20 C) I sent my other daughter to pick her sister, the towing service arrived ( 5 hours later!) they took the car to Oakville, she returned home after missing her whole day school due to this incident!, she was asked to contact them the following day. upon talking to service department they stated that the Tyre has to be changed because its damaged ( for sure it will, because no spare one and you need to drive from the high way to get int to a safe zone and park) they mentioned cost to replace the Tyre will be 270 dollars! when I went to pick up the car this afternoon, I was so unhappy but no one to talk to ( its Saturday!) got to pay ( this is your only option), I googled the Tyre they changed based on brand and size ( Hankook) I found that this Tyre costs between 120 to 150 Dollars ( Canadian tires and Costco) Mini Oakville are playing smart by saying road side assistance is free & complimentary service!, but from what I exercised, it look like it's included in the Tyre replacement cost! conclusion: I will never deal with Mini Oakville again, lousy service, the road side assistance is a joke. never seen a car without a spare ( if it would Have had one, we do have CAA membership we could have called them to change the Tyre and problem solved) I don't like to post negative reviews but the above was my experience and its the truth. if you want to get a flat Tyre in a car designed with no spare one, on top of that you are left in extreme weather conditions, go ahead and deal with Mini Oakville!
Got my tires changed out recently. Customer service was great this time! Highly organized especially during Covid and good communications. Pricing was fair too.
Phone number for mini service lands you on MINI which ask you to press 2 for the MINI service which redirects you to BMW service which has you wait 5 min to tell you no this is BMW we are transferring you to mini then you end up in a voicemail. Don't waste time calling back. Also charged me 500$ for REAR PADS replacement! A $100 job anywhere else in the world. Just avoid. Edit: Just replaced rear pads AND ROTORS (again - they used cheap parrts!) by myself with quality parts. Total cost of parts : 150$. Took me 20 min per wheel. I'm not even a mechanic. You won't touch my car anymore I can promise you that. Edit2: I received my wear sensors in hope to finally be able to turn the notice off. Turns out, the whole sensor cable had been removed from one side. I only had 1 connected!!! Also replied to Shannon indicating that it would be quite easy to go back in their system and find the guy they ripped off with a 500$ read pads jobs and her reply has been " unable to assist you in any way". Really enjoy having consistency in staff, Tara Starecky, with whom there is some business history and hence, relationship. Tara does what she can, not only to ease the pain of the cost that is related to some of the repairs, but also to make recommendations that she considers a good fit, for her returning, customer.

I always have great service at MINI Oakville. My appointment on Monday was excellent as always. The right headlight cover on the hood of the car had broken and I was coming into have it replaced. When I made the appointment they had let me know what it would cost to replace the part and the labor costs. However, once I arrived Dylan Claus let me know he was able to have the replacement covered under warranty. This was great news for me. Plus they were able to have me in and out withing an hour, which is great during these Covid times.

What was generally a fabulous experience lost its shine very quickly when we discovered days after receiving the vehicle that two of the tires barely passed the safety inspection. Consequently we have to buy two new tires because they are very worn down. When you put your trust and faith into a dealer to buy a car sight unseen during COVID you hope that you earn a little consideration and transparency. Really unfortunate because the sales rep (Evan) was marvelous. Very disappointing way to conclude what was nearly a perfect transaction. Missed opportunity for them because we were considering yet another vehicle in their inventory. We will be looking elsewhere now they have lost our trust.
Great service! Unfortunately the check engine light had come on on my Mini. The adviser Tara was very friendly and helpful. She explained everything to me in layman's terms (Although I hate to admit it, I do not know much more about cars than how to drive them and put gas in them). Luckily my car just needed to have its computer programmed. The dealership had free wifi and even massage chairs; a nice place to wait for your car to be serviced. I would recommend Mini Oakville.
I'm happy to say that once again I had an excellent experience at Mini Oakville. I was helped by Dylan and another staff member whose name I didn't catch: Both were very helpful and efficient. In less that a minute after dropping off my car, I was already driving away in a courtesy vehicle. Without my prompting, Dylan looked up whether or not my repair was still covered by warranty -- it was and I had assumed it wasn't -- and he called to let me know. That was much appreciated. The car service itself was perfect. It's been a few weeks now, and I've had zero follow-up problems. Follow-up: I had another routine maintenance done at Mini Oakville last week. Once again, Dylan and team were great -- punctual and prompt. No complaints!

Very dissappointing to be repeatedly told engine issues with 2 year old Countryman were wear and tear and not covered by warranty. Unable to trust this dealership. Downtown Mini seems better, unfortunate I have to travel to get transparent service. Short sighted strategy by the service department, they are all in for the immediate business with no regare for losing future patronage.
The group at Mini Oakville consistently provides 5 Star service, especially Ryan Tanabe. I’ve work with Ryan for all my vehicles and have referred him to many friends and associates. He is extremely trustworthy and always goes above and beyond to help not only in sales, but also connecting me with the service team. Since my last service when I had my summer tires put on, I have driven only 4300 kms. Last week I noticed a metal on metal sound which turned out to be my brakes! I do wish the summer tire appt. had told me that my brakes were that bad!!!

I returned my leased Mini Cooper S Convertible with brand new Bridgestone Blizzak snow tires and they billed me over $2000 for the missing summer tires which I had. When I tried to return the tires for a credit, they didn't even respond to me. What a bunch of crooks!!!

I purchased a pre-owned Mini in the summer and in early Nov took it to Mini Oakville for it's 1st service - a simple oil change. Not surprisingly, it wasn't the least expensive dealership visit I've ever had however the whole process, from check-in to pickup, was smooth, efficient & quick. Dylan Claus, my advisor, kept me informed through the whole experience. Very friendly & easy to talk to and quite knowledgeable. I was provided with a list of items to be dealt with - the 1st time the shop had seen the vehicle - and I look forward to getting these dealt with over the next few weeks!

Dropped by Oakville Mini on Saturday to have a look at the Mini Clubman - I was lucky enough to have Karin spend lots of time with me, going over this gorgeous car's features and sharing her endless knowledge and passion for minis with me! When I'm ready to buy a mini I am going back to Karin at Oakville Mini! Gorgeous Showroom, knowledgeable and friendly staff.
A recall notice prompted me to take my mint condition, low mileage, 2010 Mini in to the dealership in Oakville. Aside from this part replacement, I decided to have the service people check the cause of 2 indicator lights that had been on in my display for the past 6 weeks. Having followed the instructions in the manual and not finding cause for the indicators (one suggested there was a burned out light and there wasn’t, and the other indicated low tire pressure and there wasn’t) I decided to have the experts figure it out and return my display to normal. There was no light problem, so the computer had malfunctioned. There was a very slow leak in one tire which they said they could replace for me for $320+ installation. They did not suggest or offer to plug the leak. Given the tire is only 2 years old and is only used 6 months of the year and had only about 10,000km of wear on it, a plug or patch or even leaving it were cost effective alternatives not suggested. My car was returned to me with the dashboard display showing the time 2 minutes slow and the temperature in degrees Fahrenheit. The default for temperature is Celsius in Canada. Had an attentive technician looked at the time I had set, it would have been noted that my clock was set 5 minutes fast. While these 2 points may seem trivial, it is not easy to manually change these settings. Furthermore, it is attention to details that separates average service from exceptional service. I got my car back and was inconvenienced by a lack of attention to details that matter to me. I will never take my mini back to the dealership again, unless a recall requires it. My local garage and mechanic offer me the kind of service and attention I appreciate and at a cheaper cost.

Bought my Mini elsewhere, thought I would get it serviced here. $75 for a winter tire change, $175 for an oil change??? Are you kidding me...seriously over priced. These services are not specialized, why so pricey?....definitely will NOT be using this place.

I brought in my 2010 cooper S with only 45000km with Mini CPO warranty because it had check engine light on . According to them, its due to split /cut wire of some sort ( NOT covered under warranty cause my case was unique )225+ tax leaking coolant from water pump , leaking oil from timing chain tensioner and its NOT covered , brake job for 625$ plus tax , rear stabilizer link covered but I had to pay 50$ deductible . Also with all the maintenance and repair my estimate was over 2800$. I drive Mini not Ferrari !!! Its bad enough they sell a junk ,they scam you again on repair .
When I bought my car I bought used 11 months old and 14000 km from a non mini dealer. I went into Mini to register my car. They told me nothing about the car or about my extra warranty. After paying for an oil change at another reputable company, I call Mini Oakville. They tell me my oil changes are covered with my extended warranty. So... I wait... November I call Budds Mini and ask for an oil change and winter tires to be put on. They could not get me in for a week and an half. FYI I commute... I show up for my oil change and I am told my oil change will be $75 as I am 100 km over 40,000. The finale bill $430 for an oil change and my tires!!!!! When I asked the service girl WHY, she mentioned all the hidden fees and said it is good to ask questions!!!! I almost jumped over the counter with anger lol I can’t stand when people speak to me like that. After I left I realized my tires were not in the car and had to turn around and go get them from service as they were closed and forgot my tires. Thanks but no thanks... I won’t see you again

My car has been with Mini for over 2 weeks now and no update as of yet. I had to pay for a rental for 8 days until they figured out what was wrong with my car. Once they finally figured it out, it took them a couple days to arrange a Rental from Enterprise. They also stated that they would only be covering the rental for 4 days but my car will take over 2 weeks to be fixed. Everything is covered under warranty but I’m left to pay for the rental bill because you guys cant fix the car in a timely manner, how is that my fault and why should i be paying for the rental? Lastly, iv been calling the dealership for the past 3 days. Iv left 3 messages for someone to call me back and sent 2 emails to the service rep and still have not heard back anything. Not a phone call or email back. Definitely will not be getting a Mini again and will definitely not be purchasing anything from Budds group again. Very disappointed with the overall service from buying the vehicle to it being serviced!

I don't really know how to answer this. My appointment was scheduled at 10:20 for an oil change but my car didn't go in until 11:20 and then came out with an estimate for $3500. There was nothing wrong with my car going in. I had had a leak in one of winter tires that I had been alerted to but had switched to my summer tires before the service date. The estimate included 4 new tires and stated I had a leaking rear tire. I don't know if the tire was actually leaking or if that was based on previous computer alerts from the winter tire. I've had no alerts since switching to summer tires. A week after the oil change my car has started making this terrible rubbing and squeaking sound. The estimate also included an alignment but I just had an alignment when switching to my summer tires. Someone was suppose to go over the recommendations with me but once I paid no one explained anything to me. I also needed two new bulbs that were not in stock. I was told they would order them for me but I've yet to hear from anyone. So I'm left a little confused by this visit and extremely untrusting of their recommendations.

Friendly and timely service and a very smooth transition from my BMW lease to our new Convertible Mini with the excellent service from both Ryan and Laura. The car is a real pleasure to drive and being fun at the same time. Really enjoy the roof being able to go back and act like a sunroof or all the way back for the true convertible feeling. Gas consumption is incrediblly low yet the car has plenty of get up and go when needed.

Great service especially considering the Coronavirus Pandemic. As much as I appreciate the great service, I have to mention how frustrating it is to try to reach you by phone. I have let it ring forever and then when you finally do answer, it’s not unusual to be transferred to another number only to have it ring endlessly once again. Still there is no guarantee that you will get an answer at this point. I have given up several times. My impression is that you just have to be really lucky to get a person on the phone. I can’t believe that is the image you want to project.
I had a terrible experience with Oakville Mini today. My friend was going to lease a Mini today. I went along because I was considering a Mini when my lease expires early next year. After the test drive, when my friend wanted information to build and price her new car. She was repeatedly told to go home and check it out online. The salesman was not helpful at all ! Please have sales people who are actually interested in selling your cars !

**Edited my reivew as MINI did assist in taking care of some of the expenses incurred during a lease return. However - We are still extremely dissapointed with the partnership between DataScan & BMW. If you hire a third party inspection company to analyze vehicles prior to their lease return, they should be held accountable to the reports they provide. Being told you will owe $0 on the return of your vehicle, and then being slapped with a $1800 invoice is NOT acceptable. BMW/MINI needs to take more ownership in this process. If they are going to complete an independant review of the vehicle and tack on charges... then THEY should be the ones that do the inspection prior to return. LESSON TO BE LEARNED - If you lease your vehicle, be sure to have it inspected by MINI prior to the return... data scan is a waste of time and money. Thanks to Jae/Tara at MINI for helping get the invoice issues taken care of fairly.

I have been a Mini owner for almost one year now but am not new to BMW as a brand as I had a 3 series in the past. Although my experience in the first year with Mini was not exceptional starting from delivery of the vehicle to logistics of roadside assistance and then sloppy workmanship during service appointments, I will say that Tara my Mini Advisor at Mini Oakville has been wonderful! She's extremely professional, efficient and goes out of her way to make sure that I am happy with the level of service provided. She understands customer service and client relations. She's an asset to the company and she is slowly turning my not so 'premium' experience around. Would recommend dealing with her directly if you have the opportunity.
Crazy times call for crazy measures - we bought a used car sight unseen and had it shipped home. The people at budd's were great and stood behind everything they said. Looking forward to have them visit me at my place of employment next summer when travel is permitted again - we're gonna get inverted!!!

My 2019 convertible Mini came into Budd's on Tuesday, Sept 15 with an unexplanined breakdown of car play. The Mini technicican was able to get it back running, however my follow up questions have yet to be answered.
Air Conditioning wasn't working on my 2014 Countryman in this heat!. They serviced it and it seems to work fine now. They managed the whole thing without me having to go into the building. Only difficulty was that there was no driver to take us home because of COVID social distancing. But when I asked, they rented me a car for $35 for the day.
Always have a good experience at Mini Oakville, whether it is on the Sales side or the Service side. On my third Mini and was very pleased with Kristian and my purchase. Dylan in the Service Department is excellent at keeping you informed on what is going on every step of the way.
I called the parts department about new push pins for my hood scoop on my 09 cooper s..I was told they were a available and in stock but I had to pick the up at Budds BMW. When I arrived they offered me the wrong parts and the $6 cost I was quoted has now turned into having to order them in and the cost is now $30..Really a waste of my time..could have ordered this all over the phone and saved a lot of time.

My highest recommendation goes to Budds' MINI of Oakville. We are Canadian expats who reside in the States. On a recent visit home our Countryman began making a deafening noise and a friend recommended this business as we were out of town and in need of diagnostic advice. Not only did these gracious professionals get us in to ensure our car was safe to drive, they actually offered a courtesy car wash and encouraged us to help ourselves to a bottle of water on our way out the door. All this and they declined to charge us a dime. The hospitality and kindness shown to us is like the elusive and legendary unicorn. In most instances it simply doesn't exist! Nordtrom's would have a hard time coming close to this level of customer service. A special thanks to Stevie (scheduling) and Dylan (Service Advisor) for their friendliness and willingness to help. If we're back in Canada in time for the purchase of our next car...this will be the place! Thank you!!

Dylan met me at the door to the display room wearing(responsibly), a mask. He showed me to the waiting area and pointed out any other areas I was able/or not, to venture to . He was situated near the waiting area and available to answer any questions, although he did misunderstand something I asked about and had settings changed on my colour ring. Because I never mentioned doing this and am challenged to figure out how to put it back,I am mentioning this and perhaps attendants need to listen closer to what their clients are saying . I do feel the wait was longer than expected and that minimally the TV should be set up for clients and bottled water made available, especially given the waiting times. SO I AM actually giving the REP a 4 AND MINI Oakville a 3 STAR
Parents beware. If you live outside of the boundaries of the shuttle service the staff at MINI Oakville will leave you stranded, so as to "not inconvenience their drivers" I live in Stoney Creek and Mini Oakville offered a rental as a solution to getting me home. So not only they would like to charge $100+/hour for labour, but due to the product prematurely failing (car has 41k), they expect that the customer should fork up $39/day (plus all additional fees), just because they have to take care of their 4 month old baby. Obviously if I didn't have my child with me, I would Uber, taxi, etc. The thing that really vexes me is that after speaking to a service manager, his tone and attitude were that of entitlement instead of compassion, and trying to think outside the box. Is $39 that big of a deal for a dealership the size of Budd's to cover? By the way, I service my wife's Discovery Sport at Budd's Import Cars, and they were more than happy to drive me back and forth to my house, even though they were very busy as well. So after spending over $100k, Budd's group is unwilling to spend $39 to make my life easier. My wife will be in the market for Range Rover Sport; guess where we are NOT going to be purchasing from.

I did not end up ordering a Mini, however through the process of deciding Mini Oakville was amazing. Evan was my dealer; he was professional and had all the answers to our questions and treated us like we were already customers. Will definitely be coming back if I'm in the market for a Mini again!
The service department was fantastic!! Matt and his team diagnosed an ongoing issue I was having, fixed everything I asked for and kept me up to date on the status of the whole process! The team walked me through my costs so there were no unpleasant surprises when I showed up to pick up my car....just a pleasant one when one of the repairs came in under the quoted price! Matt went over the top for me in this complex service appointment and the whole team at Budd's Mini Oakville worked together to make sure I left happy! Can't say enough good things about this team!!

I have often been disappointed with the Budd's team. On this occasion i was quoted for a clutch and was double charged for a part. When this was pointed out they decided to give us a 10% discount for the work. Upon checking out the discount was not applied to the quoted work but only to the parts, not the labour. Interesting. Also I have been a customer for coming up 10 years. A week before I received a phone call to pre pay for the clutch part, since it was not something they stocked. I was shocked, especially given that we had discovered their error in the quote. Then they put me on hold which I waited for 2 minutes..yes I was upset enough to time it to be put through to their finance department....before I hung up. They then called back and said we did not need to prepay for the part. Incredibly disappointing and unfortunately this has not been an unusual occurrence from the Budd's Team.
Contactless service was well-organized and advised, with efficient drop off and pick up arrangements. My car was cleaned and tuned. Very happy driving. Bravo.

I recently took my MINI to get a recall part changed. The process of checking in the car and picking up was messy and unprofessional. The staff acknowledged that i was standing in front of their reception desk but still continued to have their conversation. After picking up my MINI my car started to stall and i got a 'engine malfunction' message. I keep up with servicing my car and never once had this problem. I still have yet to hear back from MINI because so far they claim that 'they don't think it has anything to do with what they worked on. They also reset my entire computer system and messed up my settings. It was my first and last time servicing my car here...NEVER AGAIN AND DONT RECOMMEND!
Budd's did a great job and actually went the extra mile fixing an additional issue with my Mini at no extra charge. Great job guys!
Straight forward honest service.
Got oil change last week and waited there. Staff was nice and friendly. Place is always clean and pleasant. Job was done quickly and I got a car wash. Price might be slightly higher than smaller shops but I can trust job is done properly.
This was the first time I've taken my Mini into Budd's for service and was really impressed. I needed to have a couple of repairs made and they were happy to work with an aftermarket warranty I had purchased elsewhere when I bought my vehicle. Car is running better than when I first bought it! Will definitely be doing all of my services there in future.
It’s a great place always ready to answer any questions whenever we needed to. While waiting for service done on our Mini, it’s a great place to wait and have one of their coffees plus treats! This is my second positive review for Mini Oakville and especially its great service department where we had our Mini Countryman serviced recently using “ No contact policy”. Dylan is always attentive to my questions and replying back quickly. Good job Dylan!
Everything went like clockwork . I was greeted when I entered the building . My instructions about leaving the car were explained in advance . I sat to wait in an isolated comfortable area , and the work was complete in the amount of time that was quoted to me . The courtesy was faultless .
Friendly staff and nice atmosphere. However, the costs for services has gotten ridiculously expensive. Unfortunately, the price for an oil change increases every time I go in; this latest oil change cost me approximately $190. If the only perks are a car wash and free coffee, definitely my last time getting an oil change appointment here. The price to “diagnose” potential issues in the hood would have costed me approximately $700 (just to diagnose the problem). Grateful I went somewhere else reliable to diagnose and fix an issue using original mini parts for a fraction of the cost. We often think it’s just easier and more convenient to go to the dealership... it’s not worth it. Do a little bit of research and save a ton of money by dealing an experienced and reliable mechanic or shop. If you have the money to spend, then this is a great place otherwise.
Always very good service, and very thorough vehicle inspections. They always report and make recommendations.
Being in the area, I dropped by the dealership to make a service appointment. They kept the car, set me up with a rental and two days later, the car was ready for pick up. Excellent service.
