Edit from June 2019: Wish I can give these guys 10 starts. Bought a bmw 335xi sedan, Firas went through extensive efforts to make sure that we were happy with our purchase. When I came to see the bmw, it wasn't running well. Firas said he would bring the car to a mechanic 3-4 days to see what the problem was. I called him 4 days later and to my surprise the car was being repaired as we spoke, usually we would have to remind a dealer to do this work but they took care of it as promised. Came back that day and the car ran and drove MINT, for the second time I'm very impressed with the service and presentation. A few minor cosmetic things but thats to be expected with a 10+ year old car, regardless every single thing was repaired very quickly. Had the opportunity to meet the owner Chris, he was very friendly and we ended up having a long conversation with him, he's very honest, and polite. I appreciate the efforts Firas went through to get me into this Bmw. Thank you Lord Automobile. These guys are absolutely awesome! Extremely nice, kind, and not pushy whatsoever. Just proves you don’t need a big flashy dealership to sell quality cars. Even though the deal on the car I wanted didn’t go through, I still will definitely buy a different vehicle from them. Haven’t experienced such friendly from a dealer for a very long time! These guys treated me better than basically every other dealership I’ve been to. The inventory is amazing, you have your luxury cars, sports cars, and your everyday affordable vehicles. Very clean cars as well, and very impressed by the presentation. Purchased a 2008 Beetle last June 2018. They allowed me to drive the car off their lot with a cracked windshield for a "deal" on an extended warranty instead. FIVE hours after I drove it off the lot, one headlight flew out. Less than 48 hours later, the radiator blew and I had to tow it back to Oakville from Hamilton. They said that I hit the car and caused it to break down. This is FALSE. If I hit the car, there would have been external damages. They refused to refund the car. Their 30-day safety guarantee was NOT honoured. I have spent almost half the price of the car to get this car running and up to safety standards. They only offered to pay $1000 to fix the car. The headlight alone costs over $400. I think a dealer that does not honour or guarantee a client's safety is absolutely horrible. Also, they are not registered with OMVIC and so if anything, you can't even apply for the Motor Vehicle Dealers Compensation Fund. Lord Automobile - all you had to do was FIX my car and/or provide me with a refund so that I could have purchased a safe car. You put both mine and my daughter's lives at risk. You said that you would not give me a refund because you would lose money from the principle sale of the car. You should be ashamed.

I have recently purchased a used car from Lord automobile, for a competitive price, the reason I gave them 5 stars rating due to the overall service: - Prices: Competitive price, I have purchased a car with a price lower than the market price by 15%, that is within my price range. - Customer service was top notch, our dealer, Adam, lead us through their variety of cars, and managed to advise after understanding what I'm looking for and my budget. I wanted also to notify that they were very patient handling my hesitation and questions. - Car variety and maintenance: the quality and cleanness of the advertised cars is excellent, and matching what is advertised on their website. - Car quality: I have purchased a used car and so far, 2 months of Canadian winter use without any issues, due to the superb condition and maintenance of the car advised by Adam. - After-sales follow ups: which is not expected to be done by any dealer, Adam, kept following up on the car status and asking of any issues. I totally recommend you to give lord automobile a visit, myself, I will be a loyal customer for such a service.

We just purchased a 2007 Ford F150 from Lord automobile limited. This is such a great find and low Km’s and in Amazing shape! At our first visit we waited 35 minutes to talk to a sales associate since nobody was there for a test drive. We loved the vehicle and made arrangements to pick up the vehicle a few days later. We drove from Kitchener area to Oakville both times. When we arrived to get the vehicle at a prearranged time it had not been washed or detailed inside. The plates were not on it as well. The salesman said he would get it prepared in just a little over an hour. We went for a coffee came back and it still had not been washed! The sales associate told us that it had rained and that’s why it looks that way. (it clearly was not washed!) also he blamed the detailing company for its appearance. so it at the end of the day we got a good deal but not happy about the cleanliness of the vehicle.

Great place if you are looking for a pre-owned vehicle! Couple of months back, I bought a used car from Lord automobile ltd. I am quite satisfied with the car and certainly got a great deal. The owner is fairly reliable and straightforward. They have a variety of car selection and are pretty quick in transferring the car title and name plate.

Generally I find the process of buying a car uncomfortable. But I did my research (my favourite part). I knew which car I was going to buy, I just didn't know where. Lord Automobile picked up an Odyssey wholesale from a downtown dealer.. I got there to take a look, and I knew it had the K's and features I wanted, and was within my budget. 'Chad' (his really name is a bit unfortunate for a car salesman but you can ask him yourself). Was very helpful, showing the car, letting me take a test drive and arranging to take it to my mechanic to look at it. He was also patient with my son. Adam was also helpful on Chad's day off, addressing my concerns, making sure we wrote down all the problem spots on the car and talking about my mechanics assessment as well as theirs and then we agreed on the work that needed to be done. They are good negotiators, no wiggling the price this time, but certainly adding in value by getting some things fixed on the car and being helpful. They do offer warranties from Lubrico, the basic one is 3 months. And they give a safety certification and will also arrange to get a license plate for you (with a markup, so do it yourself if you save a few bucks). I opted to have them handle the plate. The detailing on the car was great, it looked like night and day from when I first say the car and when I picked it up (including a bumper that they fixed.. looked brand new, colour matching as well). The vehicle, a Honda Odyssey, also came with a second set of tires on rims. They addressed several problem points for me and I really appreciated that. I think their prices are fair, but it wasn't a steal. They won't do more work than they have to sell the vehicle, but they do get the work done. I am always pretty skeptical of car salespeople and the car industry in general because of how hard it can be to verify everything you are told. I didn't notice any deception here though, it was pretty straightforward. Assuming I didn't buy a lemon.. I really think this is a good place to get a vehicle. And if they have the right vehicle in a few years maybe I will be going back. (Though, I imagine customer loyalty would be hard in a used market.. where customers like me just look for the right specs at the right price.. and you never know where it will show up). Horrible place to buy a car from. The owner did not care about me and only wanted my money. I was a first time car buyer and they took advantage of my little knowledge. I test drove the car and everything was fine, no engine light. The car was sold with safety and e-test so I did not question the car as it looked fine to me. When I go get the car the engine light is on, they tell me not to worry it will go away, and if not they will fix it. It stayed on for a few days and I brought it in to their mechanic. I drove 200km to Oakville 3 times because they could not figure out what the problem was.The mechanic was at Mina auto repair and from being there it was clear that the mechanic had no idea what he was doing they refused to look at the car again. At this point it had been over a month since I bought the car so I was no longer to submit a complaint through the Ministry Of Transportation. I brought the VW Passat to a VW dealer and they fixed the engine light within 30 minutes and cost me $200 - something I wish I had done in the first place. Then when I brought the car in for an oil change, I was told there was a turbo leak and that both rear springs were broken - I was quoted over $2,000 for this repair and told that this car would not be able to pass e-test or safety next time around in its current condition. I am writing this review to warn everyone I can about my experience. I was sold a car with a fraudulent safety and e-test certificate and I should have gotten a second opinion on the car. They were fully aware of these issues yet opted-out of notifying me.

In Toronto so place is a bit far. Been here a couple of times to test used cars and always a pleasure as you get to drive on their own "little road". Came close but couldn't close the deal due to the car's history but overall reasonable prices. Was definitely worth visiting.

I had great service when purchasing and am overall happy about the purchase. I took the car into a Mercedes dealer for new tires this spring. When they removed the rim they noticed that there was a RIGHT control arm on the LEFT side. It was installed upside down so it could be used. The new wear marks indicate it was done recently. I am not sure if Lord Auto knew about it, or if they were fooled by whoever they bought it from. Either way, it was done intentionally by someone. If it had been left alone it would have caused a serious failure and an accident. I realize it is my problem now ($1000 repair) but just wanted the involved parties to know about it.

On July 26 2018 my son and I flew into Toronto from Saskatoon. We had purchased a 2004 Volvo wagon from Lord Automobile over the internet. At the dealership we were greeted by Chad and Adam. They made us feel right at home and invited us the check over the car. All of the staff were friendly as were the customers who obviously were pleased as we were. The 3200 km trip home was great, the car ran flawlessly and got great gas mileage. Adam was very professional to deal with and his communication throughout the purchase was excellent. We are very pleased with Lord Automobile and would deal with them again!

A very bad experience and a very rude owner who doesn’t respect customers.I went there with my friends to buy a car.. we saw a used car for 5800 with two years warranty certified.. the guy who received us Shady was so nice and we were trying to drop the price a little to 5500 and he was willing to do that.. smiling and talking nicely.. then out of no where the owner jumped in and was so rude shouting in a loud voice telling us to buy the car (as is ) with no warranty for 5500. Told him you dropped the price 300$ only and you want to sell it as that will raise suspicions about the car and about the way you are treating your customers.. he was talking in a loud voice and never giving us a chance to speak.. while the other guy Shady was about to say yes this one jumped from no where..we just said thank you and left. A very bad experience. I even question if their warranty truly exists at all.

I had some concerns regarding the performance of the vehicle I purchased from LORD auto. As soon as these concerns were voiced to Adam, he was extremely fast in terms of resolving them, and went over and above to make me happy. I understand that on rare occasions, used cars can have issues. However, a trusted dealer like LORD auto that goes out of their way to resolve those issues is very rare. I would return to purchase a car from them and would recommend them to everyone. I am very impressed by the way that they conduct their business

My experience with purchasing a vehicle from this dealership as follows: January I was looking to purchase a vehicle of this lot, we agreed on the price or $6000. I then took the vehicle to a mechanic for private inspection(about $120 at my cost) When I returned I was informed they had changed their mind, and $6500 is the new price. I assume this was done because they knew I had now spent money on this vehicle. I agreed to the new asking price, with 1 requirement. The entire exhaust system on this vehicle was rusted and rotting, however only the muffler would need replacing to past a safety test. My terms of paying $6500 were the the full exhaust system would be replaced, with true new OEM parts, we agreed on this. After the work was done I purchased the vehicle, after taking it to my mechanic they informed me that only the muffler was changed, leaving the rest of the exhaust system rotting/rotten. On top of this, the muffler they used to replace was not OEM, but the cheapest Taiwanese part available on the market. These guys lied to my face to make a sale, and changed the agreed upon price halfway through a sale. I would suggest avoiding this lot completely. The majority of 5 star reviews on this page are from the staff/family of staff at the lot. I will gladly remove this review if Lord can fix this wrongdoing, or provide invoices for the work my mechanic and I are confident they lied about having completed. Update: This vehicle as continued to be nothing but a nightmare, I sunk about $3000 into repairs weeks after purchase. My mechanic made my quite a large list of reasons this vehicle should never have past a safety test, but was illegally pushed through to make the sale anyways. All positive reviews on this page are fake, these guys did nothing to fix the situation but threaten and intimidate. These guys are very dishonest, avoid at all costs!

Great dealer! Got a great deal from Chris on a 2007 Porsche 911 Targa 4. Amazing condition for a 12 year old car! Easy to deal with, straight up, with no hassle! I was hesitant buying this car from a non-Porsche dealer, but I got a PPI done at a local shop, was happy with the report and pulled the trigger. I then took the car into Porsche for a full inspection, a major maintenance, and to pre-emptively replace a bunch of items (plugs, coils, belts, etc.). The Porsche mechanic commented about the great shape the car is in. I would not hesitate to buy another car from Chris - in fact, when my daily driver gives way, I'm going back to Chris.
