This was the most laid back dealership I've ever been to. I was able to test drive the vehicle unattended and pressure free. Unfortunately we couldn't come to terms but the experience was a positive one. I can see why the overwhelming majority gave this dealership a positive review. I got a free hot chocolate. I may just come back for another one. That's how they get you :D. I'm still deciding on the vehicle but I definitely would recommend these guys for their approach to selling. Updated: Nabil and I have struck an agreement! I was on the fence initially but the deal was fair and everything checked out. I'm very happy with my purchase and my recent service at the audi dealership proved that I made the right decision getting my vehicle from car lounge. The previous owner of my vehicle kept it in immaculate condition so I should thank him too. All in all a pleasant experience from top to bottom. I don't think I'll buy a new car again now that I know this place.

I recently took delivery of a Mini Cooper S Clubman. Not only did I get the car for a very reasonable price, after an easy and non-adversarial negotiation, but before delivery they replaced two tires (with the OEM spec tire) and did the front brakes. On top of that, after signing the purchase agreement we were informed that our kid was exposed to a confirmed COVID case, meaning that we were required to self-isolate for two weeks. Car Lounge gave us the option of delaying delivery or dropping the car off for us at home. All in all, they were upfront, offered a great product, fulfilled their promises, and gave us a great deal. 5 stars, would recommend.

Booked an appointment and test drive with George on a BMW M3 on summer tires in January. George and team were very accommodating in getting the vehicle through the lightly snow covered parking lot to the road for a test drive. The establishment is very clean and professional-looking, with over 100+ high end vehicles, nearly all stored inside, also very clean. Service was excellent--all of my questions were answered and absolutely no pressure sales tactics were employed. The vehicle was exactly as advertised and George and team were very forthcoming with vehicle history and included optional equipment. While I have not made a purchase decision yet I was very pleased with my first experience with Car Lounge and would consider making a purchase there. Also, as other reviews have noted, the espresso is top notch and Nabil offered me one while he gave me some information about my trade-in. Overall Car Lounge greatly exceeded my expectations for a first visit at an independent pre-owned dealer.

Aires and Nabil were gentlemanly, knew their product (or quickly found out), and went the distance to accommodate my requests. At the conclusion, there was a full tank of fuel and a brake disc treatment not required by the safety inspection. The word ‘comfort’ is part of their mission statement and they acted accordingly. I hardly write reviews but I am compelled to do so as my experience with Nabil at Car Lounge defies all the stereotypes of buying a vehicle at a used car dealership. This was my first time at Car Lounge. Nabil and George were very helpful. They were exceedingly patient in obtaining all the information I requested as part of my due diligence for researching the vehicle for sale, giving me plenty of time to inspect, test drive without obstruction, and I could go on and on...Nabil was straightforward and transparent throughout the entire process, and I never had an inkling of feeling any 'shadiness' which so often happens with used car salespeople and managers. I even met his family as they dropped in when he stayed late to help me arrange all the paperwork at the end of the day - this is the opposite of the big business experience you'd find at a faceless corporate dealership. When it came time to arrange for mechanical inspection, Nabil was flexible for allowing my choice of mechanic out in Toronto, and he was further so kind to not haggle over costs to repair deficiencies found by my mechanic. At every turn he provided the freedom for me to work with his mechanic or my own. At close he worked to make the logistics of registration and trade-in easy despite my tight schedule; he made complications go away and eliminated headaches. Finally, all this good work was on a vehicle that was probably low on the profit margin and low on the average price for the vehicles he sells. I realize my review might be seen with skepticism - well, I can only say if you plan to buy a used vehicle it's worth the time to visit Nabil in Oakville. You won't regret it if you get the customer service I received. Based on the other reviews and referrals out there, I'm confident you won't be disappointed.

Highly recommend car lounge to anyone who is interested in buying a used luxury car. I was looking to buy a used panamera 4s for several months and was only considering to buy from dealership at first. My Edmonton and Calgary local dealers didn’t provide many great options to me though and the price is not that good either due to maybe we have a much smaller market in Alberta. Found a really nice look pana in car lounge’s inventrory with all the options I prefer. Hesitated a lot at first since it is going to be a cross province deal that I have never done before. However, the almost impossible 4.9 google review score gave me the courage to call them (after reading almost every single review comment and gained confidence), I decided to call them. In short, I had a really great buying experience with my Sales Victor who is just friendly, knowledgeable and speaks my language Chinese too. I have to give a shout out to Victor since he guided me through every step of the whole process with eaze , and from the time I decided to buy the car to the date I got it at my door step in Edmonton, it only takes less than 2 weeks. Also, shout out to Victor’s boss who gave me this good deal and George who dealt with all my financial stuff in no time. Oh btw, they managed to just charge me only 5% as the AB sales tax and so I don’t have to pay Ontario Hst first and then claim back my tax credits. Overall, this is a great buying experience and I would definitely buy cars again from them if chances allow.
