She had called me with what had to be done, aside from just an oil change, in detail. Among local Mazda dealers we chose Budds' because of its positive reviews and reputation. We were looking for a new compact or mid-size SUV, and after reading reviews, we narrowed the range to Mazda, Honda, Toyota, and Subaru. When we made an appointment at Budds', the salesperson assigned to us was Mohamed Kora. It was a very good fit. He knows his cars, and is also very good at figuring out his customers' priorities, and he was also personable, gracious, honest, dependable, punctual, and always glad to help. (Incidentally, he was also the only salesperson at the four dealerships we dealt with who was always careful about his face mask!) We wound up picking the Mazda CX-5 as our #1 because of the car, but if we had chosen a car because of the salesperson, we would have chosen Mohamed. If that makes it sound as if Mohamed didn't make a difference, that isn't quite right: if Mohamed hadn't got us a good price, and if we hadn't had confidence in him, we probably would have moved on to our #2 pick. After the sale, he continued to be helpful, giving us little instructional sessions when we asked, because the CX-5 has a LOT of features.

She is very knowledgeable when explaining what needs to be done to my car. I can definitely count on Brendan to keep my car in top notch shape. Excellent customer service. Period. I've been getting my Mazda serviced at another Mazda dealership for the past 3 years with mixed reviews. Due to Covid, I thought of switching to a dealership closer to home (why I didn't think of that before is beyond me). Took my CX-5 for a annual service along with a few other add-ons. Katie (the service lady) was amazing. She was clear, transparent and very friendly. Unfortunately after I picked the car up later in the day I noticed a small crack in my rear brake lights (most likely caused by opening and closing the rear hatch while my bike rack was hanging). I told them about what had happened and they immediately offered to do a no-questions-asked replacement of the broken part. I was really impressed with their "customer first" attitude. Will definitely be servicing m car from here now on.

Amazing service by Andrea and the service crew. Seamless Comms when booking my vehicle in to get my tires changed, however just wish they mentioned that there was no facility to wait for it to be done. I had to trudge through the rain to wait at Tim Hortons just down the road. There was also no shuttle service offered or available. Whilst waiting in the rain to fill out some paper work, one of the mechanics stopped to advise me on the key drop of procedure. I think his name was Devin. Additionally Andrea was also very helpful ensuring that my car was ready as soon as possible. They even cleaned the outside of my car Payment was made easy through a link they sent too. Overalll, I was left happy and satisfied.

Bought a 2015 Toyota Sienna from Sean. Friendly man who was genuine with his service but was not your pushy car salesman. The Van is running great and feel everyone won on this transaction. Yes, weird I'm buying a Toyota from a Mazda dealership but Sean made my drive from the Shwa worth it to Oakville. Would recommend Sean for anyone's car buying needs.

I’ve had some paint issue with my car which required a dealer visit. Budd’s Mazda was close to my work and I’ve decided to give them a try. I want to start by saying that I’ve had an amazing customer experience at this dealership. Every service advisor I have dealt with has been courteous and professional but there is one name in particular that I would like to mention and that is the service manager, Jason Corrigan, who went the extra mile and put all his efforts in trying to convince Mazda that this is a manufacturing defect that has to be fixed under warranty. Although it was a very long road, Mazda finally proved that they stand behind their product and solved the issue to my satisfaction. Again, without Jason, this would not likely have been possible. This is my 4th Mazda and although there were some hiccups with this vehicle, it’s because Mazda’s dedicated employees like Jason Corrigan that I am now strongly reconsidering this brand and looking forward for the new 2019 Mazda 3 for my next car purchase.

My entire experience at Budds' Mazda began on a whim. I had just finished a test drive for a vehicle I had become really attracted to, but wasn't quite sold on. I decided I want to try one more car out that day, and stumbled over to Budds' Mazda. Best decision I made in 2020…I even proposed to my girlfriend in 2020, so…yeah. When I arrived at Budd’s Mazda in September 2020 I was greeted by Mr. Sean Gooding who was happily ready to let me test some of their vehicles out. As I am 6'5 and not skinny, I needed something than can handle me, my fiancé and our future family we intend to begin soon. Sean let me test out a new Mazda 3 hatchback, which sadly I, nor my fiancé, did not fit in. When I arrived back at the dealership, feeling somewhat defeated, I asked Mr. Gooding if they happened to have anything a little bigger around the same price range. I was responded with a question about my feelings towards the Ford Motor Company. This Ford (2013 Ford Edge Limited) had, apparently, just made its way to the team at Budds’ and I got to test it out. I immediately fell in love with that vehicle. I could tell Mr. Gooding could notice that I wasn’t ready to pull the proverbial trigger on his vehicle just yet, but he could still notice my desire for the vehicle. I greatly appreciated the respect he showed me while I was contemplating what massive decision I had to make. I was being bombarded by multiple sales representatives for my inquiries into their vehicles. Sean's ability to hold onto his patience with me resonates with me still, to this day. Mr. Gooding doesn’t let his very smooth tongue do the talking. No, he allows the vehicles to speak for themselves. It began with my inquiry into the Mazda. It was carried over, equally, to the Ford Edge. At the end of the day, this motor vehicle was the best bang for my buck and I decided I did not want to lose out on the opportunity to own it. Sean could then notice my anticipation to own the vehicle and did not stop short of ensuring that I got the vehicle. Once signatures went onto the appropriate dotted lines, we were anxiously awaiting the arrival of our previously loved (used) motor vehicle. Once I received word from Mr. Gooding that the vehicle was not going to be prepared in time for the scheduled appointment we had arranged, I was understandably gutted. My current motor vehicle was gifted to me, and was very much on its last leg. I was concerned that it would not survive long enough. Of course, when something totally unexpected happens it sucks. However, Mr. Gooding, and the team at Budds’ Mazda, helped encourage me that the wait for the vehicle was well worth the patience I had to provide. Ironically, I now had to apply the same patience Mr. Gooding applied to me earlier. This was a valuable lesson, and I appreciated experiencing it. No amount of money could have taught me that valuable lesson. Once the vehicle was repaired as promised and fulfilled by Mr. Gooding, I was beyond excited! Once the plates were swapped, and all paperwork was provided I was ready to drive off into the sunset with my appropriately, now named, Ginger (2013 Ford Edge Limited). Yes, her name is Ginger. Show love to my Ginger, or else she will show you what her brand new turbo engine can do. One last comment about Mr. Sean Gooding: His customer service and genuine care for people is natural. It is not forced, or coerced. It may have something to do with his personal life outside of work, however, I absolutely refuse to prejudice this absolute diamond. Whatever the reasoning for Mr. Gooding’s cool demeanor is, it is amplified by the fact that Sean genuinely cares for his customers; His actions speak louder then his words. Go see for yourself. To me, his intentions are to make sure every customer drives off the lot happy with their experience at Budds’ Mazda. Even if you do not purchase a vehicle from them that day, or at all. This is customer service. Go experience it for yourself already! What are you waiting for? You'll never get more time then you have right now.

Update: Dec 30, 2018: OK, so I visited the showroom a few times due to my sensor issue. I found the service guys to be courteous and respectful. While my problem is not fully solved (probably due to Mazda design deficiencies), I will not hold the dealership responsible for that. They seem to be genuinely interested to help me and are very professional. I may be reluctant to buy a Mazda product again, but the dealership is still a very good dealership and the people working there definitely try their best. I have no reason not to give Budds Mazda a 5 star. I think it is very fair I write about the 'sales' experience, the 'finance' experience and the 'service' experience separately. Firstly to begin with, the sales experience was terrific. Jason Rebelo is a very knowledgeable salesman (I can say the most knowledgeable once I have ever experienced). Jason also gave me all information and was honest and truthful in everything he told me. It was a very comfortable and pressure-less experience. So 5 stars to Jason and Budds Mazda here. The 'finance' experience was also good. Carla was very professional and explained things to me clearly and most importantly she treated me as a valued customer and was very prompt with all her communication. So 5 stars for that that. Unfortunately for me, I had some technical irritants with the car and the service department so far has been very 'Careful' about saying anything. Also my brand new car has some problems with the sensors (yes sucks, but this is life and things happen). I have to take it back to the dealership under warranty. I am leaving it at 4 stars now, Once I have a first hand experience the 'service' department at Budds Mazda, I will update this review

UPDATE: Since writing the review below I was contacted by Jason the department manager and he helped me arrange an appointment with the shop to fix the scratch. I am happy to say that they were able to accommodate the appointment right away and the paint job looked good as new. Thank you Jason for jumping in and making it right. Original review: I have been going to this Mazda for service on my Mazda 3 since 2011 when I purchased used from them. The service is always been decent and priced well. Why 1 star? Because last month I left my car there for two recall fixes one of witch required the front driver seat to be removed and the adjustment handle replaced. The night I picked my car I failed to notice the massive scratch left on the inside of the door... There is no way a scratch like this could happen in any other way but by their service ppl. So here goes it, they scratch my car, keep quit and hope I don't notice, when I call first told me the service Manager is on vacation so had to wait for them to come back. Obviously they never called back to follow up. Next few times I called in they didn't seem to have a record of my complaint... In short typical dealership shady behavior not owning their mistake and making it right for the customer. And here I was thinking they are better that this...

Recently purchased a Pre-owned Mazda3 which was in perfect condition. Sales woman was Deborah Blackburn and did everything in her power to ensure that my first car was a good one. She did not place too much pressure on me and gave me a price of around $2,000 less than what JP Motors offered for a car in much worse quality. made an appointment to see a car here two days ago, when we arrived. The sales person we had appointment with were not in store. waited a few minutes he came back and set us up for test drive. after the test drive, we went back into the office and starting to talk about the purchase detail. He told us to have a seat and wait for him when he walks away to another desk to talk to another customer. we waited and he came back ask us how do we like the car, we asked if the shop can get the stone chip on the windshield to be fixed before delivery, he said he will have to ask his manage and walked away again, straight to another desk and sit down to talk to another customer. didn't even go to his manager. then I went to him and said he seam pretty busy with other customers and I can come back later as I have other cars to check out. He then apologized and came back to our desk right away starting to put number together. then he present me a low-ball trade-in value for my car and showed me the number I have to pay on top of my trade in. I review the paper and noticed the number he presented us is about $5000 more than what it should've been, I questioned the number he looked at it again and blame the computer making the mistake. I then made my offer and he walked away to ask his manager then came back and refused my offer without counter offering and I said thank you and walked away from this dealership. This is my first time considering a Mazda and the cars are good we did want to purchase the car we seem but the service is just wrong. To be fair, he was always polite when talking to us, it's just he is too busy and maybe double booking the appointment so he can't focus on providing service to us. while we are sitting there and waiting for our salesperson, we also notice that other salespersons are definitely providing great service to customers as we can hear the conversations being very friendly and professional. I have own many many other cars in the past, I have dealt with Budd's BMW, Budd's Subaru in the past and never ever once be treated like this as a customer. I left the dealership and went to Volvo, which we didn't even have an appointment with, we were treated professionally there and the experience was much better and we bought a car there that day.

Friendly service! Katie was absolutely fantastic with customer service, quick prompt, friendly, and very helpful. I brought my car in for an oil change and wiper replacement, although there was a little mishap where I had to bring my car in again the same day, the service tech and Katie together again was prompt and quick to fix the issue and I was on my way again. Matt Wren and the entire team at Budd's Mazda were really great to work with. They helped us find the best pre-owned vehicle that fit our budget. We didn't once feel pressured and each of our concerns were heard and dealt with in an efficient and caring manner. Having the CX-9 regular maintenance done was a breeze. An oil change, fluids, brakes checked, some other odds and ends, all less than $350. Could I do it myself? Sure, but this saved me a LOT of time and headache, and honestly it probably wasn't that much more expensive to let them deal with it. And the process was really easy at Budds. I didn't feel pressured for anything more than I asked for, and they were FAST!!

I was afraid to post my experience, as I see from other negative reviews, Budds is usually very unprofessional with their responses but feel I have to express my frustration. We were in a tough spot and were in a rush to get a new vehicle. We looked at all Mazda dealerships and found what I was looking for, in good shape, at Budds. I am a single Mom and forking over 33k for a used safe vehicle is a big deal for me and my children....but we are all about safety first . I was pleased with the sale service, it is from that point forward that I was not impressed. they said I could pick it up the next Monday, then told that wasn't enough time for them to get it ready for me. I was told to pick a time...then before I could respond, I was told to pick it up Wednesday at noon. I replied that I didn't have someone to get me there and I had to drop off my rental. I assumed they would offer me a lift. Heard nothing back. Arrived at noonish and waited for my salesperson. He came eventually, asked me to sign the paper, cheque for down-payment was in the incorrect amount. I had brought the cheque in on Saturday, paperwork had to be redone. More waiting...salesperson got sidetracked with someone else's customer. Salesperson took us out to look at the car, he said he hated to give it to me dirty but they had touched up some of the paint chips....yeah right. There were no paint chips painted on. The car interior and exterior where the same as the week before when I test drove it. Said he would call me to bring it in in a few days to wash it...it is 2 weeks later, no call. So, it took me 2 hours to pick up my car, most of that time spent waiting and waiting . By the way, the only time that I had a quick response was when I was asking about deleting the extended warranty that I had purchased. Now the car says that I need an oil change and I had to replace the wipers so I could see! Not what I expected.

I work in Burlington and have a 45 minute commute to work from Cambridge. Recently on my way to work I got a flat tire and had a lot of trouble getting through or a half decent person on the phone at a Mazda dealership. A lot of places basically said they didn't care and couldn't help. When I called Budd's Mazda, Katie got back to me right away and marked me in as an emergency to get my tire fixed right away. It’s taken me a bit to get to this review as I’ve been waiting for this dealership to make things right. There were 2 marks on the back of my 2017 Mazda CX-5 before purchased. Our salesman checked with the manager and they said they would FIX the paint chips for us instead of a discount. We figured this was a good trade. We were also promised that the vehicle would be detailed before being picked up. When we arrived to pick up the car, everything was great. We had a great time while at the dealership and our salesman Gabriel was very friendly, not too pushy, and accommodating. The vehicles paint chips were not actually fixed like promised. They put a white paint pen to it and that’s what their “fix” was. After looking at it closer, I could have went to the store and done it myself for $4-$10. This was not a fair deal. The price that was shown online was the price we paid and we were okay with not negotiating the price if the paint chips were going to be fixed. The car was NOT detailed. At all. I asked Gabriel if we could bring the car back to be properly detailed and we were told that he would speak with the manager and get back to me. Almost a week later, there was nothing they could do. This was not Gabriel’s fault by any means, but it was very disappointing as it was my first car. There is a tare in the arm rest console but was told it would be fixed with the detailing. Once again, my car was not detailed so the tare is still there. There is what looks to be dog hair in the trunk, I do not own a dog so that was the first clue it was not detailed like promised. I mentioned that it was very disappointing but nothing came about from it. The reason I purchased from Budds vs a different dealership was because I thought it would be a better experience than I had and I thought they’d be more trustworthy than an independent dealership. Overall, I love my car. I don’t think the detailing and the car chips were Gabriel’s fault. He was a great salesman. I am just disappointed and unsatisfied with the paint chips not being fixed and the detailing not being done.

Then the shuttle was not ready, Andrea told me that I have to wait 20 min, which I disagreed and she call me an Uber. My experience with the front desk was not good at all, however the people from the service car when they call me they have been very nice.

As for suggestions as requested: 1- should wipe cars down with a chamois after wash - only takes 5 mins but makes such a difference and most other dealers do it. 2- perhaps update the lounge area - some snacks/ cookies/juices/ daily papers etc. Other than that - you have the basis for an excellent guest experience!

There is a reason I drive 40 mins to Oakville to get my Mazda 3 serviced at Budd's Mazda. The staff is polite and helpful, both in person and on the phone. And they do not try to sale you bogus maintenance programs just to cash in. This is my first Mazda and it wouldn't be my last. A relationship with your car dealership can be a pleasant or you could go to Gyro Mazda and experience a nightmare. Gyro Mazda is 2 mins from my front door but they will NEVER see my car again!!

Ganesh from the dealership called and confirmed what needs to be serviced and also advised of the OEM recommended service for my car based on the number of kilometers. Our experience at Budds’ Mazda is very different from what most people posted here. We did 48K regular maintenance and 2 other recommended services at this Mazda May 8th. We were charged total $726.66, among them Total Labor $517.7, Total Parts $109.19. G.O.G $16.17. Labor is 5 times of parts. We got the car by lease transfer in January this year and the previous owner provided all previous 5 Mazda service invoices to us (done in 2 other Mazda dealers), did not miss one milestone. Labor costs/ Total Cost for these 5 times respectively is : $34/$86, $64/$120, $174/$245, $219/$309,$50/$191. These other 2 Mazda dealers performed what was required at each milestone plus additional services (including one on all 4 wheel alignment). There is hourly rate and hour spent on each job performed on those invoices. But on Budds’ Mazda’s invoice, there is no hourly rate, no hour spent on each job. We dropped our car at the dealer around 1:30 pm and left. At 2pm, the service advisor called and told they finished inspection and had 3 recommendations. 1. Brake fluid change 2. Throttle body cleaning, 3. Rear break change. The advisor gave us a quote for each job. We did not want to do any, but sounded like it's a safety concern if we chose not to do it. So we chose #1 and #2. But she did not mention for Brake Fluid change, $136 for labor, $34 for Parts; for throttle cleaning $129 for labor, $25 for parts; for 48k required service $252 for labor, $50 for parts. We didn’t know the breakdown at all. If the advisor had told us their labor would cost this much, we would definitely NOT choose any of their service! We called them on May 10 th. Talked to the service advisor in the morning, asking her explanations how they got the labor costs: She said 2 Technicians worked on the car. Wait a minute, we did not know this at all! When she called us around 2pm May 8th, at the end of our conversation (she already knew the the scope of the work and gave us the quote), she mentioned only ONE technician’s name and said he would be the one working on our car and that technician’s name did appear on the service invoice . There is NO other technician’s name on the invoice! My husband went back to the dealer at 3:30pm and saw our car was outside washed already but he did not receive any call. It's 2 hours MAX. Next the service manager called us in the afternoon. He told us he did not know anything, only called me because front desk just asked him to do so. So, I explained to him what happened and we were pretty shocked to see how expensive their labor costs are compared with that on the other 5 invoices from the other 2 dealers. He explained. But basically, it comes to this: The manager asked “Did you get a quote and agree before we start the work”. Yes, we got the quote, but you did not provide us the breakdown. We had no idea your labor costs would be this expensive. How this job cost over 4 hours in total? The manager said, "as long as you agree with the quote, it doesn’t matter how we pay our technician, half an hour or less or more, that’s the total price you agreed. (Can they just say this?! shocked!) At the same time, he tried to describe their work is different from other dealers, e.g. they did twice something on the fluid change job on our car, well, others will do once normally. Honestly speaking, we don't know if they did once or twice, or anything he described. All we know is there is a huge difference between their labor charge and other 2 dealers' , which we could not get plausible explanations. Oddly enough, he did not mention at all there was another technician working on this job during the entire conversation. We do not live in Oakville. There is one Mazda dealer near where we live. We chose Budds' Mazda because we saw all these Google Review. Their staff over the phone seemed polite and friendly. Unfortunately, what happened to us did not match the reviews here. So we are adding our fresh experience. We will certainly not recommend this dealer. BTW, the advisor did not wear a mask when we were at the dealer.

well, when Budds make it a point that you must show up on time or leave your car for the day; then i expect the same promptness back so when i do have an appt. at 10am it is for that time and there is no scrambling to find my tires last minutes. Also i noticed the price of storage has gone up substantially for the 6 month storage fee; so when i come to have my winter tires on later in the year, i will be taking my summer ones home and finding another place to store them that isn't as costly. I wanted to test drive another vehicle (Jeep Cherokee Trailhawk), which I did that same night and knew that the Mazda was the vehicle I wanted to buy. I called Mohamed back that same night and gave him a deposit to hold the car. Carla R the Finance Manger was also great and very heplful. Once again, no pressure, she explained in detail what was covered under the extended warranty which we took home to read over. She answered all our questions and we decided that since we own our vehicles for a long time it would be best to buy the extended warrany. Five days later the Mazda CX5 was sitting in my driveway. The service advisors are always very professional, helpful and efficient. I feel confident that my Mazda is being properly serviced by the dealership’s mechanics. I had been able to pair my phone with my daughter’s car , so I knew the problem wasn’t with my phone. I had been told that my car was too old and that’s why it wouldn’t pair, even though it previously had been working perfectly. Ryan came out to my car and played around with it and was able to pair my phone with the car again. He was kind and courteous as he explained how he solved the problem. From his attention to detail, selling the experience of the drive, and even running ahead of me to open the doors before entering the building, he is on point. The only snag....when I came to pick up my vehicle the battery was flat, which caused a bit of an issue given their service department was closed. I have had my wife's older Mazda in a couple times for different issues and the treatment and service was friendly and professional. The latest work was on the brakes. They checked them out, rec new rotors but told me the pads were still good and did not need replacing. I knew this, as I had checked them myself, but they didn't know that and some other service company might have said to change the pads also, and many people would not be any wiser. Honesty and a real desire to help, you can't ask for more.

I'm a newbie to Mazda. I booked an online appointment to test drive the CX 30. When I arrived, I was greeted by the sales guy Sean Gooding who was assigned to me. He had the car ready to test drive. Following Covid precautions, he drove his car and I followed. I got a good sense of how the car performed and purchased it. I wanted the windows tinted and mud guards installed. All was done on time. There was a minor problem with the car so when I returned to the dealership the service manager Jason jumped on and corrected it. I appreciated his honesty and guidance. The Service department must not be interested in generating revenue for this business. I moved to Oakville in October last year; I called Budd's for an entire week at different times throughout the day and each time I was told "Service is busy can I have them call you back". I was hesitant to leave my number because I work during the day; I figured by the time they called me back I would be in a meeting. I finally left a message and no one called. I was annoyed so I just took my car to Mississauga. Last week I decided to give Budd's another chance since it's the close to my house. SAME EXPERIENCE. I called throughout the week and was told "service is busy". Either the service department is avoiding calls or they don't have enough staff to answer the phones to book appointments. Either way, I'm taking my business to Burlington or back to Mississauga even though they are not as close. I'm also planning on purchasing a new mazda within the year, so you have not only lost my service appointment revenue, but the sale of a new car. **IN REPONSE TO THE OWNER** NO, messages are not ALWAYS returned as I would've gotten a call back in November when I did leave my number. As indicated, I tried calling various times throughout the day during business hours and was repeatedly told "service is busy"...this occurred in November and AGAIN all of last week (however last week I didn't leave a message because I wanted to test if service ever answers calls). Ask your receptionist how many times she said service is busy last week. You will not be getting my contact info as you've lost my business. If you read my review then you wouldn't be confused as to why my contact info isn't in your system. Rectify the matter by having service staff answer calls and a better tracking protocol for when someone does give their number for a call back. I also think a lot of the 5 stars reviews are from their marketing team. I have been reading the reviews, and as soon as a bad review is posted, multiple 5 star reviews are posted within 24 hours..... Sorry Sarah, I wasn't aware that you represent the entire public and are able to determine for everyone whether my review is useful or not. IF you properly read my review then you would comprehend that I am no longer looking to be contacted by Budd's because I have no intention of using your services. MY review is to inform the public of MY EXPERIENCE in trying to book an appointment. I'm guessing a bunch of "5" star reviews should pop up shortly...

I still remember purchasing my Mazda3 here from Sean Gooding back in 2015. I came in to buy a used Mazda to get me by the college years. Ended up purchasing such a reliable and great looking brand new Mazda3. I was in love with my car from the moment I sat in one to receiving the keys I was so excited. Sean didn't pressure me at all. I felt at ease talking and asking him any questions. He even stayed till past 10pm that evening with me because I had to wait for the finance guy to clear up with the customers prior to me. That is some true customer service. Fast forward few years later I still go back for maintenance here and there. Their service department is one of the best I've been to. Well organized, knowledgeable and friendly. They don't push you towards unnecessary products and services. And from time to time I hear back from Sean asking how I'm enjoying my car etc. He doesn't make you feel like you were just a commission as other sales rep would. Everytime my family/friend/colleagues asks where I got my car or if they're looking for a Mazda, I always refer them to Sean and Budds Mazda. P.S. The unlimited warranty is superb. I've only had to use it once to have my horn fixed.

This was my first visit at Budds' Mazda, which was not planned to be honest. While driving on my way to work, the "check tire pressure" icon popped up unexpectedly on my dash. I drove over to Budds' as I was currently in the Oakville area, hoping that they could provide me with some answers. Andrea S was very welcoming at the service desk and she immediately called one of the technicians (Tony) over to take a look at my vehicle. Turns out there was a nail in my tire, that they were able to repair in no time! They even completed my oil change for me when asked, which saved me a trip to my regular dealership the following week. Be warned!! BUYER BEWARE !! Stay away from this place!! I bought a used vehicle here. The salesman "Michael" alluded to a full 30 day warranty. That was lie #1. It is only on the power train. When I found an issue driving home from the initial pickup and called him immediately, he told me to take it to another dealership for repair. ( My cost) Not their problem! Lie#2 After initial purchase, (before taking the vehicle home) the salesman (Michael) promised an oil change would be done. Never happened!! Got it home, checked the oil. Dirty oil, but the oil service reminder had been RESET. After contacting the used vehicle manager he agreed to pay for the repair (#1), that was done at the other dealership but on the other issue, he insisted the oil had been changed. " The vehicle had been driven to Kingston to pickup another vehicle and that's why the oil appeared contaminated" That is simply not enough mileage to account for how dirty the oil was. (Never mind what are you doing taking a SOLD vehicle on a 8 hour trip for company business? ) In the end for what I spent, they nickle and dimed me. Not a good experience! I do not recommend this place.

Called the dealership to determine availability of a specific pre owned Mazda and was provided a price which was seemed reasonable. I then received a call a few minutes later advising the price was incorrect and the cost was actually 30 % more. Im glad I didn’t make arrangements to attend the dealership. I think this was the old fish hook sales technique. Thought car dealerships moved past this type of salesmanship.....very poor customer service and business ethics!!!!!
