From the first minute I was pleased with the way the dealership conducts their business. I was allowed time to look at the vehicles at my own pace, and assistance was always close by. Conducting the sale transaction with Mr. Farid Bunni was a pleasant experience. He is a helpful salesman, and a genuinely nice man. This was my first car purchase, which i bought two commercial vehicles at the same time (for my new business), and Mr. Bunni was there to oversee and guide us through the process. I have to commend Business Manager Bounsay Osylaphet as well. He worked hard to arrange the financing and made that process very painless and easy for me. I have suggested their services to industry colleagues, family and friends. I'll be back for my next purchases!

Easiest car purchase ever. We bought a used 2012 Chevrolet Malibu. Because I lived 1.5 hours away from the dealer I wanted to make sure the car was in good shape. Beverly discussed the car with me fully over the phone and gave me confidence in the vehicle. She was very responsive and sent the carfax over email right away. Any question I had about the car was answered right away. When I arrived everyone at the dealership was very helpful and the deal was closed without any problems. The price for the car was the lowest on the internet - and when I arrived they dropped it even more without me even asking! All of the guys who work there wear suits, which at first makes you feel uncomfortable but you get used to it. It shows they mean business. This is a great dealership to deal with and Beverly is a great sales person. It's too bad I live 1.5 hours away as I bet they have an outstanding service department as well.

Everyone I have talked to from the appointment coordinator, receptionist , advisor and shuttle driver was extremely nice and helpful! I got full details about what was going on and full honesty with what should be done considering my car is a bit older and has really high Km's. Thank you guys so much! I was exactly at 3:35 at that location walking around new Escalade and in 25 minutes no one even asked me how I’m doing! Maybe I wasn’t dressed good enough. I don’t know. So at 4:00 I left to Applewood to buy a new Escalade! Good job guys ????

I recently had an issue with my car which required a tow into Budd's from Clarkson, ON. Upon arrival, Senior Service Adviser Sean Dick greeted me and took the time to listen to the complaint regarding my car. Sean was courteous, professional and helped with arrangements for a rental car. At 08:30 this morning (01/20/2016) I received a call that the car was ready and covered under the extended warranty. Upon arrival again, I was greeted with a friendly and professional Service Agent who made my day (I'm sorry but never got her name). I have vowed to never deal with the GM dealership in Burlington, ON where I live due to deceptive quoting practices conducted by them in the past. Budd's was upfront and honest about their work, and I would strongly recommend taking your business here. Thanks again Budd's

No deceptive practices observed (yet) unlike Leggat GM dealerships. We visited Budd's Chevrolet, intending only to look around, as we were just starting a search for a new or used car. We ended up purchasing that day. Salesman Chris Cheevers was amazing. He was friendly, approachable and never pushy. As a woman, I really appreciated the fact that he spoke directly to me, treating me like a knowledgeable car owner. Unfortunately, that hasn't been my experience with other salesmen so this was refreshing. After spotting a lightly used Sonic in pristine condition, Chris welcomed us to take a test drive. I was hooked on the Sonic's smooth drive, compact dimensions and its modern features. Once my husband and I made the decision to buy, Chris helped us through all the paperwork and Lori helped us arrange a terrific warranty package. We were given a very fair price. It all felt so easy. My wife and I have been going back and forth on buying a new car for quite sometime now, given that we live downtown close to U of T campus and I am still doing my PhD at U of T. We called Budds Chevrolet to inquire about their 0% financing on the Equinox and we were referred to Mike, who provided us with the best customer service we have ever experienced. He was very friendly on the phone since the beginning and listened to our vehicle preferences and needs. He sounded very knowledgeable and was always willing to help. On the day we went down to the dealership to test drive a couple of cars, he was very friendly, professional, and accommodating and was willing to let us test drive all the cars on the lot. Although we did not end up buying a car due to financial constraints, but we finally found the place to go to when we are ready to buy one, and all thanks to Mike, we know what car we will be getting. Thought he could beat it, I was sceptical. He didn't necessarily beat the price but I ended up with a brand new car with AWD and a turbo motor for the same price. We're pretty happy!

Salesman seemed uninterested in selling us a car. He acted like we weren't interested. Asked him questions of what certain things were and he said he didn't know. Also, let me know right off the bat that they don't negotiate on prices. Test drove a 2015 Red SRX with many dings on it. Said we would want a better price. He was uninterested in selling that car cause he knew he would have to take off a pretty penny. Bad experience. Taking my money elsewhere. His name was Chris I believe. Tall, Caucasian man. What he doesn't know is there was $10,000 in my pocket ready for a down payment. Too bad to you buddy.

I was looking on line for a used Honda Civic .. seen one I really liked , So I called Budds' Chevrolet Cadillac Buick GMC and they referred me to Basil .. I was so excited to go test drive it.. When we met Basil he was friendly and very professional , after test driving the car.... Basil went over all the paper work and explained everything we needed to know about the car... Everything was good untill picking up the car. During pick up they told me that i have to pay extra for new license plates and for payout of the trade in car loan. The car had extra 50km on the odometer, which was explained that they had to drive to the detailing shop. Car was also showing deflated tires. One week after picking up the car they contacted me saying I owe them $870 more, to payout trade in loan. I called TD auto finance and found out that not just I dont owe more, but infact they actually overcharged me the first time when I was picking up the car. So far after multiple requests no one still can give me itemization of the charges. Looks like someone just made them up. During financing application their finance person either outright lied or didnt know better but was insisting that Chevy Volts motors arent covered by voltec warranty and therefore I have to purchase extended warranty. On the other hand if one doesn’t know details of the coverage maybe they shouldn’t insisting that they do. If you end up buying there make sure to be diligent, ask for explanation of all the charges and if they claim something isnt/is covered make sure to see it in writing

I went to this dealer with the intent on buying a 2012 LaCrosse Buick. I had come across them via auto trader, and thought at first that the deal was too good to be true for the Buick. After calling them and finding out they still had the deal, that was a plus as some dealers do not update their pages on auto trader. I work late hours, so the fact they were open till 9 was easily helpful for me as it meant I didn't have to take time out of my work schedule. I met with Chris, who was a professional and good person who I didn't feel was trying to over sell me. Rob also assisted me in gaining extra deals for the car, I told him I had a budget and we kept to practical deals that, while not cheap from a mathematical perspective, were worth what they gave me. Both of them were good at their work and helped me get through the process easily enough, especially considering this was my first time buying a car as a primary. If I had to pick 1 minor gripe, I would've preferred getting a bit more for my trade-in car, but they did give the deal we asked for, so beggars can't be choosers. The car I've gotten thus far drives great, there have been no surprises that have come up, and I am very satisfied. Both Chris and Rob were professional, knew their business, and were down to earth individuals who could be interacted with from a person-to-person point of view.

Given the ranking system does not allow for negative points i give Budds a 1 star rating. Mechanics seem to be poorly trained and management is insincere and difficult to work with. There are other Cadillac dealers in the city and by the way Mercedes is just down the street.

GOOD: Juan O. Has been very helpful and very precise in scheduling and coordinating with me so far. My car is in service today to replace the windshield , so far so good. BAD: I was in for a super cruiser recall last week, It was scheduled for one hour after talking to the Cadillac coordinator and it ended up taking from 9 am to 3 pm, they did an HVAC recall at the same time but never told me so I waited a very long time and waisted a good part of my day without knowing why it was taking so long .

2019 Silverado Purchase I had purchased 2 Silverado's previously and I wish I had gone to Budds sooner. I have never been treated so well EVER. Cameron & Rob went above and beyond to make sure I was happy and got exactly what I wanted. Purchase of Used 2010 Chevrolet Cobalt I had a great experience purchasing a vehicle with the help of Sales Consultant, Ernest Shanly, at Budds'. I would definitely refer anyone in the market for a new or used vehicle to Ernest because he is extremely friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating. I also enjoyed working with Rob Powell who arranged the financing. I felt that after discussing all the options together, Rob was really able to help me choose the ones that best suited my needs. This is a real mad experience. When I went this dealership, they want me to put deposit money as quick as possible, and promise I can get deposit back anytime. I asked to get back my deposit money, they said ok. And I wait for my money for more than two months and still didn't get my deposit back.

I was not happy with the deal I got on my Chevy Volt. I got zero discount from the dealership. The sales person would not budge because of the government subsidy. I tried to get winter tires instead of a monetary discount and ended up with a $100 voucher. Very disappointing. Nothing close to what I had in mind. But it was partly my fault for not being specific nor stringent at the time of negotiation. Parts and service department is great! They're Always nice, helpful, and polite.

In all the years of owning cars, and all the many garages I've gone to both dealership and independent, I have never encountered a Service Manager like Shane, who will bend over backwards and hustle like you wouldn't believe to get things done and make your experience a good one! They always explained the work needed to be done and even advised when things shouldn't be done. Jason Corrigan is the best service advisor I have ever dealt with in either a dealership or outside service shop. The staff in the service department always greets us by name and are very familiar with the service history of our vehicles. Because of the service my wife and I just recently purchased 2 new vehicles at Budds Chevrolet. Ernest Shanly was our sales rep and he made the experience very easy. There was no back and forth with the sales manager game. We talked about vehicles, what we wanted, what we needed and what was available. He was very patient and diligent in his search for the right vehicles for us. There were a couple of small glitches along the way and Budds did everything in their power to correct the situation and make us happy customers. She advised me that they own a body shop called Budds' Collision. I proceeded to ask the address so I could provide the information to my client to which I was told.....and I quote, " I will tell you what....Look it up. I have to go" and then she hung up. I don't know about you but I would say that is the worst customer service I have ever had dealing with any dealership. I will never want to send my clients to the dealership or the body shop as the service they receive from both of these places will also reflect back on our business. Maybe the front line staff need a refresher training course on customer service. Now I hate to have 1 person determine my views on a business but the first impressions always stand out. I gave a 1 star rating only because it would not let me proceed with no stars......

Budds' Chevrolet was my original dealer but I had to switch because I moved to Toronto. Today, I chose to drive the extra few minutes to go back to Budds' Chevy because I didn't get the fast, honest service at Humberview Chevy like I did at Budds'. I tried Humberview a couple times because it's literally 5 minutes away from my house, but wasn't worth it. Budds' will have your diagnostics done in an hour at max, and I got my car back in half the time Humberview Chevy took for the same problem. The service rep will not try to scam you to do unnecessary works. I couldn't use the shuttle service, and they offered me a rental car. In the end, I really didn't need it because they only took a couple hours to fix my car. I've had an issue with Budds' before, but they tried to resolve it with good customer service!

From the initial point of contact Farid did everything he could to make my experience enjoyable. He is very professional and treats you with the up most respect. One issue we encountered was trying to locate either a black or white car. Farid and his team checked every dealership and wasn't able to locate anything. We finally decided on another option- and i'm so happy we did. Farid was very patient and understanding to my specific requests and did everything he could to make it happen. I returned my vehicle 8500km under my lease allowance and that too 9 days prior to lease expiry in mint condition. I had small curb rash on one of the wheels. I was told that entire rim is damaged and needs to be replaced. It will cost me close to $700. I tried explaining to the manager that this could be touched up and repaired which will save both of us money but he insisted that rim is damaged and only resolution is to replace it with brand new rim. Jason Blain was rude, inconsiderate and had zero customer service skills. When I asked him not to be rude otherwise only option I have is to share my experience dealing with you on the Social Media. He took offence to it that I am threatening him. I left the dealership with sour taste in my mouth. I would never buy any vehicle from Budds' Chev or GM vehicles in general.

I dealt with Bob Raike, and all I can say about this dealership is WOW. I have been to numerous GM dealerships and the employees and facilities are no where near Budd's. I live about 1.5 hours away from the dealership but beacsue of the amazing deal they offer in 2015 Cadillac ATS I decided to purchase my vehicle there. Bob was amazing over email, we talked numbers and made a deal over email and he had my car ready to go for me the very same day. He took it upon himself to do to the ministry and do the licensing himself, and was pleasant during delivery. I definately recommend this dealership to anyone looking to purchase GM vehicle. My only worry at this point is whether I can recieve the same deal 2 years from today when I return my leased car.

I walked into Budd's Cadillac dealership to look at the Cadillac SRV promotional pricing advertised. Not sure if I could afford the Cadi with the features I wanted, I initially didn't want to go into a deep dive sales cycle. The front desk introduced me to Basil, a true gentlemen of a sales rep. I described the key featrures I wanted and my budget. Basil cut to the chase. He presented the SRX, its features and described the unique service and On-Star benefits. Then, he quickly ran some high level numbers and I realized the Cadi was definatlety at the top of my list. And I looked at almost every brand. I made a decision and paid my deposit faster than the time it took just to get a price at most other dealerships / brands. There were three other brands that offered the features and budget I looked for, but the sales reps did not inspire confidence in the way Basil did. Basil is a fantastic commuicator and has an authentic dsposition. Basil moved the process forward introducing me to Rob, the Business Manager who finalized the paperwork and offered some great protection plans and options. Rob was efficient and went through all of my end-of-lease options. He explained how the finances work with each option the pros and cons relevant to my current and future lifestyle changes. Rob know's is stuff and takes the time to educate his customers!! The lease was signed, and the follow up paperwork for insurance was sent the next day. This entire process was informative and speedy...no hasstles! At the end of the paperwork process we ran into a very dissapointing snag. Another couple looking at the exact same vehicle completed their sale minutes before I did. Basil and Rob engaged another sales or business manager, Jason. Jason, very friendly and knowledgeable with a spring in his step went out to the lot and found another car with the exact same features and price. The colur was dark blue instead of black, however the dark blue looks great. Basil and Rob revised the paperwork for the new VIN number, plated the car and I was able to pick it up the next day. The delivery process was excellent! Basil presented the car, polished , ready and waiting indoors. Basil gave me a tour of the service area and explained all the appointment setting options. He even offerd to book my service appointments simply by calling him directly! Then, he went through all of the tech features and vehicle operating funtions. He even dialed up On Star to activate my account. In fact, before I even went in to pick up the car, Basil sent me an On Star Link for account registration and app download. A senior sales manager Craig, came into Basil's office to introduce himself to me and welcome me as a new Budd's customer. He provided his contact information and offered an open door to support if needed in the future. Craig demonstrated a welecomed extra level of customer appreciation and support. Every touchpoint at Budd's was excellent. It's clear their primary focus is the Customer Experience from front desk, to sales, busness managers and service. Everyone is an absolute pleasure to deal with. Bottom line- The team at Budd's Cadillac are great communicators who listen to customers needs and respond On-Point! Had purchased my vehicle from here on feb15th and had nothing but issues. I own a 2017 2.0T Camaro that has seen more of the inside of this shop than my own garage... Chris the owner didn't seem to care that I was an unsatisfied customer and didn't have any further solutions to me being unsatisfied. Have had weather stripping done 3 times incorrectly done here along as being left and having to walk instead of getting a shuttle I was promised and paid for in the initial vehicle purchase. I would never recommend this dealer or service as they just seem to care about $$ and production speed rather than quality and customer satisfaction. Also my clutch position switch broke 1 week after buying this car... less than 1000kms on the body.... Sad sad sad.

After 1 mth of car being at the dealership they worked on and replaced all 4 pistons... i picked it up the other day and 30 mins later my car died and the engine oil was low ... had car towed to my home and after 1 day sitting in my driveway i noticed oil in my driveway and oil dripping... checked the ool level and it was low ... how can a car oil be low and i only had the car 30 to 45 mins .... whay is a top line brand such as Cadillac having piston failure at 77,00km...

This is the best dealership I've been to for service. They don't try to upsell you for anything and more importantly every single person is honest about what a car needs done or not done. I walked in expecting to pay over $1000 for some repair but they said it's covered under warranty and I don't have to pay anything. I was promised that it would only take the most 2 hours to change my tires it took 3.5 hours. When i asked why he said there was a car stuck in the wash bay. It had nothing to do with me...they didnt wash my car..then i was over charged but they did give me a credit. Next time ill take the car i was entitled to.

The reason I took one star off is because the place is very expensive. I haven't got my vehicle back yet, but if the work is of superior quality, then the higher price point is worth it.

My husband and I came into budds about purchasing a vehicle after a lease we were completing from chevrolet. We visited the dealer chevy recommended us to as our dealership shut down and as i began this process on my own I was being bambusolled into the largest loan i was capable of having by this other dealership. When my gut told me to run that this wasnt the dealership i should be dealering with I decided to go into Budds in Oakville and immediately was directed to Bevelery so I went in with my research i conducted on what loan i wanted to get into and what kind of vehicle i was looking for, Beverely did her best to be sweet and kind and get me what i was in the market for. She worked numbers with co-workers to find us the right family vehicle at our price range even lower then we expected. She didnt try to swindle me into anything I wasnt comfortable. Beverly made every effort to make purchasing our truck a pleasent experience, she made appointment on my lunch and on weekends to accomodate our crazy work schedules and had every signed sealed and delivered before we left on our trip north at the end of the month. She made our experience pleasant and still everytime we go into the dealership a year later she knows who my husband and are she asks about my kids she is very personable. Although it sounds like a dealership's dream customer (Quick sale!) it also came with a lot of stress as there were license plates, car insurance, and lease financing steps that had to be completed before I could get the car and they all involved 3rd parties. I was very impressed with Rob Powell taking care of my needs as he stayed at work a few hours longer than planned before starting his New Year's holiday break to ensure that everything was lined up and I'd be able to pickup my vehicle on New Year's Eve before the dealership closed for the holidays. We planned to take a Cadillac on Lease, our sales rep was Farid and finance guy Rob, amazing person to deal with but didn't know that we are dealing with the owner who is very greedy and zero on customer service- I understand I'm new to Canada and didn't have much credit history instead shared my US credit history and on the contrary I was also making a substantial amount of down payment for the car lease, shared my income documents etc., but to my surprise I got a call from Rob that the OWNER needs me to make another 7000 CAD of down payment else the deal is off... why would anyone make a payment of 10K+ CAD to lease a car, simply pathetic !! But I'm thankful to the owner that I didn't go for Cadillac or any GM car and finally I purchased Audi -Q5 the same week... never thinking of going back to GM, horrible experience !!!

Purchased a used Tahoe for $29k it was delivered to me dirty , the mileage was higher than advertised, they charged me $80 for gas fill up but was empty , 2 years later they never gave me back the $80 , after service was terrible . Budd's has the best score and I wanted to try them out. I was blown away in every aspect of my visit. I was welcomed at my vehicle door by Sean Dick with a smile, "welcome to Budd's and how can I help you". Sean made me feel welcomed and gave me a tour of Budd's. He introduced me to people and everyone had smiles on their faces and welcomed me as well. Its almost like I was a star or have been coming here forever. So sad and disappointed. We brought our vehicle in for warranty repairs, we provided all the documentation but our claim was denied. We have a son who suffers from mental illness who is in a one year program, so we took our vehicle to the local high school mechanic for 2 oil changes to save some money so we can continue to support our son. Our claim was denied because of this. No compassion.

I am responding to your text of June 18, 2019 asking for a review of service performed at Budd’s (Work Invoice # GMCS469517) I have wanted to write this for several months, because I worked to put several thousand kilometers on the vehicle before responding. Firstly, I was treated in a professional manner by Shane Maginnis in your service department. The truck is performing well, so the work was done properly. Having said that, a vehicle that has been well maintained, should not, in my opinion, require major engine repairs after only 100,000 kilometers which is what happened in my case. This is not the fault of Budd’s, or your service department, but was definitely a General Motors Engine design fault which ended up costing me a significant amount.

Great customer service and quality product After researching and test driving a number of pre-owned vehicles at various GM dealerships, I came across a 2011 Buick LaCrosse at Budds'. I dropped into the dealer to have a look at the vehicle, and was impressed with the professionalism and friendliness of the staff, as well as the dealership building and showroom. Also, the car I looked at was in very good condition, much cleaner than other CPO vehicles I had looked at and driven at other GM dealerships. Basil Silas, my sales person, was very knowledgeable about the product, warranties, the CPO program, etc.. I decided to purchase the car a few weeks latter, and was ultimately impressed with the price and quality of car that Budds' offered. This is more of a rating on product and not service. Service is always excellent (5 star). Recently enquired about the Nav Map update as to how often these updates occur. Developments north of Dundas St. do not show up on Nav Map. Was politely told I would have to buy an update from GM. Noticed that the cost is $160 plus $30 shipping. In today's environment GM has the nerve to charge that much. GM should look at the Amazon model. TRULY disappointed after shelling out dearly for the car that the customer is nickeled an dimed. I have three Garmins I bought for less then $190 and I get lifetime upgrades for life FREE. I'm forced to drive with my Garmin on and GM maps off. Very disappointed. Shame on you GM.

I was looking to purchase a used vehicle from Budd’s and had a very negative experience. I went there on two separate occasions to check out a vehicle. The sales associate that assisted me, Mr. Bill Combee, was not only rude, dismissive, and had no interested in even discussing a deal but also employed highly questionable sales tactics. Although on the first day when I went to test drive the car he had told me I could come make an offer on the vehicle at any time, the next day they had out of the blue dropped the price of the car by a few hundred dollars and therefore he had informed me that the price was now “non-non-negotiable”. He attempted to pressure me to come in earlier that second day to make a deal claiming there were lots of other offers he had received in the meantime. I should note that the car had been sitting unsold on their lot for several months. Furthermore, the advertisement online stated that the car included certain features but when I went in person, the vehicle was lacking some of them - lane change alert, lane departure warning, and adaptive cruise control, among others, so certainly not any minor or negligible features. The regulations in Canada around false advertising and deceptive marketing practices are pretty clear on this point. In the case of this establishment, what’s advertised on their website does not accurately reflect the product they are selling. The back tires on the car were more than 6 years old and had clearly visible cracks in them but when their technician supposedly had them checked, they were deemed road safe. This certainly did not inspire confidence in their inspection process and policy. Moreover, this implies that the tires would pass their 152 point GM Canada CPO certification process which really brings into question the legitimacy of the certification, let alone the justification to pay extra to have such a detailed certification done. After all these issues, when I made a reasoned and informed offer, Mr. Bill Combee simply turned on his heel and walked away without any further discussion leaving me in complete disbelief. I had attempted to speak with the Used Car Manager, Mr. Rich Pawlowski, who although was not as rude as Mr. Bill Combee, still continued to be highly dismissive of my claims and tried to downplay my negative experience with their establishment. Mr. Pawlowski iterated that he was not there when I had my discussions with Mr. Combee. The impression I was given is that at this dealership, the managers do not take responsibility for their subordinates. All in all, I certainly wouldn't recommend this dealership to anyone and if I could give less than one star, I would. Rather I would advise Budd's be avoided, unless you’re willing to risk a major headache, sour taste in your mouth and significant wasted time.

Incredibly polite and genuine staff, with quick and top tier service. Upon arrival for recall repairs on my Chevy Cruze (although it's been running perfectly fine), I was greeted by a mechanic with a smile. He kindly directed me towards the desks, where I was immediately helped. Had a swift and fun conversation with the lady working, and was told the 'ins and outs' of the free cafe located inside the dealership. Both repairs were only said to take an hour, so I stayed in the cafe. I was asked numerous times if I'd like a ride anywhere, but I happily declined. Before I knew it (scheduled on time), my car was ready and I was wished happy holidays. Also, they gave my car a squeaky-clean car wash! Thanks again.

Best service experience I've ever had at a dealer, and I've owned many European and Domestic luxury cars in the past. I currently have an older (2001) Cadillac, which I've kept far longer than I ever intended, and Budd's jumped right in to fix my car, when several other local shops turned it away due to complexity and vehicle age. The car was not driveable, and required a tow from CAA. Right away, Budd's did an incredible job diagnosing a very difficult and elusive electrical problem, and finding the correct solution. I was kept informed of each step along the way, and the process was fully transparent. Truly an honest, reasonable, and hard working shop, which treats its clients fairly and with respect. A huge thanks to Jim, and the entire service team that got my car back on the road. My review is in regards to the service department. I had sent an email letting them know that my lights had been left on and my battery was drained. (I always leave my lights on the AUTO setting) A few days earlier they had approached me about a few lights that were out on my car when I was having my oil changed. Ironically one of the lights out was a parking lamp which happened to be the setting my lights were left on. The day I sent the email I received a call from the service manager and I was really disappointed with how he handled my complaint. He basically let me know that it must have been my fault in one way or another and let me know that the person who serviced my car had worked there for 20+ years (as if he couldn't have possibly left my lights on). At this point I just started agreeing with him to get off the phone, he didn't call me to help he called me to tell me it was my fault. In the email I sent I had said the headlights were left on and he was telling me my headlights would have drained my battery overnight. True. So I checked my vehicles manual to find out what setting my lights were left on and it was in fact the parking lamps. I also wanted to see if an alarm went off when the parking lamps were left on and it didn't. I called him back to let him know this and he just began talking over me and telling me they still would have drained over night. Not true. He also told me to ask any mechanic, so I did, I happen to know one who's a family friend and he said it is possible for the parking lamps to take a few days to drain the battery. Now as a driver I should have checked my lights but because I leave them on AUTO they go on and off on their own. Silly woman I am. I didn't want my money back, I even told him this, I just wanted to let him know what happened so that maybe they would take it seriously enough not to let it happen to someone else. The big reason I'm giving one star is for this next part. After getting off the phone with him the second time, about 10 minutes later I got a call back from him wishing me a happy Valentine's Day. (It was Valentine's Day when I sent the email) I took this as more of an insult to me, creepy and very unprofessional. I won't be going back. P.S. my Valentine's Day was wonderful :)

Satisfaction is NOT Guaranteed! Despite having a written guarantee sitting in the salesperson's office about how if within 30 days or a certain # of km if you find the car doesn't suit you, there is a no hassle guarantee. They refused to honour it when I bought a one year old used car from them and had THREE things go wrong in 24 hours. They said the only way they would honour it is if something so major went wrong that it couldn't even be fixed. 3 issues in 24 hours seems like a reasonable reason to return the car and exchange it for something else, so clearly that 'guarantee' is just to lure you into a false sense of security. Or are they taking advantage of a woman who came in to buy on her own??? Either way, it is beyond belief that they try and promote themselves as being pro-customer service.

The refreshing part was that there was none of that fake pomp and circumstance that you would normally encounter at dealerships. Was told that this car would get a completethe once over before I was handed the keys cause it was Chevy certified and in 3 months I had to get my breaks serviced. And was asked to pay half the cost. I purchased a used cadillac ats about a month and a half ago when I test drove it the radio was malfunctioning and freezing. I was told that a radio would be ordered immediately, witch they did! The night I picked the car up it begain to rain driving home. I noticed the back wheels of my awd car kept letting loose and spinning my back end out. I texted the sales man immediately and he instructed me to speak with the service department so I did and they said they would look at the tires when I brought the car in to have the radio replaced. I was informed that my tires had enough tread to pass safety so there was absolutely nothing he could do for me. He told me to speak with the used car manager and I pretty much got brushed off by him saying the same thing. A couple days later I had following my wife home in our truck that was in 2wd in heavier rain and I as followed her half way around a slight bend my rear tires let loose in the rain yet again but this time I could not correct the slide! I ended up spinning 180° completly facing the wrong way.. So here I am just purchased a $30000 car and forced to replaced 2 tires because I fear for mine and my wifes safety.. the car itself is fantastic my absolutely only complaint is the poor service that I recieve about these dried out micheline tires... oh and I have been a 310S auto mechanic for 10 years and have worked at dealerships before and have seen this problem before but atleast where I worked they honored there sales a litter better not brush you off once the sale is finalized.... so yea love the car but will not buy from buds again...

The reception desk women (found online her name is Heather Ladley) is EXTREMELY RUDE. I was there to ask if I can get a license plate frame that has a Budds logo on it (usually this kind of item is a promo item and give without any cost but I was willing to pay if they asked). I've recently moved to Oakville and didn't have a license plate frame on my car so I wanted to have one from the location where I would get the service in the future. It was my first visit at this location and was excited when I looked around inside, service area was well maintained so I was glad that I could get the service here in the future. BUT I guess it is not gonna happen. This women was ok when I first asked for the frame, but she brought only one so I asked if I may get another one and she said what car I drive, so I answered Cruze and she said it won't fit because of the shape of the bumper. So I said ok and went outside, and I saw a same car as mine that has a plate frame on it so I went back to her and said looks like it fits to Cruze. Her reaction at this moment was unbelievable. She said "I DON'T HAVE ANY" and looking at me like "GO AWAY". It is funny because dealer would never run out for the plate frame since this goes to all new vehicles they releases. I am not here to cry and complain because I didn't get the frame. But as a person who was in the customer service industry for long enough years, this is definitely not the way you treat the customers. If anyone in the management at this location see this, please send her some customer service training centre as she is not ready to greet the customer yet. And good luck. You just lost your customer and I would rather go Applewood Chevy.

The work that was done on my car was stellar. What I was not happy about was the fact that I was told that a shuttle was coming to pick me up. I told them that my husband could drive me but they said the driver had already left the centre. I live about 10 minutes away. After waiting an hour and a half I called to inquire as I was now running late for another appointment. To which I found out that the shuttle service had never been asked to come and get me. Bad internal communication unfortunately.

Great service, I ordered diff oils for my truck, the person on the phone accepted the payment and advised that one of the oils needs to be back ordered and it might take a week, no problem. He called me next morning and said that the oil is in, apparently he went beyond his normal duties and arranged delivery from some other place nearby to get it faster. In general I have been pleased with Budds' dealerships (I also go to their BMW location), great customer service across the family.

Dealing with the sales staff was a pleasant experience. Very friendly and easy going. Did not feel pressured by them to make the deal. The used car I purchased was quite dirty on the inside and was told it would be detailed before I picked it up. When I did pick it up it was dark out so difficult to see but looked as if had been cleaned inside. Next day, in the daylight, I noticed it was still very dirty inside. Looks as if it was just given a quick wipe with a damp cloth and maybe a quick vacuum. Also, I put snow tires on the car the very next day and found I had to beat the wheels off the car with a sledge hammer, even though the car was supposed to of had its safety inspection a day or two earlier. I had a quick look at my brakes when the wheels were off and found all the brake pads to be partially seized in their mounting brackets. Was very surprised by this. I’m going to have to give the car a thorough inspection. That was my experience with Budds.

Parts are very hard to come by for this vehicle, however once I described my problem they ordered the required components, notified us when they arrived (only 2 days). Set the appointment- had the work completed within estimated time and within $20. Of original estimate over the phone. This business has a very large and very comfortable waiting room complete with free hot and cold drinks, vending machine and microwave. Service personal are second to none Would recommend this business to 1 and all.

Bought a used vehicle from them a few weeks ago. The experience was great. The deal was done over the phone and was quick and straight to the point. They gave me a good price for the vehicle I traded in. I drove from Windsor to look at the vehicle and they had it ready to drive when I arrived. Everything was well organized and no time was wasted. When I picked the car up it was clean and ready to go. So far no major surprises with the car and I've driven it pretty hard on a couple occasions. The only issue was the winter tires were not inflated to the correct pressure. The car calls for an unusually high 46/46 and their service department had them at ~ 35 - 36 PSI which eventually threw a TPMS light. I inflated them to ~ 40 PSI all round and haven't had an issue since. Will definitely consider them for any future vehicle purchases.
