TAYLOR GAVE MY KEY TO A WRONG CUSTOMER. I brought a BC government car here for service for the first time and i had the worst experience ever. I came to pick up the car after i received a call saying it’s ready. Got to the shop and Taylor Wiebe realized he had given our car key to a different customer. He wouldnt even realize the mistake til i got there. What I don't understand is how this happened when they specifically assign a number to be placed on the key and in the car to avoid this error. Anyway, he told me he made a mistake and he was initially unapologetic. He said he can give me cab vouchers again or i can wait there for about 45 minutes. Note, by giving me vouchers it meant i had to go back to work in the middle of the rush hour traffic (this was around 3:40pm) and come back again to the dealer when the key has been returned. That’s basically asking me to go back to work, stay there for 10 minutes, and cab back again. I will also have to wait for a cab to arrive for me, right? Our office will close at 4:30pm and that is evidently a complete waste of my time. I refused to be given cab vouchers. And he said “I am trying to make this right, okay?” Like how is that even making it right? The options provided to me was only beneficial to him. I asked for a loaner car so i can at least grab food, but no, he wouldnt even give me a loaner. A dealership without a loaner car available specially for their own error? And he kept saying he is trying to make it right. In the end, I decided I’d wait given i didnt have any other option. I wasnt even offered any beverages and i had to ask for coffee myself. Eventually, the person who had the key arrived around 4:20pm. this means i had to waste work hours, stop the work i had to do, and stay there waiting doing nothing. I also exceeded my work hours because i had to drive back in traffic. This experience was horrible. Service advisor, Taylor, needs to improve his customer service skills and be more attentive in his job. This is not a simple mistake, for someone in a dealer that always gets mitsubishi key fobs, this should never happen, specially with the system in place of assigning numbers to keys and cars. Not only did he waste my time, but he also wasted somebody else’s time by asking them to drive back and return a key. * don’t delete this review. I will just keep reposting it *

People always says dealerships rip you off, but I don’t see that here. The prices here are good. When it comes down to it, I want someone who knows what they’re doing working on my car. The customer service is excellent, they don’t push services on you, and they don’t do work on different parts of your car without permission. They politely tell you what is going on, and what might be a problem in the future, the way it should be. As long as these factors stay present, I’ll be going back for everything and anything.

Brand new vehicle already falling apart after 5 months after purchasing it, mechanic informed us that these damages were there for at least six months before we purchased it, called the dealership and they acted as if they had no knowledge of it when they sold it to us. I would stay away if you want them to sell you a vehicle that will actually feel like a brand new vehicle.

Went in to look at an outlander PHEV, had to deal with a pushy, rude, masoginstic, and condescending manager. He would not stop his rehersed explanation of the vehicle to listen to our needs or answer our questions. We were interested in looking at a specific trim in person not getting a lecture on the operation of the car. His explanation was also incorrect, even after a direct question he insisted that the vehicle had two gasoline engines (one in the generator). We went on the test drive more confused than when we came in. The car was fine, but the whole interaction was very unpleasant and extremely off-putting.

I am now on my third Mitsubishi from this dealership. I decided to shop around this time. Went to a couple of other ‘dealerships’ in this city and I went back to Victoria Mitsubishi. No sales tactics, no high pressure salesmen, a no bull manager and an easy going atmosphere makes this an all round pleasant experience. Hats off the Justin Sotkowy in finance who worked tirelessly to get the right financing that I wanted! And Eric my salesman was very knowledgeable on the car I wanted and answered all my questions with ease. Do not go to other dealerships unless you go here first. Also, Mitsubishi makes some of the best vehicles on the road with the best warranty on the market. Do yourself a favour and don’t waste time going to others. It’s the happiest I’ve been in quite awhile.

But the reason i write this review is because i was totally blew away with their customer service after purchasing. took the car for regular check up, the people here are so helpful, they really do their best for my interest so that i pay the least cost. the guy have save me hundred of dollars by spend time look into my record.

I love my new Mitsubishi Outlander PHEV. The staff were super helpful and patient. I traded in my gas guzzling van, got $5K in Government rebates and slashed my fuel bill. I wanted to go full electric but the few EVs that can tow are out of my price range. Once I get the trailer hitch installed I will be able to tow up to 1500lbs with dual electric motor 4 wheel drive and the 2 litre gas engine if necessary. Right now I am commuting 60 kms to work, return on less than $3 in electricity with heated seats and air conditioning. I use the included 8hr home charger overnight for $0.12 /Kilowatt hour on our Hydro bill and the fast charger after work at Uptown Mall gives me around an 80% charge in 20 minutes for $2. I use the paddle shifters to "gear down" hills applying 5 levels of regenerative resistance. Thanks. Update: Getting parts has demonstrated Mitsubishi's protectionist approach to attempting to monopolize parts supply. I wanted to purchase a trailer hitch not long after buying the car. After many attempts I was unable to price shop as there were apparently no competitors products. I had to pay the dealership price. Same thing with the rear wiper blade. Canadian Tire doesn't carry the blade. You actually remove the blade from the arm and have to buy a new blade from Mitsubishi.

Mitsubishi the fine print. This is my second Mitsubishi and I can’t say anything bad about the car. However, be carful if you are offered the “platinum coverage” I bought it thinking it would cover paint scratches and scuffs. I had a bit of tough contact while parking and I went to the dealership. The service team decided that my scuff was not part of the plan! I have to go through ICBC. It would have been nice to know the extend of damage covered by the “platinum plan” rather than the raving review about the plan, I got from their finances manager. It’s partly my mistake trusting that gentleman, he was so convincing I don’t remember even reading the fine print. Please be careful when offered extra useless insurance that is only good for bird scratches!

So far, so great... I really enjoyed buying my truck from these guys. All of the staff are friendly and pleasant and I never received any of the pushy, used-car-salesman vibe. John went out of his way to get the vehicle in tip-top shape inside and out, as well as calling around to get the accessories I wanted (even though it wasn't sold through their dealership). On multiple occasions, Pasha went out of his way to arrange installations of accessories, even going so far as to pick up and deliver the truck. This was his first sale and I was given the honor of cutting his tie off with a pair of scissors to mark the occasion--a fun atmosphere to buy a vehicle. From test ride to loan and insurance, they organized it all and I was able to drive off the lot that evening. I am curious to see how the extended service experience plays out, I will keep you posted... Overall, I definitely recommend these guys! Go see Pasha and tell him he came highly recommended!

I went in to ask about getting a new key for my Mitsubishi and right away was treated like a criminal. Once they realized I had the vehicle with me, the young man was still brusque but went out and got the VIN from my vehicle then quoted me $500 for one key. Not impressed with the attitude or demeanor. Husband and I were planning on trading our vehicle in and getting an RVR but will NOT be getting it from here.

I am rating the service department, they are AMAZING. Sometimes one can feel like they are being ripped off but not only are these guys honest polite and professional they also charge great prices and are quick and accommodating. One thing I like is they tell me if I will need anything maintenanced based on my warranty or wear and tear for my next visit and give a quote so there is no surprises. The sales people are great! Very attentive, no pressure, and are knowledgeable about their product. However, the manager is not so great. The manager looked at me with a straight face and said the sticker price of the car (which was MSRP + Additional Fees) was all he could do. All I was looking for was a reasonable negotiation process where both parties feel they have reached a mutually beneficial result. All I got was a very unfriendly demeanor from the manager as I declined their offer.

Do not buy a vehicle from Mitsubishi Victoria. Better yet, don’t buy a Mitsubishi at all-we have a 2019 Outlander PHEV with 28,000 km on it, which we bought brand new. It broke down on the highway, and they have had it for 2 weeks and no one in North America knows how to fix it. I’ve been stranded in Victoria with my children & dog, and they are absolutely unwilling to give us a courtesy car or a rental to get us home. Today I was told by the service manager to not be so dramatic! It is the worst customer service I have ever dealt with, and I will never buy a Mitsubishi again.
