the most awful sales person in this specify Porsche, they all try to screw you over than helping you. I was asking the trade-in price about the 2017 m4 cp, only ran 7000km, and the sales told me that it has already depreciated $50,000 in half a year. I can tell that person either doesn't want to work anymore or just want to make a lot of money out of customer. I suggest whoever want to purchase a car from Porsche, go to Vancouver.

I found a Porsche Cayenne S online, as I am from Edmonton, AB. I contacted these guys and Tyson Johnson got me all the info I needed the same day. He took pictures of the vehicle, got me the carfax, and always replied promptly. Adam Lee from finance took the extra step to get me approved ASAP. I booked our flights on Saturday to fly down Monday morning. Once I got to the dealership they both took care of us ASAP. Since our vehicle was out for 3M protection, they gave us a loaner Cayenne that was newer than ours to get used to the new layout for 2 days. Once ours was ready, Tyson delivered ours to our hotel for us and swapped vehicles. He took the time to make sure we knew every button since ours had more features. This was the best experience I ever had with any dealership I have ever experienced. I will buy more vehicles from them again. Thank you guys!

Horrible dealership! When I booked my Cayman in for servicing I asked for a car. When I showed up they gave me a taxi chit with blue bird taxi. That was very disappointing as I had a lot of meetings that day and had to use a friends car. Then I went to buy a new Cayman, and the sales people where every rude with me. Offered nothing for my Cayman ($10,000 less then what Mercedes gave me later that week). Just seemed like they didn't want to even deal with. It maybe cause I'm a lot younger then what they are used to dealing with. But I've been a PCA member since 2014. I rather take the ferry over to Vancouver then get any of my Porsches worked on here.

I had purchased a Porsche Cayenne from this dealership as the vancouver dealer did not have any stock. They offered their demo and asked me to give them an extra week for the delivery to make the car in brand new condition. I arrive in victoria to pick the car up and the car is dirty, had scratches all over, huge dent on the door. They told me they will pay for me to take the car to a body shop to fix the door. I was paying about $90,000 for the car with taxes and i was asked to take a car to a body shop after delivery? which luxury brand have you ever seen delivering a car in that state? I have dealt with this dealership couple of times and everytime they over promise and under deliver. They also never try to resolve the situation and make the customer happy. I will definetly call porsche canada and file a complaint !
