Had a really great experience leasing a 2020 Toyota Tacoma from this dealership. Jesse Miller was our sales person. Super easy to communicate with. Was always responsive, even after hours, and upfront about features and costs. He even came in on his day off to make sure our vehicle delivery went smoothly. Hassle free, none of the usual run-around. Just overall great experience. Also had an easy time with Murray in financing. Fast, easy, and clear communicator when it came down to numbers. Thanks! Bought my first brand new vehicle last June. Originally wanted a FWD but Nick was very helpful and easy going and advised my the AWD would be a better option for the simple reason of re sale value. He was easy going and did not pressure me into something I didn't need ( a higher trim model). Took my vehicle in for a service in December and was absolutely blown away by the attention to detail and customer service. I picked up my car and was very impressed with one simple gesture. After cleaning the inside of my car, who ever did it came across a nickle, he did not pocket it, throw it away or anything else but placed it on the seat so it was visible when the rear door was open. It's a small gesture but tells alot about the folks at Jim Pattison Toyota and the respect they have for their customers. I can go on and on about my experiences so far. As far as I am concerned this will not be my last vehicle nor service from Jim Pattison Toyota.

I recently had a less than stellar interaction with a business manager named Murray while trying to do a lease buyout. Everyone has their off days and I hope that's what it came down to. At different times during setting up for the buyout I had contact with Gilles and Serge, both were professional and great. JP followed up with a call to see how my service was, I let them know there were some possible areas for improvement. The general manager reached out to me and wanted to know exactly what happened so that future clients could have a smoother time. I felt he listened to my concerns and genuinely wanted to do right by me. Overall would recommend for a new vehicle. Thanks JP Toyota.

An excellent experience with Jim Pattison Toyota in Victoria. Big thanks to David Andrews who talked me through the entire process of getting our new 2017 Camry for my growing family. He was very informative and answered ALL of my questions honestly (and it there were a lot). I was very skeptical and on my guard when starting this process with no real reason why. David quickly dissolved that and made me feel comfortable and excited about the next steps. By the end I was feeling great about the whole decision. He met me on 3 occasions and was waiting at the door for me each time. Even after driving off the lot with the new car he has followed up with me to make sure all is running well and if I had anything come up. Excellent customer service and great experience. October 28, 2019 Updated Review: So it's been a long process with Toyota to get our car alarm fixed. It's been going off randomly since the start of 2017 and it's been a huge headache to deal with and a lot of time spent on our side. I can confirm that our alarm is FINALLY fixed!! It's no longer going off randomly at different times of the day and night. I was unsure whether to give a 4/5 or 5/5 since I'm just really happy the alarm is fixed now. Dennis, the GM at this Jim Pattison Toyota Victoria Dealership has been awesome to deal with. He definitely calls back when he says he will and he's very prompt with dealing with our issue. I should've just gone straight to Dennis instead of contacting the Toyota HQ in the first place. Why I decided to not give a 5/5 is because we were told that we (my fiance and I) would be paying 1/3 of the bill, the dealership would pay 1/3 and Toyota HQ would pay 1/3. It ended up taking less than 4 hours to fix the issue so we ended up paying for the entire bill, which came to just over $200. If we ended up paying 1/3 of the total bill then I would be 100% happy. I mean, $200 to fix the issue that we've been pulling our hair out is definitely a good price, just that I felt like the "deal" we were told wasn't kept. Overall, I am really happy with Dennis at the Toyota dealership here. He is definitely striving for customer satisfaction and I'm just in disbelief that the alarm problem is fixed. It's been a long (almost) 3 year headache. Big thanks to Dennis for being awesome at customer service!

I purchased a RAV4 from Ramsey at JP Toyota, and was very happy with the service I received. I went back and forth between them and Ford for several days, and Ramsey's manager Marcel spent a lot of time making sure I got the deal I was looking for. I appreciated the way they honoured my research and were honest about pricing with me. The staff is nice , however the car sold to me was asking for repairs within 2 weeks, brakes were not working properly, making noise and my transmission was in bad condition, when I went back to their repair centre they kept saying I need to pay more money, which is unfair . On top of it I was promised 3 free oil changes which they denied when I went back to for oil change.

My wife and I made a trip down to the island to look at a used Highlander. After spending some time with the vehicle on a test drive we weren’t convinced it was the right vehicle for us. Our sales man Olaf had been very patient with us negotiating through the previous two weeks to find a price point that worked for both parties with our trade in. After not being 100% satisfied Olaf took us through around 4 or 5 other vehicles and let us take each one for a test drive. He spent the better part of his afternoon being encouraging and helpful that we’d find what we were after. We wound up finding a new hybrid Rav4 which we are blown away with. Olaf did favours for us and was very fair in handling our trade in and purchase. It was a great experience customer service wise and we are happy to have joined the Toyota family.

This is really the great place in Victoria!!I went to three stores yesterday to compare different cars and services. Jim Pattison Toyota was the best! Lee helped my boyfriend and I to look at the cars. He is really genuine and friendly guy. I was disappointed by their service . Paid the full comprehensive service package (the platinum ) for my Toyota Corolla which is quite high . If I would have got a good service I wouldn’t mind . Within 1 month of purchase I had a flat tire (really don’t know how can a new tire burst so soon ) and for a replacement tire I am Still awaiting my call . For the first time into the service department it was quite dissapointing...first off we made an appointment on line which was confirmed then we were told they didnt even have us booked in, once we got through that finnaly. We brought it in because a maintenance check came up on the dash, took it in thinking must be an oil change, turns out it cost me $95 dollars for them to say it is just a routine check and didnt even check the oil....money grab in my mind.

Went to JP Toyota on Saterday and I was still looking for a parking spot and Owen came out to greet my family and helped us find a spot to park in. Owen showed us a few cars and we decided that would would go with a RAV4 Hybrid. Owen made the entire purchase seemless, we were in and out of there in under 3 hours. My wife had an unpleasant experience with a different dealer in the area near JP Toyota, and after haggling for 2 days over a certain used, mid sized SUV, we decided to walk away from it. I hadn’t considered the equivalent Toyota (RAV4 Hybrid) since it was out of our price range, even though it was what we initially wanted when we started our search for a larger car, after finding out our family was soon to be plus 1 more. We left the other dealer and I was actually on the way to Hyundai to look at a Santa Fe, but said “let’s just pull in to Toyota and see what’s on the lot”. The wife agreed but right away said she’d walk the lot and see since she doesn’t like taking to dealers. I decided I’d walk in and just find someone to talk to, since I wanted to see an actual inventory list. At this point we had even decided that a gas only RAV4 would be acceptable if we found the right one since the Hybrid was above our budget. So I walked in and asked reception to speak to a salesman. She called on Tom who greeted me very warmly and we went to his cubicle. I’ll also add that I felt very safe in JP Toyota as they were obviously taking care to keep within Covid-19 cleaning standards and Reception as well as Tom’s desk had a plexiglass partition. So I told Tom that my better half was taking a look around outside and explained our budget and what we wanted for a vehicle as well as our trade-in. Tom suggested a RAV4 Hybrid which is what my wife and I really wanted but it was, from my week-long hunt, out of our price range. He then said they had some gas models that were in our range and would check the list. While doing so, a RAV4 Hybrid popped up that wasn’t on the inventory list a few days prior when I checked online at home, and it was just in our budget, but only just! Tom found a gas comparison that was lower priced as well and said he’d bring them both around and that we could test drive them both and decide if either one was right for us. I appreciated this because he was giving me options. Tom was very friendly, warm and didn’t pressure us at all. He brought both the hybrid and the gas model up, and gave us a bit of a walk around and suggested we drive them both. We took the hybrid for a 20 minute drive and we were sold! We instantly fell in love with the vehicle, which is the first time my wife and I felt the same way about a car lol. We came back to the dealer and didn’t even bother with the gas model. Next was the part I loath, which is, the deal. What can we get for our trade, and all the other nonsense. Tom took the time to understand what our situation was and listened to our expectations on our trade. Of course in true dealer fashion he had to go back and forth to the “manager’s office” a few times as we drilled down numbers that were acceptable, but we came to a deal really fast. It was actually pretty painless and a complete 180° turn from the dealer down the street. We felt heard and respected. Our questions were answered and where accommodations couldn’t be made it was given with a complete explanation where didn’t feel like we were being taken. The funny thing is we actually spent a little more on this vehicle with confidence, than we were prepared to pay at the other dealer. I feel this is because we felt we were placed in the power position to buy a vehicle that was a worthwhile investment for our family to own long-term. This is my first Toyota but I get it now. I can understand why Toyota have the reputation they have. The vehicle almost sells itself. And that is probably why the sales staff aren’t sleazy or coercive. They are just accommodating. To finalize the deal, on my family’s schedule, Tom came in on his night off, and while my wife and I completed the paperwork with Giles, Tom put cartoons on the TV for my son and brought him some water. No exaggeration at all, the folks at JP Toyota are a class act and it’s no wonder they have the presence they have. They deserve all the success they have. Thanks to Tom and Giles and whoever else behind the scenes put us in our RAV4!

Overall, I had a pretty decent experience at Jim Pattison Toyota, but I had a great experience working with product advisor Jesse Miller in researching and eventually buying our first family minivan. Feeling skeptical and often reluctant to engage with car dealers, I instead felt relaxed and "not pressured" during my entire experience with Jesse. A very down to earth guy, Jesse responded to my questions right away (even during his days off) and gave me his honest and personable opinions to questions regarding "extra options", "financing terms", how the dealership cost structure works, etc. But most of all, Jesse respected my thoughts, concerns, and decisions (unlike other folks) and he demonstrated tremendous effort to "make things right (when we had an issue)" and to make his clients happy in the end. There were definitely more options and variety in the lower mainland, but thinking about ferry travel, accommodations, and logistics quickly made that option less desirable. In the end, I think buying my vehicle at JP Toyota made more practical sense, not only for convenience but also for maintaining a long term relationship..... ....looking forward to it.

just 3 weeks ago i bought 2021 tundra. i used around 300-400 km. one day car showed me up some errors about electronic parts ,i took it out immediately to the Jim Pattison victoria service. they checked it up and They detected the problem that is caused by snowfall. some electronic part has been damaged by snow. so they told me that is out of our coverage and ICBC responsible for that... also the guy told me dont worry we will handle it and we are gonna fix it. and 10 days later i went there to learn how is it going, I shocked because they did not touch anything.. if you want to buy car they show you a lot of attention after sold the car when you get the service They act like we owe them. so I am not glad service of JIM Pattison. and I don't recommand

I don’t write reviews often but I had an awesome experience purchasing a Prius Prime from this dealership, so they are praiseworthy. I spoke with Abdul, the car salesman, over the phone and after confirming that they had the car I want, I was able to get a great price and put a deposit on the car in literally 5 minutes. Next day when I arrived at the dealership, Abdul had the car ready for me. I sat with the finance manager, Murray, and he had the paperwork prepared. No hidden costs, no pressure into buying things I didn’t want. All what I had to do was sign. Then the car was insured and registered immediately after that. I left with the car just 45 minutes after arriving at the dealership! The whole process was incredibly fast and smooth, and the individuals I worked with were very professional. If you want a hassle-free purchase, they won’t disappoint.

This was my first time experience with Jim Pattison Toyota in Victoria! I would like to recommend Paul Guevarra and his team here on google review but also at work and around town. Paul’s job wasn’t easy because i’ve been jaded by past experiences. He not only listened extremely well to what I wanted and needed but he was sincere in trying to answer or ‘find’ answers to all my questions about leading vs owning, etc, etc. He researched the specs on a gazillion trucks to get me into my first 2009 Ram Dakota ( in hopes to trade it in to my dream truck -Tacoma in a few years :-)The payments are super comfortable and thanks to the team who backed him and worked with him i got to get financing with Giles and insurance with Emily done ALL in a few hours, so I could drive my truck out of the lot. Nothing but praise for Tom Iliopoulos who helped us when we walked into the dealership. I can honestly say it was Tom that really sealed our confidence in the dealership and that we wanted to buy a Toyota. Just prior, I was pretty set on buying a Honda and went to that dealership first. But since it was Sunday, the Honda dealership was closed. Since it was just across the street, I thought I’d go browse what kind of cars Toyota has in their lineup. I’m the type of person who really dislikes pushy sales or people too in your face. Usually when someone asks “can I help you find something”, I reply with “I’m just looking”... but when Tom approached us, his vibe was perfect... It seems like JP Toyota are great people if you buy with them! Which is nice! But it's another story when you don't. They were quick to take my $500 deposit (seamless) and wanted to chat everyday when i was shopping for a car there. But didn't offer to help me for 15 minutes when i returned and wanted my deposit refunded. All of a sudden, no one knew who i was and told me it's probably in the mail (i never gave them my address so that would be a miracle). Anyway, I'm super disappointed, maybe less in this place and more in capitalism. But come on.

From the moment I first expressed an interest in a particular vehicle, the staff at this dealership were attentive and responsive. I was purchasing from out of province, and it could not have been made any easier! I worked with Colin, a great guy (also from Alberta!) who really looked out for my best interests and steered me towards a vehicle that I think will serve me well in years to come. Colin was always ready to talk in person and via text for additional questions and he made sure I was happy with my choice. John in Finance had a number of awards sitting out on his desk, and I sure found out why! He was so great in getting me squared away quickly and I was so happy with the final financing arrangement. He was flexible and worked really hard to ensure I got the best arrangement possible. Ron had my in transit permit ready within minutes, which meant I could get on the road almost immediately! We came in almost at the end of the day, we can pretty much see in his eyes that he was tired! He's pretty cool and laid back though. He was very accommodating. Whenever we have questions, (which we had a lot of) he was our go to guy! He is very knowledgeable of their products and found the best deals that suited our needs. He is not the "pushy" type of sales person, after providing the information we needed, he let's us decide at your own time. Let me start by saying that Tom Illiopoulos and Serge Surdu are incredibly committed to listening to customers and ensuring they have the car and financing that works for them. The best part: No high pressure sales! I walked into the dealership without an appointment on Saturday and told the salesman who greeted me that I had to leave with a car by the end of the day. My car had pretty much died the night before. Tom was the salesman who greeted me. There were very specific needs I had because I work 6 days per week supporting adults with physical disabilities and cognitive delays. I drive clients every day. My car needed to be safe and meet specific requirements. It would need space for transport of a walker as well as accommodating clients with particular body types and needs. I practically live in my car on work days. I went in thinking I wanted a Toyota because I've owned a few over the years and they're great cars. Tom clearly listened to what I said I needed. He mentioned that based on the information I shared about my work needs he felt that a Mazda 3 would be the best fit. He showed me the cars I thought I wanted and I was able to test drive 4 cars. In the end, his first recommendation was correct. He then suggested a dark blue 2016 Mazda 3. As I was test driving it I was smiling the whole time. As a caregiver and a very practical person it had never occurred to me that I would consider a pretty, sporty, fun car with lots of extras. I mention all of this because I left with a car that I am so happy to drive because I love it! It also happens to meet all my client's needs for work. Practical and beautiful. A joy to drive. Tom worked and hour and a half past closing to ensure that I was able to drive away with my new car at the end of the day. He even took the time to pair my phone with the car's GPS and infotainment system. Tom Illiopplous hadn't even stopped for lunch nor did he rush the process. He was incredibly patient in answering all my questions and addressing my concerns. I couldn't possibly recommend him high enough to anyone looking to purchase the car that is exactly right for them. Tom also heard me very clearly that I had a specific monthly payment I was willing to pay (& no more). Between Tom's dedication to ensure I had what I wanted and needed and Serge Surdu in Financing, I was able to do just that. Serge worked the numbers and reworked them multiple times, explaining all my options along the way. I'm sure I was making him a little crazy though through the process, but he didn't show it. I purchased a Ford Focus from the used vehicle lot at Pattison Toyota a couple weeks ago and had a great sales experience with Jonathan Bish. However, it turned out that the car had some issues with the transmission not shifting properly after prolonged use. I realized I would have to go back and see if there was anything they would be willing to do about it and was certainly hesitant to do so since most dealerships are done with you the second you leave and would not consider it their problem in any way. But the moment I drove back into the lot Jonathan saw me and listened to my concerns and took me to see the sales manager (Steve I think?). They offered to see if it could be fixed or to help me select a different vehicle, which is what I opted for. I was amazed at how willing they were to take the Focus back and help me find me something better. I had prepared a number of arguments in my favour that I didn't end up needing since they were really great about the whole situation. In the end, I selected a 2016 Yaris Sedan and the car was not going to be ready for a couple days so they even got me a rental car to tide me over until it had been inspected and detailed properly. Upon delivery Jonathan and Murray got me all set up and ready to go and Jonathan even went so far as to take me to the gas station to make sure I had a full tank of gas before I went on my way. All in all this was by far the best interaction I have had with a car dealership and they go above and beyond to make sure customers are happy with their purchase.

No doubt, this is the most trustworthy, best in every aspect car Dealer and service Provider. I am a hyper-frugal student and I had one of the best deals yesterday with Robert, a great guy. Even if the car is sold to you, they still make sure all the mechanics are working properly. Robert took the car for wash and noticed of something trivial. He asked me to get the car in 2 hours; once the car has been taken care of, I drove home and noticed the car goes even smoother and even the motor sound is less heard in the cabin. I felt no difference between the hatchback Corolla I drove (MODO) and this 2009 Corolla; still the same performance. The whole purchase process was efficient, time-wise, and they were very welcoming and interacted professional. They are the best, and ROBERT is the best of bests. And btw Some of these negative comments are very very misleading. A dealer wants to sell, so it makes sense they serve the interest of their employer. But not all dealers in town keep the balance between customer and employer; this dealership I believe performed a pretty balanced work in satisfying both sides. So stop being perfectionist dear negative commenter.

The diagnostic took a bit of time, it was with them for over two hours, but I was charged as quoted (1 hr for the diagnostics) and, to my surprise, my vehicle had been washed and vacuumed! What a treat!! Made my day. The associate was honest and thorough in their explanation of the issues that brought me there in the first place. I felt I could trust them and left feeling satisfied with my experience. I’m never really sure what to expect when it comes to mechanic shops since my understanding of vehicles is limited. For the Service Department: Good customer service and polite, but... I scheduled a service appointment for my vehicle on the online portal. There was no available appointment for two weeks. I called to confirm my appointment. They cancelled because they did not not have my VIN number. The admin should have called me to get that information prior to appointment (according to service department). I call to reschedule the appointment instead of using online service. Two weeks wait. VIN given. On the day of my appointment, they called me and cancelled my appointment because there was not enough time to do the work (valve gasket) and the gasket had not arrived in time. - They should have contacted me for the first appointment to obtain my VIN. ( I did not know it was a mandatory field that needed to be filled out online otherwise my appointment will be cancelled) - They should have known the approximate time it would take for the service and schedule my appointment at the appropriate time - Im not sure why it would take three weeks for the gasket to ship. - Informing me on the day of my appointment that the service is cancelled Disappointed that it did not work out with the service department after a month of waiting.

We went into Jim Pattison Toyota intending to test drive a 4runner, and planning to eventually upgrade from our VW golf. Matt Higgins in sales greeted us immediately, and took us around the lot to see the 4runners in stock and walked us through the options. Within 20 minutes we were test driving our soon-to-be new vehicle! It was a wicked test drive and wonderful experience meeting Matt. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and helped us get exactly what we needed so we could drive away that day in our new baby (also a fun guy!)! I would highly recommend doing business with him. *edit* ... We are extremely happy with our new Toyota, however several weeks after we bought it, we took it out in the rain for the first time and nearly got into two accidents. Although there was tread left on the tires sold to us on our certified pre-owned 4runner, they were over 4 years old and the rubber was totally hardened. This resulted in us losing traction twice, at low speed (<25kph) when the roads were wet. We fish tailed through an intersection when starting to make a slow left turn (from a stop), and slid into an intersection while trying to stop at a stop sign on a slope. We were so scared to drive the thing again that we immediately went out and bought new tires. We have told the dealership that they sold us a vehicle (at a nearly-new price!) with tires that were unsafe to drive on and have yet to come to a resolution. They also have not accepted fault or admitted that the technician who did the inspection made an error in signing off on the vehicle which had super old and unsafe tires. So, we are disappointed with Jim Pattison Toyota at this point, but not the vehicle. *follow-up* After speaking with the GM at Toyota, I can happily say that they have taken steps to resolve our issue with the tires. We were assured that the GM would discuss the issues we had with the staff, so that the same problem and delay in remedy shouldn't happen with any future customers. They also went out of their way to get us back into the shop for our future services, and I look forward to working with them to keep our 4runner in shape. Thanks to Dennis for taking the time to follow up and addressing the issues we've had.

At this point we had already eyed up all the cars that we were interested in, and weighed out the pros, and cons for each. Jefferson politely asked us if we would like to take one of the cars out for a spin, and we happily agreed. Jefferson was very patient with us, and quite thorough on each of the cars we were interested in. Once we had decided on the car, Jefferson had laid out some payment plans for us to choose from, and answered all of our questions and concerns. After we had chosen the best plan for us, Jefferson handed us off to a lovely finance manager named Murray Donais. He was very respectful, and patient, taking the initiative when it was needed. He had given us a detailed explanation to the payment plan we had decided on, and the choices of insurance plans that we had to pick from; what was most popular for our age group, and how it could benefit us. It was a very long process seeing as how COVID-19 had affected a lot of businesses, as well as theirs, but at the end of the day we left with the car that we were hoping for. We could not be happier with the service that we had received when we came in just looking at what could be our new car. Also.. they have a great coffee/tea bar available that you should try. We had a positive experience in our recent purchase of a used Sienna from Jim Pattison Toyota Victoria. The Sienna may have brought us into their showroom, but it was Ash that made our decision to purchase from them simple. I know there were more team members behind the scene, and on the scene working together to make this easy and painless for us, and I thank them too, but as the face of the dealership for us, and throughout, Ash was incredible. Car shopping is the worst thing ever. It is not very often that I meet a salesperson who brings high integrity and authentic self to the job, AND performs that job without ego, but I do believe that describes Ash. In the short while that we had contact with Ash, our questions and needs were met with no fuss. Ash was available by phone or text, was easy-going and helpful. When we thought we’d have our busy children coming with us to look at vehicles, Ash didn’t even flinch and we knew we would be well accommodated. Ash knew all the vehicles on the lot, answered all of our questions, and helped us to ultimately follow through with the purchase of the Sienna. We looked at vehicles at several other dealerships and online, we had even planned to go over to the Mainland to keep looking. Once we met Ash and saw the Sienna, we knew we didn’t have to go any further. My partner said to me “you know, we can’t just buy a vehicle from somewhere because we like the salesperson”, but I disagree. We had already walked away from other vehicles and dealerships because we DIDN'T like the salespeople, so I credit Ash for closing this sale, and I hope the dealership knows what a gem they have on their team there! Overall, our experience at the dealership was very good: Excellent hours, test-driving, available carfax and service records, sales knowledge of their inventory and available stock parts (and if not available then recommendations for aftermarket parts and reputable places to have them installed), manager availability to close the sales (thank you Giles), insurance agent at the ready, and pleasant and responsive staff all around, even after hours via text and chat through their website. I haven't tried out their service department yet, but I hope it is as strong as their sales department.

When I purchased the truck the dealership financial advisor lied about how to make extra payments on the vehicle and dealing with Toyota Financial services has been a nightmare. The tailgate broke within 3 months of use and when I took it in for repair they badly damaged my tailgate, requiring body shop repairs. When they sent it for repairs, my canopy came back damaged. They refused to repair it. When I took my truck in for the first 6,000km service the entire passenger side of the vehicle was damaged from the door to half way down the box. The vehicle had to come back again to have the scratches removed. Bringing my vehicle in for service here is the worst part of my day. I've owned multiple Tacomas, and this will be my last Toyota product.

There are not enough words to describe our disappointment with this dealership - we really did want a Toyota, but this experience was atrocious. If you don’t look like a “big ticket” client prepare to be ignored. We showed up in a used vehicle, looking to purchase our family’s first new car. We wandered the showroom and lot for 15 minutes and never even received a “hello” or a “be right with you.” We made regular eye contact with the number of salespeople who did not have clients with them, and were ignored. Despite this we put a deposit to get on the list to buy an out of stock vehicle. Due to long delays in receiving product, we decided to keep shopping for other options and picked up a Subaru instead (Side Note: FANTASTIC CAR!) When we showed up to this dealership to get our deposit back in our brand new car, we were pounced on by a salesperson right away; nice car = valuable client I guess. When we said we were there to get a refund we were sat in the waiting area. This gave us the opportunity to hear other members of this pompous staff talk about how they “couldn’t wait to get rid of their customers,” and one who even said “I don’t need anymore sales this month.” After an hour of waiting, the sales manager had time to process our 30 second refund. Why this couldn’t have been handed to any of the other staff I don’t know. Frankly, this experience was terrible and has turned me off of the Toyota brand, and nearly turned me off of any shop with the Jim Pattison name on it - saved only by the excellent Service at Jim Pattison Subaru in Coquitlam. If you do want a Toyota, I will highly recommend the Nanaimo Dealership - staff was much friendlier and interested in your business!

I went in to look at a used Toyota Tacoma. none of the sales guys came to me and greet me I had to ask for help to look at a used truck in the lot. Took the vehicle out for an hour test spin. the sales guy was nice but his manager was extremely rude and very pressuring me buy now or get out. When I asked to hold the vehicle until the next morning so I can get the financing through my bank and think about it overnight before purchasing. And I was okay leaving a refundable deposit and he said if I left up a deposit it's nonrefundable that's crazy.

This review has been a long time coming, I have had nothing but frustrations while dealing with Jim Pattinson. I bought a brand new Tacoma “TRD Off-road” a couple years back; which I am still paying for. I bought into their premium service package, with the tune ups and oil changes and all. At first things seemed to be ok. Though I believe after my second oil change is when things started to go down hill. I took it in for an oil change before I took it into the forest on the mainland one year. To find that my truck had been leaking oil the entire time time I was driving in the forest. Luckily one friend I was travelling with noticed the leak, and said the person who did this, did a very poor job. Someone could have been seriously injured... and the dealer ship had the nerve to try and charge me for the correction of the job after I brought it back; extremely frustrated. On top of this, the only reason I bought this truck is so I could have some fun in the backroads. I am now receiving recall letters, stating my engine could be defective. Do I really want to run the risk of driving a truck with a faulty engine into the forest? I mentioned this recall over a year ago... and the service person argued with me stating that it is not my truck. So why am I receiving letters for a recall now? I have received 2 so far... the question I am left with now, is why am I paying for a service in which I don’t feel safe driving? Thanks Jim Pattinson from one highly dissatisfied customer.

Honestly I left absolutely fuming and shaking mad. I scheduled an appointment to look at potential car types and discuss the process of financing (as I have never done this before). The sales man proceeded to show me a few cars, honestly i think he was trying to get rid of one that had been around a while as it was 2018 with 144,000kms on and not really what I was looking for. None the less I looked at a few good options, but he really didnt listen to my requirements and would go off on tangents about various features I had not much interest in, got me test drive more cars...but when i thought he was bringing one round he brought a different one dismissively saying oh no you have missed the other. Anyway long story short he was very pushy in getting me to buy something tor put a deposit on something then and there and got pretty rude when I was hesitating to commit to anything (yes i understand he is a sales man, but its a big purchase that needs to be thought about, of course with the understanding that stock can move on but I dont need to be bullied into a instant purchase - that is not smart) - he even apologized to me for being rude quoting he hadn't eaten and didn't go to bed until late the night before. It was honestly just a really horrible experience! I spent 3 hours with him, which felt like a grand waste of my time too, but if he was way more efficient that would not have been necessary and when he became rude, refusing to call me if the one i was interested became available and just being very negatively assertive and patronizing, I just had no desire to spend my money there - old school sales tactics are just slimy. Whether it was because I am young female who went in alone i dont know - unfortunately for him I get stubborn when pushed so he chose the wrong approach for a sale. I decided to take my money over to Jim Pattinson Vancouver downtown where Jake McMahon was amazing in helping me find a toyota that suited, was sensible for my price range and was a good overall car. He listened to my needs and didnt push on anything, rather he showed me my options over a few weeks and guided me through the process and took the time to answer my questions! Highly recommend looking over the pond... although I am sure Victoria has some good sales folks i didn't have a good experience.

*** UPDATE: I have to say that our faith in Toyota has been restored. Turns out as all of this was going on earlier this week the GM Dennis Andrews had been out of town and wasn't available or involved in this issue. I spoke with Dennis on Thursday afternoon as he was just getting back in the office and was the first time he became apprised of what was happening with us. He outright stated that our loyalty to Toyota is very much appreciated and he was sorry to hear about all the hassles we had been going through. Dennis took the time to hear about the issue and asked questions to ensure he understood what had been happening. As a customer I felt valued and heard which was the main part that had been missing. Also he proposed a solution to getting our repair done that was very fair and acknowledged our loyalty. When I brought the car in Friday for the servicing I was surprised by the fact that Dennis even went above and beyond what the dealership could do and approached Toyota Canada to help out. Thank you very much for your assistance and loyalty back to us. Toyota relationship restored :-) HAHA! Disclaimer says not to write a review if we are getting paid or connected to the employees.... we aren't getting paid we are getting ripped off. We have been loyal Toyota customers for 17yrs, bought 3 vehicles brand new from them over that time and done all our servicing with them. On their invoices they ask for 10 out 10 for their service and if any issue to contact them before any survey. Why??? Because they are more concerned with their reputation and the word getting out that they will not do anything to help out their customers. Our Tacoma that is 4 years old and only 52,000kms has had the clutch replaced twice! 2 years ago admitted there was a fault with it and replaced it but we had to pay for half. Then it just happened again and apparently updated part was also not updated correctly and we still had to pay to get it fixed. Fast forward to today when I brought in our 4Runner for servicing. Made the mistake to say needed it to be road ready for a road trip. I don't mind paying for regular and reasonable services however to get our horn working its going to cost $1026 for the part plus labor and taxes. All other places we called said that unfortunately Toyota has taken the rights to that part and won't see it any less even though it is not nearly that expensive. Exactly like the review on the brakes... theirs $450 Lordco has them for $48. So they have us pinned to spending a ridiculous amount on the part or go without. Our service guy was amazing and did his best to help us out but management wouldn't budge. So we looked elsewhere. One company said they could probably replace the whole driving column for less that the part we need. Glad to see Toyota is more concerned about making a profit then helping out their loyal customers for 17years who have spent thousands of dollars with them. Guess our safety isn't as important. Do yourself a favor and go to the little guy instead who'll treat you right! Penny B

I had been looking for a Rav 4 at various dealerships on the island and found a few of the style and year that I wanted. When I visited these various dealerships to test drive a Rav, I experienced high pressure, and once outright aggression after stating I would like to think about the purchase overnight. I then saw a Rav 4 at Metro Lexus Toyota in the year and model I was looking for. I visited the dealership and was immediately met outside by a friendly car salesman named Tom Iliopoulos. When I told him what I was looking for he said the car was sold be that he had another exactly what I wanted that had just arrived at the dealership but that there was a deposit on it. He said he would keep me informed and he did. He responded to every text and email that I sent asking about the car and even went in on his day off to see if the car had been safety checked and detailed. He then called to let me know that the other customers removed their deposit and that the Rav 4 was in pristine condition ready for me to test drive it. I arrived and Tom had the car ready to go and when I returned we had a very pleasant conversation and made a deal. The cargo shield was missing and he arranged to have one purchased for me. From there, he escorted me to and from finance, and to the insurance agent. Further, he showed me how to work the controls and even set the door locks for me as requested. He was courteous, fun and respectful and listened well. A few days later he followed up with me around the cargo shield and my purchase. It was a very pleasant experience and in direct contrast to other dealerships. I would highly recommend this dealership and if you can.. ask for Tom.

When on the road in Victoria I decided to buy a five year old Tacoma. We had a few abnormal requests and our salesman made sure to see them through. Cohan (Salesman) was one of the best to deal with when making a larger purchase and a refreshing experience. I am not rating a 5star simply due to the service end. There was corrosion over the battery terminals that was never cleaned. I should have known better when they mentioned they battery was 5 years old. Toyota should have switched out the battery before selling us the truck and we almost missed our ferry when the truck died days after the purchase. The service department also had a deal on rims and tires with free labour. Do check your invoices as the service department still tried to charge me labour. With all that said about service Cohan rectified all issues on our behalf and saved the day. Thanks Cohan!!

For example he worked with their service team to cover costs for my customization request AFTER I bought... If you’re looking for a non aggressive, knowledgeable rep from Toyota you won’t go wrong. I may stay away from their service team though (that experience wasn’t great to be honest) but I wouldn’t hesitate to reach out to Cohen if you’re in the market for a Toyota on the island.

UPDATE** After having my car for about a week, my rear driver's side tire was flat from an unknown road hazard. I called my original salesman Lee. He was extremely patient during my panicked moment and directed me to the free roadside assistance included in my lease. They came within the hour and changed my tire. After only one business day I was able to visit the Toyota service centre where I spoke with Nathan who was a pleasure to deal with as well. They replaced the tire at no charge and I was blown away by this amazing customer service! A big thank you to Lee, Giles, Serge and Nathan for all the help with the original purchase and continued exceptional service. I had shopped around at a few locations in town and received decent service but it was nothing compared to the level of professionalism and courtesy I enjoyed from Lee Henwood at Jim Pattison. He was extremely low pressure and honest throughout the process and made sure he left no stone unturned when it came to our needs. My lease came to end on my Highlander so I went to the dealership a few days early to let them know I will most likely return the vehicle. Sales Advisor told me they would cut a cheque to me for $4000-$5000, which was the amount of equity I had for the car. The day came for me to return the vehicle and now I was told I'm now getting $2,000 for it. I felt lied to, I think if they told me it was $2,000 from the beginning I wouldn't of minded so much but this seems kind of sleazy. Their reasoning was because due to the economic situation they could only give me that much is what I was told. My own economic situation is also not great as well as my wife and I are out of work which is why we couldn't afford to lease another vehicle or purchase another one, so I also have financial difficulties during this time. Does not seem like customer satisfaction is their top priority given my experience. After signing the transfer papers to give the vehicle back, that was when they told me that they couldn't cut a cheque for the $2,000. I had wait to the following week. I am now sitting and waiting to see if they will honor the $2,000 they said they will give back for the equity of the car but am concerned that they will come up with another reason to give me less or maybe nothing at all. I will not be purchasing my next car or any future cars from any Jim Pattison Toyota/Lexus dealerships going forward based on this experience. I will also be letting my friends and family know about my experience. This has been a bit of a stressful situation and I hope no one else had this experience.

I had terrible experience at the parts department. The gentleman with the big moustache should be trained to deal with customers. He has a short temper. I needed parts for one of my Toyota Sienna vans and he got angry out of the sudden for asking him more than one question. I was the only customer there and he was upset for asking him to check prices for different parts. I think his name is Paul. I have two Toyota vans and I am a regular customer there. I dealt with everyone at the parts department and all of them were very nice and accommodating except him. Please send him for more training so he can be nice to customers.

The receptionist eventually phoned him and then another salesman sitting at a desk by the door asked if he could help. As I was explaining to the second salesman what I was looking for and he was pulling up options on the computer, he was interrupted at least half a dozen times answering messages on his phone. It felt like they couldn't be bothered with a single woman buying a car.

Being from out of province made for complication of not being able to visit the dealership in person. Is 0 stars an option? Took my car in to the dealership a couple weeks ago for an oil change and tire rotation. When I picked the car up they told me I needed new rear brakes, rotors, and all new tires. They wanted $730 to do the brakes and rotors and started trying to sell me the tires. None of this "needed work" had been mentioned to me on the phone when I was called to discuss what was needed, or when I was called to come pick my car up. I know replacing brakes is not that hard and should not cost that much - I used to do it myself before I hurt my back. When I politely said I would get quotes for the work from others they got very visibly pi**ed off. I took my car in to a trusted mechanic friend for a second opinion, together with the paperwork from Toyota. Low and behold - my brakes had tons of life left, they operate on a drum system, so I don't need rotors. That they tried to up-sell me on work I didn't need just shows the shady ethics of this location. I won't be going back there for more work... or to buy any more cars. I think because I'm a very small, rather innocent-looking woman it made them feel like they could take advantage of me. Not today sirs! Think twice before bringing your car in to their garage, you might not need all that you're paying for.

Jefferson De Jesus saved a 1 star rating for this dealership. He is kind, generous, and genuine. The finance department and ICBC gents were also very nice to deal with. I walked away with the perfect vehicle to suit my needs. David Kim however deserves a 1 star. 2 months ago my service from him was terrible. I was put into a test drive with a ridiculously dirty work van that had not been cleaned at all never mind covid cleared for a test drive. Hell! The gas light was on empty and he told me “not to drive far” and that I didn’t need to take it on the highway because “it isn’t a race car”. The offer came in for my trade and I said I wouldn’t accept it as it was below black book value. He dismissed me instantly and didn’t even consider trying to make the deal work. He was very rude and thew his pen on the table and said “ok goodbye”. I came back and bought a van for $10k higher than the one David tried to sell me. It wasn’t about the money it was about the customer service. Jefferson should be the only salesman there you deal with. He is a gem of an employee and deserves the notice. He worked with my wants and the dealerships needs to make the deal. Thanks JDJ!!!

Dealt with a salesman by the name MO, first off I was asking to test drive a prius prime and asked to take it for a couple hours. Not a problem he says. Then tells me manager said only half hour and 30 mins for test drive. I said I was needing to take my mom and sister with me and never stated my reason for buying the car. It was for one of my employees then starts going off on me about doesn't make sense why I need my mom and sister if its for a employee like its his buisness who I can get a second or third opinion from. Then tells me with such disrespect that I've came before and never bought a car I looked at when I bought a Lexus from them a couple years back. I like to be conservative and not impulsive when I buy a car and like to study and do my reserch. And further texting continued with a rude and unprofessional attitude towards me. Sorry pal but thats the business your in to sell cars. If you can't give a customer a good experience then get upset with customer about it isn't my problem when I walk the other way. So unprofessional, and terrible attitude towards people who are dumb enough to just show up and buy a car in 30 mins test drive. 1 star review for the dealership and salesman

My wife had our vehicle serviced this morning,and made it very clear to the service rep to inform husband if any extra work needed to be done. (language barrier). Vehicle was in for recall, and a lease to financing conversion. This was not done, charged her extra then what was quoted. She did not pay and they did not charge her in the end. (She needed to become upset for them to retract charges). Not too sure the reasoning for the over charge or the uninformed work. I felt disappointed and genuine anger towards the whole situation. Needless to say we would never go back for any servicing of vehicle. Sales floor was a good experience overall.

I was part of the airbag recall, and when I brought my car in, I asked them to give the car a once over to make sure things looked good. Long story short, they claimed to have checked my brakes and said I would need to have 700-800 dollars of work done. When I took the car to another mechanic, they said there was no way the dealership actually checked my brakes, because the wheels were rusted on. Thankfully, my mechanic removed the wheels, looked at the brakes, and said they were fine. I called the dealership to complain, and was brushed off with "the technician must have made a mistake". We were looking for an all wheel drive and found one on the JP Toyota website that would fit our needs. I contacted the dealership and spoke to Shawn Firth. He was very helpful and gave a couple of options to consider. He suggested we put a hold on one of them but it would be 4 or 5 days until we could get there. No problem, the vehicle was put aside for us. When taking a test drive, the vehicle was not to our expectations. We checked another vehicle and taking it for a drive, it would meet our purposes. Shawn was very flexible and helpful during our contact with him. His sales manager and financial person were easy to deal with and very forthright. we are quite happy with the dealership and all employees we were in contact with. Good job!!!

Bought a 2022 vehicle recently and although im not disappointed with the vehicle im disappointed that Toyota staff will not tell you upfront what the costs are so you can make an informed decision. They make you put in a deposit and then once you get to the point of financing that's when they will tell you the figures. They quote me couple thousand dollar for an informational screen for an old Toyota. So I ask them for the parts number, and they tried to mess me around with different number, I phoned them three times and they gave me 3 different parts number for the same part, and none of them was correct. All they want is your money out of your pocket and do not want you to find other options. Also, Matthew from Services department was extremely rude and not care about customers at all. If you own an old toyota and out of warranty and have a budget please dont just go JP as the first and only option, try different shops and get some second opinions from different mechanic, it might save you thousands dollar on your bill.

Got my second leased car with Toyota Canada and first time dealing with JP Victoria. Everything started all nice and chill. The agent was cool and polite... was going to be a nice deal until the morning I went to sign the contract to finalize the sale... the financial manager Mr Donais or something like that, very rude at the beginning, showed up about 20 ft away, called my name up, and instructed me to “follow him” with a curl of his finger, And turned and walked on, felt like I was a kid who had done something wrong and he the disappointed parent...bad start. I wasn’t expecting to be treated like a king but that was a bit rude. Then, during the entire conversation, avoided eye contact with me, and felt that he was annoyed (Don’t know why, maybe he had a bad day). Then, rushed me to sign the contract with a amount of payment higher than the one I had previously agreed on with the sales agent, i pointed it out and finally he changed it back ( don’t know if this is the little trick they do there or just mistake, if it is, that a just very dishonest). Finally, guessed he was upset (still don’t know why), he told me there was no such thing as 6 month deferral of payment for me and I was “misinformed” ( only for financing but not for leasing, but the sales agent had garanteed a yes on that earlier, also the no payment for 6 month deal is on there ads!) so confusing, and still not sure it was some kind of trick again. Good start, bad ending.

Toyota Salesperson gets a zero rating. Lexus Salesperson gets a 5 star rating. We was extremely disappointed in the young salesman that came out to "help" us at Toyora. -No attempt to introduce himself or ask who we were. -My husband was interested in trying a hybrid and we were told sorry they were all sold. If we wanted to test drive one we would have to order one, but we're not obligated to actually buy it if we didn't like it. -I stand short, but sit tall so I kept bumping my head trying to get in. His response it was because the lot was on a slope!! When I disagreed he said everyone has that problem so learn to adapt or buy a car where you can lower the seat!! - All the vehicles we were looking at came with a price tag of around $60,000. He made absolutely no effort to walk us through the features unless we asked a question. Obviously he was not interested in making money, must be nice to be that wealthy ???? I wish I had caught his name so I could tell you who to avoid because he was completely useless. We went to Lexus next and RAY was the complete opposite of the useless piece of walking skin we met at Toyota! Introduced himself, called us by name. Walked us through all the features the vehicles had to offer. Told us what he had, what he could get and when he could get them. He was informative, polite and knowledgeable. Someone I would like to do business with and probably will. Thank you Ray for making our experience enjoyable ????

Looked at a RAV4 for about 20 minutes and ran some numbers with a salesman. He refused to print out anything about the package and price. We went back out to look at the car again but the salesman walked past us, got in and drove off the lot . This was about 5 minutes before closing. Also had given him my contact information so he could get back to me about a specific question he couldn't answer and never heard back. Why would I give this level of service my business? Went back two weeks later and asked for anyone but the original salesman. A nice saleslady helped us out and we went for a test drive. Liked the car so booked a longer test drive with her. When we showed up for the extended test drive we got passed off to the original salesman! After the test drive the original salesman started calling us to pressure a sale. Not cool! He was only attentive once he saw dollar signs. Toyota lost a sale, we bought a brand new Nissan Rogue instead.

After watching hybrid vehicle development for a few years, I finally decided it was time, and now there's a 2020 Rav4 Hybrid Limited in my garage. My thanks go out in particular, to Cohan S for bringing it all together. Cohan and others at Jim Pattison worked together to set a new standard for car buying for us, and we have had prior experience. In the absence of the exact model we wanted, Cohan answered all our questions enthusiastically, using various show room vehicles to demonstrate features and operation. He set up the test drive with plenty of time to check out the vehicle. Our trade was assessed quickly and fairly. Once purchase was agreed, he located our new vehicle and kept us fully informed of delivery status which happily, was advanced by almost two weeks. It's a busy time of year right now but for us it seemed like 'no wait'. Payment and pickup included an introductory visit to the service bays, parts department and to meet some of the business staff - all displaying the same professionalism. It was a most impressive introduction to this dealership. A post-purchase visit for installation of an additional accessory was equally well done. Thanks again to Cohan and all those who made this a great experience for us. In short, both the car and the purchase experience have been first-rate.

This was very disappointing trip to the store. Poor customer service. Staff was very cold and not interested in showing us any car on top of it refused in a very rude manner. Seems too busy and refused by saying they don’t have anyone available to attend us. I already own a Sienna and Jim Pattinson is my regular service centre location for our van’s maintenance. Looks like will have to move to another location as Toyota is our preferred brand but not this dealership . Would not recommend this dealership

If I could give them zero stars, I would. I could not be more disappointed in the supposed "service" I received. You think that you can bring your TOYOTA car to a TOYOTA expert and you receive expert top service and help in fixing your issue. Don't be in a rush though, you first have to wait 3 weeks to get the car in. That's ok, must be worth it. Well today I drop it off and am told I will hear back "shortly". Sounds great. 4 hours later, nothing, so I calling. "Nope haven't looked at it yet". So I wait more. Then finally get a call "Just heard back from tech, we just spent an hour looking at it and don't know what the issue is, but that will be $160...if you would like us to look at it more, it will be another $160 but can't guarantee we will know anything after charging you more, would you like us to proceed" type thing. Well, that makes sense right? You have me for $160, why not another cause I'm going to want to do that. WOW. Blown away and disappointed. Honestly, if I were you, stay away from Toyota and stay away from Jim Pattison Toyota Victoria, cause customer service and quality of service is not what they strive for. Now if you are looking to spend money on no return, well, they can help. So yes, my rating is zero of five, don't let the one star fool you.

My Mom & I where shopping for a used hybrid SUV for her, we where lucky enough to meet up with David Kim the hybrid/electric car specialist, and we scored big time with a wonderful deal on a 2018 Toyota RAV4 Hybrid ,it has very low mileage & is in excellent condition, & it even has a sunroof! The car had just arrived on the lot that day, & we were very lucky, timing wise, to have picked up such a difficult to find vehicle . We'll be picking it up next week after it has been checked over & detailed, we can't wait!

Edit/Update: Picked up truck after over a week of them having it, returned my truck with: mold, garbage, missing trim piece, and greasy overspray from anther vehicles job all over my trucks drivers side. Truck was brought in from severe leak in break light (New Tacoma). The inconsistent service during this time is too long to ramble here.. Ie. leaving my truck outside uncovered for 2 days with leak, requesting loaner car back in very short time period or i face charges; rude costumer service, making me spend over 40 hours on the phone with them/toyota canada (look for post on tacoma world soon).

The comment below was 2 months ago, when I bought the car. I still rate 5 stars for the purchase experience. My experience with the Service Department today wasn't that great, though, mostly because I set my expectation too high. I should have known that it was a department that provides services to cars, and not to people. My first impression was that no one bothered to crack a smile, to me or other customers, but it was fine, Greg was helpful and professional and I was pleased. It wasn't until I picked up the car that a very young person behind the counter (I shall not put his name here) made me feel like I was a waste of his time, all because I asked a few (3) questions (there was no other customers at the time) and told him that I would step aside to review the invoice before signing the paperwork. A few minutes later when I came back to the counter to sign it, he told me that there was no need for me to sign it anymore. When I insisted on seeing it, it turned out that he already initialed for me! Now that was disrespectful! *********** My husband and I had a list of car dealerships to visit when we decided to look for a car to replace my very old one, and this happened to be our first stop. Jay greeted us as soon as we stepped out of the car - small gesture but made us feel welcome right from the start. As soon as he learned of my wishlist for the new car, he took us to several cars and explained the features of each to us. He was tactful enough to give us room to discuss but was there when we had questions. When we finally narrowed down to the 2 potential cars and wished to see their online reviews, he took us back to his desk to look them up for us. Long story short, I drove home happily in my new car 2 days later. All in all Jay was very helpful, knowledgeable, and accommodating to our requests. We didn't feel like be pushed into a purchase at all which would have been a turn-off. Murray the Financial Services Manager was great. The person who helped us transferring the insurance was very helpful too. In fact, everyone there was cheerful and pleasant to talk to. It was a nice experience. I do hope that when I bring my new car back for service I'll receive the same treatments. I will definitely recommend this dealership and Jay to friends and family.

I recently purchased a used car from Shawn Firth a salesman at this dealership. Having gone in to view a car I had seen a few days earlier I was disappointed to hear it had sold. Shawn showed me a couple of other Corollas in my price range and although the one I test drove had extra features I didn’t need we decided to see if we could make it work. I was treated with respect and courtesy throughout the process and after declaring I had a budget and was sticking to it we came to an agreement that came very close to my budget. All the managers and people I dealt with through this process were friendly and not pushy and that is what I look for in a dealership. Shawn even purchased my touch up pen for me as the slightest scratch bothers me. Thanks to everyone I dealt with and will say hi when in for servicing.

We acquired our first 2021 Tacoma from this dealership due to Reynaldo Cabalu’s efforts. Reynaldo had a no pressure approach. He was more than willing to assist, and quick to respond in order to meet our wants/demands. We hit a few bumps along the way but Reynaldo performed beyond expectations in order to seal the deal. He really treated us like a family. I highly recommend Reynaldo to anyone who is in a market for a Toyota especially a Tacoma.

We bought a 2020 Rav4; had paint spots all down the side and the paint surface of the car itself was rough (full of pollen, horrible paint job). And the drivers side of the car makes a whistling sound (bad window or door seal). We made them take the car back for repairs (again, brand new); it has almost been 2 weeks with no resolve. No calls us to keep up to date on repairs, horrible service. Salesman is great but his hands are tied. I do not recommend this dealership for service or purchase.
