Terrible service! I went to this dealership looking to have a trade-in value for my unit a week ago. I left and was told that they will provide me a trade-in value later that day. I keep getting the same response from the sales agent “I will have a trade-in number for you shortly” after 3-4 follow up emails.
Dealt with Jag Sahota on the purchase and George on the resale - both marvelous, helpful courteous representatives. Service was prompt, conscientious, details carefully explained and in each case, maximum custody.er satisfaction was ensured. I took my Nissan Rouge 2014 in for service on October 4th. Paid $133.79. Inspection report recommended rear pads and rotor machining. Parked my car in my garage on Oct 11th for the long weekend. On 15th (Tuesday) the car won't start. It didn't detect both the fobs. I called Nissan Campus to inquire. They recommended new batteries. I was surprised to learn they don’t check the fob battery when the vehicle goes in for service. Anyway, I went to the dealership, got new batteries and the vehicle still won't start. I opened the hood and noticed a lot of built-up around the battery terminal (image attached). I checked the inspection report again to see if I missed anything. There was no indication of any issues with the battery. In fact, the battery test report showed "Good Battery" (image attached). I also noticed one of the fluids was at its minimum level (image attached). I again checked the report to see if it mentioned anything about the fluids. It shows all fluids were topped up (image attached). I called Nissan Campus and they suggested to bring the vehicle in for an inspection. They gave me Totem's number for towing the vehicle to the service centre. I called the company, they sent their guy who came and found the battery wasn't registering enough voltage. He was surprised to learn the terminals had so much built up and the vehicle had just been serviced. Anyway, he jumped start the vehicle and charged me $73.08. When I took the vehicle in, I asked why I wasn’t told about the battery problem last week. I was told the battery didn’t have any problem then. The technician noticed dirty terminals but forgot to mention it in the report. No big deal! In fact, he maintained the battery was registering full voltage even after bringing the vehicle in. They just couldn’t figure out why it wasn’t igniting the engine. He suspected a bad cell (image attached) and therefore recommended a new battery (image attached). I paid another $255.45 (image attached). When asked about the fluid level, he maintained the fluid level was fine. Even though the picture clearly shows the fluid level was at its minimum, he didn’t care. I checked the user manual and it says fluids should be between min and max levels. We pay a premium at this dealership for the service we receive. Reason, we pay this premium is for the piece of mind. We hope our vehicle is in good hands. However, when instances such as this occurs it makes us wonder if we are putting too much trust in the dealership. To me it’s a double rip-off. One they break our trust, second, they charge us for the service they claim they provide but in fact they don’t. I guess they know we have little choice. For example, if I own a Nissan there is only one service centre in Victoria. The other is in Campbell River. So, my options are limited. Anyway, I took time out of my busy schedule to share my experience so people who are thinking about buying a vehicle at this dealership can be warned. Please think twice. It’s not worth it. I appreciate you reaching out to me. You haven't answered the key questions: 1) Why the inspection report didn't mention terminals had built up. Reason I ask, had I known this I would have asked you to replace the battery. I did it to my Mazda just last month. When brought to my attention, I asked the service centre to replace it. It's not worth relying on a battery which has past its service life. 2) Is the fluid shown in the image at it's optimum level? Zoom in you will see it barely touches the Min line. 3) If you don't check the battery in the fobs, don't you think it's time you do? fob is an integral part of the vehicle. If the vehicle is getting inspected why not the fob? Why make your clients go through this inconvenience? You have the vehicle, you have the fob why not check it?
OK, don't want to make this sound over-the-top but we enjoyed buying our new Titan from Campus Nissan. Our salesman George was very patient and knowledgeable and also a good coach. Thank you to the friendly staff at Campus for creating a stress free environment when making such an important investment.

We had heard great things about George at Campus Nissan from some friends who had bought a Leaf from him previously. We were in the market for a new EV, so we went to talk to him. Of all the dealerships we went to he was the nicest and most sincere sales rep we dealt with. We honestly said to ourselves at every other dealer, "we wish there was a George here." Even though we didn't end up buying a car there, George left the best impression on us of what the "buying a new car experience" could be. We would highly recommend to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle to start with George.
My elderly mother was having car issues....so we made an appointment for her last Friday at Nissan for Monday (today) at 130pm. Her check engine light was on. They quoted us one hour tops for $139. I was going to cover the costs for her as she is a pensioner. She dropped the car off and was willing to wait. They told her its gunna be 3 hours at $166 an hour. Sent her home, to Esquimalt, in a cab but only covered $15. When it got to $18 she had to ask the cab to pull over. She then proceed to walk. She called me and told me what happened. So I called Nissan for some clarity and was hung up on before even talking to anyone about my concerns. I went to Nissan and took her car to Mr. Lube. When they ran a diagnostic test FOR FREE....topped up her fluids and her car was good as new. Super disappointed with Nissan. Not to mention, while I was waiting for my keys...another couple was told last minute they needed their car there for way longer. They were an older couple concerned about having to cab both ways. The clerk said we will cover that, Esquimalt isnt that far. I chimed in and said 'well, its further than the $15 you gave my mother this afternoon. She had to get out and walk the rest of the way' Customer service is a real big thing , and this is my second time dealing with this company and having THE WORST experience. They over charge AND have no real moral compass. I highly recommend MR LUBE for all your needs. Not only will they help you out....but once they find the issue they will help you find more reasonable places that wont over charge or take advantage. Thanks for nothing Nissan. IN RESPONSE TO YOUR RESPONSE. Great. I am so happy you feel better about the situation after making excuses. 1st off.... You still didnt acknowledge the fact that you hung up on me while placing me on hold (before even hearing my concerns, so it wasnt like I was being rude and you hung up) Secondly, maybe re-evaluate your bookings and how you interact with your potential clients. Not once did you mention to us that there may be a lengthy wait come appointment time. Not once. We spoke Friday afternoon, and booked for Monday afternoon. You should have already known what that day was going to look like. Instead you waited until she showed up. Leaving her with really no choice aside from an elderly woman scared to take her car without knowing what's wrong with it. Now she has to rearrange her entire day, AND was only somewhat compensated for ONE (part) direction. This seems like a common practice for you since it was happening to another elderly couple (who was visibly upset) while I was standing there demanding my mothers keys. Take responsibility for your actions. Your sorry? BUT. How about yeah we are sorry for how we treated your mother, how we made her feel, what we put her through and we will do our best in the future to ensure none of our clients, regardless of age, feel this way again. We will re visit our policies and make sure we are crystal clear with any future bookings. We understand things come up and happen, however if the wait turns out to be multiple hours long....maybe have courtesy cars available to make the issue less of a hassle for your customers. Just some ideas. ;)
We had a very pleasant purchasing experience with George Soloff at Campus Nissan. He genuinely wanted a clear understanding our requirements for a new vehicle. He is quite knowledgeable in regards to the capabilities and limitations of the various electric vehicles in the marketplace. From kicking tires to delivery and follow up, all staff we interacted with were friendly and helpful.
Everyone keeps telling me I should not get my car service at the dealership because is more expensive, but the few times I have attempted to get something as simple as an oil change done anywhere else, the service and experience is nowhere near as good as when I take my car to these guys. Also the prices are almost the same, I took the time to shop around. I thought by breaks needed to be done, they said: not just yet, we'll tell you when. That alone makes me want to come back because I don't feel like someone is trying to rip me off. Bottom line: Outstanding service!

My name is Anna K and in March, I purchased a new 2020 Nissan Qashqai with the help of an excellent salesperson named Jag S. I was particularly impressed with Jag's low-key style of interacting with us. He was normal, not pushy, was really interested in what I was saying I was looking for. I'm so happy I invited him to come along on the test drive. That was a good decision as Jag was able to show me many of the features during our drive that made me really want to purchase the car. He really went out of his way to make me feel happy (more than scared) about this major purchase. He gives auto sales people a good name. ????????????????

Very disappointed with the sales department. We've been long time Nissan customers and were looking to get a new Qashqai. What we were offered for our trade was pathatic (a four year old car) and after multiple attempts we just walked away. We kept getting mail-outs offering all these deals, that oddly don't materialize when it comes time to actually buy something. Very disappointed and unlikely to return. The service department is excellent and would recommend them. But the sales side seemed disinterested - almost like "we sell so many cars we just don't car anymore."
The service department is always so service perfect. I always get a rundown on what's going to happen and what's happened. And they do it with a smile.

Rome in sales was very professional when I purchased my Scion iQ. The car looked brand new - well serviced and shining brilliantly! There was an issue with the engine air filter and the cost to replace it was refunded by Campus Nissan without question. All Covid precautions being met. Love the new (to me) car - thank you Rome! I will be returning in the future for a Nissan Leaf once I have enjoyed the iQ.

We contacted a CAMPUS NISSAN through their website last week and had a very fast response from George who bent over backwards to accommodate our crazy schedules. 2 test drives in two days and yesterday we drove off with a fully kitted-out 2018 LEAF. George's customer service was top notch - he was personable, professional, funny and not at all pushy. He was quick to show us apps we can use to trip plan and charge up. Great follow through today as well when he checked in to see how we were doing with the car and reminded us again to stop by and ask questions whenever we needed. Thanks George! You are awesome.
Would give more stars if I could! Ever since we bought a car from Campus Nissan in 2007, we have never been disappointed by their top-notch customer service, ranging from maintenance service (shoutout to Mauro) to sales. The reps are all extremely kind and considerate, not to mention knowledgable in all areas. Recently, as my grandmother sadly could no longer drive her car, we've had to sell her Nissan, and Campus Nissan made the entire repurchasing process easy and painless. Jag Sahota was so kind and attentive throughout the initial consultation, and followed up to make sure everything was okay prior to us going in. On the day of the transfer, Jag and Daniel were extremely patient, explained every step carefully in detail to my grandmother, and were so hospitable throughout the entire process. Due to my grandmother's age, they also kindly offered to call in an ICBC agent so that my grandmother could cancel her plates in comfort, and when the agent wasn't able to make it due to weather conditions, Jag drove us to the nearest ICBC location to make it easier for my grandmother. That, plus their arrangements to send my grandmother safely home via cab service, was above and beyond anything we could have asked for, and for that we are extremely grateful. Thank you again Campus Nissan for your amazing service, and we will definitely return as loyal customers!

2 weeks later, and I'm still incredibly happy with my car buying experience at Campus Nissan. My main contact at the dealership was Michal Cwiklinski, who went above and beyond to make sure that I found a vehicle that I was excited to own, and that fit my needs and budget. I felt Michal genuinely wanted to ensure that I was happy not only during my purchasing experience, but also for the long run. I can honestly say that I would go back to Campus Nissan, and in particular, Michal, for my next purchase... although that won't be for a while as I love my car!

I like my Pathfinder for the most part but I would have to say the mechanic shop for me has Been less than okay. Im always having issues with them most recent was for a recall. I understand the recall isn't related to the issue as they say but weird I leave my car with them for a few hrs and the recall part was replaced but now my cameras are all messed up. I know they say there not related but seems way to much of a coincidence. Maybe water got in when they washed it I dunno. Very frustrating. Just not happy so all repairs are now going to a different shop. Just my thoughts

We bought a used car at Campus Nissan a few months ago and were very happy with their service and the car. Even though we weren't in the market for an expensive vehicle, our salesman Steve took the time to go through everything, went on two test drives with us and did not push us into signing, before we were confident that we wanted to go ahead with the purchase. Steve was also very personable, which made buying the car an enjoyable experience. As far as car dealerships go, this one can definitely be recommended!

Well despite having ultimately selected a different brand, the people here are genuine and enthusiastic about their product line and they sell the features as they perceive a car best suits the customer's needs and they do it without any pressure, very well. My wife and I were impressed with the courteous way one of their salesmen Frank introduced us to precisely what we were looking for and if not for a slight lack of engine power options in a model we fell in love with, we would have become proud owners of a Nissan product faster than we had ever imagined. I purchased a new car at this dealership two years ago. Since that time the service has been top notch. They always schedule me in with a free loaner car while they do any maintenance. The waiting area is spotlessly clean (including bathrooms) and they serve fancy coffee/tea while you wait. The level of service is why I purchased a car at campus Nissan, and I am happy that I did.
My niece wanted to buy Nissan Kicks but she was told that they can't see her till November. Oh well, she can't wait that long so she bought another brand just this past Monday. I was hoping she will get Nissan. Y'all must be that busy.

Pretty much on time. Car washed and vacuumed and the service rep was great.
Good exp with the sales person and general manager. offered me a discount; sound great right! But watch out for the tall accountant. hes is one sneaky fellow, he will keep adding extra numbers on your contract, look carefully at those numbers. ( by adding bits of fees here and there, basically he took the discount back..HA! ) BTW dont get extended warranty, its not worth it. And if you did get it. you have 30 days to cancel it an get a full refund. Mr accountant does not like it when you cancel. he will become very very mean and rude! Unprofessional! took me almost a month just to cancel it (thanks to the warranty company itself for helping me out and one of the gen managers too) . likes of that person makes all dealership looks evil!

A huge shout out to Richard and Stevie. Since December I have been fighting with my toyota echo to the point of making me very sick with my anxiety. I went somewhere and bought a nissan versa and my fears and anxiety has followed me from being so traumatized by my last beater. I had my two favorite car mechanic shops test my car and do inspections on the car and they have all come out awesome Thank you Stevie for educating me with my 100 questions, the two cars are completely different so not knowing how they run and what noises and sounds are normal, you took the time to teach me and was totally NOT judgemental over my concerns.. That makes an awesome employee. Thank you Richard for giving me a break with the inspection bill, your generosity is nice and unexpected. Also your professionalism and way of communicating is also very reassuring aswell. You let me know what needed to get looked into with the car dealer and I am going to deal with it tomorrow when they open. Thank you for both of your honesty, professionalism and kindness. Despite bringing with me all of the uncertainty and anxiety of buying a new car, I was treated with patience and professionalism by Stephen Carless and his colleagues at Campus Nissan. In May, I was in the market for a 2018 LEAF and, just as I was ready to buy, there was a flurry of last minute changes occasioned by a June 1st correction from Nissan Canada. This further flustered me, and I eventually had to accept these and settled in for an expected several (4-5) months' later delivery of a 2019 model (same car, slightly more expensive, less colour choices). Bleh. This is a hotly demanded car, and I know people all over the country waiting months and months for it. Imagine my delight when 3 1/2 weeks later, Stephen called to say a 2018 model with my name on it was on the lot. I drove it away later that week and haven't stopped loving my LEAF. Thanks again, Stephen.

In July 2017 I purchased the Nissan Rogue. It was the best experience I’ve had purchasing a car! Michal (Cwiklinski) was great, he took the time to go over everything in the car, excellent customer service. He recently sold my brother in law a car and he was equally impressed. I was wanting to purchase an electric car for awhile but truly didn’t know where to begin. Being Nissan faithful, I pressed the “talk with sales” on their web site. I was put in contact with George Soloff, who immediately answered my questions patiently, intelligently and succinctly. We set up an appointment so I could better understand what buying an electric car would mean, the pros, cons , for the next day. George not only enlightened me, he sent me driving in a few different cars asking me which I felt would best serve my needs. I made a choice and was directed to Doug Argen, to help with the financial part. Doug was proficient, conversant and very efficient. I drove my new(to me) electric car home that day. The experience did not stop there. George called me to ensure I was comfortable and understanding the vehicle not once but twice. I had been interested in the Nissan Leaf for quite some time and finally found myself financially able to purchase a used version of the EV. I read a great deal of reviews and decided that I should seek a 2013 SV version. I had been dealing with an alternate dealer originally, but didn't feel totally comfortable with their customer service. Scanning through online ads I found one that I liked the look of and sent an email. In short order, Peter Luke from Campus Nissan got back to me with the specs for the vehicle. I arranged for a test drive the next day and, due to my interest, Peter was kind enough to hold the car for me until I could make it in from Sooke. I subsequently arranged to purchase the vehicle. I obviously made the right decision all-round - I love my Leaf and greatly appreciate the super customer service. Thank you Peter & Campus Nissan!
5 star truck, 0 star service! The service at this dealership is brutal. Waiting a full day for an oil change and a tire rotation is insane, and phantom charges like brake fluid flushes on a vehicle less than a year old with under 9k is shady and bulls#*t. Keep track of your receipts and service elsewhere if you buy through these guys. It's too bad because I really do like the truck.
One star for the sales department. My wife contacted the salesman 2 time just to arrange a time so she can come in to put down a deposit for a new car. After arranged the appointment, both time the salesman designed not to be in the office. My wife called him and left him a voicemail and never called her back. So we took our business to other dealer. Well done, Campus Nissan.

I just had an oil change service done. They were efficient in every way and had good communication (they texted to ask if I wanted other issues fixed, and to let me know car was ready). My car was washed and vacuumed too, nice bonus which really saves me time! Their hours are long so I could get to and from work, and they offered help to get there (which I declined in favor of walking). They sent an automated appointment reminder in advance. They appear to have lots of staff so I was served quickly at every step. Helpful customer service. I'm happy with everything, and I don't even drive a Nissan.

Excellent experience dealing with Jag Sahota and this dealership- Jag was polite, friendly, and laid out all the information related to our potential purchase so that we could clearly see all the costs involved. We had previously dealt with another Nissan dealership and had a terrible experience- they were pushy, reluctant to clarify pricing, and would have required us pay an extra $3000+ in unwanted add ons and fees. Not the case at Campus Nissan. If you are going to buy a Nissan go to this dealership and ask for Jag!

Went in because my Nissan had a check engine light. Just asked if a technician could come out to scan the code and just tell me what was wrong. An operation that takes no tools and takes no longer than 2 minutes max. I was flat out told no we can't do it even though 3 techs where standing behind the counter talking. I will not be buying my next Nissan from them and I will not be trading my car in. So I went to the lube shop across the street. Every bay had a car and they had a tech from the desk help me. Turned out to be the MAF sensor because it had gotten unplugged. He plugged it back in for me and I was on my way in less that 5 minutes. I even chatted with the tech as he owned the same car as me.
This was my first ever experience at a car dealership and the first time getting a car that was very new to me in technology( I drove a 2003 Mazda before my leaf, it was like going from a horse carriage to a spaceship) . I emailed Tony months before I even came into the dealership with questions about electric cars and asking for basically all the info I could get. Tony was very quick to respond and helped provide me with all the info I required to make a decision. I wanted a specific type of used leaf and he kept an eye out for me for a few months before the one I wanted came in. When I came into the dealership Tony was a very friendly, positive and informative person to be around. I am so happy we had Tony as our salesman!! He made my experience as easy as possible and made sure that everything would be absolutely perfect for me. The car I decided to buy had some damage to the mirror and a few other issues and Tony made sure that they fixed it up so that it would be perfect for me. Basically like a brand new car!! I am so appreciative of Tony and so happy that he was the one who sold me my first electric car! I could not recommend Tony enough to be the one to help you buy your new car. Thank you Tony!!! Had my car serviced there yesterday, an amazing experience! Booked four days in advance, forgot to ask for a loaner, called 1/2 hour before my appointment and they had one ready no problem! I was pleased to find the service department taking safety measures for staff and customers including a safe zone from the counter and plenty of hand sanitizer and paper towels to use. The entrance is narrow, though, so hard to keep a safe distance when people enter and exit . I commented on this, and when I returned 4 hours later to pick up my car, they had changed the entrance to the main show room, and used the service area doors as an exit only. So impressed! They kept me informed,, were friendly, listened to my concerns, and were very professional and reasonably priced, great job!

While looking online for a rogue I came across your website and a 2017 Rogue which was coming soon. Hoping to get a look at it right away my hubby and I went to the dealership the next day .While there we met Peter who was very aware of the vehicle we were looking for as he had dealt with the car previously and helped with the trade in. Peter went out of his way to answer all of our questions and had the vehicle in the lot for us the next day to test drive. Needless to say it was the color I wanted and a bonus it had a moon roof and very low mileage as well. We negotiated our deal that day and took possession of the vehicle. Peter went above and beyond to make sure it was detailed and cleaned after we purchased it as the sale happened so fast. Peter also got some of the paint redone for us there were chips and such on the vehicle. He also fixed one of the remotes for us as it wasn't working. It is peter's attention to those small details that will have us coming back to Campus Nissan again and again, and sharing with our friends our positive experience with Peter and Campus Nissan.

That flexibility was above and beyond what I'd expected from a big dealership, and it led to us getting a perfect introduction to long-range electric travel (it made up our mind that we definitely wanted a Leaf). While we didnt end up getting a car here we were impressed with the no pressure tactics of this place. We looked strictly for EVs and the salesman wasn't pushing us into anything. He gave us the info we wanted, we did a small test drive and didn't feel pressure at all. I can see their used Leaf market is pretty good, the 3 white boards were full of used leafs with most already going to customers, some even reserved before the car had arrived. Ev is the future, nice work Nissan!
Bought my car from Campus Nissan, many people in my family bought from Campus Nissan; great staff, great service and even lent me a loaner car while mine was being serviced! Only reason for missing a * is because they replaced a burned out headlight, and now the new headlight is noticeably dimmer than the other so looks slightly off. But otherwise great place and fantastic service!

Only giving one star because I cant give zero. NEVER take you car here for repairs. There service center just tried to scam me out of $2000 by lying about work needed on my car, which is 16 years old and has over 250km. They even got some of it wrong, saying I need a right front ball joint when it was actually a left!!. I took my vehicle in for a second inspection at a mechanic I trust, and they told me I only needed a fraction of the work actually done. Nissan also charged me almost $200 for the inspection, and quoted me a total of $4000 to get everything done. I did not even purchase the car for that much. Will be making a report with the business bureau. I am absolutely appalled they would try and scam me, especially during COVID times when money it tight.
I am a proud new owner of a 2016 Nissan Rogue and I love this vehicle!!! It is a perfect fit for my family. It is spacious and comfortable, great on gas and I feel safe commuting over the malahat in my daily drive to work. Luke the salesman made me feel very comfortable with the whole process, he was personable, knowledgeable, funny and friendly and I truly felt that he wanted me to be happy with my purchase. I have my oil change service, then end up of my internal service light was flashing. Want me return my car for diagnosis and trying to charge me $300. I got it fix on my own from Youtube and saved myself a fortune. Also, there another time for brake service, ends up my car stopped on the road after service and return for another diagnosis and saying sensor goes wrong; charged me another part. Aweful service & rip off.

We were extremely pleased with our purchase and the service we experienced with our salesman Jag as well as the other people we met while completing the purchase of my new Rogue.
I went to campus Nissan to have my oil changed and brakes replaced. I dropped off my car and they gave a cab credit of 15 dollars to get to work, which didn't cover the entire fair. Whatever no biggie. They called to tell me my brake calipers needed to be replaced and quoted me quite a bit for that, so I asked if they could just replace the rear brakes and calipers.When I picked up the car they gave me a stack of estimates for work to be done; tire rods needed to be replaced, brake fluid flush, front brakes and caliper replacement a whopping $2700.00 quote. I was shocked, and that was after paying $800.00 for replacing the brakes(which I provided the pads for) and calipers on the rear and oil change. I only drive my car on the weekends and have all regular maintenance done to it. Upset I had my dad and brother take a look and replace the front brakes, they said the calipers and tire rods were fine. Just to be 100% certain I took it to a mechanic, and he said that my tire rods and calipers were as good as the day the car came off the show room floor. He was appalled that campus Nissan would try and scam someone, especially a young woman who doesn't have any mechanical knowledge. Guess I was an easy target. So in short I will not be returning to Campus nissan, and will advise anyone looking to go there to at the very least have a second opinion done before having any work done there if any. Very disappointed.

I phoned Campus Nissan at 9:00 hours today and was politely greeted by “Maya”. I requested her to transfer me to the service department which she promptly did. The phone rang several times then came back to “Maya”. She explained that the service department was busy at the moment. She asked me if I could provide my phone number to her so they could return my call. I then clearly provided my name and phone number to her. However, several hours went by and I did not receive a call from the service department. At approximately 13:31 hours, I phoned Campus Nissan back and I was met with identical events mentioned above. At 23:59 hours on the same date, I still have not received “the return call” from them.
Jag was excellent, he listened to what I was looking for, was respectful when I said I wanted to look at a few other car lots and helped me find the car that I wanted. He didn't try to up sell me, he wasn't pushy, he answered all of my questions patiently until I found what I wanted. When my son was looking for a car, I took him into Campus to see Jag and once again, Jag worked to find exactly what my son was looking for, actually he got my son what he was looking for with several extras and at an excellent price. I highly recommend Campus Nissan and Jag in particular. He's respectful, not at all pushy and really listens to help you find what you need. Campus Nissan also supports local charities like Power to Be which helps people accomplish things they might never have the chance to do. Nothing but good things to say about my experience with Campus Nissan!
I was dreading buying a new car, but I saw an ad on Campus Nissan's website and I called and was directed to Nick. I can highly recommend dealing with Nick. He is knowledgeable, very polite and very helpful. No matter what we asked, he was agreeable. My girlfriend was very impressed as well. Nick offered to drive her to a nearby mall while I did the paperwork and waited for our car to be detailed and gassed up. From the time we entered the dealership until we left three hours later, we looked at various vehicles, had a test drive, went through the negotiating phase, did the financing, and got insurance. He spent time showing us all the features we did not realize the vehicle had, even though we had been driving the same model rental car for months. We drove away in a shiny new car. Nick was guiding us through each phase. Call first and ask for Nick to help you. You won't be sorry.
Jag sold me a Nissan Kicks in February 2020. The complete purchasing experience with Jag was a pleasure. Jag is well informed about his product, punctual, responsive and pleasant to deal with. He listened to what I was saying when we first met, offered some options but didn’t push me into a car I wasn’t looking for when it turned out the cars on the lot were not what I wanted. In the end he found my perfect car and brought it in for me. A year down the road I am still very happy with my Kicks and the service I have received at Campus Nissan.
In 2012 we owned a Titan great Truck the service department was always amazing so I decided I wanted a Rogue. I went to Campus after the gym after 20 minutes no one came to talk to me, no they were not busy, in 2018 I thought I'd try again but for a Murano again I went after a hike, no one came to talk to me. Last week I stopped after work (dressed and make up) and was greeted immediately. The pressure sales with Jag was terrible and pushy he didn't hear anything I said. Follow up call with Jason was even worse. Raised voice and rude. That's 3 strikes. Never have I experienced such horrible customer service. I'll never return to this lot.

I have purchase from Campus Nissan in the past and had a good experience. I decided it was time to consider a new vehicle. I went on their web site and was excited to see a 2020 Rogue demo at $6000 off for just under $28,000 with 1700km. the advertisement said 5.99% financing available. I felt the interest rate was too high so I used their live chat to ask about financing options and was told it depended on my credit score. I asked if the car was still available and was told yes. The next morning I went in to see the car. first I was shown a car with completely different features and then was told that this was a promotion not an actual demo model for sale! That the demo model never existed. I went there thinking I could work a great deal on a 2020 demo with my trade that I purchased at Campus Nissan. That with my credit score I should qualify for a great rate. Instead I was given a offer on a similar car for more money with a lousy offer on my trade. Why does buying a Car have to be such a lousy experience of deceptions and games?

Picked up my 2018 Nissan GT-R from Campus Nissan yesterday, after searching for the right car on the mainland for the last few weeks and getting no where, I decided to give these guys a try. Called and spoke to Rick Roorda for a few minutes and we had a deal, no BS, communication was great as I was on the mainland. Car was exactly as represented on line, no surprises. Working for a car dealership myself i was optimistic to say the least however i was pleasantly surprised with the whole process, I was in and out within 30 minutes. Met with Cole also a Sales Manager as Rick was off and was a great guy to deal with. I would recommend checking this place out if you are in the market for your next Nissan.

Great experience buying my Nissan Kicks last week at Nissan Campus Victoria with George Soloff. It started the week before where George replied to my question on their web side regarding the possibility of a wheelchair fitting in a car. George replied with all the measurements and answered all my questions. His service was formidable from fitting wheelchair to test driving and financing and trade in of my Honda. He didn't try to sell me anything bigger then I needed. I felt well taken care off.
I drove 500 KM and did the ferry to purchase from Campus Nissan again! Just traded my Frontier for a Titan and had a superb experience. Rome Tewelde is a great guy who made the whole thing easy, I highly recommend Rome as a sales person. Also a big thanks to Cole Reinhart, and Mandu Goebl. Campus is professional, courteous and treats me like family. I can't say enough.

Caution regarding service at Campus Nissan. Booked my Leaf maintenance using their website and was quoted $39.88 for a simple battery report that the dash LCD had notified of in the car. Bonus - the $39.88 also included the tire rotation that was also showing on my LCD screen. Arrived at the appointment to be told that it was going to be $320+ for the service today. I politely inquired as to how the online booking was $39.88 and suddenly it is over $300. Service guy next to mine pipes up and says that "these cars aren't maintenance free" and tells me you have to change the transmission fluid regularly. He was condescending and rude. If you do your homework, the Nissan Leaf maintenance guide only says you have to inspect it up to and beyond 120,000 miles. They also threatened my warranty if I didn't pay up even though the only warranty I have left on the car is the battery warranty - which I was there for. BE CAREFUL AT CAMPUS NISSAN. Pay attention to your maintenance guide or you will get fleeced. They ended up providing the battery report for $45 plus taxes and the nice service woman told me under her breath to change the brake fluid when I get a chance. On the positive side, they did wash and vacuum the car like they promise.
Dealt with a great saleman Nikita Sokolov. We were never pressured. Made a great deal, and we are very proud of our new Nissan Kicks. We will be back.

I just recently bought the new Rogue from Campus Nissan. I am truly amazed with level of customer service provided to me. The atmosphere at the dealership was great. I didn't feel pressured or rushed in to making a decision. My sales associate, George Soloff was polite and a thorough professional and really knew his cars. He took time to go through each car I was looking at and explained the features. He even stayed back on new year's eve after the dealership had closed to ensure we feel comfortable with some new features before driving it out and followed up a couple of days after the sale to check if I needed any help with anything, which I haven't experienced with other dealerships. Ask for him when you are there for a great service. The whole process was quick and painless as the dealership is a one stop shop for everything you will need. We will be back later in the year to replace our 2nd car.

I found an older pathfinder that was perfect. Upon checking through the website ad, it looked promising as several payment options were listed. After hearing back from Tyler, I was informed only a certain timeline would be acceptable for this vehicle . . even though several were listed as being offered. I find this to be false advertising. They say one thing, but offer another.
